Wait how many days did alba did her yoga instructor training?
It was allegedly 200 hours spread out over ten weeks, with dates ranging from September 17 to November 20. Which makes sense given that the girl who posted the photo with Alba on it posted the picture on November 20. In that picture, Alba doesn't have her certificate in her hands, and if the training program ended on November 20th and the other girl got her own certificate on that day, why didn't she have it in the picture? Why did she post it only two days later? Also, her "Best teacher" comment is also weird, considering she became one on the same day she did.
Another thing: I wanted to let everybody know that I wanted to visit the page where it said it was an online course, but the page doesn't exist anymore. The yoga studio has now created a new page where they don't mention this detail, so I also deleted my post to not create confusion.

5 Ways to Manage Pregnancy Back Pain with Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

5. Savasana (Corpse Pose) with Support
