Mastering the Reverse Golf Grip: A Game-Changer for Your Swing
The reverse golf grip is an unconventional yet highly effective grip technique used by golfers to address specific challenges in their swing. While the standard grip is the most common among players, the reverse grip offers an alternative that can improve control, accuracy, and power for certain types of shots. This technique involves switching the traditional positioning of the hands, placing the lead hand (left hand for right-handed golfers) below the trailing hand. While it might feel unnatural at first, with practice, the reverse grip can offer significant benefits to golfers of all levels.
How the Reverse Golf Grip Works
In order to gain a neutral hold on the golf club, both palms should face each other. After regaining control, right-handed golfers should place the left hand above the right hand. The grip is commonly referred to as “left-hand low” or “reverse overlap” grip, and is more often used in full swings. To alleviate wrist movement and foster a consistent strike, reverse golf grip helps. It also helps in achieving a seamless swing for those who experience difficulties in controlling the tension in their hands.

Benefits of the Reverse Golf Grip
One of the key advantages of using the reverse golf grip is that it can help reduce the amount of hand action in your swing, promoting a more controlled and steady movement through impact. For golfers who experience excessive wrist action or "flipping" at the ball, this grip forces a more solid and consistent strike. Additionally, the reverse grip can help with putting by preventing the wrists from breaking during the stroke, leading to greater accuracy and better distance control.
Another benefit of the reverse golf grip is that it encourages proper alignment and stability. Because the hands are stacked, this grip helps align the shoulders and arms more directly, which can improve posture and the overall efficiency of the swing. For players with certain physical limitations, such as reduced flexibility in the wrists or hands, the reverse grip can be a game-changer, offering a more comfortable and effective way to hit the ball.
When to Use the Reverse Golf Grip
Reverse golf grip is most commonly used for putting and is meant for those who are unable to strike a healthy balance between the ball and the grip. Use this gripping technique if you want to augment control over chipping or pitching, where accuracy and attention-to-detail are the key. The technique is not as easy as it seems, and should be tested to verify whether it boosts performance or not.
Conclusion: Unlocking the Potential of the Reverse Golf Grip
The reverse golf grip is a valuable technique that can help golfers gain better control and accuracy, especially when dealing with putting or specific swing challenges. While it may feel awkward at first, the grip can provide greater consistency and a more stable ball strike. Whether you’re looking to improve your putting game or correct issues with your full swing, experimenting with the reverse golf grip could be the key to unlocking your full potential on the course.

MINORS DNI 18+ ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁 .ᐟ NOTES: the header is from @/teefumz on tiktok and instagram. i couldn’t find anything about their rules on reposts used for personal reasons such as this which is why i really stress go check out the original artist on their platforms linked. WARNINGS: human!mordecai | situationship | fwbs | explicit sexual content | praise | doggy style | reverse cowgirl | squirting | vaginal fingering.
MORDECAI wasn’t always good at sex. When you first started out your little situationship with him, he had not impressed you with his skills in the sack. He made up for it in constant worship, and empty availability, essentially donated his flagpole of a cock for you to fuck yourself on whenever convenient. Even going as far as to make Rigby cover for him while he raced over to your place on work time. He’s still working off taking the golf cart for a personal call.
However, the longer this has gone on the better it got. Before when he’d beg you to do reverse cowgirl, you were hesitant because of your lack of view. You were used to doing most of the work by then, but he most enjoyed watching that pretty ass bounce on him. He’d wrap those long, ringed fingers around your ankles, stroking his thumb lovingly across your skin as he groans behind you.
Now that’s gotten more confident, he’ll make it worth your while. He’ll root his feet on the mattress so he can pick his pelvis up, juggling you on his hips as he fucks up into you. Your hair is corded around his palm—where he says it belongs—keeping your spine in a deep arch, just how he likes it.
Proving what a fan he is of hitting it from the back, doggy style is another favorite of his. He’s gotten exponentially more skilled on that one. Instead of plowing you with his rig and hoping for the best, he’s learned how to move you, and move with you. That hand places itself on your tailbone, bouncing you back, and letting your body spring you forth on its own. His lean and taut abdomen rolls as he fucks you, stroking your insides instead of ramming them. He learned the method from how well you responded when he ate you out, the motion of his tongue licking your hole taught him well, and you rewarded him with the hottest moan he’s ever heard and your claws dug deep in his faded dyed blue hair. Now he’s got it figured out, and by the way you’re yelling into his mattress, he’d say he’s doing a damn good job.
Like you want it, you’re backing up on him, meeting him halfway. The pace is set harder, slamming into you like you’re asking for while you writhe and clutch at his old and worn blanket. He goes for it, palming your head to shove your face further into the mattress, muffling you. The slightest change in angle transforms the sensation, and he starts fucking a limp body only interested in the way he’s hitting that pleasure spot over and over again. One of the reasons you liked Mordecai enough to hook up was his length because you’re into the pain. Now that’s gotten the hang of how to use it, you’re no better than a brainless doll, letting him fuck your hole like the expensive fleshlight he could never afford. Can’t beat the real thing anyway. Cunt gripping on him, tight and wet and sweet. He’s never had anything like it before, he fits in you like nothing else. “Taking it so good, can’t believe it. Can’t believe how fucking good you feel.” You can’t even respond, mindlessly babbling as he talks dirty to you.
When you start drying up from the harsh pace and his condom, he pulls out for your sake. You make a noise of disappointment but you’re satiated as soon as he hastily spits on your cunt. The gob slides down, and he spreads the moisture with three clumsy fingers, probing the entrance until he shoves them in. You jump with a cry, tensing under his touch but he doesn’t let up, banging his fingers inside you to coax that coveted release out of you. He knows exactly how to lure it out, he’s not trying to get you to cum. The familiar sting wells up in the pit of your stomach, screaming into his covers. Unconsciously you reach back to grab at him but he dodges you because he won’t let you get out of it. He wants his bed to smell like you.
Just like that you squirt, spraying him and dripping down his tense forearm. “Oh, fuck yeah, baby. There you go, fuck. Give it to me.” he encourages, plugging up your hole so it spills out from around him, over and over again, taking it from you while you bite hard into a bunch of blanket.
Tender, he extracts his fingers, having been held captive by your contracting pussy. Doesn’t matter that it’s sore and you’re coated in your own squirt and twitching, he feeds that long cock right back in to keep going.

“But is there an objective athletic advantage to being male? Yes. Men, on average, have 36 percent more muscle mass than women.(8) They also have greater aerobic and anaerobic capacity, slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, and a larger heart.(9) Their bones are shaped differently and are stronger than women's.(10) Because of women's decreased ligament strength in comparison to males, females are five times more likely to rupture their ACL.(11) Studies of grip strength also show that 95 percent of men produce greater force than 90 percent of females.(12)
Many of these advantages are because the adult male body has been marinated for decades in levels of testosterone that are approximately ten times higher than a woman's.(13) In order to attempt to offset this advantage, the International Olympic Committee required that male athletes who identify as women take testosterone-suppressing drugs to bring their levels down to 10 nano-moles of testosterone per liter of blood for at least a year prior to competition. But since the average woman has between 0.5 to 2.4 nanomoles per liter, a male's level of testosterone after suppression is still between four and twenty times higher! Even after a year of testosterone suppression, the typical male athlete only loses about 5 percent of lean body mass, muscle area, and strength.(14)
This also does not account for the fact that testosterone levels fluctuate. Prior to competition, a man's testosterone levels will spike in a manner that is more pronounced than in female athletes.(15) Regardless of an athlete's testosterone level on the day of competition, the physiological superiority of the male is largely due to the impact of experiencing puberty as a male, which cannot be reversed.
If testosterone alone could mitigate the differences between male and female athletes, women who identify as males would be flooding into male-dominated sports by taking testosterone supplements. But regardless of how much testosterone is injected into a woman, she will typically be unable to compete with male athletes at the same division. However, when a woman takes testosterone while transitioning, she becomes more likely to defeat the other female athletes.(16)
The objective biological differences between men and women explain why in 2017, nearly 800 high school boys beat the women's world record in the 100-meter sprint, and why the woman's world record 400-meter race is bested more than 15,000 times per year by men and boys.(17) It explains why Serena and Venus Williams were surprised, when they claimed that no man ranked outside of the top 200 in the world could defeat them, and an unknown but cocky, cigarette-smoking German tennis player who was nearing retirement volunteered for the challenge. Karsten Braasch said he prepared for the match with a few cocktails and a round of golf, and then defeated Serena 6-1 and Venus, 6-2. Serena remarked, "I didn't know it would be that difficult. I played shots that would have been winners on the women's circuit and he got to them very easily."(18)
Nonetheless, as the Williams sisters demonstrate, women are capable of extraordinary athletic feats. However, women can't display their talents if they're being beaten by average male athletes. There's no need to think any less of their accomplishments because they're not competing against males, though. This would be like devaluing the career of an undefeated boxer because he never fought an opponent who weighed ten pounds more than he did.
Although the debate over sports and gender identity is often framed around the subject of "trans athletes," this isn't the real issue. The issue is men competing in women's sports. During competition, athletes do not compete against the internal sense of identity of the other person, but against the other person's body. Therefore, in the spirit of true sportsmanship, one must admit that at least in the world of athletics, being female matters more than feeling female.”

since I've been deprived of miraculous content for the past few weeks my brain had started coming up with its own crap so here's ANOTHER dream I had about it, in particular the reverse world special that's upcoming.
@bengaltiger25 here you go (:
Since dreams don't exactly care for being consistent or chronological I'll do my best to pull out the bits that work and make sense and I'll throw the crack down at the bottom!
The 'episode' took place over two timelines, the present and the past in the reverse world, which essentially existed to explain why reverse ladynoir were evil. The reverse world in the dream was a dystopia with blantently evil politicians and a divided public.
The dream started with Alya and Marinette discovering the 'portal' to the reverse world, Alya being the channel point for it. Theres flashes of other universes with different heros. Example I can remember is a world where Luka has the turtle and is a guardian. Theres a voice over explaining how in each universe there are parallels, lines in which you can jump between. There's a flash of Shady bug, Marientte's parallel, and through this and Alya's connection the universe can be crossed. Claw Noir (is that his name?) is assumed to be Adrien's parallel but the narration (which is like a robot lady who Marinette and Alya can hear) explains that Claw will not be joining them. Left with the big question why and then Shadybug steps out the portal, much like the trailer and it cuts to the past in the reverse world.
What looks like our ladynoir is sat overlooking a more cruel Paris, with some dialogue about the unfairness of their world. It's their duty to protect it but sometimes it feels wrong. There aren't fighting the butterfly but rather crime is so rampant they're always fighting off some bad guy.
We see Mayor Bourgeois playing golf off the roof of his palace, expect the balls are flaming bits of coal. He gets upset because he misses and throws his golf stick. He panics and chases after it, falling into the fast water below. Ladybug and Chat Noir show up to save the day. They work together to catch the Mayor before he's washed away. Chat Noir realises that he doesn't want to save the Mayor, that he doesn't deserve to be saved. He slackens his grip at the last moment and the Mayor drifts away. It works out though, the Mayor is saved by another force and the public cheer them on anyway but things are a little quieter for Chat Noir. Ominously the narrator says it won't stay this way for long, soon there will be silence.
Now since it's a dream things get messier from here but we switch back to the present, to Adrien. He's accidentally crossed into the reverse world, taking the place of the Adrien in that world. It's revealed that while the reverse Adrien was Chat Noir, he isn't anymore. He was captured. His miraculous was removed from him just before captured by a shadowed figure. (The current Claw Noir perhaps?). In the reverse world he was faced with a choice, go to prison or become the corrupt governments mascot. Our Adrien finds himself the source of entertainment for thousands, dressed up like his reverse world counterpart's miraculous form and paraded around.
Of course our Adrien still has his miraculous, so with it he maintains some power.
That's pretty all I can remember that isn't nonsensical. A lot more is implied in the dream but isn't shown. For example the butterfly miraculous is used by Gabriel to create champions who take over Ladynoirs role once they turn evil. Shady bug is motivated to save Adrien and is actively stopped by the butterfly's champions because Adrien still was evil for the last bit of bit of his time as Chat Noir. She wants the butterfly miraculous for revenge.
And Zoë is Claw Noir. In the reverse she's the mean sibling and Chloe is the 'nice' one.
Not everything that happens in the dream I want to actually happen in the special ofc. But I think for a reason to be evil, being bitter because of the world and instead of choosing to save it anyway in the hopes it'll improve but to end it instead is definitely a crazy leap and more evil leaning ladynoir can choose.
Some crack stuff was that the Mayor was a gory monster thing for a second, Adrien went ice skating and like it turned into a dance battle and then a bunch of random other crap. XD Definitely was a random dream

Golf Grips
Golf is a challenging game, and some days you’ve got to persevere around the course when you’re just not hitting the ball quite right.
We’ve all been there where we’ve been excited to hit the course but certain aspects of our game just aren’t connecting, and it feels like we’re struggling to get going.
But that’s the beauty of golf! When you pull off that amazing shot and put away a tidy par or birdie, it can feel positively elating.
If you’re regularly struggling with an aspect of your game then maybe it’s time for some change. When was the last time you had a go playing with some different equipment?
When it comes to hitting good shots, everything stems from how good your grip is. If it’s tattered and old, it might just slip through your fingers.
It can be hard to shake old habits and change up your golf gear, but once you try these Golf Pride grips, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.
Embracing change

Change can feel intimidating, but sometimes a bit of change is what’s best for us, especially when the conditions of the game are changing.
We have winter on the way when our fingers are colder and can get numb in the frosty weather. It’s best to get ahead of the season rather than being caught short once it’s upon us.
You may love your grips and how your golf clubs currently feel, but they certainly love us less the older and more worn they get. If you’re playing with grips that are years old and are showing a fair amount of wear-and-tear, there’s a good change you’ll lose your traction mid-swing and slip your fingers, resulting in a wasted shot. Not only do they look and feel a lot better than worn old grips, Golf Pride’s grips are fundamentally built to purpose.
The CPX grips provide an incredibly soft experience and are perfect for going on your irons. Ideal for putting, the Reverse Taper grips help anchor your top hand while reducing your bottom hand for smooth acceleration.
We’re here for you to help you get the most out of your golf, and we stock all kinds of winter grips from Golf Pride. Not only are these the best golf grips you can get on the market, we have a handy selection process in place to ensure you find just the right grips for your clubs.
Golf Pride's 4-4-2 selection process
4-4-2 might sound like a football formation, but it’s also a convenient way to find your ideal winter grips. The first 4 things to consider when selecting a grip are the grip size, your own unique conditions, the texture you prefer, and your desired firmness.
Part 1 - 4 customer considerations

Size
Finding the right size for you is imperative when it comes to getting the right grip. These range from undersized to jumbo. Your ideal size is when your middle finger is just touching the pad of your thumb when holding the golf club grip in your gloves hand.
Conditions
Moisture management is key when it comes to finding the right grip. If you have sweaty hands or play in the rain often, you’ll need to factor this into your grip decision-making.
Surface Texture
This is a personal one, so how do you like your grips to feel? Do you prefer a smoother grip, one with clear, pronounced patterns, or somewhere in-between?
Firmness
How firm or soft do you want your grip to feel? A firm grip will provide greater feedback at impact, whereas a softer feel will dampen vibrations. It’s all about what feels good to you.
Part 2 - 4 key grip types
vimeo

Smooth (Tour Velvet)

Soft & Tacky (CPX)

Hybrid (MCC)

Full Cord (Z-Grip)
Grips like the Z-Grip are full cord grips and are incredibly firm. This kind of grip combines 2 layers of texture to deliver the player an excellent sense of control.
Part 3 - 2 kinds of additional tech
You’ve now found your ideal winter grip, and the final part in our selection process is whether you’re interested in applying any additional technologies to it. For example, Golf Pride’s Align Technology features a grip with a high-contrast coloured alignment line so you’ll know exactly where to put your fingers each time you reach for a club.
Similarly fascinating is the MCC Plus4 Technology that applies the grip the feel of four independent layers on the bottom half to give you a more fluid release of tension. This tech feels fantastic and we’d really recommend you give it a feel yourself!

6 Tips to Help You Sink More Putts
There’s nothing worse than a three-putt hole that drags down your entire score. If it happens consistently, your whole day on the golf course can feel like a struggle. If you want to work on your putts, you’re in the right place. Grab your trusty clubs, throw on your favorite golf apparel, and head to your local practice green. With these six tips, you can start sinking more putts.
Find the Grip That Works for You
Your grip has a bigger impact on your putting technique than you might think. It’s important to test different variations to find one that works for you. Once you land on an option that feels natural, stick to it.
Here are a couple of grips you can consider:
• Standard: The most popular grip. Your right hand is below your left, with your left fingers overlapping the ones on your right.
• Cross-Handed: This is the reverse of the standard grip. Your left hand goes below your right to help keep your wrists locked.
• The Claw: This is a newer grip, but it’s growing in popularity. Your left hand is in a conventional position, while your right hand holds the handle with just your thumb and forefinger.
• The Wristlock: For this grip, place your left hand close to the bottom of the handle and press your forearm against the club. The goal here is stabilizing your wrist, as the name implies.
Find a grip that works for you and keep it consistent to master the rest of your putting game.
Develop a Routine and Stick to It
Muscle memory is king for consistent putting. The more you think, the likelier you are to overthink. Etch your putting routine into stone. Your grip, stance, practice swings, follow-through, and posture should be the same every time. Even aspects like your breathing pattern and stretches should be automatic. That way, you know what to expect every time.
Minimize Extra Movement
Unnecessary and extra movement can throw off your putt. Your technique should start with a solid foundation in your lower body. Keep your feet planted on the ground and lock your hips in place. Your spine should also stay straight as you putt. Any extra movement makes it much harder to find a consistent stroke.
Visualize the Putting Path
While lining up your putt, you don’t want to look only at the hole or the ball. A good technique to help you simplify your goal is to visualize a groove cutting from your ball to the hole. This is your putting path, and now you can aim to stay on this path. Visualization is also a helpful strategy to make sure you don’t overthink your next putt.
Keep Your Swing Speed Consistent
New golfers think they have to swing faster on putts further from the whole. This isn’t the case. You should keep your swing speed consistent no matter where you are on the green.
What does change is how far back you pull your backswing. For longer shots, bring your putter back further. But don’t swing any faster than you normally would. Increasing your swing speed can unintentionally affect the rest of your mechanics.
Use a Custom-Fit Putter
There’s one important element of your short game that you can fix off the course.
That’s scheduling a golf club fitting and finding a customized putter for your needs.
At a club fitting, an expert can help identify the details of your swing and recommend a putter that suits your style best. Whether it’s altering the head weight, switching up the loft and lie, or altering the shaft length, there are many ways to build a putter that helps improve your performance.
With these tips and a custom-fit putter, your green performance will have you feeling like a machine and moving on to the next hole in no time.

The Dignity of His Choice (6)
Emblem, Part Two (see previous or series)
Summary: Aww, yissss, Tony to the (emotional) rescue. (Warning for angst and a bit o' language. Minors DNI. ~2.5k)
Two steps forward. One step back. That’s how the saying goes.
You’re done packing by mid-morning, head a little swimmy, but you still feel the flutter of excitement at a road trip. You’ll take your time driving and see the open road of America, one of Steve’s favorite things to do. He loves to just take it all in. He never sees dilapidated buildings and abandoned towns; he calls it all ‘the character of the land,’ but you suppose anything nowadays must look miles better than the nation in the Great Depression, whatever small slice of it Steve saw at that time.
That’s the headache talking. Wrong tense.
Crap. Both your parents have called because you said you’d be on the road by now. You’ll call them from the car. Dad though. Because he gives you less talkback about driving long distances in the dark which will be the last few hours at this rate.
Just before the gate is a security stand with railings in front with a swarm of reporters just beyond. That isn’t unusual but always makes your stomach churn. Ramone is working, eyes glued to his phone until the motion sensor alerts him that you’re pulling up. He’s normally a professionally cheery sort of guard. You first met him at Stark’s awful Superlative party years ago, the event where you got a trophy for ‘Best Golf Swing’ because you took out an intruder. He also won a trophy for neutralizing three infiltrating agents.
You try not to think of your first kiss with Steve, or that first public date, or how he held your hand so tight in support. It's difficult to not be reminded.
Instead of Ramone “Triple Crown” Costa waiving you through, however, he steps up to the car with a worried look on his face. He motions for you to roll down your window as he positions himself to block your view of the hoard just beyond.
“Ma’am,” he greets curtly, brown eyes looking particularly puppy-dog-esque while he struggles to say why he stopped you. He removes his baseball cap to rub at his buzzed hair. “I don’t know if you’re aware…”
“Is someone doing interviews today? Yikes.” You watch Ramone grip his phone nervously, but you continue. “Glad I’m getting out of here. Family vis—“
He turns the screen towards you, showing a cropped photo of you and Gracie’s boyfriend. Gracie is no longer in the photo, and the exact angle makes it look as if you grabbed the man’s knee while laughing. You didn’t touch him, but it sure as shit looks that way. It also makes you look like you two were sitting very close, when in reality, there were over three feet between you. Then there’s the headline.
So Long, Captain: Ms. America Back On the Market
Oh fuck you ALL.
You’re fuming from the ears instantly, but there’s also suddenly three times as much bile whirring around in your gut.
“I’m not sure you should—“
“Thank you,” you snip, the taste of acid searing your throat as you throw the car into reverse and pray no one is waiting behind you. You’re granted that one grace and back in your apartment as fast as possible. Thank god Ramone is as diligent—or bored—as he is or you’d have walked right into a viper’s nest.
Your parents try to comfort you while you have a meltdown on the bathroom floor. That was what they were calling you about. They wanted to warn you. They tell you to wait to visit. You become a pile, cool tile counteracting the uncomfortable fire in your skin. It’s all blubbering for a while. Your mom tells you to rest up, she says this will get better, and she promises that no one who matters would believe the article.
That comment sticks to the base of your brain like taffy on teeth.
You want to shout, to scream at the top of your lungs that it’s not true, and in your mind, you’re rushing, searching for how to tell Steve that this is wrong.
Barnes.
Bucky should know. He has to hear it from you; you can’t let this go, but the call won’t go through. Of course, he doesn’t want to speak to someone who slapped him, spit in his face, and told him to piss off forever. He likely believes the worst of you no matter what you say.
And then Alpine walks over casually to rub against the doorframe, interested in a mid-morning treat.
Jesus. How could you forget?! She may just graze on an open bowl of food and rarely give you the time of day—save for a few snuggles on your worst nights—but you were hungover and distracted and determined to get the hell out of here. It’s not like no one has access to your apartment, and you’d easily be able to have Friday let someone in. That doesn’t matter. That’s not the point.
You’re such a fucking mess you almost abandoned the fur baby of the man who you seriously expect to pick up the phone after you were so awful.
There’s only one other person you want to tell. He needs to know. He has to know it’s not true. You wouldn’t. You couldn’t dishonor Steve’s memory like that, but your hands are shaking so badly.
“Friday,” you squeak between sniffs, “call Tony Stark.”
There’s barely half a ring before a casual, “you got me. Make it interesting.”
Tony clearly didn’t have time to see or listen to who was calling.
His name is so wet and jumbled in your mouth. The four letters are broken by two sobs, and you hear the screeching of roller wheels. He doesn’t seem to care that you repeat “I’m sorry” over and over.
“I’ll be right there.”
It’s less than three minutes before Friday asks if she can let him in. You’ve barely managed to stand and wipe your face. When you emerge from the bedroom, he is right there.
Tony hugs you like you’ll both die if he doesn’t. He’s strong, but not as strong. He holds tight, but not as tight. You keep forgetting how much you miss proper hugs.
After a minute or so, Tony pulls back, concerned.
“Let’s get you cleaned up, yeah?” He leads you right back to the bathroom and begins searching the drawers and cabinets. Off-handedly, he blurts, “did you take something?”
You think he just wants you to get back to normal and comfortable as fast as possible, so you just shrug. “No, I don’t like pills, Tony. I just…you know that I was not out with that guy? I can’t believe they think I’d—“
And the sobs are back, but so is Tony’s embrace.
He hadn’t seen it yet, so you have to describe the whole thing. It feels like the words take forever to form, but Tony is patient, nods into your shoulder, and soothes a hand over your back. He describes the hilariously horrible things he’s gonna say and do to the press in your honor, all the things that would have Steve griping ‘language’ or ‘really, Tony?’ Eventually, it works, and you can lift your head with a watery smile.
The look in his eyes shames you, though. You haven’t seen Tony, not really, not alone, since before Steve died. He doesn’t hide how heartbroken he is; his face says it all.
Now you understand why your heart told you Tony was so important, why he specifically had to know. Two generations of Starks (three, if you count Morgan) have a history with an irreplaceable man that just up and died, technically twice. He’s known Steve the way you have: by reputation first, professionally second, and then personally, like family. Once you and Tony made it to that level with Steve, you both thought it would be forever. Neither of you was prepared for this.
Tony lays a heavy hand on your cheek. “You good, Spangler?”
It’s the grossest sniffle ever, but you rally and nod. He walks you both over to the couch.
“Hungry?” Tony doesn’t wait for an answer, just immediately walks over to pull some of Pepper’s assigned delivery out of the fridge to make for you.
You think it’s a very Steve thing to do until you realize that almost all of them do this for you. So it’s an Avengers thing now—taking care of you—which makes you feel pathetic.
Nineteen thoughts all race for your mouth at once, but the one that makes it out is “couldn’t get ahold of Barnes.”
“Mission,” Tony chirps, placing chips and dip on the not-cluttered but not-clean coffee table, “long one at that.”
He snacks and watches as you slowly eat one or two bites. You return to rubbing at the back of your necklace when all those competing thoughts suddenly vanish. It’s nice to have someone there beside you, even in silence.
Alpine comes out of nowhere, acting like you did, in fact, abandon her for days when your total absent time from the apartment was twenty minutes. She demands to sit on Tony’s lap, and he adjusts to pet her like it’s absolutely nothing. Little fucking traitor. She’s supposed to be here to comfort you. Instead, she just points her butthole at you, tail up while he scratches a sweet spot.
Quietly, he finally breaks. “You really don’t ask, do you?”
You look up at Tony, confused. He explains that Steve mentioned more than a few times over the years that you’ve never pried about missions or their work. When you try to say you don’t have clearance, Tony tilts a look at you that screams ‘bullshit,’ because you could have gotten it by now easily.
You scrunch your mouth to the side in thought. “I guess I wanted him to feel like…normal with me. He’s a hero to the whole world, and I—“ the words choke you “—don’t know why I thought it’d be easier if he…was just Steve in here.”
Tony’s sage nod betrays his questioning eyes.
Your chest burns with anxiety suddenly. “Do you think…do you think he wanted to talk to me but thought he couldn’t?” The metaphorical smoke floating off your smoldering heart stings your eyes. “Did he think I didn’t want to know?” More tears fall as Tony collects his answer.
He almost starts talking but stops to fiddle with his watch. Except he’s not fiddling. Tony takes it off and reaches for your wrist.
“No clue,” he offers weakly.
You’re just letting him handle your arm, hoping for more, more to fill the void of uncertainty that keeps quaking wider in your soul.
“Been holding onto this for ya. It’s for your—it’s a present, but it’ll also be functional,” he quips, attaching the watch around your wrist. “Just remember press twice—“ he points at the button on the side “—turn the dial and pull it forward.”
“Pull what?”
“Just pull it over your hand.”
“Did you just give me a weapon, Tony? I don’t want that.”
“Spang—“ he stops himself, pursing his lips before using your real name. “He’d want this. Please.” He puts his hands together like a prayer. “Plus I made it gold to match your rings.”
“Only you. Only you would get a call from a crying woman and think to bring an explosive over.”
“A very tasteful, directional explosive, yes. And you’re welcome.”
He turns your wrist over to show that the clasp is engraved. Sketch and Keeper, it reads, followed by your wedding date. He’s clearly been sitting on this for a while. Hell, he’s either been wearing it around in anticipation of seeing you, or it was within reach of his lightning-fast journey to your door.
Tony’s eyes only meet yours for a second. “It’s the least I can do.”
His brown eyes are full of hurt just like yours, but Alpine doesn’t let the moment last. She stretches and jumps down from Tony’s lap, bored of company already. Small doses are best for her, and you, nowadays.
“It’s the bear minimum,” you whisper with a smile.
Tony grins, popping another chip in his mouth with delight. “You’re the worst.”
Each word is soaked in love, and he’s a warm and open presence in this dark cave you’ve carved out for yourself. You’ve both lost someone dear beyond words, so whether poking fun at Steve or singing his praises, it’s all pure preservation of his memory.
You do feel like the worst, though, but you don’t say it. You feel like a fraud. You’re not doing any of this well because you’re straddling the line of belief and disbelief, because if you choose a side—either side, life or death—there’s a fifty-foot drop just beyond. The phrase ‘pick your poison’ has never resonated so dramatically in your mind.
As if on cue, Tony rises from the comfy blue couch. “Wanna listen to death metal and scream about it?”
The man has a talent. He knows, or suspects, you will listen to anything that is as far from Steve’s taste as humanly possible, anything to avoid thinking about slow-dancing in your living room with the love of your life. That’s the one phrase that will never turn past tense because Steve is THE love of your life. Even with all the future laid out before you, years from now, decades beyond, he is it.
After Tony responds to your use of an actual radio on the bookshelf with “oh, that’s quaint,” it’s a blur of furiously bad and hilarious dancing around the coffee table, on top of the couch, and laying across the kitchen island. Tony’s got a pen cap between his teeth as he plays air guitar. You have the pen, conducting the haphazard scream-singing like it’s your actual job. There’s been an hour with lots of laughter. You’re violently cleansing your system. It’s opposites’ day; you get to be someone completely different while you can barely hear your own thoughts.
Then you're betrayed. One band has just released a cover of an Elvis song Steve was particularly fond of, a song that played at your wedding. It doesn’t matter how little their version sounds like the original, you can still hear Steve hum the whole thing. You can practically see him tap a toe while picking up a different pencil to shade with right there in the rocker, and you lose it.
You race to the radio at the line ‘some things are meant to be’ and rip the damn thing out of the wall. Knick-knacks on the bookcase go flying. Tony doesn’t understand in time to stop you, and when it finally registers, he trips right over the couch arm.
You stomp to the door, calling for Friday to open it. Unceremoniously and with zero finesse, you chuck that piece of garbage as hard as possible, shattering sounds rolling down the hall like their own melody. It’s not pleasant to the ears but it speaks to your heart.
Tony exudes perfect calm by the time he reaches your side. He says nothing, just lays a hand on your shoulder and waits. He stands there while you both stare at the pieces of Steve’s radio.
Shit. That was his, and now there are no more radios in the universe that belonged to him. You have to be more careful or your rage will wipe the rest of his memory from the Earth, too.
One step forward. Two steps back. That should be the saying.

PART THREE
You didn’t sleep at all that night. Hours were spent tossing and turning, staring at the ceiling above you and trying not to close your eyes. Whenever you did, Rafe’s face flashed into your mind. More specifically, the chilling expression of intensity that he’d worn while beating the absolute crap out of JJ. It haunted your thoughts, and you were sure that if you fell asleep you’d see it in your nightmares.
Rafe had scared you more than anyone ever had before. Violence had always made you sick, which was one of the reasons why you avoided the many skirmishes the Pogues found themselves in. Bruises and blood didn’t sit well with you, and the smell of JJ’s blood was burned into your nose. The cracks of Rafe’s fist against his body also echoed in your ears, and it was as if the fight had overwhelmed all of your senses and was slowly drowning you.
So when the morning light began filtering into your room, you were grateful. You could get up and make breakfast and do everything in your power not to think about what had happened.
Trudging into the small kitchen of the trailer, you peered over and saw your mother snoring away on the pull-out couch. Her body looked contorted on the thin mattress, twisted in such a way to try and sleep comfortably. She looked stiff and there was a frown on her lips, making you sigh. It pained you that your mother had to live in this stupid trailer, and you angrily recalled the giant house you’d visited your father in yesterday.
It was so unfair. Their divorce had stolen every last drop of energy and life from your mother, leaving her defeated and passive. Your father ended up more egotistical and self-centered than ever, at the expense of your poor mom. You wished more than anything the roles had been reversed, and it was him suffering in this dump rather than her.
But this was real life, and you’d learned a long time ago to accept things the way they were. This mindset made it hard for you to be optimistic, and you rarely ever hoped for anything. Frowning, you realized you’d had a sliver of hope on the beach yesterday with Rafe. You’d secretly hoped you could learn to trust him, and that the two of you could be friends. But that dream had been destroyed almost as quickly as it was created, which seemed to be a trend in your life.
You felt claustrophobic in the small trailer, and after rifling through the fridge decided to take a trip to the local market. You barely had any food, and you thought it’d be nice to get some fresh fruit and vegetables for your mother.
The market was buzzing with early morning activity, and you smiled at the familiar faces of the merchants. You drifted through the various stands, admiring the ripe selection at your fingertips. Lifting an orange to your nose, you inhaled the citrusy scent and sighed contentedly.
All of a sudden, a shadow fell over your shoulder after someone came up behind you. Flinching in surprise, you whirled around and dropped the orange. It rolled across the ground and landed at none other than Rafe Cameron’s feet. With a smirk, he knelt down to pick it up, extending it to you with gleaming eyes.
“Morning, Y/N,” he greeted, and you snatched the orange out of his hand. Fuming with embarrassment and irritation, you dropped the orange into your woven produce bag and glared over at him.
“What are you doing here, Rafe?” you demanded, crossing your arms. You hated how he had taken you by surprise, and you also hated the flush that rose to your cheeks when he looked at you.
Rafe looked taken aback at your harsh tone, but recovered with a charming laugh. “It’s a public farmer’s market, Y/N.” He had his own bag of produce hanging off his shoulder, sure enough.
Scowling, you retorted, “What do you want?” You didn’t feel like wasting time. The sooner you could get away from Rafe the better.
“What’s wrong? I thought you and I were becoming friends.” He actually sounded a little hurt, but you tried not to let this affect you. Rafe couldn’t be that stupid to think you wanted to be his friend after what he did to JJ.
He walked beside you as you continued strolling through the market, preferring to look at the fruit rather than his eyes. “I thought we were too,” you told him. “Until you almost killed my friend last night.”
Rafe stopped in his tracks, and reached out to grab your arm to stop you too. Immediately wrenching your arm out of his grip, you glared at him as he threw his hands up in surrender. “What are you talking about? The fight was fair, and don’t you remember that my side lost?”
You met Rafe’s eyes with a pointed look. “Topper and Kelce may have lost, but you didn’t. One more minute and JJ would’ve been in the hospital for a year.” As you said this, memories of the fight burned across your mind and made you shudder.
Rafe frowned, and you couldn’t tell if he looked regretful. You also remembered the way he looked at you before leaving, with slight guilt in his eyes, but you couldn’t detect any of that now.
“It’s not like JJ didn’t get any punches in,” he defended, pointing to his face. It was then that you noticed the cut on his forehead, and a purple bruise on one of his cheeks. You hadn’t seen these injuries before, and you took a second to take them in. So I was wrong, you thought, biting your lip. Maybe I was too harsh on him.
Shaking your head, you were determined to keep your resolve and not let Rafe break you. “Still,” you murmured. “You were brutal, Rafe.”
He pressed his lips into a thin line, eyes distant. “He would’ve done the same to me if he could have, trust me.”
Again, he was right. You knew JJ, and he’d left his enemies looking just as bad as he did after fighting Rafe. Realizing Rafe was steadily disproving all of your arguments for being mad at him, you huffed. How was he so good at that? He was nearly impossible to hate.
Sensing your apprehension, Rafe sighed. “Look, I’m not proud of what happened. I didn’t even want to fight anyway, but I couldn’t just abandon Topper.” When you still didn’t budge, he swallowed roughly, lowering his voice to just above a whisper. “I’ve never been able to back down from a fight. Ward, he...” Rafe struggled to find the right words. “He taught me that a fight is never over until you either win or die trying. There’s no such thing as losing to him.”
This sent chills down your spine, and also a wave of sadness for the younger Rafe who had to grow up that way. You couldn’t imagine the extreme difficulty of being Ward’s son, of not being allowed to be vulnerable or show weakness. Rafe must have had a lot more issues because of this, and he’d alluded to them on the beach.
Naturally, your sympathy for Rafe overtook your anger, and you let go of the frustration you’d harbored over him. Giving him a stern look, you said, “Fine. But next time, don’t kick a guy when he’s already down.” JJ had lost the fight long before Rafe actually stopped hitting him, and he could’ve spared the blonde boy a few bruises and pains.
Rafe smiled in relief, and you liked the way he looked when he wasn’t so serious. He was much more handsome this way. With an enthusiastic voice, he declared, “Let me make it up to you. Sarah and I are throwing a party tonight, and I want you to come.”
Raising your eyebrows disbelievingly, you asked, “You two are throwing a party?” You couldn’t imagine Sarah doing anything with her brother that wasn’t arguing.
Chuckling, Rafe rubbed the back of his neck shyly. “Alright, we’re not exactly throwing it. It just happens to be taking place at our house, since Ward is going out of town for a few days. Other than that, I have zero hosting duties.”
Pursing your lips, you tried to think of an excuse not to go. “I don’t know, Rafe. What would I even talk to people about? I’m not exactly a Kook.”
“Come on, Y/N. Your dad plays golf with my dad every Sunday. Your boat is docked three spots down from ours. You have more in common than you think.”
Rolling your eyes, you said, “It’s not my boat, it’s my father’s.”
Rafe was refusing to let this go, however. No excuse was good enough for him. “Please? I think you’ll have fun. Besides, Sarah will be there so you can complain about how much you hate it with her.” He looked so desperate for you to agree that you couldn’t help but smile. Something about Rafe broke down all of your walls and banished every inhibition you had. You couldn’t decide if you liked this trait of his or not.
“Fine, I’ll come.” He pumped his fist, and you laughed, continuing your shopping. Rafe accompanied you for the rest of your trip, even offering to walk you home. But you firmly rejected this offer, threatening not to go to the party if he tried to walk you home. You left him with a smile on your face and nervous energy in your heart.
Whenever you were dreading something, time tended to fly by. Today was no different, and the hours flew past until it was time to get ready to leave for the party. Even though things with Rafe had improved, you still did not feel like being around a bunch of Kooks for the night. But you’d promised him, and if this friendship thing was serious you had to honor that promise.
You went through your entire closet before you settled on an outfit. You settled on a pair of flowy shorts in a rusted pink color with a white crop top. Sarah had bought this outfit with you, and she’d told you it accentuated all of your best features. You threw it on over a stringy white bikini, and after over-analyzing your appearance in the mirror you gave up and just decided to leave.
From a block away you could hear the voices at the party. Music was blaring through the balmy night air, and as you approached the Cameron’s house you could see hundreds of people milling around the property. Your jaw dropping in disbelief, you felt a pang of anxiety at the sheer number of Kooks. They were all expensively dressed and wearing judgmental expressions to match. A group of girls whipped their heads over to gawk at you, and if looks could kill you’d be six feet under.
Walking through the yard, you wove through the crowd and avoided eye contact with the people around you. Your sole mission was to find Sarah, because only she could make this nightmare tolerable. But when you’d crossed the entire yard, even checking the inside of the house, there was no sign of her. The lights in her room were off, and she was nowhere to be seen.
You were officially stranded here alone.
A thousand emotions swirled through your mind. Humiliation, regret, slight irritation. You were humiliated to be at a party completely alone, regretted even coming at all, and also felt massively irritated that Sarah had bailed. But then your irritation shifted to Rafe, and a thought occurred to you. Was Sarah even planning to come at all? Or was that just a ploy by Rafe to convince you to come?
Seething with anger, you stormed back out, now changing your sights to try and find Rafe. Luckily he was easy to spot, his tall frame towering over the other party-goers. He caught your eye across the lawn, and broke into a wide smile. He said something to the group he was with and then started towards you.
“Hey! Look who showed up!” His happiness was infectious, but you were so pissed it had no effect on you. He picked up on your sour mood, smile faltering. “What’s wrong?”
“Sarah isn’t here,” you snapped. “I’m leaving.” All you wanted was your warm bed and to sleep off the embarrassment you felt right now.
Rafe sighed, pushing a hand through his gelled hair and messing it up slightly. “Don’t go, please. I’m sure Sarah will be here later, she’d never miss a party like this.” His eyes were fixed on yours, holding your gaze with an electricity you couldn’t ignore. “Besides, how am I supposed to make up for last night if you leave now?”
You narrowed your eyes. “Sarah is coming later?” you reiterated, making sure he wasn’t bluffing again.
Rafe nodded. “Like I said, she loves parties.”
Once again, you couldn’t find any good argument against him. He was annoyingly triumphant in most of these situations, and you rolled your eyes at him. Rafe took this as a victory, and placed a hand on your back before leading you through the crowd of people.
“Let’s get you a drink, yeah? Being drunk makes these things ten times better.” He stopped at a makeshift bar setup, and grabbed a solo cup before filling it with mysterious liquid. When he handed it to you, you saw an odd red colored mixture and sniffed it hesitantly. It smelled strongly of alcohol, but also had a fruity tang.
“What the hell is this?” you asked, unsure of what the concoction could be.
Rafe smiled proudly. “It’s my signature. Half vodka and half whatever fruity seltzer we have in the fridge. Tastes amazing, and also gets you drunk without the awful taste of regular vodka.”
Shrugging, you took a long sip, and Rafe whistled approvingly. “Damn, you’re really trying to get drunk, huh?”
You shook your head. “I’m the opposite of a lightweight. It takes a lot to actually get me hammered.”
“Oh, well then drink up.” Rafe poured himself a cup, and you toasted the solo cups with a laugh. Now that you weren’t wandering around alone, you were actually sort of enjoying yourself. But after a minute, you noticed people staring at you, and the group Rafe had abandoned to talk to you looked annoyed at his absence.
You bit your lip. “Um, Rafe,” you started, causing him to look over at you. His blue eyes shocked you as always, and you blushed. “You don’t have to stay and talk to me. I’m sure you’d rather be with your friends, I’m just a drag.”
He looked shocked that you’d even say that. “What are you talking about? I’m not hanging out with you out of obligation.” At your doubtful shrug, he sighed. “You know what? You’re gonna come meet my friends.” He grabbed your hand, leading you once again through the throng of people.
Panic striking you, you stuttered out, “Rafe, I don’t think that’s a good--” But it was too late; you’d reached his group of friends. You recognized Topper and Kelce, and forced a pinched smile. They both sported black eyes and multiple bruises, not to mention glares pointed directly at you.
“Guys, this is Y/N,” Rafe introduced, and a few of them nodded or muttered greetings. He went around and said half a dozen names you knew you wouldn’t remember, but you smiled at them anyway. Rafe was right next to you, and you found yourself almost leaning into him as a shield. The proximity was closer than you’d ever been, and you got a whiff of his expensive cologne.
The group started chattering about something you only sort of paid attention to. Instead, you focused mainly on observing Topper and Kelce. You figured it was a good idea to get to know Rafe’s best friends if you wanted to be friends with him. Over the course of the conversation, your view of both of them changed. You realized Topper was more pathetic than anything; he actually cared about Sarah, and missed her like crazy. This made him easier to understand in your head, and the dislike you held for him before was replaced by pity. Kelce didn’t change much for you, just confirmed that he was a meathead with little else going for him. He didn’t have any original thoughts, always trailing behind Rafe or Topper and doing whatever they wanted.
You attempted to listen to the conversation for a little while longer, until you were so bored you couldn’t stand it anymore. Leaning over to whisper into Rafe’s ear, you said, “I’m gonna go see if Sarah is here yet.” You smiled warmly at him, hoping he could see you actually appreciated his effort to incorporate you into the group.
Wandering around again wasn’t any more enjoyable this time. You still felt ostracized from the other Kooks, like you didn’t belong here with them. An hour must have passed of just aimlessly searching for Sarah, and by the time you gave up it was so late at night you realized Sarah probably wasn’t going to come at all.
Which meant Rafe had lied to you.
Once you made this realization, the anger you’d overcome earlier resurfaced. Why the hell would he lie about this? Did he just want to lure you here for his friends to mock and make fun of? What was the point of making you feel like an outsider, other than to hurt you? Friends didn’t pull stunts like this.
You stormed towards the pool, heading straight for Rafe who stood beside it talking to his friends. When he saw you approach he grinned, but this expression quickly changed when he read the anger in your eyes
“Y/N--”
“Why did you lie about Sarah coming?” you interrupted furiously. “Why would you drag me to this stupid party if you knew I would be alone and miserable? I mean, did you want me to feel like shit?”
Rafe looked completely stupefied. He opened his mouth, but no words came out he was so speechless. You glowered at him, cheeks heating up as you felt the stares of everyone else on your face.
“Well?” you insisted. Rafe looked more confused than ever, and you rolled your eyes. At this moment, Topper stepped out next to Rafe.
“Relax, Y/N, you don’t have to make a scene.” He reached out to touch your shoulder, and you flinched away from his touch. But this sudden movement caused you to lose balance, and you felt yourself tripping backwards.
Before you knew what was happening, your body hit the pool. Ice cold water cascaded over your head, and your arms floundered desperately under the surface. You reemerged a second later, but you were soaked to the bone and came up to the sounds of hysterical laughter. Rubbing the water out of your eyes, you saw Topper and the others snickering at your clumsiness, with Rafe staring down at you just as clueless as before.
He recovered quickly though, and extended a hand to help you out. You grabbed it angrily, and he hauled you out of the pool.
“Y/N, I am so sorry--”
You didn’t wait around to hear his apology, Instead, you stormed out of the crowd and headed away from the house, trying to ignore the mocking laughter behind you.
The beach seemed to be the place you always went to at times like this. The waves were calm again tonight, and despite the freezing pool water drenching your clothes the air was warm with summer heat. You stopped beside a long wooden beach chair with padded cushions, discarding your wet shorts and shirt. You folded the soggy fabric and left them by the chair along with your shoes, leaving you in just the bikini you’d put on before coming.
In order to work off your anger and dry off your body, you started on a walk down the shore. It was peaceful at this hour, and you eventually walked far enough from the party to be in total silence. Normally you’d let your thoughts run rampant right now, but tonight you didn’t want to think about anything. You especially didn’t want to think about Rafe. He’d genuinely hurt you, and for the second time in a matter of days. No matter how sincere he seemed in the aftermath, this humiliation was overpowering.
You must have walked for miles, because the stretch of beach became unfamiliar and prompted you to turn around. By the time you neared where you left your clothes, you were exhausted and drained from feeling upset. You were so tired in fact that you didn’t notice someone sitting in the beach chair until they spoke.
“I thought you left.” Rafe’s voice was soft and timid, worried you’d yell at him again. You just paused beside him, folding your arms across your exposed chest.
“Why would I leave when my clothes are still here?” you said pointedly, and Rafe nodded in defeat. He was quiet, clearly picking up on your mood. You almost appreciated this gesture, if he wasn’t the person who’d ruined your mood to begin with.
Glancing at his house in the distance, you saw the lights were off and the sound of voices had ceased. The party had finished by the time you returned from your walk, which meant it was just Rafe around.
He was laying across the big chair clad only in board shorts, his exposed torso gleaming in the moonlight. His gaze was directed towards the sky, face peaceful.
Wanting to fill the silence, you asked, “Why are you out here? Aren’t you tired from the party?”
Rafe shook his head. “Nah, I’ll be up for hours. I just came out here to look at the stars.”
You snorted. “How cute,” you commented, but when you realized he was serious you regretted your jab. Rafe shifted aside on the chair and patted a space by his knees for you to sit. Tentatively, you settled there and gazed up at the stars as well.
“I’ve always loved astronomy,” he admitted. “I think it’s so cool that there’s so much else out there. Kind of makes everything down here seem insignificant.”
You furrowed your brow. “That’s morbid.”
He shrugged. “I don’t know, it’s sort of comforting. Like, however shitty things are here, that’s not how it is everywhere.” This made you turn your gaze to him, frowning. You wondered if he was referring to Ward, and you sensed you were right when he couldn’t meet your eyes.
A minute passed, and then Rafe said, “I really am sorry.” His words were genuine, and tried to let them sink in. It didn’t make up entirely for tonight, but it helped.
Sliding your eyes along his face, you saw something flit across his eyes. The air suddenly filled with tension, and you found it hard to breathe with his gaze so fixated on you. Your body almost felt a magnetic pull towards his, and when he rested his arms on the edge of the chair you hitched your breath.
Without even thinking, you swung your legs over and shifted your body until you were settled between his legs. Your head leaned back against his chest, his chin resting just by your ear. Having his warm skin under yours felt beyond good, and his arms encircled you to rest by your waist.
You laid together like this for a while, neither of you saying anything. Your hands drifted up his arms, absently feeling him as he breathed against the back of your neck. Occasionally he’d lift his hand to point out a star pattern, and when you tilted your head to see it you rested against his shoulder.
While you looked at the sky, Rafe looked at you. Turning your head to the side, you realized how close your faces were and parted your lips. Even in the dark his blue eyes were striking. You held your breath, anticipating his next move.
And when it came, you rejoiced inside. Rafe leaned forward to connect your lips, his mouth warm and gentle. You accepted the kiss gratefully, molding against him and twisting slightly so you could bring a hand to his cheek. His tongue swiped out across your bottom lip, and you opened your mouth to grant him entrance. Your tongues pushed against one another, deepening the kiss and making your head grow fuzzy.
Tearing his lips from yours, Rafe moved down your jaw and to your neck. You faced forward again, watching as his hands slid up your abdomen. His fingers found the ties to your bathing suit top, and in one swift movement he undid them. The white bikini fell out of place, your breasts exposed to the warm night air.
Breathing hard, you felt Rafe’s hands skim across your breasts, making your nipples harden into peaks. His fingers were rough against your skin, and when his thumbs grazed your nipples you exhaled softly. His lips worked the side of your neck, sponging kisses there while his hands were at your chest.
Waves of pleasure drifted through your body, and your lips hung open in a wordless gasp. Rafe pinched your nipples lightly, causing you to arch your back against him. As you did this, you felt something hard pressing into your back, and realized it was his firm length through his shorts. You continued to grind your hips slowly against his, and his breathing increased by your ear.
“Y/N,” he breathed, making your eyes roll back. He gave your breasts a firm squeeze, and you raised one hand to touch his cheek. You were breathing erratically now, and this only increased when he removed his hands from your chest and moved them downwards, towards the pool of moisture already collecting in your bathing suit bottoms.
His fingers dipped below the band, his fingers shockingly cool against your hot skin. You tensed up when you felt him right where you needed him, and when his lips kissed your ear you exhaled.
And then his middle finger pressed into your clit, causing a moan to tumble from your mouth. He’d barely touched you and you were already putty in his hands. Rafe started circling his finger, and you couldn’t control the sounds leaving your throat.
“Yes,” you released, crying out when he dragged across your slick entrance. “Rafe.” you moaned his name, and a gentle growl rumbled in his throat behind you.
Rafe’s fingers worked expertly against you. He focused entirely on your clit, knowing exactly what to do to drive your senses wild. The bundle of nerves was going haywire under his hand, and your hips ground into his palm to try and increase friction.
“That’s it,” he murmured into your ear, causing goosebumps to raise across your skin. “Do I make you feel good, baby?” The nickname made you moan again, you brought a hand to roughly squeeze your breast.
Rafe quickened his movements, and your legs were shaking from the sheer pleasure. When he pinched your clit, you knew you were done for. An orgasm exploded in your abdomen, and you cried out in ecstasy, tensing against his hand and whining his name.
“Rafe,” you panted, resting your cheek against his chest. His lips pressed into the top of your head, and you watched him bring his hand out of your bikini bottoms to his lips. He licked off your moisture, and the sight drove you absolutely crazy.
Slowly flipping over so your chest was against his, you dove in to give him another kiss. Rafe eagerly reciprocated, spreading his fingers across your back and pulling you close. But you broke away from the kiss after a second, holding his gaze as you moved down his body. His mouth hung open while he watched, and when you reached his waist he swallowed.
Slowly, you brought your hand up over his clothed cock. Rafe jerked at the subtle movement, and you smiled. You palmed his mound again, licking your lips in preparation. You wanted to make him feel as good as he just made you feel.
When you were about to pull down his shorts, a voice broke through the silence.
“Rafe? Are you out there?”
It was Sarah. Panic flared in your chest, and you pressed yourself as far into Rafe as you could to stay out of view. He was panting by now, distracted by your body on his and the erection in his pants.
“I’m coming in a second,” he called out. The distant sound of departing footsteps told you she was gone, and you then scrambled down off the chair and into the sand. It sounded like Sarah had left, but you didn’t want to take any chances.
Rafe sat up quickly, blowing out a sigh and running a hand through his tousled hair. He looked worked up, and still very much hard. But you ignored him as you pulled your shorts on, retying your bikini top and putting on your shirt.
“Y/N,” he began, but once you slid into your shoes you wasted no time in running off of the beach, not even bothering to say goodbye.

Mastering the Reverse Golf Grip with Macrogolf: A Game-Changer for Your Swing
Golf is a game of precision, technique, and consistency, and every golfer is always on the lookout for ways to improve their swing. One often overlooked aspect of the game is the grip, which plays a crucial role in the quality of a player’s shots. The reverse golf grip, also known as the "left-hand low" grip, is a unique technique that has gained popularity among golfers looking for more control and better consistency in their game. Macrogolf offers a variety of products to help players master the reverse golf grip, ensuring that you can play your best, whether you are a beginner or an experienced golfer.

What is the Reverse Golf Grip?
The reverse golf grip involves positioning the hands on the club in a way that is opposite to the conventional grip. Typically, the left hand (for right-handed golfers) is placed lower on the grip, while the right hand is positioned higher. This is the reverse of the traditional grip, where the left hand is at the top of the club, and the right hand is below it. The reverse golf grip is commonly used to promote a more stable putting stroke, but it can also be applied to full swings.
Benefits of the Reverse Golf Grip
One of the primary advantages of the reverse golf grip is the increased stability it provides during the putting stroke. By lowering the left hand, golfers reduce the tendency for the wrists to break or flick during the stroke. This leads to a more consistent and controlled putting motion. For many players, this grip style can help eliminate the "yips" – that sudden, jerky movement that can occur when a golfer becomes nervous or over-analytical during the putt.
Why Choose Macrogolf for Mastering the Reverse Golf Grip?
Macrogolf is a trusted name in the golfing community, known for providing high-quality equipment and accessories designed to enhance your performance. When it comes to adopting the reverse golf grip, Macrogolf offers a wide range of products that can help you make the most of this grip style. Their grips are specifically designed to offer comfort, stability, and better control for golfers of all skill levels.
Whether you're new to the reverse grip or looking to improve your existing technique, Macrogolf provides grips that promote a secure and comfortable hold, which is crucial when using this unique style. Their grips are made from durable, high-performance materials that ensure long-lasting comfort and support, even during long rounds on the course. With Macrogolf’s innovative designs, you can take full advantage of the reverse grip technique and enhance your golfing experience.
Conclusion
Adopting the reverse golf grip could be the key to improving your swing and putting consistency. Macrogolf offers the tools and resources you need to master this unique grip, providing golfers with the stability, control, and comfort required for better performance on the course. Whether you're struggling with your putting stroke or looking for more control over your full swing, the reverse golf grip might just be the game-changer you need.

Frisbee Golf Information: Frisbee Stability And Weight

When you're starting to master how to play frisbee golf, you are going to want to opt for discs which would be the most easy to throw and control, even if they don't really go as much as some other discs. A couple of matters you're going to wish to consider immediately off are burden and stability, read more.
Stability is sold with a number of the terminology in golfclubs. The quick and straightforward guideline would be to really go for a stability as close to (0) as you are able to once you're still learning just how to throw. As soon as you get a decent grip on the overall technique, you'll actually are searching for a disc which stinks to a normal aspect -- i. e. to the best for right handers -- since the pitching motion you create is inclined to push out a disc off using this negative, and you're going to use the curve to help keep stuff straight.
Discs will curve throughout most shouts and start off to bend -- also called a"fade" -- to the correct or the left. You'll probably notice that the terms"understable" and"overstable," therefore following is just a bit of assistance with those around the spectrum from (-3) into (3).
1 important notice is that this is dependant over a thrower employing the normal backhand-style toss.

Understable
Discs that disappear throughout a direct throw in average strength are believed to be understable. An understable disc will have a score of (-1) into (-3)along using a (-3) disc fading probably the most to this best. Generally speaking, once you're fresh to disc golf you'll want to start looking for an understable disc for your long drives.
Overstable
Your normal golf frisbee banks to many individuals to the left , particularly if it has to do with motorists. This means they considered overstable. discs have a tendency to bend left. The thinner the curve to the left, the greater the quantity which range from (1) into (3).
0 Stability
Which means you're looking at disc golf discs and see that a (0) evaluation. In case you get it? In general, you will wish to appear at putter discs with a (0) rating, but perhaps maybe not elsewhere. Putters will need to soar straight and low over a brief space, that your (0) equilibrium is designed todo. For most, but this evaluation will not get the job done properly for throws such as driver discs.
But I'm a Lefty!
The numbers we're employing are on average made for right-handed throwers. You, however, are one of the lefties. This indicates that you'll need to undo the graph, once you are utilizing an opposite spin, because discs disappear at the opposite direction.
Consider it this way: a back hand throw to your left hand will produce spin so discs will probably fade into the right and discs will probably disappear to the surface side.
The very fantastic thing is you are not using having to know how things switch up alone, as righties are impacted by it, also. They truly are reversing the spin and will see their discs bank directly, Each time a player uses a forehand throw.
Weight
The final point to think about is the burden of one's frisbee. Broadly speaking, a higher burden keeps matters and a lot far more overstable, therefore they are often preferred by seasoned people. Lighter discs are easier once you are mastering, to throw. You'll observe a disc that certainly will move readily and weighs roughly 150 g, which is lightweight, however they will curve be more impacted by the end in your area.

Stewart’s tips to improve your golf swing
Swinging a golf club correctly is imperative for improving your golfing score. However, every beginner has a problem initially with the golf swing and holding the club. In order to hit the ball properly, you will need to perform the perfect swing. You can be good at golfing easily, having the proper equipment, and approaches towards playing. However, experience also plays an essential role while playing golf. Practicing regularly knowing the appropriate rules of playing can make you a better and experienced player. Read this article to know about Stewart’s reviews about improving your golf playing experience.

Choosing the right sized clubs
In order to swing perfectly, you will need to get the right-sized swinging clubs. This is the most important thing before playing golf. While buying a club, you should keep a few things in your mind. The club should be compatible with your arm size. It would be best if you were comfortable with the clubs to operate. Before buying a particular one, do some practice with it. While practicing with different forms, you should also comfortably connect the club with the golf balls.
Practicing with the right form
It would be best if you always practiced golfing with the right and proper way. If you are righty, you should place your left hand at the proper place of the golf club. Having a proper grip over the club, you should bend for hitting the ball. However, there are also some rules for the posture. You will need to stand with the right posture to swing the club properly and send the ball to the hole.
When you want to put maximum power on the swing, you should twist your hips. If you are lefty, you should follow the reverse way to swing your club.
Be yourself
Golfing is a more mental game than physical. It would be best if you put your hundred percent concentration while playing golf. Focus and attention are the keys to do well in golf. If you want to become a serious player, you should train your mind in the way that any distraction can’t come to your way. While playing, you should not be worried about your score or the thoughts of people about you. But you should enjoy your game thoroughly.
Pay attention to visualization
Without visualization, you can’t play golf properly. You can be a proper golfer over time with practice and following the tips on improving your golfing skills. But if you don’t have any visualization, you can’t be a pro player anytime. You need to visualize how exactly the ball will be landed on the hole after your shot.
So, these are a few fundamental tips from Stewart’s to improve your golfing experience.
