Me as a Rumbeller: I know I should watch all seasons on my rewatch of OUAT, but... Season 4 makes Rumple suddenly act really out of character, and Season 6A is probably the worst thing ever, and you can feel the writers' bias through the dialogue!

My friends : I have never seen those seasons, can we watch...

Me: No!

(idk what all you rumbellers are complaining about, season 7 is way better than these monstrosities.)

Season 7 may be bland, but at least I can die knowing these two dorks got to make a rose garden together, got to raise their son to be just as nerdy as them, and Belle finally did get to see the world with Rumple by her side!

Camp Nano Day 17

Another little stint on Storybrooke’s Best Kept Secret, but... I’ll be honest, my heart just wasn’t in it today, and the words were hard in coming. Lack of encouragement, I think, but, we’ll see... tomorrow is Tuesday, after all.

Camp goal: 15,000 words Day’s total: 226 Words Camp progress to date: 13,269 words (88.46%)

Fic: Storybrooke’s Best Kept Secret Summary: Ruby has a secret, even though she doesn’t know she does, until one day she bumps into the one man who can carry the secret out of the cottage in the woods - though not literally. This had me legitimately crying like OH MY GOD between rumple giving one last love confession to belle and then he and bae?

I don't know which part had me crying more.

Bae being heartbroken about losing his papa even though he was still mad. That was an awesome line because usually it's like "I'm sorry" "it's okay" but begrudgingly.

This was genuine with bae's emotions. And rumples.

Great let's add cora to the Heartbreakers club.

I seem to always be a day behind with these posts just lately.  Anyway, yesterday I wrote for Storybrooke’s Best Kept Secret, which also involved a lot of reading before hand, because it’s a long while since I last wrote on this particular WIP.

Is it just me, or was Hook the writers' favorite and Rumple their least favorite?

Because Rumple's character gets screwed over so many times, and every time it happens, who comes out looking more holy and heroic? If you said Hook, you'd be right.

What makes it even more annoying to me is that the show tries to present Hook and Emma's relationship as the best and healthiest (because it was the writers' favorite). However, instead of showing us reasons why it's healthy, they just make the other couples worse. For example, CaptainSwan got together in season 4 and that same year, Rumbelle was ruined and OutlawQueen was ruined because of Marian!

This isn't to say I hate Hook, because I don't. I wanted Hook and Rumple to be written well together.

(I also still ship CaptainSwan but still, this bugs me)
