Got by with the help of alllllllll my friends. . Thank you all for the love, support and kindness during a scary time. . We now have a “Covid19 Survivor” in the house 👊🏼💪🏼 - Team V put up a good fight ❤️ - but we didn’t do it alone. . Every message, call, card, bag of groceries, meal, gift baskets for the kids, flowers to brighten our house, Zoom call, run of errands, baked treats, offer to help, prayer, virtual hug...it all got us through. Thank you! ❤️ #stayhome #bettertogetherevenwhenapart 🤗🥰 ***slowly getting back to regular workouts. The group @bettydesigns @gozwift rides have been the most motivating and easiest to jump on - I can always count on laughs, encouragement and company. And it’s on my calendar. I have also signed up for the virtual races and challenges to keep the 🔥 under my 🍑 lit. . I officially decided to race the postponed #imtx703 to the rescheduled November date and will be moving my IM goals to 2021. Because trying to keep it as “class of 2020” is just asking for trouble at this point. 🙄 . Next week, I plan to get back on my #tridottraining plan and oh btw, in the middle of all of this I became a #tridotambassador 😳 So yay! .
