i watched beyblade x with my brother and it was so intriguing??? even though i think it gives me way more question than answers about their world and beyblades they are now rent free in my head

Beyblade X has SO MUCH potential! But so far, it feels like they’re afraid to allow it evolve into anything. Let characters get angry. Let characters turn to the dark side. Especially if they have a HELL THEMED BEYBLADE. Don’t just give us hints and build suspense and have that lead to nothing. Let the baby bird start to FLY. Let him become SOMETHING. Let him learn how to beyblade. Let him give into temptation and sell his soul for power and skill! Let X struggle. Let him break a sweat. Let him lose a battle. Let the weak characters have strength and the strong characters have weaknesses. Let the conflict actually FEEL like a conflict. Let Bird suffer with self-loathing because he’s holding his team back. Give his teammates a chance to show they care and hold him up when he’s at his lowest. Show some big bad guys to bring out the good qualities in our characters. Or maybe show more of X’s dark side like when he laughed maniacally in episode 13. Put some real energy and emotion into this! Come on, creators! I believe in you! Let these characters go through blood, sweat, and tears to get to the top! I don’t want to see Bird get to the top when he can’t Beyblade to save his life, just because X is inhumanly invincible! Make X feel like a human! Turn these characters into people I would want to save my life via Beyblading if i was in danger!

after reading the translated beyblade x chapter 14 i think i that they have written themselves into a corner

1. im still salty that multi was robbed but thst has a whole new problem as since mumti who was dedicated and constantly striding to be better lost, and now in chrome vs kamen x chrome has been working to get stronger and better if he loses to kamen x then what does that say about hard work especially since the anime has shown that kamen x basically does no training

now bird winning in round 3 would speak to the benefits of effort and kamen and bird winning would send the message that the motivation that wins is blading for fun not to beat someone but at least for me a multi and bird win wouldve been more satisfying.

also sidenotw i was wrong about kamen z. i was expecting a funny haha silly guy but no hes actually a cool dude, first seeing his fully body i love the outfit, second he has a chill vibe i like how hes like il show u why im here and how he seems to be a strategy guy when he comments on chrome going second, idk he has a vibe i like

also the new chapter raises some ge questions like i kinda assumed all the characters were 15-17 15 for most characters and 17 for some exceptions namely burn (in charge of a company), shiguru (older sibling), and maybe chrome (tall) but like the new chapter makes me think the gap is wider with how ex is portrayed in the flashback or chrome sees ex as a hyperactive child which i like
