Tony pauses at his best friend’s plea, a worried frown tugging at his lips as he sits right back down beside her, wrapping her securely in his arms. “Hey, no, Ru... I’m not leaving you. Alright? You know I would never leave you.”
He presses an affectionate kiss to her hair, breathing out a sigh as he holds her close. “What do you need, sweetheart? Are you ready to talk?
