An Update

Some of you might’ve noticed that I’m rarely active anymore, especially when it comes to creating fanart for the fandom. The truth is, with everything that has happened, my inspiration for Shadowhunters has dwindled. It is likely I will no longer make fanart for the show - or at least until the final episodes air.

However, I am still creating art outside of tumblr. If you followed me for my art or are ever interested in receiving a drawing from me, feel free to send me a message or an ask! I am open to doing some art requests.

As for now, I will be here once in awhile with a reblog or two. I wish everyone the best. ♥

After writing 16k words for my It’s You, Forever fic, I said I wasn’t writing ever again. Yet here I am, writing a short malec fluff fic that is nearing 1,500 words (and maybe more).

Should I find it sad or hilarious that the fans are creating insanely better art and promotional content for Shadowhunters than the actual network meant promote the show?!? I mean FreeForm is a multimillion dollar corporation yet it can’t match the skills of kids (probably young adults idk but kids sounds more fun and dramatic) over Twitter! I mean look at these:

Magnus and Alec have been together for ten years when the fate of the soldier catches up with Alec while he is out on patrol.

Magnus has always known he would lose Alec one day, but now has to cope with the loss far earlier than he had expected. Now his immortality seems to become a burden almost too heavy to bear as he has to face it without the love of his long life.

Alexander "Sandy" Hatfield, a young warlock born in Johannesburg, has been struggling with his magic, his warlock mark and frighteningly confusing dreams for as long as he can remember. But there is one constant in those dreams: the face of a man with golden eyes. As he grows up Sandy realises that this man could well hold the answer to all his questions, and sets off on the near-impossible search for a man whose face is the only clue he has.

But the fates have woven their knots around two souls as an ancient Sanskrit ritual turns out to be much more than just a symbolic act.
