I have recently adored the thought of a health care worker being a feeder. I’d imagine an insanely sadistic doctor who is hell bent on making you as unhealthy and massive as possible. They start you off by offering to curate a meal plan for you maybe not disclosing that they want you to gain. As you notice the changes they insist that exercise isn’t necessary for the meal plan to work. You begin to gain weight and complain and they reassure you that they love your new size and hint that they almost like it more. They steadily update your plan to keep you growing nice and plump as you stay complacent and well fed.
After a while they tell you just a bit of their plans and whip out the funnel for the first time and now you’re in standard feedism territory. Getting fed more and more often and with bigger doses. You notice a diet change with more vegetables in it which your large piggy self obviously complains about but they assure you it’s for the best because what they’re not telling you is that vegetable increase stomach capacity. Your lack of exercise begins to catch up to you and you rely on them more and more. They begin to decrease your protein so your muscles weaken and are replaced with succulent lard.
You don’t even realize that your body has been carefully curated to be as useless as possible. You don’t even notice as your autonomy slips away. They have curated a diet that directly contradicts everything they’ve learned about keeping a person healthy. Your lard begins to slow you down at around 400 but god it feels like it’s got to be way more. They take you in as a special patient which of course means mandatory bed rest. You switch to a pure liquid diet consisting of lard ridden weight gain shakes that seem to get heavier every time.
They begin to experiment with your intake toying with your massive body as if you’re nothing but a test to them. You don’t even notice as your shakes basically become pure empty calories. You don’t even move anymore and gosh your body is getting hard to operate. You only ever use your fat hands to play games but even then you do it less and less due to their insistence that you focus on your feedings.
Eventually your body fills the large sized medical bed you’re in. Your gut spills off and your limbs don’t lift. Your mouth is constantly filled with weight gain shakes and you haven’t stopped eating in ages. You’re hooked up to oxygen tubes and a heart rate monitor and constantly complain about how tight your chest feels. They always just silence you and say “shush my little pet you agreed to let me ruin your health. Plus I think you can handle a few hundred more pounds before you can’t take it anymore”

Going to a gym? Lisa will pass, thank you. 
All the sweat and all the effort could, if she had to exert herself at all, go towards other things than gaining muscles. What would she use them for anyway? Her strength doesn't come from raw, brutish power, but rather from her brilliance and knowledge. 
For Lisa, getting some gains would be a bad thing as far as her appearance is concerned. She feels great as she is - of healthy weight with some delectable fluff on her belly, thighs and butt. A girl's got to have some meat on her bones, doesn't she? It's perfect for touching and resting your weary head on those plushy thighs. She won't ruin that especially since you're far from complaining about her assets. 
Even if she won't train, Lisa will care for her diet, and will keep an eye on yours too if you ask her to. She'll buy more of her natural yogurts, fruits, granola and other healthy foodstuffs. You'll be in good hands - Lisa will buy you shakes and foods with lots of protein to help build that dazzling body of yours. 
If at any point you find yourself tempted to cheat, she’ll gently remind you of your goal and help you resist. 
She's a vegetarian herself, but will not, to any extent of the word, force her views upon you. She just dislikes the taste of meat, especially when it's fried. The heartburn she feels after is straight up awful. Still, she won't object to making you hearty meals with all the love she has. After all, she has all the time in the world. 
Although she wouldn't ever come to the gym herself, it's different with you there. Lisa will gladly tag along to keep you company whenever she can. She won't hesitate to do her research, helping you in maintaining the proper position and form as you train. Need a break? She'll pass you the water and take away the weights (according to her ability). Feeling tired or bored? Lisa will be there, keeping a conversation or reading out loud to you - this way you train both your mind and your body. She'll get you whatever help she can offer. 
Is she accompanying you to gawk at your bare chest, your tensing, sweaty muscles, hear your masculine groans of exertion as you lift inhuman weights and give it your all? See you doing what men do, pushing yourself to the limit to become bigger, better, faster and stronger? Perhaps. Is that an invalid reason? Not at all. 
After a certain amount of these trips, the mage will start eyeing the exercise mats with increasing curiosity. Of course she wouldn't do any actually tiring exercises, but it wouldn't hurt to stretch a little, would it? Being flexible has a few uses Lisa can't think of, most of which involve you~
The first few times would render her limbs and joints crying in pain as years of “rust” come off. It would surely leave her grumpy the next day, but it's alright - you'll do your duty and massage her pains away, won’t you? 
When going at them, Lisa likes to do stretches that let her poor back get some lovely relief. Every time she begins the cobra stretches of the day, she can't help but sigh in satisfaction. The first one's the best, no doubt about that. On the other hand, those exercises that require her to lean down are the cause of her pains rather than the relief. Toe touches aren't easy, and things like forward folds are the stuff of nightmares, the mere thought of which is enough to make her spine ache.

Ningguang isn't one to work out either. She’s on a strict diet, planned out for her by the best dietitian and cooked by the best chef Mora can buy. Each of her meals has its calories counted to the letter, and - should the situation demand it - Ningguang is capable of counting them herself. Even when there's no label, she's able to judge it with impressive accuracy. 
It's thanks to this attentive lifestyle that she can flaunt her wasp waist. Even if a person's worth is more in merit than appearance, impeccable beauty can go a long way too. Oftentimes just her looks alone can charm an interlocutor, leading to favorable outcomes. 
Eating this little has a downside, coming in the form of low energy levels. She can push pencils all day long, but even short jogs can find her out of breath after a while. Ningguang gets tired and sore fairly easily, making it no surprise that she avoids straining herself. 
She avoids training, but that doesn't mean she simply sits around looking pretty. Each of her mansions is equipped with a rich and well stocked gym for use at yours and hers leisure. Before you came they were mostly gathering dust, but your interest in training reminded her of that purchase. It was nice to see they finally had a use. 
Sometimes, on a slow day, Ningguang will bring out her sport gear and join you in the training room. Most of her time she'll do stretches or use the treadmill, since these don't increase muscle mass that much - the high class canon of beauty doesn't include muscle girls, nor does she see the appeal if truth is told. She's the Tianquan, not some… sea captain. 
Besides, that would be threading on your territory. Why be muscular if you're the muscle man here? If you're strong, then she'll be swift and agile. Perfectly complementary, wouldn't you say? 
When it comes to date ideas, a gym date is a unique one to be sure, but she doesn't mind. It gives both of you a chance to show off your hard earned physiques and spend some quality time together. Ningguang enjoys you spotting for her, even if she won't do the exercises by herself. The attention is always appreciated. 
She wouldn't admit that to anyone, but she enjoys goofing around with you. Using her as a dumbbell or doing push-ups with her casually sitting on your back is both amusing and quite flustering - getting a first hand experience of your strength never fails to get her a little red. But don't tell anyone, or else…!
Sometimes when she needs to think, Ningguang visits you and simply enjoys your presence in silence. There's something hypnotic about you going about your business and the repetitive motions of the equipment. Many times she watched you in silence, only to mutter a silent ‘got it’ before getting up and thanking you with a kiss. Each time after she left the room you were left fairly confused. Confused, but happy to be of help nonetheless.

Both men had gotten done at the gym, still slightly sweaty underneath their gym clothes. They were going to their usual post protein snack spot. Michael was hungry, but Steven was starving himself for gains. As they got out of their car to enter into the restaurant, Steven pounced. His mouth opened wider than what seemed humanly possible and wet "GLOMLP" sound was heard around Michael's ears. Michael's head had been devoured in just one gulp. Michael struggled, but Steven clamps Michael's arms by his side.
Steven swallowed Michael's head and neck, it bulges on Steven's throat going down. He could hear Michael's muffled shouts through his bulky neck. He paid them little mind as he turned his best friend into a snack. Afterwards those wide and beefy shoulders came into Steven's mouth. Steven was soaking Michael in his saliva. It draws out the taste even through the layers of fabric that Michael had on. With the widest part of Michael's body now headed down his throat, Steven knew that his meal was all but accomplished.
Steven fed his mouth Michael's chest and drooled as if this was his first meal. Steven remembered all the progress pics that Michael had taken. All that beef, it belongs to him. With another swallow, Steven can feel the bumps of those rock hard abs even through Michael's hoodie. Those delicious bumpy muscles are explored as Michael's hoodie lifts to expose them. Soon after, Steven opens his mouth to nibble and chew on those muscular globes. Michael had always had a dumpy truck ass, but tasting it now made him question himself in a few places. This temporary confusion causes Steven to slap Michael's ass a few times. Steven ignores his temporary confusion to power down the rest of that delectable bubble butt.
Michael was curling up more and more behind Steven's powerful abs. Although they were giving away to Michael's bulky and muscular form. As sure as the day is long Michael's body bulges Steven's hoodie from underneath. His long athletic legs are slowly reduced. Steven's tongue snakes out to collect those socked feet, Michael's slides falling and clattering to the ground. With one final, hungry and triumphant gulp, Steven bellies his best friend.
There is an audible bounce when Michael truly lands inside of Steven's belly. It's cramped, squishy, and hot inside. There's barely any room to move. On the outside, Michael's form was clearly visible. Steven runs his hands over the bulge that Michael made. Every twitch of Michael's form sent pleasure to Steven, including down south. Steven leans back for a moment, his belly acting like a counterweight. At first he thought he was feeling bout of indigestion from such a hefty meal. However a rumble in his belly races up through his chest and out his mouth.

Satisfied after smacking his lips, tasting Michael's delicious flavor again, he waddles back to the car and heads home. Once home, Steven takes a couple of before pictures in the mirror. Steven flops on his bed, a possessive hand over his belly with a smile. Then he drifts to sleep while his belly works overtime on his Michael.
A few days later, Steven goes to the scale after completely digesting Michael. He was a little anxious. Steven had waited until Michael had completely digested. He hoped that digesting his best friend was going to be worth it for all of this. After stepping on the scale, Steven smiles down at the number between his feet.

I watched from the kitchen door, with a wide grin on my face, as my previously combative, nerdy Stepson watched his laptop, eyes glazed, for the umpteenth time these last 6 months. Nobody would ever remember tiny, snarky little Theodore. They’d only ever see Theo, this bulky, sweaty brute, lifting and fucking his way through college, just like any red-blooded young man should. And it was all thanks to my buddy Sarge’s “attitude adjusting” self help videos, he custom designs for a slew of shady clientele after he retired. Good afternoon, my name is Bruno and I am going to be your nurse for your stay here at the hospital. Its nice to meet you!
I love working this ward, love seeing the guys grow after their procedures. I bet you can tell, I've had it too. What gave it away? The pecs? Yeah, they are my favorite. Look, they're gargantuan! This set of scrubs is a 5XL, I think, and I am just about too big for them.
But that comes with the territory with the procedure. You'll blow up to twice your size this next two months in the ward. And then for the next year or so you'll pack on muscle easy peasy. I'm about 2 years out and I still gain about a pound a week.
Can't wait to help you out in whatever way I can, if you need something just reach out! I can grab you food or protein shakes if you need. You'll be ravenous once you wake up, so don't worry, I am used to it. But my favorite part is helping you stretch and massage your new muscles as they grow. The guys on the ward say I am the best at it, if i do say so myself!

Hypnotized Help: Chris
"I've got the gym all ready for you, master," Hemsworth states with his famous smile, "What would you like to work on today?"

I hypnotized the actor awhile ago to quit the high-paying job he was used to. As far as he understands it, Hollywood is not a place he belongs. Chris Hemsworth now understands that he's meant to be my personal trainer.
Of course, it took some deep reconditioning to convince him of that.
"Let's keep up the same workout," I tell him.
"Yes, master. Then you'll be working on the back and arms today," he explains, "I'll make your pre-training shake for you."
I watch with amusement as the stud scrambles to prepare my exercises. He's my gym coach, which means it's his sole responsibility to get me into bodybuilding shape. The guy has already gotten me to gain plenty of lean muscle, so he must have some idea of what he's doing.
"This is for you, Master," Chris hands me the shake, "Alright, let's get you pumped up!"
With a flick of the remote, my personal trainer blasts energetic music before eagerly watching me down the protein mix. He's bouncing on the balls of his feet with excitement. I programmed a deep desire for him to want the best for me. Motivation has always been a struggle for me in the gym, so having a trainer around who doubles as my biggest cheerleader is a good influence.
"That's nasty!" I toss the empty cup to Chris after swallowing the entirety of the liquid.
"It'll maximize the work you're about to do!" the superhero grins, "Let's get started with some simple calisthenics."
The actor begins walking me through increasingly brutal exercises, making sure to do a few reps himself to give me the best impression of how to do them.
"Don't forget to tuck your glutes in," he reminds me, gently guiding my hips with his hands.
He puts me through a few hours of intense exercises, but I beat my personal records in almost every set I lift. It's easy to push myself with Hemsworth cheering me on.
"Alright, that's enough for today," I pant, "Don't forget to wipe everything down."

"Already on it, Master," he replies, marching around with a spray bottle and rag, "Don't forget to stretch tonight before you turn in."
"I'm going to forget unless you come and remind me," I sigh, "Just wait in my room until I'm done with the day. Then you can walk me through the stretches."
"Yes, master," he replies.
I need to hit the showers so I can move on with my day, but I can't help lingering to watch the former superhero cleaning my sweat off the bench. Part of his responsibilities include wiping down all the equipment before and after I use it. I think I also put him in charge of laundering all the sweaty towels, but I can't remember.
"Chris."
"Yes master?" he pauses and smiles up at me.
"How's my progress?" I ask, knowing full well my body has never looked better, "Am I on track to be an even hotter hero than you?"
"Oh definitely, master," he instantly assured me, "You are already in phenomenal shape, and in a few months, you'll be bigger than I ever was. Then all the ladies will rightfully be after you, master!"
"Sounds good," I enjoy the praise, "Why don't you finish cleaning all this up in a little bit."
"Is there something you need me to do, master?" Chris asks.
"Yeah, you need to wash me down in the shower," I command, "It's a new responsibility you have. You got me this sweaty, so you're going to clean it up."
"Of course, master," he says, putting the rag and spray bottle down, "That only seems right. I hope you aren't too uncomfortable, standing in your sweat right now."
I can't help but harden as we step into my locker room. Thinking about Chris Hemsworth cleaning me off in the shower is too much. The image of him beneath the water in his little uniform and on his knees scrubbing my tired legs, is too much.
The former celebrity will just have to work around my throbbing erection.

You were once an athlete. Not the best one in your school, but your physique definitely portrayed you as one. Lean muscle, strong legs, and endurance to match. You ate a lot to keep up with that physical activity.
Then you went to college. Classes took priority and your diet never changed. Not by much. Some of the healthier meals were replaced with hot pockets and ramen. You tried to work out, but your physical activity diminished when your friend group grew. You spent so much time socializing and enjoying the company of friends that it was only a matter of time until that waistline stopped being so trim. Pants a little tighter, shirts lifting up a bit more, underwear cutting in a little to uncomfortably. It was only when you hit your second year that you realized you had been gaining weight.
Once it started to warm up for spring and you started putting on your tank top you noticed how difficult it was to bring below your navel. That soft mound of flesh that is starting to hide your feet is in the way. A prod here, a grab there, and you realize you have really put on some weight. Yes the panic sets in and you started to think on ways to lose it, but you had an appearance to maintain with your friends. So you bailed on spring break to try and workout. That's when you met me.
Of course I was also trying to lose weight and build an athletic figure, but you showed up and blew me away. I was a little chubby with a small potbelly and thicker thighs, but you definitely had me outclassed by 30+ pounds. Your belly hung over your belt buckle. Your developing second chin was almost prominent. You breathed so heavily that I felt mine leave me because you took my breath away. And I had to have you.
So I introduced myself. We talked and parted ways to other corners of the gym. Eventually, over a few weeks, we got closer and talked more. You lost some weight and so did I. We were both honestly very motivational to each other. You could fit in some of your early college outfits and I could fit into some of my old uniforms.
But I missed how big you were. We started dating and you were so easily molded. We built up such a rapport and you trusted me so much that you didn't realize I was upping your portions. Now, with you going to the gym you did pack on more muscle, but there was equal parts fat to go with it. Your abs forever being hidden by a layer of chub. Your biceps large, but ultimately soft. And that round face stayed round. It was only when one night you brought up that you couldn't seem to lose weight that I decided to lay down the bombshell statement;
"I love you at any size, and I wouldn't mind more of you to love~"
And that's when I had you. You were cautious at first. We talked about it and explained further how I love how fat you were and how you are now, but I did admit I would prefer if you were more fat than fit. And we came to an agreement. If you didn't enjoy being fat in a year's time then I have to help you lose weight. So, I helped you enjoy it!
I baked and cooked all of your meals. Made shakes with whey protein, bananas, and peanut butter to quicken your gains with some added buttermilk to speeden things up. And the amount of fat, sweaty sex that showed my appreciation for the art form that is your body. You grew so fast over the course of half a year. 95+ pounds later and you couldn't see your feet! Your belly rested halfway on your too thick thighs, and not to mention how difficult it was to get you in a chair. You started to long for my cooking and even begged at times for me to feed you. Unfortunately for my own figure I got overzealous and didn't realize you could only handle so much food and drink. So I had to have some of my own. And it made a lot of my outfits too tight. Button up shirts had to always be unbuttoned and I had to resort to stretchy waistbands for all of my pants.
And then the year mark came. You could barely move you were so obese. You forgot about the deal, but I didn't. I reminded you and now here you are. Wondering if you enjoy the state you are in. A nearly immobile monolith of fat.
So how does it feel~? Being a former athlete and now a product of a nurturing partner~

We are now entering a period wherein we adopt the culture of South Korean artists, especially their food, exercises, clothes, dramas, and music.
Have you ever wondered why K-pop idols and actors are so skinny?
K-idols and actors balance and are strict with their lifestyles, including their workouts and food intakes.
Who wouldn't like to be as skinny as them? Let's start to be fit before the year ends.
First, be determined to workout once or twice a week at your convenience for thirty minutes to one hour. There are a lot of workout exercises on YouTube right now; you just have to do them and make a choice on which exercise is best for you. For me, cardio workouts standing I usually do once a week. First year of pandemic, usually I do workouts every day. Yeah, I was satisfied. In two weeks, I did achieve abs and became skinnier. Some of us hit the gym to become fit, which is also good.
But let's see how K-pop idols and actors do their workouts. As they said, before you make your debut in a group, you must undergo a series of training sessions in proper exercise, diet, singing, dancing, etc. Let's focus on their workout.
4th Generation Le Sserafim workout routine: 100 jumping jacks, 4x25 burpees, 2x10 jump squats (holding ears), 1 song plank crawl, 2x10 plank up and down, 2x10 plank twist, and 75 crunches
Girls Generation leg workout routine: 15 thigh hovers, 20 squats, 10 side planks, 20 inner thigh lifts, 15 hip kicks, 15 high knees, 10 lunges, and 19 hip raises
Blackpink Jennie Kim does pilates exercise for one to two hours for five days in a week. This helps to be flexible, strengthen, and tone the body.
BTS’s Jungkook Workout Routine: Knowing Jk, he does boxing exercises in his Weverse Live, but he also does 20 squats, 20 pushups, 20 jump squats, 20 pike pushups, 10 planks, 20 mountain climbers, 15 burpees, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises, and 20 Superman’s exercises to achieve his amazing toned body.
Exercise has advantages; it helps our brains improve, helps us manage our weight, strengthens our bones and muscles, improves our daily activities, and has a low disease risk (don't abuse it too much because it may also have a great risk in our body).
Second is food. Who doesn't like food? Do you know kpop idols and actors are forbidden from eating condiments, sweets, fried chicken, tteokbokki, pastry, ice cream, noodles, hamburgers, and jokbal before they debut as artists because they need to have a slim or skinny figure? They undergo really strict diets.
In the Philippines, there are a lot of fast food chains and restaurants opening from time to time.
Salt is usually what we put in our food, but have you heard that if we intake too much salt, there is a bad risk to the body? Salt intake in excess can be associated with disease, weight gain, and much more, but for us Filipinos, we can't remove it from our foods. We are fond of eating noodles, junk foods, fast foods, and restaurants. I read a lot of articles about how some salty foods can cause swelling. Sweets can gain us weight, and articles show they tend to give us acne or pimples. As per my experience, I am very observant about it. Back when I was in high school, I loved eating sweets like chocolates, candies, and much more, which gave me acne on my face and on my back. In time, I stopped eating chocolate, any sweets, and milk too. It slowly disappears, but then again, consult a physician for more information. Meat is really delicious, but the fatty part is no good if eaten too much, especially if you are really on a diet. The breadings, sauces, and ingredients we put on them are sometimes bad for our health. chicken, preferably the breast part for those on a diet.
Let's see how K-pop artists eat.
For IU, apple, sweet potato, and protein shake for a day
Suzy Bae ate one chicken breast and a banana for breakfast and drank a glass of milk. For lunch, she ate brown rice and a small vegetable salad. She finished the day with two sweet potatoes.
Blackpink Jennie's low-sodium (salt) diet, detox juices, and salad with avocado
That’s why they could lose weight in a short period of time. Remember to drink water.
I'm not saying it is bad, but in moderation, did you know that home-cooked food is still the best for me because we can control it on our own? Eating vegetables and fruits can also help us in our diet, but it really depends on a person's lifestyle and diet. There are a lot of apps now that you could try to help us plan our meals and exercises. We just need the determination within ourselves.

"Coach.... I think we should quit it with the shakes for a while... I can't get my shirt down!"
I muttered, feeling every ounce of the 40 lbs I'd gained in just 2 months. I could feel the thick, pastelike protein shake churning in my belly, a dull roaring heat gradually oozing from my core, out to my chest, shoulders, waist, legs, and arms. The raw, itching tingle of energy, fuel pumping into my sore muscles up into taut, stretched masses. Despite wanting to play lacrosse, and maybe look good enough to get a date finally, I'd made a mistake when I asked Coach for help. 
I should have known better as I watched nearly all the incoming freshman boys suddenly grow into grunting, sweating behemoths. The Dorms I'd been assigned to just 3 months ago, meant for incoming Science and Math Majors, now resembled a Frathouse. With heaving, lumbering nerds slowly losing interest in Planets and Chemicals, as they packed themselves solid in the cafeteria and snacked all throughout the day. All of us were bulking up pretty fast, and it wouldn't have been so bad, if I was unaware like the rest of the dorm!
Despite my protest, Coach slapped my back, causing an enormous belch to erupt from me. I groaned, my calloused hand going to my gut as I suddenly felt as if I were starving, what little room that belch had opened, now amplified into an insatiable hunger. Coach smirked at me, pushing one of his snack bars into my hand. I tried so hard to shake my head, to deny caloric nuke in my hand, but I found myself opening the wrapper with my teeth, biting into it and closing my eyes as the feeling of hunger subsided. Clach chuckled, putting his hand on my taut, boulder-like shoulder.
"No can do, you know the rules! All coach’s boys need their required nutrition. Don't you want to be the best? You said you wanted this, didn't you?" He said with a sneer, looking my hefty, thick-piled bulk up and down before giving my half-melon sized pec a soft punch, feeling the solid muscle under the layer of fat all of Coach's boys seemed to develop.
By the end of the year, not a single Jock in school was less than 200 lbs. The school had to cut some funding from the Science Department to cover the near mountain of new clothes, specifically shirts and shoes, as none of us fit into our original gear. I for one, ended up an XXL, lumbering around the halls and the gym at a whopping 220lbs. The entire school seemed to reek of athlete, classes with more than 2 jocks, often had some students complaining about the funk, while the girls, and gay guys tried to hide their arousal. My shoes, which consisted of sneakers and cleats, were all now size 14s, with not a single pair in the school less than a 13w.
I tried at first to get used to the size, the weight, the routine of workouts, meals, barely any time for assignments, as the school and Coach seemed hellbent on ensuring the Sports Budget was going to good use. All of us were forced to play a sport, the teams now full of grunting, sweating, aggressive young bulls hopped up on redbulls and creatine. For me, I ended up playing Football. I wanted to play Lacrosse, but coach said I had the genes for some real size, and vetoed my choice. He says by the time he's through with me, I'll be the biggest Biology major in the school. He says its what's best for me but I know why he's doing it. Because I haven't broken down like the others. I still kept my mind, and as long as I have that, the sweat, the meals, the snacks, and the grueling workouts will continue. Coach never fails, some of the sponsors say while they're eyeing us all up and down like priced bulls on a ranch.
I don't know what happens after graduation, but I'm pretty sure Weston Ridgeway, an eccentric foreign millionaire who bankrolls the Football team, has his eye on me. Coach says Ridgeway tends to like his "interns" Big, Dumb, and insatiable... I don't know how long before I fit all 3. I'm already big, and my backpack is full of shakes and snack bars proves I'm insatiable... Coach says he's got 3 years to, as he puts it, "Raise me up good and proper"

cookie baking vs beef cake jamie and reg being a mess
James was trying to put on weight.
Something or another about how you gain more muscle that way and after a few weeks you can decide to cut back and ideally the fat will get burned up and vanish and the muscles underneath will remain. However the hell that’s supposed to work, Regulus is no fucking gym rat.
His stupid brother and that one’s equally stupid best friend are though and so Regulus is subjected to witnessing them throwing back their morning protein shakes like berserks and nearly pissing himself when at night he wants another glass of water from the kitchen sink and is met with the sight of Sirius and James wolfing down blocks of Feta or spooning half a litre buckets of low-fat quark like feral fucking raccoons bent over a trashcan.
As well as, apparently, high calorie sugar cookie baking.
James had the ‘brilliant’ idea of getting thousands of edible baking embellishments to put on top of the cookies. Food coloring for the frosting, marshmallows, little chocolates, nuts, sprinkles, whipped cream– Regulus is fairly sure the list goes on. 
Pulling out every option under the sun, basically.
Somehow they’d ended up being abandoned by all three Sirius, Remus and Peter so now Regulus was to endure all…this all by himself.
This being James burly arms clad by his tight shirt that fits even more snugly now after the extra few pounds. Smooth brown skin, broad shoulder and a wide back, as always, and now he no longer looked fit as fuck but he instead fucking cuddly.
Regulus was led into a false sense of security believing that surely the less pronounced James’ muscles would get the less he’d internally melt down if in his close proximity.
Regulus was fucking wrong for that speculation because now the light pudge to James’ tall form makes him look so fucking domestic and warm and like home that Regulus wants to rip the hair out of his skull no less than a thirty times on a daily basis.
And now Regulus is being seducted bullied into baking cookies with that man. Looking the way he does now. For the next two hours minimum. Just the two of them. Alone.
“Arms up, love,” while tying the apron low on Regulus’ back.
Helping Regulus mix and knead and roll their dough, standing all close and smelling spicy and mind bendingly good.
Hunching forward and pressing his palms down into the counter to get it flat.
Smiling softly to himself when he places the excelled cookies successfully on the tray and snickering mischievously when he gets away with using the Christmas cookie cutters, producing several reindeers before Regulus catches him and puts an end to his nonsense.
It’s barely even Halloween season, christ’s sake. 
Regulus takes a breath when they slide the last tray into the oven. Rubs with the back of his hand at the crusted flour on his forehead as James sets the timer, grinning warmly at him.
They take a few on the couch in peaceful silence. And again, false sense of security.
Regulus thought the hard part was over already.
Regulus had not given James’ creative streak enough credit in his calculations.
They ‘have to’ make 4 different colored frostings.
A nice warm pink one, a light blue one, one is yellow with edible glitter, “Obviously so that it looks like gold, Reg, keep up.” and a last one James wildly pours the blue, green and purple into. Doesn’t mix the last one well so that it stays colorfully streaked.
“Galaxy vibes, hey?”
Regulus sighs.
James’ grin only widens at that, “What?”
And he pauses to lean right next to Regulus against the counter. Regulus busies himself with stirring the already perfectly smooth, equally saturated pink frosting, huffing an annoyed breath, “What for?”
“Why not?” James counters.
Regulus ignores that. “Don’t you think it’ll taste weird if the coloring’s not properly mixed with the frosting?”
James cocks his head at that for a moment, “Only one way to find out.”
And then proceeds to swipe a finger through the bowl and hold it up to Regulus’ face.
“Open up, love.”
And Regulus knows he shouldn’t.
Feels it in the way his shoulders draw tight and his breath refuses to come back out after the intake.
But James is looking at him with those deep brown eyes behind his glasses, the mess of raven hair streaked with flour dust and the slightest uptick in the corner of his parted lips.
Regulus slowly opens his mouth and sticks his tongue out.
Looks up at James as this one’s eyelids flutter once, twice and then he’s smearing the frosting from his digit down onto Regulus’ waiting tongue.
Regulus feels himself sway into the motion, tilts his head back to make James’ index slide down the tip of it and off.
Then James puts that same finger back into the frosting, without ever taking his eyes off Regulus, before leading it into his mouth as well.
Closing his lips around the sole fingertip and sucking. But still managing to get some on the lower line of his lips, having dipped his finger in too deep without watching what he was doing.
There’s a line of green in the formally white frosting and Regulus can’t stop staring at it. “You have a bit…”
James nods dimly, pupils blown, “You too.”
“Yeah?” it’s barely above a breath. James probably wouldn’t have heard if he wasn’t so close. When did James get so close? Wasn’t there just an arms length between them?
There’s not anymore. James is standing so close that the body heat radiating off of him is threatening to seep into Regulus’ slim frame and whack a shiver up his spine. 
So close that he has to duck his head to keep looking at Regulus.
So close that it’s apparently necessary to get Regulus’ chin in a gentle grip and tilt his head up.
That would be an explanation.
What does not fit into the explanation is the slick index finger that’s now sliding back and forth over Regulus wet bottom lip. 
What also doesn’t fit into the explanation is how Regulus would have gotten frosting on his lips when James had smeared it onto his tongue directly. 
Honestly, Regulus’ mind is far too occupied with more important thoughts right now.
Like the way James’ breath puffs against his lower face and how he keeps manipulating Regulus’ lips to part more and more.
Satisfied apparently when the fingerpad disappears only to promptly be replaced by James’ own fucking mouth.
Sucking Regulus’ bottom lip between his teeth and dragging oh so slightly that Regulus’ brain simply shuts down.
Because then James is releasing it, having gotten rid of the bit of frosting, but Regulus keeps his chin angled up. Like an insane person.
James doesn’t go far and promptly breaks into a smile before he dives back in for more.
Licking into Regulus’ mouth more confidently now and Ah, yeah there’s the frosting and the food coloring.
Regulus has the stray thought that their tongues must be stained from the color now but then James is skillfully prying the other bowl out of Regulus’ palms and then he’s being twisted a bit and now his hands are free to do stuff like run up the swell of James’ arm and shoulder and neck.
Which is downright indecent, even more so when James rumbles a noise into his mouth at the contact and Regulus feels it vibrate down into his gut immediately.
It makes him gasp and James uses that space happily, hungrily swiping his tongue and sucking at Regulus’ like he could fucking eat him, or at least the frosting right back out of his mouth again.
Regulus digs his blunt nails into the muscle of James’ neck which has him drawing back with a gasp.
It’s a bit embarrassing how little control Regulus has over the “Oh my god,” that’s slipping right out of him.
James smiles into another two quick kisses he can’t seem to help himself but steal.
They’re resting their foreheads together breathlessly when James mumbles, “And?”
Regulus makes an inquiring noise that’s more high-pitched than it should be.
James’ smile is evident in his voice, “Did it taste weird with the food coloring?”
Regulus suppresses the urge to pinch the skin of his neck, “Dunno.”
James lifts his head a bit and Regulus blinks his eyes back open.
Feels a warm tremble surge his body at the way James looks at him, “I think we should try again then.”
Regulus swallows with a bit of difficulty, nodding his head embarrassingly eagerly.

I know you've probably answered this before, but I gotta ask it again. Basically, what do you need to do to get stronger? Like, just to GET more strength. Is it weightlifting AND diet? JUST diet? JUST weightlifting? I can never find any clear answers and I was hoping you'd be able to answer in the most braindead way that an idiot like me can understand.
From a powerlifting perspective, the best way to increase strength is by means of heavy weights with low reps until failure (3-6 reps). While one could utilize a high rep regiment, strength will not improve as fast unlike with a heavier set of weights. Using relatively light weights and having a high rep routine can lead to Junk training. Junk training is when your investing too much energy and time, while not gaining any benefits from it; avoid it at all cost. For efficient strength growth, I recommend heavier sets when you do the big threes: Squats, Deadlifts and Bench presses, because of how many muscles are activated, and moderate sets for any other exercise (7-10 reps). Progressive overload is also a great way to increase strength by means of progressively adding more weights in your workout routines, which puts more stress into your muscles, allowing for effective hypertrophy and improvement in strength.
As for diet... It all depends on what you aim for, the most beneficial way to increase muscle growth/strenght is by proteins. It is always recommended to drink a shake of proteins within 30 mins after a workout routine to avoid muscle waste and fatigue. It's also a matter of meals, because shakes aren't enough to increase muscle strength and you should never replace your meals with supplements, make sure to eat enough protein and carb-based meals to increase protein synethesis. (The body prioritizes carbs as fuel, allowing your proteins to be utilized for other tasks) Furthermore, if you can afford it, I'd also recommend Casein, which is beneficial before bed. Casein is a form of milk protein found in cheese and various dairy products. Casein has the property of being slow-absorbant, which is especially beneficial when your body is in a state of rest. Carbs are great as an energy resource and should always be taken in moderation before a workout routine, I'd recommend a bowl of granola/musli with yoghurt and some slices of banana an hour before hitting the gym. Eating a heavier meal before the gym can make you nauseous, so avoid that.
