Either Nature or Nurture
Addiction or mental illness of the sorts like schizophrenia, ocd, bipolar etc., are these natural. Are they in the human’s body as he is born? Is the infant destined to be an addict? Is the child destined to have bipolar? Does the environment he is growing up in matter in the development of the disease? Can a healthy environment prevent disease?
When dealing with “Either Nature or Nurture,” it’s essential to look at how environment and genetics impact our mental health. The Best Rehab center in India understands its multiple effect. These centers provide medications that include a person’s family history (nature) and life’s events (nurture). They helps people recover faster by treating both sides while providing care that is particular to each person’s particular needs and situations.
On the other hand: Does illness and disease come due to just external happenings and traumas? Is the disease just because of alcohol or opium or marijuana or cocaine? Is it all the fault of these substances? Is everyone affected the same way? And if so, why don’t 90% of the people become addicts; why are addicts, addicts?
The answer, as you must have guessed, lies in a mixture of nature and nurture. But in what proportion is this mixture? Is it 50% nature and 50% nurture? 40:60?20:80?
It becomes difficult to stay as there is no method to distinguish this.
However, science has deduced certain facts that might help us in this quest of understanding the origins of the disease.
Science has discovered that
1. The disease is genetic.
So, if the disease is genetic, Nature plays the foundational role.
2. It is chronic.
This means it will exist no matter what the environment is.
3. Fatal if untreated
Here, Environment begins to play a role and it is a crucial one: Depending on the environment, the patient can be saved from early death.
4. It is primary
This means it is as important to focus on as cancer is. Ofcourse, this disease itself is like cancer of the brain. This means that the environment must be created that values the disease and doesn’t come in denial of it.
So, in these four characteristics, we have understood that both nature and nurture play crucial roles in curing the disease and coming into recovery. If we work on both, we will be able to enjoy a wonderful recovery.
How to find the best treatment center?
data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==
To cope up with addiction, one must go for counseling first, there they will diagnose the stage of mental health and deal properly as per the requirement. Approach the best de addiction center in Punjab for a world class treatment. These addiction diseases need proper care and attention coordinated with mental counseling of the patient. His mind is the place which is taking actions to become addicted.
In the discussion about “Either Nature or Nurture,” both factors play an important part in choosing mental health.Luxury rehab in India recognizes all of this and offers specific therapy that deals with both genetic disorders (nature) and the impacts of nature (nurture). These advanced hospitals combine luxury with advanced treatments, making sure each patient gets full treatment in a comfortable setting. Superior rehab centers help clients to reach long-term recovery by focusing both nature and nurture.

What exactly is Caretaker at Home Service in Ludhiana?
Most long-term treatment patients choose to get care at home rather than in hospitals. The main reason is the ease of staying at home, and treatment costs are lowered to one-third of hospital costs. Patients suffering from serious illnesses or after trauma/surgery require skilled medical care, only available in hospitals. Staying at a hospital for an extended time is frequently impossible due to financial or familial problems. Such treatment is made possible by home health care services, which give medical services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. These methods provide easy access to doctor consultations, nurses, general duty attendants, elder care, laboratory testing, physiotherapy, and other services.
Are you looking for home nursing care?
Home nursing services cover a wide range of medical requirements and are typically less expensive than hospitals and nursing homes while providing the same level of care. In-home care is an old therapy strategy, but it has changed and become more intense and critical over time. In-Home Nursing Care implies competent nursing care, while In-Home Care is related to non-medical care services such as personal hygiene and companionship. We have a competent and specialized Nursing staff at Home Care Happiness that provides Caretaker at Home Services in Ludhiana to patients who are unwell or injured. Despair drove Saghar Siddiqui, an unsung genius of his time, to seek solace in drink and drugs. Remembering Saghar Siddiqui on his death anniversary.
Muhammad Akhtar 1928-1974 (pseudonym) Saghar Siddiqui was an Urdu poet, in spite of his ruined and homeless alone life, he remained famous and successful till and after his death. when he died, he left nothing but a pet, his dog, who also died on the same foot path where Saghar died a year later.
Saghar Siddiqui was born in 1928 in Ambala (British India) to a well-to-do middle-class family. There are few historic records of Saghar's personal life. He rarely spoke to any one in this regard and most of what is known of him tends to be from witness accounts. Siddiqui was the only child of his parents and spent the early years of his life in Ambala and Saharanpur.
He was home tutored and received his early education from Habib Hassan a family friend. Young Akhtar was much impressed by Habib Hassan, and he got interested in Urdu poetry because of him. Siddiqui started writing poetry as a child. He moved to Amritsar(Punjab), in search of work and used to make wooden combs while writing Urdu poetry. For some time he used Nasir Hijazi as his pen name, but later he switched to Saghar Siddiqui. When 16 years old, he regularly started attending mushairas (poerty recitals) in Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Gurdaspur. In 1947, when he was 19, he migrated to Pakistan during the independence and settled in Lahore. In those days with his slim appearance, wearing pants and boski (yellow silky cloth) shirts, with curly hair, and reciting beautiful ghazals in a melodious voice, he became a huge success. He had some tragic turns in his life. Siddiqui continued to write poetry for the film industry and moved on to publish a literary magazine. The magazine was a critical success but a commercial flop. Disappointed, Saghar shut down the magazine. In his later life, he fell into depression, financially ruined and addicted to drugs.
Siddiqui chose to stay in cheap hotels, rather than settle into a house given by the government to refugees. He would pay the rent with meager amounts earnt by selling his poems to magazines. Sometimes he would have to sell his poetry to other poets for a few rupees. He would use the waste paper spread around to light fires to stay warm during winter nights. Some of these poems were re-sold by these people as their own work.
Within a decade of coming to Pakistan, he became disillusioned as he saw corruption and nepotism being rewarded at the expense of genuine talent. In despair, he turned to morphine, buying it from janitors of hospitals in Lahore. As friends and strangers continued to exploit him, Siddiqui fell further into despair and was soon turned out of hotels and had to live on the street as a beggar. He was often seen along Circular Road of Lahore, and in Anarkali Bazar, Akhbaar Market, Aibak Road, Shah Alami, and around the Data Darbar area. He would often hold mushairas on the footpaths, in candle light. He continued to write poems, though most of them are lost and unpublished.
In early 1974, Siddiqui was found dead on a street corner of Lahore. On 19 July 1974, he was found dead on a roadside in Lahore near alfalah building the mall, at the age of 46. His dead body was found one early morning outside one of the shops. He was buried at the Miani Sahib graveyard. His dog also died a year later, reportedly at the same spot. Despite his shattered life, some of his verses are among the best in Urdu poetry.
The sensitive and gifted teenager was excited by the prospect of becoming a citizen of a newly created country and at once got down to writing a national anthem for it.

Buying Residential Property In Amritsar: Tips To Consider
If you are looking for plots in Amritsar, then you are on the right track as the city has bloomed into one of Punjab’s largest and well-established cities. The city has so much to offer, be it culture, food, beautiful places to visit and not forget- the warmth and passion of the people of Amritsar!
Now let us dive into the things that you should keep in mind while on a hunt for a property. When you compare real estate with other kinds of investment, it is the least risky thing to do and will provide you with great returns. Another few things you should keep in mind while property shopping are - Location of the Property Why do you think this is important? Well, the answer to this question is very easy. The location of the property is directly proportional to the profitability in real estate. Make sure the property is in near vicinity to schools, mall, nice neighbourhood, hospitals and many more, as these are some of the crucial factors when talking about residential property valuations.
Valuation of the Property
If you are thinking about why this is also important, then things such as listing pricing during the sale, real estate financing during purchase, taxation, insurance premium and investment analysis. All of this depends upon real estate valuation.
What to look for? See for commonly used valuation methodologies -
Sales comparison approach: Compare the recent sales of the property with similar characteristics. It is a very common and convenient practice performed for both — new and old properties.
Cost approach: Cost summation minus depreciation. It is best suited for new construction
Income approach: This is based on expected cash inflows which are best suitable for rentals
Investment Purpose and Investment Horizon Figure out why you are investing in property. To help you with this, the real estate sector has low liquidity and high-value investment. If you have a lack of clarity on why you are investing, then it must lead to unexpected results which include financial distress, especially if the investment is mortgaged.
Now the next step is to figure out what you are looking for? Below are some points, look into them and identify your needs, your purpose and thereon prepare yourself.
Buy & Self-use: It will provide you with saving on rentals, the benefit of self-utilization and value appreciation
Buy & Lease: It will provide you with regular income and lead to long-term value appreciation. Moreover, it also requires that you build a temperament of being a landlord, you will have to handle disputes & legal issues, manage all the tenants, repair work, amongst many other things.
Buy & Sell (Short-term): It will bring you quick, small to mediocre profit. This will be possible if you go for under-construction properties and sell slightly high once they are fully built.
Buy & Sell (Long-term): It will provide you with large intrinsic value appreciation over a long period. It is a solution for long-term objectives such as retirement planning, child’s education, etc.
Now that you are aware of things that you should keep in mind, the next step is to look for a real estate developer. One of the best real estate developers that will NOT disappoint is Experion Virsa, Amritsar. Located en route to Darbar Sahib & spread across 93 acres, Experion Virsa Township in Amritsar has been designed in a way that it will definitely take you back to your roots and will never fail to make you feel at home. Come and explore it yourself!

Quote
When a Pakistani man came looking for his ancestral home in India, he had not intended for it to be a long stay. Things had lined up just right for Ehsan Ahmad. The visa — hard as it is to get between traditional adversaries — has been received months in advance. The timing was tight — with just a week to account for the trip but what started out as an inspirational back-to-roots script, found some unexpected plot twists. Almost fancifully, however, it turned out to be a memorable and charming experience for Ahmad. “I reached on 12 March via the Attari-Wagah border. I am from Sargodha division in Pakistan. My ammi and abbu live in Pakistan while I work as a marketing manager with a private firm in Washington DC,” Ehsan told Firstpost over the phone. He has been living and working in the US for the past eight years. Ehsan is one of 41 Pakistani nationals, stranded in India for weeks due to the coronavirus lockdown, who were repatriated to their country on 17 April via the Attari-Wagah border crossing. Planning a trip to India since last November, Ehsan said the plan came to fruition only in March. “There was a lot of tension on the border so I could not travel. My visa had been issued too. But we heard scary stories related to violence over the Citizenship law and NRC, which is why my trip kept getting cancelled. My visa had arrived in November, but I decided to make the trip now as only a week was left for the visa to expire,” he added. Ehsan Ahmad with residents of his grandfather's village of Bhangwan. Image procured by author A single child of a retired marketing manager and a retired teacher, Ehsan had heard many fascinating stories from his ammi about India. Unfortunately, his mother never got the chance to visit her ancestral home. “She was born in Pakistan, but they never went back, not even to visit. My maternal grandparents came to Pakistan from Bhangwan after the Partition,” said Ehsan. His grandfather, Mohammad Iqbal, was a soldier in the British Army when Partition occurred. Sargodha, where Ehsan’s parents live, is nearly 200 kilometres from Lahore, and falls in the Punjab region of Pakistan. “In our Punjab, it is a big deal to have known and lived in your ancestral home. I wanted to do that for my mother. But no one could predict that I will be stranded amid the COVID-19 lockdown,” he said with a slight chuckle. Ehsan reached Gurdaspur on 12 March. His visa was valid for just one week, which meant that he would have to return to Pakistan by or before 19 March. “The day I reached India, I went to Gurdaspur. My mother’s village was in a place called Bhangwan,” says Ehsan. A small village near Amritsar, Bhangwan is not more than an hour and 15 minutes from Gurdaspur on a two-wheeler. Ehsan was living at an Ahmadiyya community guest house in Gurdaspur. “I had already made friends there. Sab azeez hain aur sabne khub madad ki (Everyone has become dear to me, and all of them helped me a lot.” Ehsan Ahmad's grandfather, Mohammad Iqbal, a soldier in the British Army when the Partition occurred, with his eldest daughter. Image procured by author Clueless as to where to start his search, Ehsan’s local friends started by speaking to neighbours. Ehsan said the neighbourhood in Bhangwan is made up of mostly Sikh families. “They were so warm and kind. I told them about my grandfather’s family. Most of them didn’t know my grandparents because they lived there a long time ago, but they served the best gud ki chai,” says Ehsan. After interacting with several other families and visiting a quaint maqbara of a famous peer (saint), Ehsan met a family which had been living there for more than two decades. “They recognised the name Ghulam Mohammad. He was my grandfather’s elder brother. When I told them that he was my ammi’s father, they were pleasantly surprised. They welcomed us in and showed us photos of where the house stood once. They also gave us interesting trivia about the village. Apparently, it was part of Pakistan for almost a week before it was again marked inside the borders of India,” Ehsan added. By 15 March, Ehsan had found what he had come for. He saw the soil where his maternal home once stood and was also happy to meet people who knew his grandfather. “I had four more days left before I left for Pakistan,” he said. Meanwhile, on 15 March, the Union health ministry said that India had reported 110 confirmed COVID-19 cases. According to Ehsan, there was no talk about a lockdown till then. On 19 March, when Ehsan reached the Attari-Wagah border, authorities told him that the border has been shut for two weeks in India. “I was worried. My visa was expiring that very day and I did not know anyone in India. My only hope was to get an extension on the visa,” said Ehsan. He headed to the Foreigner Regional Registration Offices in Amritsar. The Foreigner Registration Office is the primary agency to regulate the registration, movement, stay, departure, and also recommend the extension of stay in India. Officials at the FRRO told Ehsan that due to the lockdown, extension of his visa could take a while. Also, the Amritsar FRRO did not have the authority to issue FRRO for Pakistani citizens. Ehsan either had to write to the Ministry of External Affairs or had to apply for it online. He picked the latter. “I realised I would have to stay in Gurdaspur for the next two weeks,” said Ehsan. In two weeks, Ehsan made friends, got chummy with the locals and enjoyed “unmatched” hospitality. Describing the trip as something that was “meant to be”, He was planning the trip for a long time. On 21 March, India announced the janta curfew and three days later (24 March) Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a nationwide lockdown for 14 days. The guest house that Ehsan lived in also housed citizens from other nationalities. “There were German and Mauritian nationals. We were quarantined, but we were astonished at how everyone helped each other,” he said. Everyone at the guest house was tested by government healthcare staff and were quarantined for two weeks. Ehsan said that they had no trouble with food and lodging, as the guest house arranged for everything. “Initially, it was a big scare. Two weeks is a long time to stay inside a room without talking to anybody. But there were a few hours in the day when the curfew was relaxed for us to buy essentials. I befriended so many people in the market area. They would later come by the guest house and we would chat by my window. Locals would send me homemade food. I felt like one of them. I used to look forward to Modi’s speeches as excitedly as any other Indian,” said Ehsan, quite amused with himself. Sitting in his guest house room, Ehsan got in touch with many across the country who were from Pakistan and were stranded in India because of the lockdown. Using social media and WhatsApp, Ehsan said he got in touch with over 200 Pakistanis living in India. “I emailed the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi on 28 March. I called them, too. They asked me to send over the details and I passed on that information to everyone else,” said Ehsan. The mission first told the group that they will try and repatriate the citizens by 4 April, 2020, ten days before the lockdown was scheduled to officially end. Ehsan then found an unusual ally to help him. “I have been following Justice Markandey Katju and I have seen his work, and I thought he could help,” said Ehsan. Justice Katju told Firstpost that he still doesn’t know how Ehsan got in touch with him. “I got an email from Ehsan. I don’t differentiate between people based on their nationality or religion, I think that’s why people reach out to me. I do whatever I can. In this case, I contacted my old friend Prabhu Dayal, a retired Indian Foreign Services officer who in turn got in touch with the Pakistan High Commission,” said Justice Katju. "The High Commission closely followed-up and coordinated with the Indian side as well as the relevant stakeholders in Islamabad for early repatriation of the Pakistanis,” an official with the Pakistan High Commission said. Deputy secretary of Public Relations in the Ministry of External Affairs, Mahesh Kumar, told Firstpost that the groundwork is mainly done by missions. “It is the case in every country. The citizens first get in touch with the mission and the foreign ministry facilitates at the final stage.” On 16 April, when the Pakistan High Commission told Ehsan and the rest that they will be going back to their homes, Ehsan wrote another email to Justice Katju. “I just want to offer my deepest gratitude to both of you (Dayal and Justice Katju) for highlighting the case of stranded Pakistanis and with your efforts, 41 of them were repatriated through special permission via the Attari Border. I can not express my words for the love and support you have shown to a stranger like me and wrote on my behalf to MEA. Despite the lockdown and the bleak situation in India, it was a memorable trip that will remain forever etched in my memory.”
