Happy Sunday. I’m sure I’m not the only person that does this, but I went to the grocery store with my list and upon entering saw this beautiful hunk of corn bread. My list went out the window. I decided to make a good ol’ fashion beef chili coupled with this beautiful corn bread. And, boy, are we glad we did. The chili is spiced with this Penzy’s Medium Hot Chili Powder and it delivers. Oh, and so does the corn bread. There are actual chunks of corn in the bread.
