Legendary Queen Judy Heumann [ @theheumannperspective "I think it's important for us as Disabled individuals to think about what you want the world you live in to look like and the role you can play to really continue to transform our societies." 6. Dancing Queen Mya Pol [ @immarollwithit 000 "Having a diverse experience of different disabilities, and people with those disabilities to give their input, is really important. Your health condition or disability should never define your ability to succeed at work. It is the attitude and support of your supervisor that truly impacts your well-being, performance, and morale. Let's promote a culture that values every individual's unique strengths and provides equal opportunities for growth and success. Together, we can break barriers and create an inclusive and empowering work environment. #BeyondDisability #EqualOpportunities

Asking for help and embracing vulnerability was uncomfortable at first. But through this process, I discovered a renewed sense of identity. I realized that my worth and value don't solely come from fulfilling tasks or complying with societal norms. There is so much more to who I am beyond my disability. Questioning and exploring our identity is vital, as it allows us to redefine ourselves in a way that transcends limitations. It empowers us to embrace our uniqueness, understand our strengths, and discover our true passions and purpose in life. So, my friends, let's remember that our identities are not defined solely by our disabilities. As we question and delve into our sense of self, we can uncover a world of possibilities and a deep connection with others. Together, let's celebrate our diversity and create a society where everyone is seen, valued, and included. 🌟 Can't wait for you all to join the conversation! #BeyondDisabilities #QuestioningIdentity #EmbraceUniqueness
