If I was smart I'd just make Michael/Helen's Tardis and lead the party towards it, bun instead the computer bugs (literal) are going to branch them off into three paths.
#rose rambles#olive hell and michael wave#Oliver's TARDIS (canon TARDIS. She's Sleeping.)#Michael/Helen's TARDIS (similar to 9's TARDIS but was retrofitted more for the war and is Mourning)#and a very very old TARDIS from long before the Doctor's era (early model. Barely functional. Fun plot hooks about its previous inhabitants#I just have to figure out how to hint about the paths they can take#besides directions đ€

The Nation of War
Pairings: Various Genshin Men x Isekai'd!Reader
Summary: Upon stepping foot in the Nation of War, Aether and Paimon offers to give you and the men a tour around the beautiful nation. However, during the exploration/tour of the nation, you all meet Aether and Paimon's friends from the Pyro Nation. One friend in particular captures your attentionâ and it is not human. Also, are you allowed to have... pets (?) at the abode?
Note: Since the little Tepetlisaur Whelp we meet in Genshin doesn't have a specific given name, I decided to name the Saurian "Dakarai" for this fic and any future fics he makes an appearance in. I named my Saurian companion because it's fitting, and I don't have the heart to change it to something else. If you're not a fan of the name I picked for this fic (and future fics if he makes an appearance), then feel free to change it! :> Anyway! I don't post anywhere else but on Tumblr (Genshinluvr), Ko-Fi (also Genshinluvr/Aaliah_exo), and AO3 (Aaliah_exo).
Warnings: None that I know of đ€ Natlan characters are probably out of character. Zhongli and Neuvillette being jealous again (hehehe)
Word Count: 5.4k
âRemember to stick close to us so you wonât get lost. Weâve been to Natlan many times and would hate for you to get lost.â Paimon says, looping her arms around yours as you, Paimon, Aether, and the others enter the Nation of War.Â
Is Paimon referring to the time when you got lost in Fontaine and Wriothesley and Neuvillette were the ones who found you? If so, she didnât need to call you out like that. Sometimes, your sense of direction is great! Other times⊠not so much, but not once has it gotten you killed!
You look at your surroundings in awe. Natlan is a beautiful nationâ wait, is that a dinosaur? You snap your neck to look at the others, pointing at the tall creature with eyes the size of saucers. Aether chuckles and pats your head. âI had the same reaction when I first saw the long-necked rhino,â Aether says.
âIs there a reason why you brought us to Natlan? Not that Iâm complaining, Iâm rather curious.â Diluc says, crossing his arms over his chest as he takes a step closer to you in case a Fatui Agent decides to attack.
You rub the back of your neck before raising your hand. âItâs my idea to go to Natlan, actually.â After hearing countless stories about Natlan from Aether and Paimon, it makes you want to visit the nation. A nation that has roaming dragonsâ also known as Saurians, how can you not want to visit?
âWhat are we going to do in Natlan aside from exploring?â Gorou mutters, looking at his surroundings curiously, his ears twitching at the littlest unfamiliar sounds around him.Â
Aether and Paimon shrug while you continue to look at the wild Saurians with excitement. There are so many of them roaming around! And some of them have human companions by their sides! From a distance, a small roar pulls you out of your thoughts. You turn to see a small Rex Lapis-looking creature charging at your group at full speed.
Itto stretches his arm out in front of everyone, glaring at the approaching creature. âDonât worry, everyone! Iâll protect us all from this tiny menace!â Itto announces.
In the blink of an eye, the creature burrows into the ground, disappearing from sight. Itto blinks and lets his arm fall at his side, confused about where the little creature has disappeared off to. The small creature hops from the ground, roaring almost cutely. It waddles towards Aether and Paimon, bouncing with excitement.
You cover your mouth, suppressing a squeal. âWho is this cutie?!â You coo.
Paimon props her hands on her hips and floats beside the adorable creature. â[Y/N], everyone else, meet Dakarai! He is our,â she gestures to her and Aether, âtraveling companion! Heâs a Tepetlisaur Whelp.â
Dakarai, the Tepetlisaur Whelp, looks at you curiously, tilting his head to the side. You quietly squeal, taking a few steps toward the Saurian and holding your hand out for him to sniff. Is that what youâre supposed to do when introducing yourself to a creature? Dakarai leans toward your hand, sniffing your hand while gazing at you curiously.
âYouâre so cute, Dakarai,â you whisper, continuing to examine the adorable Tepetlisaur Whelp. âCan I bring you home with me?â You pet the adorable Saurian as he excitedly roars.
Your heart feels like it can burst at any second because of how cute Dakarai is. Heâs half your size, so you donât think you can sneak him back to the abode if you did try to bring him back. Are you even allowed to take Saurians out of Natlan? Itâs not a crime, is it?
Thoma sighs, crossing his arms over his chest while shaking his head, pouting. âI canât believe that Iâm jealous of a Saurian,â Thoma mutters, chuckling to himself.
Ayato chuckles, watching you and Dakarai interact with each other. The Tepetlisaur Whelp examines you from head to toe curiously, shuffling from side to side to get a 360 view of you. You did the same, cooing over the littlest thing Dakarai does. Youâre almost in tears over how cute the Tepetlisaur Welp is, holding back the urge to bring him into a crushing hug and take him back to the abode.Â
Ayato leans towards Thoma, not taking his eyes off you and Dakarai, whispering, âWe should keep an eye on [Y/N] in case they try to Saurian-nap Dakarai.â
Thoma hums, nodding in agreement with the Kamisato Heir. Dakarai turns around, wiggling his tail, when you notice the orange-yellow handkerchief wrapped around it. Paimon and Aether tell you the backstory of the said handkerchief.Â
After explaining the backstory, the journey to the Stadium of the Sacred Flame continues. Of course, Dakarai tags along. Instead of being by Aether and Paimonâs side, Dakarai sticks by you while you continue to fight the urge to snatch him up.
Kaeya chuckles, shaking his head while he watches you pet the top of Dakaraiâs head. âIt looks like another dragon has captured [Y/N]âs heart,â Kaeya comments, glancing at Zhongli and Neuvillette from the corner of his eyes (eye?) with a teasing smile.
Zhongli and Neuvillette huff, looking away from Kaeyaâs teasing gaze. Dakarai is adorable, yes, but is he powerful enough to protect you from harm's way? Probably, but Zhongli and Neuvillette digress! Thereâs a dark aura surrounding both Zhongli and Neuvillette as they watch you fawn over Dakarai. You stop in your tracks and snuggle the Tepetlisaur Whelp after getting approval from Dakarai. Dakarai is more than happy to be on the receiving end of your affection, wrapping his arms around your waist while you hug him tightly.Â
Thunder cracks in the distance as dark, ominous clouds roll in, replacing the once-sunny sky. Everyone freezes while Dakarai tilts his head, trying to process where the sound is coming from.Â
You slowly release the Tepetlisaur Whelp, looking at your beloved boyfriends worriedly. âI didnât know it was going to rain today,â you say, propping your hands on your hips as you listen to thunder clapping in the distance.Â
Rain has yet to pour, thank the Archons, but you and everyone else still have a long way to go. You turn to Neuvillette, who has a stoic look on his face. You two make eye contact, and he quickly diverts his attention elsewhere. You frown and look at Zhongli, who shakes his head with disapproval before walking towards you.
Zhongli sighs, wrapping his arms around your shoulders. âNo need to fret, dearest. I came prepared for situations like this,â Zhongli says, pulling out an umbrella.
Dakarai roars softly, staring at the umbrella curiously. Zhongli holds the umbrella towards Dakaraiâs direction, watching the Tepetlisaur Whelp sniff and analyze the contraption. After sniffing and analyzing the contraption, Dakarai takes a step back and looks up at Zhongli. Zhongli smiles and presses his hand on Dakaraiâs head, gently petting the creature. You squeal, pulling a Kamera out of your satchel, and quickly snap a photo of Zhongli and Dakarai together. Zhongli and Dakarai freeze when the light flashes, blinking at you.
Childe clears his throat, wraps his arms around your waist, and rests his chin on your shoulders. âSnookums~! I understand you love taking pictures of things that make you smile, but I think we should continue our journey to the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, or else weâll get rained on,â Childe says, gesturing to the even darker sky.Â
Scaramouche rolls his eyes, muttering, âFor once, I agree with this idiot.â
Childe ignores Scaramoucheâs comment and proceeds to drag you towards the Stadium of the Sacred Flame. Everyone follows closely behind, and of course, Dakarai is by your side. Occasionally, you will bring your Kamera out to snap pictures of nearby Saurians from a safe distance. As much as you want to run up to one and snatch one up for yourself, seeing the fully grown Tepetlisaurs scares you, and you donât want to be tossed around in front of your beloveds and the Tepetlisaur Whelps.
âAether! Paimon! Is that you!?â A girl hollers from a distance.
Aether stops in his tracks and turns to see two girls and a boy barrelling toward him and your group. The two girls stop in front of Aether and Paimon, tackling them into a hug. Aether and Paimon greet the two girls while you and the other men awkwardly stand there.
An obnoxious voice interrupts the sweet reunion, âAw, how sweet! A reunion between friends from afar! Barf!â You turn to see a small floating creatureâ what is he exactly?â approaching your group with a bluish-black-haired male following behind.Â
The man rolls his eyes, giving your group an almost sympathetic look. âIgnore Ajaw. This is how he usually is,â the man says, crossing his arms over his chest.
âOh? Iâm surprised you have this many friends, Aether. Is it hard to tolerate someone as annoying as him?â Ajaw asks, snickering.
Everyone stares at Ajaw, unsure of what to say. You, on the other hand, look at Ajaw from head to toe. For someone as small as him, he sure is bold. Youâre not sure how the man beside the small creature tolerates that much annoyance. Noticing your stare, Ajaw flies towards you, floating really close to your face.
âHey, you! You look interesting out of the bunchâ or should I say, you look boring compared to the rest of the group! Ha! What makes you so special, huh?â Ajaw asks, flying around you like an annoying fly. âEveryone has a vision, minus yourself! Heh, I bet youâre notââÂ
âAlright, thatâs enough, Ajaw,â the bluish-black-haired man interrupts the creature.Â
The creatureâ Ajaw, gapes at the man before sputtering incoherent nonsense, thrashing his tiny arms around. Without a single word, the man brushes Ajaw away, sending him into the air before disappearing. Everyone shields their eyes, searching for the flying menace, only to no avail.Â
The man sighs, shaking his head. âI apologize for Ajawâs behavior. I would say that he wouldnât do it next time, butâŠâ he trails off, rolling his eyes.Â
Paimon clears her throat, nervously laughing. âLet me introduce you all to each other! This can take some time.â
Both Aether and Paimon take turns introducing each person to their friends from Natlan. Ajaw definitely doesnât need an introduction, and thankfully, heâs not present throughout the entire introduction. The introduction itself doesnât take as long as you thought it would. However, after the introduction, Ajaw did return, much to your dismay.
âWe can show you around Natlan if youâd like! Although Iâm not sure where you guys are headed toâŠâ Mualani trails off, stroking her chin.
Venti shrugs his shoulders. âWeâre okay with going anywhere! We initially plan on going straight to the Stadium of the Sacred Flame! But weâre open to going anywhere since Windblume has been taking a lot of pictures!â Venti says, throwing his arm over your shoulders.
Kachinaâs eyes light up, excitedly running up to you. âOooh! What did you take pictures of? Can I see?â Kachina enthusiastically asks, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.Â
You smile and happily show the collection of images you took while exploring the Pyro Nation. Most of the pictures are of Sauriansâ Tepetlisaur Whelps, to be more specific. Theyâre just so cute that you couldnât resist taking photos of them from a safe distance. One photo that stands out from the rest (your favorite photo) is a selfie of you and Dakarai.Â
Kinich looks up only to see you attempting to carry the Tepetlisaur Whelp. Dakarai squirms in your arms, looking around quizzically. You place Dakarai on the ground, panting. Archons, itâs like holding a mini boulder.Â
Mualani giggles and covers her mouth. âIt looks like youâre incredibly fond of Tepetlisaurs! If youâd like, I can show you a spot where many of them are usually gathered,â Mualani offers, nudging you lightly with her elbow. âThe skies have cleared up, so they should be around!âÂ
Your eyes light up. âOoh! Can you?â You squeal.
Mualani and Kachina giggle, grabbing hold of your wrist before dragging you in the opposite direction with the others watching. Xiao looks over at Zhongli and Neuvillette from the corner of his eyes; the two men look displeased. The once-gray skies have cleared up, but it looks like the rain clouds will be showing up in a moment.
The group follows you, Mualani, and Kachina to where the Tepetlisaur site is located. Once everyone arrives at the site, thereâs a lot of Tepetlisaur and Tepetlisaur Whelps roaming the area, minding their business and not knowing whatâs to come.Â
Mualani turns to you. âYou can admire them from a distance! I donât recommend getting close to them because they can and will attack you if you come any closer,â Mualani instructs.
You nod, pull your Kamera out, and start taking pictures of the Tepetlisaur and their Whelps. Neuvillette watches you take pictures of the Saurians, crossing his arms over his chest with a sigh. The light gray skies gradually become darker as time goes by. Wriothesley clears his throat, patting the Iudexâs shoulders.
âItâs alright, Monsieur Neuvillette. Iâm sure [Y/N] doesnât love the Tepetlisaurs as much as they love you,â Wriothesley reassures the Chief Justice of Fontaine.Â
Neuvillette ignores Wriothesleyâs comment and continues to watch you fawn over the Saurians. Neuvillette glances at Zhongli, who seems content compared to himself. Zhongli looks at the sky, then at Neuvillette. The two of them stare at each other, communicating through body language.Â
You squat on the ground, taking various images of the Tepetlisaurs. While youâre distracted with capturing images of the adorable Saurians, you fail to notice one Tepetlisaur Whelp approach you from behind. The small creature tilts its head to the side, looking at you from head to toe with curiosity.Â
The Tepetlisaur Whelp lets out a small roar, startling you. You turn to see the Tepetlisaur Whelp gaze at you, waddling from side to side to get a better look at you. Youâre not sure if you should be afraid or coo at the Whelp. The small roar of the Tepetlisaur Whelp catches the attention of other nearby Whelps. They slowly migrate towards you, making you a little anxious. Itâs not that youâre afraid of them potentially attacking you, but youâre more worried about the adult Tepetlisaurs charging at you for being in the same vicinity as their babies.Â
Tighnariâs ears perk up with alertness, looking at the others worriedly. âOh, dear. We need to get them out of there, or else theyâll become an easy target for the adult Tepetlisaurs,â Tighnari says.
âI think itâs a bit too late for that,â Cyno mutters, gesturing towards your direction.
Everyoneâs heads snap in your direction only to see a hoard of Tepetlisaur Whelps surrounding you. Thankfully, none of the Whelps are attacking you or charging at you. They stare at you curiously, some roaring cutely and others shuffling around you. Dakarai waddles toward you, only for you to realize that Dakarai is a bit bigger than the other Whelps.Â
You squat, holding your hand out. The Tepetlisaur Whelps sniff your hand, blinking at you. One Tepetlisaur Whelp, in particular, nudges its head against your leg. You stare at the Saurian, wondering if it's trying to attack you. It didnât seem hostileâ or, at least to you, it seems harmless.Â
You randomly pick up one Tepetlisaur Whelp, holding it out in front of you. You and the Whelp stare at each other without saying a word. The Tepetlisaur Whelp blinks at you, tilting its head to the side curiously. You softly squeal, refraining from hugging the adorable Saurian. The Tepetlisaur Whelp tilts its head back and lets out a soft roar.Â
You turn to look at the others, nearly dropping the Saurian in your hands. Everyone has their weapons drawn, and you realize you have a shield around youâ thanks to Zhongli. You place the Tepetlisaur Whelp back on the ground, unsure of what to do next. Do you continue taking pictures of the Tepetlisaur Whelps, or do you run for your life in case the adult Tepetlisaur charges toward you?Â
Kaveh clears his throat, cupping his hand around his mouth, shouting, â[Y/N], darling, slowly make your way towards us. Try not to draw attention to yourself!â
âSince you decided to become a megaphone, I highly doubt the Tepetlisaurs will be paying attention to [Y/N] after that,â Al Haitham comments, shaking his head.
You slowly walk toward your beloveds and new friends without looking back to see if the Whelps are watching you. Dear Archons above, you sure hope the adult Tepetlisaurs didnât notice the swarm of Whelps around you. Who knows what will happen if the Whelpâs parents notice their babies being so close to a human?
Once you stand in front of your beloveds, Paimon, and new friends, you notice theyâre not looking at you anymore. In fact, theyâre looking behind you and at the ground. The shield around you disappears, and you feel something nudge at your legs. Just as youâre about to look down, Mualani launches at you.
âI donât recommend looking down! While the Saurian is nudging at your legs, itâs completely harmless! However, our time is up! I want to show you another area that has two other types of Saurians! Have you ever heard of Koholasaurs and Yumkasaurs?â Mualani asks, looping her arms around yours as she quickly pulls you in the opposite direction.
You shake your head, allowing Mualani and Kachina to pull you wherever they desire. They both lead you to the top of the mountain, showing you the beautiful landscapes Natlan has to offer. While being able to view almost the entirety of Natlan is a wonderful opportunity, you canât help but feel nauseous after seeing how high up you all are.Â
This new area is different from where you were prior. Thereâs a sizeable body of water where the Koholasaurs and Yumkasaurs are roaming around, living in harmony. There are a couple of Whelps scattered in some areas of the Teticpac Peak, though you hardly see any of the Koholasaur Whelps. The Koholasaurs remind you of sharks but with arms and legs and are oddly muscular.Â
âAre you sure itâs safe to be in this area?â Baizhu asks, pulling out his first aid kit just in case.
Kachina giggles and nods. âOf course it is, Doctor Baizhu! As long as we keep our distance and donât come too close to the Whelps, we should be safe here!â
âThat doesnât sound as reassuring as you want to make it,â Heizou laughs nervously, rubbing the back of his neck.
Capitano sighs, shaking his head. âIâll keep watch of [Y/N] as they take pictures of the landscape and creatures.â Capitano doesnât leave room for protests as you nod, grabbing hold of Capitanoâs hands and pulling him to an area where you can take pictures of the Saurians without disturbing them. Capitano stands close to you, scanning the surrounding area.
Kinich eyes Capitano before turning to look at everyone, who seems to also be on edge, while the other three look pretty content with the Harbinger being so close to you. Kinich sighs, eyeing the Harbinger from head to toe.
âYou donât have to worry over anything, boy. With Capitano around, [Y/N] is safe.â Pierro says gruffly.Â
Kinich analyzes each man in the groupâ every man has their eyes glued on you and nothing else. Of course, they will check the surroundings to make sure nothing is creeping up on you and Capitano (mainly you), but Kinich canât put his fingers on it. Kinich clears his throat to grab the groupâs attention but to no avail. These men are not taking their eyes off you at all, and seeing how they immediately drew their weapons when the Tepetlisaur Whelps surrounded you says so much without being blatantly obvious.Â
âWhat is [Y/N] to all of you?â Kinich asks, finally grabbing everyoneâs attention.
Kazuha chuckles, crossing his arms over his chest. â[Y/N] is someone very precious to us all. We love and cherish them and will protect them at all costs,â says Kazuha, the apples of his cheeks turning bright pink.
Kinich raises his eyebrows at Kazuhaâs answer. Kinich understands what Kazuha is implying, but he doesnât want to make an assumption out of an innocent answer. But he is right, though, right?Â
Noticing the strange look on Kinichâs face, Dainsleif sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose. â[Y/N] is our partner,â Dainsleif says, almost rolling his eyes.
Ajawâs jaws drop at Dainsleifâs response, eyes nearly bugging out of his head. Itâs almost comical to everyone. Mualani and Kachina glance at each other, shrugging their shoulders. Hey, if it works, it works. Who are they to judge?Â
Kinich strokes his chin. âHow does that work? Arenât there issues with sharing a partner?â Kinich mutters, raising his eyebrows at the men before him.
Albedo shakes his head in response to Kinichâs question. âWe learn to make it work between us all. There are many things to learn and get used to, but it works. We all share something in common aside from our love for [Y/N],â Albedo explains, crossing his arms over his chest.Â
âWhatâs so appealing about someone so⊠bland? Thereâs nothing special about them at all!â Ajaw snarks.
Pantalone chuckles, smiling at Ajaw. If people look closely, thereâs a dark aura surrounding Pantalone as he tries to remain calm and polite. How much longer can he keep up his facade with a little shithead like Ajaw around? The little floating menace to society constantly insulting you just for existing has been getting on everyoneâs nerves since the meeting.Â
âI would keep my comments to myself if I were you, Ajaw. You disrespecting someone important to us will get you nowhere,â Pantalone says, clenching his jaws.
Ajaw bursts out laughing, relishing the fact that he manages to get on every personâs nerves. All he has to do is insult you and question these menâs choices. Kinich sighs and apologizes to the men for Ajawâs behavior before temporarily banishing Ajaw.
âIf you cannot keep your companionâs mouth shut, I think itâs best for you to keep your distance from [Y/N]. We wouldnât want someone like Ajaw near them,â Xiao states, crossing his arms over his chest while staring at Kinich with disapproval.Â
The tension is cut by the sound of you gasping. Everyoneâs heads snap in your direction to see you and Capitano surrounded by Koholasaur and Yumkasaur Whelps. You look at the others with wide eyes; they canât tell whether itâs from fear or excitement. You mouth something to them, but they canât decipher what youâre trying to communicate.Â
âCan someone tell me if Iâm hallucinating? Those creatures behind [Y/N] are Tepetlisaur Whelps, correct?â Lyney asks, turning to the men.
Dottore turns to Mualani and Kachina, raising his eyebrows at the two girls. âI thought Tepetlisaurs arenât in this particular area,â He says, crossing his arms over his chest.
You and Capitano are surrounded by Tepetlisaur, Koholasaur, and Yumakasaur Whelpsâ though the Tepetlisaur Whelps outnumbers the other Saurians. The Tepetlisaur Whelps roars around you, waddling and gazing at you curiously. So far, none of them have yet to attack you and Capitano. If they were to try to attack, you know Capitano would not spare any of the Whelps, no matter how cute they are.Â
Paimon strokes her chin, scrutinizing the Tepetlisaur Whelps. âThatâs odd. If this area doesnât have Tepetlisaurs around, then how did these little guys end up on the Teticpac Peak?â Paimon exclaims, propping her hands on her hips as she bobs up and down in the air.
Capitano looks down at you after feeling you lightly poke his arm. âYes, what is it, [Y/N]?â
You clear your throat. âYouâre not going to attack the Whelps, are you? Theyâre little babies, and I donât think they can cause that much bodily harm, right?â
Capitano sighs. âI will not harm them, [Y/N]. However, if they inflict harm on you, I have no other choice but to protect and defend you from any harm heading your way,â Capitano replies.
While you want to protest against hurting the Whelps, you canât help but feel giddy over the fact that Capitano is devoted to protecting you. Heat rushes to your cheeks as you look away from Capitano, feeling his eyes burn holes into the back of your head. Dakarai roars softly, tugging on your pants while looking up at you with curiosity. Now that you have Dakarai beside you, you realize that heâs a little bit bigger than the other Tepetlisaur Whelps.Â
Dakarai roars again, almost like heâs asking you if youâre okay. You smile and squat in front of him, gently petting his head. Dakarai nuzzles into your hands, closing his eyes with contentment.Â
âIâm alright, Dakarai. Thereâs no need to worry about me, little fella.â You reassure the Tepetlisaur Whelp.
Dakarai roars softly, flapping his arms around. The other Saurian Whelps around you watch the interaction between you and Dakarai curiously. To them, itâs strange to see a species like them interact with a humanâ one they are not companions withâ so effortlessly. A human such as yourself interacting with an overgrown Tepetlisaur Whelp is foreign to them. Usually, a human with no vision or Saurian companions steer clear.Â
A much smaller Tepetlisaur Whelp waddles up to you and stands beside Dakarai, softly roaring to get your attention. The Whelp tilts its head at you, blinking. You and Dakarai trade looks with each other before you slowly reach forward to pet the Tepetlisaur Whelp. The Saurian closes its eyes and leans into your touch. You lightly scratch behind the ears, watching it start kicking its feetâ almost like you found the perfect spot to itch. You hold back a squeal, watching the feet kick become faster before it tips over and stumbles into your arms.Â
Zhongli hums, stroking his chin. âThe Tepetlisaur Whelps must have followed us to the Teticpac Peak by burrowing under the ground the entire way here from the previous location,â Zhongli murmurs, watching you interact with the Whelps that surround you and Capitano.Â
Kachina giggles, clapping her hands. âThatâs correct, Mister Zhongli! And given by the body language and expressions of the Whelps, they seem to really like [Y/N]!â Kachina squeals, grinning from ear to ear.Â
The Whelps that surrounds you and Capitano ignores the towering figure of the Harbinger. Their focus is on you, staring at you expectantly. You make sure to give each Saurian Whelps attention, not wanting any of them to feel left out. The Yumkasaur Whelp purrs as you pet its head, rubbing its body against your arms, reminding you of kittens. Kittens do that, and so do dogs. As for Yumkasaur Whelps, they remind you of kittens with their mannerisms. They hiss when they see something unfamiliar or try to intimidate something they deem a threat to their safety.Â
While most are hesitant to be around you (who can blame them?), their worries are quelled when you respect their space after one of them hissed at you. Capitano isnât too pleased that youâre friendly with the Whelps, but hey, as long as they donât hurt you, he will tolerate the (admittedly) cute interaction between you and the Whelps.Â
âDo you guys have any pets by any chance?â Mualani asks, not taking her eyes off you.
Aether shakes his head. âWe donât, but we do have a Paimon,â Aether replies, gesturing to the floating girl beside him.
Paimon gasps and exclaims, âHey!â She stomps her feet in midair, glaring at her blond companion, âPaimon is not a pet!â
âThatâs why he said âa Paimon,ââ Venti interjects, chuckling at the fuming girl.
Rapid footsteps approach the group, grabbing their attention. You stand before them with one Tepetlisaur Whelp dangling from one arm and a Yumkasaur Whelp on the other, smiling at them eagerly. The Koholasaur Whelp is draping around your neck, resting on your shoulders while gazing at familiar faces with curiosity.
You hold up the Whelps, gazing at your beloveds with sparkles in your eyes. âCan we keep them?âÂ
âAbsolutely not,â Neuvillette immediately shoots down your question. Neuvillette stares down at the Whelps in your arms (and around your shoulders), a dark aura surrounding him.
The once blue skies in the Teticpac Peak gradually turn into an ominous dark gray, thunder cracking in the distance. Mualani, Kachina, and Kinich rub the back of their necks as they watch the scene in silence. You pout and hold them close to your face, giving Neuvillette and the other men puppy dog eyes.
Wriothesley chuckles, rubbing your head affectionately. âI donât know about that, dollface. Do we have the space for Saurians to roam in the abode?â Wriothesley asks, propping his hands on his hips and raising his eyebrows at you.
âBut theyâre so cute!! Look at their little faces!â You coo, snuggling up against the Saurian Whelps. âHow can you say no to them?â You pout.
Childe hums, stroking his chin. While the Saurian Whelps are adorable, letting them reside in the abode isnât the best idea. Itâs not like Childe doesnât want to deal with dragonsâ he already has to deal with Zhongli and Neuvillette. Whatâs the difference?â he doesnât want those little scaled creatures to steal your attention away from him!Â
âThey are adorable, butâŠâ Childe trails off, reaching forward to pet your head. âIf we let them live with us, the other two dragons will become jealous and territorial.â Childe gestures to both Zhongli and Neuvillette behind him.Â
âIf Zhongli represents Tepetlisaurs and Neuvillette represents Koholasaurs, then who represents the Yumkasaurs?â Lyney asks, scanning the crowd of men around him while stroking his chin and tapping his right foot on the ground.
Cyno points at Tighnari. âI believe Tighnari is the perfect representation of Yumkasaurs if you ask me.â
Tighnari sighs, rubbing the bridge of his nose. Tighnariâs not one to play into this shenanigan, but he can see it. Mualani clears her throat, gesturing to Kinich without making it obvious (she failed; Kinich notices her gestures almost immediately). Kinich rolls his eyes, shaking his head. Kinichâs not sure if he wants to get involved after seeing how overprotective these men can become when it comes to you. Besides, he doesnât see you in the same light as the other.Â
âA dragon would never explode, but a dino mightâŠâ Cyno mutters, pressing his lips into a thin line to suppress the shit-eating grin slowly appearing on his face.Â
Tighnari groans, shaking his head. âCyno, please, letâs not joke about this right now,â Tighnari pleads.Â
You look at Zhongli and Neuvillette, giving them puppy dog eyes as you continue to get the Whelps cling to you. Zhongli and Neuvillette scrutinize the creatures surrounding you, their arms crossing over their chestsâ their chests puffing out, almost to assert dominance over the Saurians.Â
âDearest, as much as I hate to decline your requests, I believe it is not a good idea to take Saurians outside of Natlan,â Zhongli says, hesitantly reaching forward to pet the Tepetlisaur Whelp in your arms.
Your eyes water for a dramatic effect, forcing your bottom lips to quiver. âBut Zhongli, look how cute they are! They even followed us here!â Youâre not hurt or offended over the fact that youâre not allowed to bring Saurians back to the abode. Youâre only sad because the Whelps are incredibly adorable, and you canât bring them back because theyâre wild creatures, and you canât have them as a companion.
Neuvillette huffs, looking away. âYou have us. Why would you need another draconic companion?â Neuvillette mutters.
Dakarai roars, almost agreeing with Neuvillette. You place the Whelps on the ground, making sure to pet Dakaraiâs head before turning to Neuvillette and Zhongliâ both visibly pouting. You grab both their hands and gently squeeze their hands, giving them a reassuring smile.
âIâve never seen them this pouty before,â Thoma mutters to Xiao.
Xiao rolls his eyes, shaking his head. âYou should see those three alone. Itâs almost pathetic.â
Neuvillette and Zhongli glare at Xiao and Thoma, shutting the two up. Zhongli and Neuvillette proceed to drag you away, with Dakarai and the rest of the men trailing after you three. So much for getting a tour around the Nation of War. Maybe next time, the tour wonât be interrupted by Saurian Whelps crowning you as their leader (and you trying to bribe the men to let you bring Saurians to the abode).Â
Note: Before I typed this fanfic out, I was planning on having the reader be the creator, but I ended up changing my mind. For those who have been asking me in the inbox about Kinich being part of the harem, here is your somewhat answer! He made an appearance! However, I'm not too sure if I'll add him to the harem. As long as he's an adult, then yes, there's a chance he will be added to the harem. The only issue is my portrayal of Ajaw because I don't have Kinich, so there's a possibility of him and Ajaw being out of character. Anywho! To all my new and returning readers, keep in mind that I ONLY post on my Tumblr (Genshinluvr), Ko-Fi (Genshinluvr/Aaliah_exo), and my AO3 (Aaliah_exo)! Nowhere else except Tumblr and AO3!
I'm doing taglists again! If you don't want to be on the taglist, please let me know so I can remove you from the list :) Taglist: @chirikoheina, @yoru-trash, @kaoyamamegami, @deartoru, @luminarymoonlight, @toobytub, @ins4nebish, @exhaustedcommunist, @jadedist, @rubyninja1, @thelost-in-time, @ventisweetheart, @hispasian-otaku, @juuuuuj101010, @samarill, @lunarapple, @emilymikado, @mabie, @vinnie-w, @n8mareee, @heyimkay, @eliciana, @blesstosuisen, @goldeneclipsedragon, @jjvr4yxc, @vox34, @skyyyyackerman, @undecidingfate, @nightlysunn, @faeryminnyx, @simpcreator, @thelovebuggs, @urlocalheizousimp, @sunlightstarr

Hiii, if you're willing to, could I request a chishiya x reader where reader gets seriously injured and knocked unconscious during a game and chishiya carries you out of there and treat your wounds, and they only find out about it when they wake up and kuina tells them (+bonus points if they just assume someone else like ann or anyone else really was the responsible for letting you liveđđœ) just had this thought and was like aaaaađđœđđœđ€
Flesh Wound
Summary: Your body is aching all over when you wake up, but you have no idea who put the bandages on you.
Genre:Â fluff
Pairing:Â reader x chishiya
Words:Â 2k
Note:Â I got carried away aGAIN ; O; This is set during the five of spades game :>>
The wind blew against a lock of your hair softly. Chishiya leaned over the railing beside you, looking expressionless as always. Three stories below, you could see the Horse Mask empty another round of bullets into two poor soulsâthe girls who might have been friends. They stilled for a second, probably gauging their surroundings. Suddenly, they looked up, the front of their mask pointed directly towards you.
Chishiya swiftly grabbed your arm, pulling you down as he ducked. You shared a held breath, though you stubbornly peeked from behind the concrete. Horse Mask was unmoving, until they finally tore their gaze away and went back to loading their gun. After cocking it, they trudged slowly down the hallway.Â
âIt has a blind spot,â you told him. In response, he raised an eyebrow, tilting his head to the right a little. âIt didnât see us, I think. Kept on going the same direction.â
âThatâll come in handy later. Iâm still figuring out where exactly the safe zone could be.â He leaned back against the concrete barrier, eyes scanning the night sky above you before landing on your own. You tensed up, but for a different reason this time.
Donât let him intimidate you, Kuina had told you before you entered the game. This was the first time you and Chishiya went to a game together. Kuina usually went with you, and your trio was granted the same group each time. But ever since the tension with the militants grew, Hatter had to reshuffle the groupings in an attempt to quell Aguniâs temper.Â
You opened your mouth in response, words caught in your throat as you heard another bout of gunfire. Carefully, the two of you peeked over the rails again, eyes drawn to a scraggly mop of hair poking from behind one of the lower floors. You craned your neck, trying to get a glimpse of were Horse Mask might be.
Chishiya tapped your shoulder to gain your attention. âItâs below us. The noise came from our area.â
âWe need to move out then,â you muttered, getting ready to stand up. Chishiya stopped you with another tug on your arm. His eyebrows were furrowed a little, gaze transfixed on the spot Horse Mask shot at.
âItâs that room,â he nodded towards the bullethole-riddled door. The kid with messy hair dragged a man wearing a cap away from it, no doubt to seek a safe spot. âThe tagger wouldnât have shot at them from far away if it wasnât.â
Without a second thought, you leaned over the railings and shouted as loud as you can, âFourth floor, sixth door!â
Almost immediately, heavy boots smacked against the staircase on your far right. Shifting his hand to wrap around your wrist, Chishiya steered you toward the left-wing staircase. Your feet padded against the steps, heart beating rapidly. You let Chishiya lead you through turns and stairwells until you found yourselves back on the fourth floor.
You stopped momentarily, planting your hands on your knees to catch your breath. Chishiya panted next to you, though he tried to control his breathing more. In any situation, heâd never fail to keep up the mask of calmness.
âLetâs end this. Iâm so hungry,â you attempted to banter. Despite having played several games together, you still didnât know where you stood with him. At times he would act uncharacteristically⊠nice. Getting you meals unprompted, bringing you back trinkets heâd find lying aroundâlike the hair tie that held your hair right now. And other times heâd be so withdrawn, going for days without a single conversation with you, as if heâs deliberately trying to ignore you.
Like now. He glanced at you blankly, eyes flicking for the briefest second towards your lips. Or maybe you imagined it?
âLetâs go.â Without another word, he peered around the corner before walking in like he owned the place. You were left to trail after him, anxiously glancing at the upper floors surrounding you. Sensing your nerves, Chishiya turned his head towards you. âWeâll hear the tagger coming because of his shoes. Donât worry your pretty head too much about it.â
Oh! Pretty? Did he just call you pretty?Â
Thankfully, you were behind him, meaning youâd be able to hide your cheeks heating up. To distract yourself, you looked up only to find the same mop of messy hair and a cap trailing behind him. Chishiya spoke first before you could.Â
âYou figured it out too, huh?â He said, almost as a challenge.Â
The boy nodded at him, saying how he also noticed the taggerâs protectiveness over that one specific door. He watched the taller man grip the door knob. Chishiya leaned against the wall, voice cool as ever. âWhat puzzles me is why the tagger isnât here yet.â
You perked up, and you could tell that the other two players were intrigued by this statement as well. For a moment, everyone was silent. You turned your head towards Chishiya. âThat meansâŠâ
âWe donât have time,â he cut you off, eyes meeting yours. He flashed his phone, showing the timer counting down from three minutes. His gaze never left yours, a silent plead for you to keep quiet in the meantime. You glared back at him, having a bad feeling that this was one of his tricks again.
âArisu, heâs right. We need to finish this now.â The man in the cap whispered to who you now know as Arisu.Â
Arisu nodded back at him. He took a deep breath, then swung the door open. The four of you peered from the doorframe, scanning the inside of the apartment. Suddenly, gunfire started once again. This time, you felt a bullet graze your calf. All at once, everyone yelled, ducking into the safety of the apartment. You squeezed your eyes shut, letting yourself fall forward into the darkness.Â
When you opened your eyes, you were met with Chishiyaâs chest. His arms were wrapped tightly around your back, and you could hear him try to stifle his heavy breathing. Slowly, you tilted your head to meet his gaze. His eyes widened a little, realizing the position you were in. He quickly retracted his hold over you, as if you were hot metal.
With the moment broken, you rolled off him with a grimace. You muttered, âThanks forâArisu!â
Behind the apartment door, a second tagger emerged from the shadows, shotgun trained on the back of Arisu. He whipped his head back upon hearing you, dodging just in time as you pushed the gun out of line.Â
The tagger thrashed against you, bringing in a leg to kick at your stomach. With a step back, you managed to dodge them, taking the opening to knee them in the torso. Your fingers still wrapped around the barrel of the gun, struggling to point it towards the ground.
From behind you, Chishiya lunged at the tagger. The charge of his tazer broke through the air, the man driving its points deep into the taggerâs leg. The tagger let out a pained yell, their leg giving out. They managed to catch themselves on their other foot. With the sudden shift in position, the gun slipped from your grasp. The tagger brought their arm back, bringing the butt of the gun on the side of your forehead.
The room spun around you. It felt like your head was dunked inside a fish tank, with all the noise sounding so muffled. Through the bleariness of your vision, you saw another spark in the darkâprobably from Chishiyaâs tazer again. Before you fully blacked out, you could recall Chishiya calling after you.
ËË°âą*ââ·
You woke up with a groan, not even bothering to sit up because of all the pain. There was a light throbbing in your head, and your legs felt incredibly sore. You squinted your eyes, letting them adjust to the light. When your vision cleared up, you recognized the room you were in to be yours.
There was a blanket covering you from the hips down. A wide bandage was wrapped over your head. Gauze was wrapped around your forearm, held in place by medical tape, a faint red mark seeping through the light fabric. You hadnât even felt that injury from the game.
The game!
Does this mean you won? Is Chishiya okay? What happened to that Arisu kid and the man in the cap? Before you could stand up and get answers for yourself, a soft knock on your door echoed in your room.
âCome in,â you called out softly. Your voice was hoarse, and if you had spoken any louder, it would start up the headache again.Â
Kuina walked into the room, a bread basket slung on her arm. Chishiya shuffled in behind her, his gaze trained on the floor. They brought out some of the hotel chairs in your suite, sitting on either side of you. With a smile, Kuina proudly plopped the bread basket on the empty space of your bed.
âWhereâd you even get that?â you chuckled lightly.
âChishiya nabbed it on the way home,â she wiggled her eyebrows, a teasing smirk on her face. Across her, Chishiya scoffed, eyes not leaving the carpet. âHe was very worried you know. It was the first time I saw him shaking in his flip-flops.â
âSheâs pulling your leg. Not that itâs been injured already,â he replied curtly.Â
Through the pain, a smile made its way to your lips. With your uninjured arm, you gingerly ran your fingers across the basketweave. Your eyes found their way to Chishiya, his face framed by loose strands of hair.Â
âThank you, for getting me out and for the bread.â
âI didnât say I got you out,â he narrowed your eyes at you, though a smirk quirked at the corner of his mouth.
âI know, but youâll never admit it anyway,â you grinned. Bringing your attention back to Kuina, you nudged the basket closer to her. âHere. I want you guys to have some too. Oh, and please bring some for Ann down in her dungeon as well.â
Kuina raised her eyebrows in confusion. âWhat for?â
âFor patching me up,â you shrugged, gesturing to your bandage-riddled body. Kuina still looked partly surprised, before a wave of realization washed over her.Â
âAh⊠I see.â She shot a knowing look toward Chishiya. It almost looked like he had a small pout. You could sense him starting to deflate a little in his seat, one of his knees starting to bounce repeatedly. âYou know what, Ann isnât the only person in the medical field here.â
With a wink, she grabbed two muffins and waltzed towards the door. âIâll leave you two to talk. Iâll drop this off at Annâs too. To thank her for her âhelpâ.â She emphasized with air quotes.
With a soft click, the door shut, leaving the two of you in silence once more.
You broke the silence first this time.Â
âChishiya?â
He hummed in acknowledgment.
âWho treated my wounds?â
He stayed silent for a moment, too stubborn to meet your gaze. Finally, he let out a long sigh and still his knee. âI used to be a doctor in the other life.â
It was a non-admission, but an admission nonetheless. He had this way of things where heâd never say anything directly. He loved puzzles so much, that he became one. But you were getting used to his hints. And over time, you were learning how to piece together his thoughts.Â
ââShiya.â He finally looked at you. No oneâs called him that since his mom.Â
You shuffled to the side, patting the space you made. Hesitantly, he crawled beneath the covers with you. You laid down in now comfortable silence. Slowly, you placed your hand above his.Â
He tensed for a moment before turning his palm up and enveloping yours. Your thumb traced his knuckle.
âHow are you feeling?â
âBetter.â You turned your head to face him. âWay better.â
He thickly swallowed, turning his head to face you. In the softest voice, he said, âIâm happy you are.â
The throbbing in your head faded. With that one small sentence, you understood most of the things he wanted to say, bubbling just beneath the surface. Over time, heâd be able to fully let his walls down. You just needed to trust that he will.

The door to your quiet apartment softly closes behind you. Kicking your shoes off, you peel your coat from your body before tiptoeing into your dark flat. It was well past midnight and you didnât want to wake your sleeping boyfriend, or at least you thought he was. â Gently pushing the door to your shared bedroom open, you freeze in your tracks as Beomgyuâs figure floats into vision.Â
He was sitting on the edge of the bed, his hands placed on his lap, and if it werenât for the bright light of his phone screen, grasped tightly between his fingers, you wouldn't have been able to read the distant look on his face. Swallowing a small gulp, you prepare yourself for the conversation that was bound to take place.Â
âBeomgyu? Why are you still up?â You barely whisper the words, but his head immediately jerks in your direction. âWhere have you been?â His voice is monotone but you can clearly hear the slight tremble to it as he readjusts his grip on the phone in his hands. Setting your purse down on the drawer, you awkwardly clear your throat, âI already told you, I wasâŠâÂ
âYou lied.âÂ
You blink, stunned as you shake your head. âNo I-â â âWhoâs this?â He holds the phone up and you squint as you take a few hesitant steps forward. Your eyes land on the story one of your friends had posted merely an hour ago. A picture of you, a drink in your hand as you chatted with a mutual friend. A mutual guy friend, yes, but he was a decent guy. It wasnât good enough of an answer for Beomgyu, you knew that.Â
âYou told me that it would be just you and your girl friends.â He spits as he shoves his phone in his pocket, the room becoming enveloped in darkness once more. âWell I didnât know he was coming, he joined in later..â You stammer as you watch Beomgyu get up from the bed, rubbing his hand along his neck as he studies your figure in the dim room. â âWhere were you?â He takes a step forward.Â
âAt that bar downtown, just like I said.â You firmly state as you fold your arms across your chest. He shakes his head, âno you werenât.â â Your frown deepens, what was he getting at? âWe went to another one later, does that matter?â You scoff as you run a hand through your hair. âIt does. You shouldâve told me, I need to know things like that.â â âWhy?â Honestly you were growing tired of his antics, it was exhausting to keep him informed about your whereabouts. You didnât even get to enjoy a night out with your friends without being dialed down by your partner.Â
Beomgyu almost seems baffled at you questioning him. âBecause I am your boyfriendâ, he takes another two steps forward, his hand reaching out to grab your forearm, you wince. Sometimes he was really unaware of the force he used. â âYou shouldnât be hanging out with other guys when youâre together with me.âÂ
âWell it wasnât like it was only the two of us, and besides-â â âThat doesnât matter. I thought I told you to stay away from guys, you never know what theyâre capable of.â He seethes, his grip on your arm only intensifying as his hands tremble. âBut you never listen to meâ, his voice becomes almost high-pitched as he swallows a gulp. You try to wriggle yourself free from his increasingly harsh grasp, âBeomgyu youâre hurting me.â â But he doesnât listen, too caught up in the apparent dangers of your situation.Â
âItâs not that hard to pick up your fucking phone and call me back.â He grits as he tugs you closer. Blindly stumbling forward in the darkness, your hands reach for his chest as you try and maintain your balance. âIt diedâ, you mumble, gaze dropping to the floor as you follow the outline of your bodies, pressed together. He scoffs, âwhat a shit excuse.âÂ
As if on cue, your very much not dead phone, vibrates in your pocket. The silence that follows rings like knives in your ears. Your heart threatens to beat out of your chest and you bite back a small sob. âYour excuse just became even more uselessâ, he drawls, his voice eerily calm. But before you know it, heâs got you pinned down against the bed, knees sinking into the mattress on either side of you as his hands slam down next to your face.Â
âLying seems to be the only thing you know how to do.â He mutters as one of his fingers trails across your cheek, down to your lips, pulling the plump flesh down before letting it go again. His finger moves past your chin, down your throat, skimming over your collarbone, between the valley of your breasts and over your stomach before reaching the hem of your tight leather skirt. He eyes the clothing with disdain, âyou dress like whore, and you act like it behind my back.âÂ
You shake your head, the first droplets of tears falling from your eyes, silently rolling down your rosy cheeks, leaving a dent in your perfect layer of makeup. Beomgyu pays your objection little mind, his hands tugging the tight garment down your thighs as he mutters to himself. âIâll make you remember â remember who you belong to.âÂ
He yanks your panties off, making you squeal as his cold hand brushes against your cunt; long fingers working to get you as wet as possible, as quickly as possible. His gaze flickers to your teary expression and he sighs, âyou know that I only want whatâs best for you.â When all he receives is a small sob he groans in frustration, upping his pace as his thumb harshly flicks over your clit with enough pressure to make you writher under him.Â
You knew that Beomgyu had some kind of boundary issues. He often overstepped and interfered in your relationships with both family and friends. At first you had thought that he was just a little overprotective, like most guys. And in the beginning it was kind of cute, seeing him get all flustered and worked up when youâd been approached by a cute waiter on your date. But as time went on you soon realized that his need to protect you ran far deeper. â If Beomgyu had it his way, you would be isolated from just about everyone, only being allowed supervised visits from close family.Â
Your back arches off the soft mattress as he pushes a finger inside of you, immediately curling it to hit every single nerve, making you moan under him as your sobs gradually morphed into noises of pleasure. âSee? I always make you feel so goodâ, he murmurs, his attention fixed on the way you squeezed around his hand, drenching him in a sheer layer of your arousal. âIâŠI donât understand why you act like I donâtâ, he sounds conflicted, his pace momentarily slowing down as his brows draw together.Â
Beomgyu wasnât very smart, you knew that. He was always the last to get the joke, and none of the ones he made seemed to reach anyone else. But he wasnât just stupid, he was emotionally disconnected. It was almost as if he struggled to understand why people felt certain emotions, and why everyone felt differently. Why couldnât everyone just be like him?Â
Quickly shaking his head, his fingers withdraw from your core as he struggles to get the zipper of his jeans open. Given a small moment to catch your breath, you stare up at the ceiling as you draw in a shaky sigh. The feel of his cock prodding against you makes you squirm and his hand pushes down against your waist to keep you in place. He groans as he slowly pushes himself inside, letting his head drop to the crook of your neck once heâs fully sheathed.Â
âMaybe I should install a tracker on your phone..â He hums as he sets a gentle pace, his thrusts calculated and deliberate. The small statement makes your eyes widen as another small sob rips from your throat. âWhy?â You croak out, your voice is strained and laced with the aftermath of your previous tears. He chuckles against your skin, a small smirk spreading across his lips as he drags them along the juncture of your neck. âSo you wonât have to worry about texting me back. And I wonât worry about where you are.âÂ
In his ears, the suggestion made perfect sense. Unable to see how twisted it actually was, Beomgyuâs heart swells at the thought of always knowing where you are. His large hand cups your wet cheek, âitâs for your own goodâ, he coos, âI only want whatâs best for you.â â When all you do is continuously sob in his arms, his patience suddenly wears thin. His once tender expression turns into a small scowl as his hips snap against yours with so much force that you almost choke on your tears.Â
âWhy are you still crying? Youâre the one who lied.â Your lack of response makes him grow anxious and his hands grasp your skin tightly, his grip was bound to leave red marks that would soon bloom into hues of purples and blues, just like the others had. âStop fucking cryingâ, he grunts, his cock twitching inside of you as you clench around him. â âI⊠I canâtâ you sob as one of your hands wipes your tears.Â
âWhy? Donât you want me to know where you are? Are you keeping something from me? Is that why?â He fires question after question, withdrawing himself to where only his tip remains before he slams back inside of you, pulling a string of incoherent whines and moans from your lips. His hand envelops your chin, locking your head in place as he leans down to press his mouth against yours. âIâll make you have my baby. Then youâll have to stay here with me, then Iâll always know where you are.âÂ
Your eyes shoot open as you register his words and you feebly shake your head. It only seems to spur him on further, hips snapping against you as his fingers dig into your cheeks. âIâll give you my baby and youâll take it.â He hisses, his arm wrapping around you and he pulls you closer, your bodies pressed against each other as he quiets your sobs with a kiss.Â
Youâre unable to stop him from releasing inside of you, a small groan leaving his lips as he continues to fuck his cum back into you. Despite your devastated state, you still longed for your own high as one of your hands reached down between your bodies, only to be stopped by Beomgyuâs long fingers around your wrist. âLiars, donât get to cum.âÂ
He flips you over, pulling you to rest against his chest, his now soft cock still buried deep inside of you, making you squirm in discomfort. With a hand on your hip, he stills your movement, âcareful, think about the baby.â His words made you want to cry all over again.
You had considered breaking up with Beomgyu many times, and you had been close to doing so, many times. But something always seemed to hold you back. His pouty lips, his big sad eyes, the way his brows drew together in a confused frown, you found it hard to break such news to him. You knew that he would suffer greatly if you ever broke up, part of you thinks he deserves it, but a bigger part of you felt an immense guilt.Â
You thought that maybe today, after everything he had done today, you would finally be able to put an end to it, to stand up for yourself. But when you peer up at him in the darkness of your bedroom, watching his anxious gaze as he pulls you close, as if afraid that you would disappear at any given moment; you knew that you would never be able to utter those words out loud.

ââââ
The streets are quiet, abandoned, and ravaged. The only life pulsating is in taverns scattered about the streets you pass, but as some drink for fun, others most likely drink to forget that the food in this city is diminishing with the blockade still not penetrated by their King.
The sky is polluted by white clouds, dimming the bright lights of the stars and the moon, and the sweet taste of autumn has begun to turn bitter with colder nights, bringing a chilly breeze that nips at your cheeks, and makes your fingers hold on tighter to the warmth Aemondâs hand gives yours.
What could you say about yourself? That your anger has not dulled even if you know now as you walk down the cobble streets that when Aemond is close you never feel alone. Is that hopeless?
Is it hopeless that someone who hurt you is also the one who never makes you feel solace? Even when youâre mad and seething, hoping he will leave you alone, all you seek is his presence because your heart is so tangled with his that heâs the very thing you need to feel complete.
How can you make it stop?
Do you really want to know what a world without him will be like? You should, your heart needs to stop dancing over the fact that heâs trying hard to win you back to his side. You shouldnât be eager to know where heâs taking you. You shouldnât know that if he had brought you out into the city weeks before this war started, or even when ravens were all that was being sent, that you would have devoted your heart and soul to him. And who wouldnât?
Heâs trying hard to get in your good graces by stepping out of his own comfort zone to do something he knows you like. Heâs trying to prove his love, and his remorse for hurting you, and deep inside where youâre guarding your heart, a hole is starting to puncture through the wall.
You should be rageful! Anger is all you should know! And you do, you still feel it seething within you. You feel spiteful because heâs making the effort to make you look past the unforgettable act he did. Visiting brothels is something you can learn to forgive, after all, you have sinned too, butâŠkilling Lucerys should bring you nothing but hatred.
You shouldnât steal glances at him when you think heâs too busy paying attention to where youâre going, but you do, you canât help it, you want to look into his mind to know what he has planned. AndâŠyou canât help yourself from studying his face like one studies a tapestry that you canât help but get lost in.
You are proud to say that you havenât spoken a word since you left the castle, thatâs the one thing you have kept up, but that begins to teeter because you need to know where heâs taking you! He keeps walking further and further away from the Red Keep!
You need to ask him, you should ask because what if heâs trying to take you somewhere dangerous, or someplace you actually donât like? Plus this anticipation is something you canât handle.
Thus you part your lips, and his eyes drift to you as if he was waiting for you to fill the silence, but thankfully you come across a woman with a babe against her chest and an older child on the ground beside her, so you direct their attention at their poor conditions.
Aemond tries to pull you back, but you slip your hand away from his grasp and approach the woman and her children.
The child does immediately scoot back when he sees that youâre approaching them, but the woman looks at you with hope in her eyes as she recognizes your white hair and sees your expensive clothes.
âHere,â you speak softly and pull five gold coins from the pouch in your cloak's pocket to offer them to the woman. âFor you and your children.â
The woman glances at Aemond past you, and she seems to falter.
You see right through her and reassure her. âItâs okay, he may look scary, but heâs not. He wonât hurt you. The money is from me and him.â
The woman spares one more frightful glance at Aemond before she sticks her hand out so you can hand her the golden coins.
âThank you, Your Grace,â she says in return and bows her head. âMay the gods bless you and the prince.â
âAnd you,â you redirect sweetly. âGood night.â You offer her a smile and then give the child a wider one before you turn away and return to Aemond to continue down your path in a short silence.
âWhere are we going?â You finally let yourself ask.
âI thought you would not ask,â he says and drops his eye on you.
You shrug. âI was not, but you may as well be leading me to my death.â
Aemond rolls his eye. âWhy would you say that?â
You avert your gaze and huff. âWell, I do not think the Kingâs counsel would be so keen on welcoming back. At least not as freely as I am.â
âNo they are not keen about your return, they think you come to spy for your mother,â he shares, making you keep your eyes focused on anything else so Aemond wonât see that they hit the target.
âWell,â you sigh and feign annoyance. âIf I would have come to do anything for my mother, they should all know I wouldnât have gone to one knee for his Grace,â you throw that last bit out mockingly. âI meanâŠâ you trail off to not say anything offensive around houses filled with people who wouldnât hesitate spreading what you said like wildfire. Aemond you donât worry about, itâs the people who might be listening.
âYeah I know that,â he mutters, making you both meet each other's gaze and share a small teasing smile over the thought of Aegon being king.
â<He doesnât even speak Valyrian,â you complain in High Valyrian. âOur child knows more than him, and heâs almost 5 months old.>â
Aemond huffs and you skip forward to fall at his side and muse about Aerion. â<I am being honest, earlier, I told him in Valyrian, if he was happy to be home with you, and he talked back.>â
â<Talked?>â Aemond questions with a happy smile he canât hide.
You nod excitedly. <Cooed, but itâs the attempt that counts, and the smile he gave when I mentioned you.>â
Aemond hums and smiles at the ground at the mention of Aerion being happy to see him again.
â<He really missed you,â you tell him. âHe was sad to be away from home for so long.>â
Aemond lifts his head and looks at you with a soft look. â<I missed him too. And you most of all.>â
He says that on purpose, he knows that sweet words like that make you swoon. It almost works if youâre being honest, but you hold yourself back and look away to retort. âYeah, you missed me when you went to the Street of Silk.â
Aemond groans and you huff, finding the exact excuse you need to lead into silence. Itâs now more tense than before, but it doesnât leave an attempt for him to sweet talk you, or for you to find a way to talk like you would before.
You donât talk at all actually, which works to strengthen that wall around your heart, and keeps your anger from sizzling out. You donât hold hands anymore either which leaves your naked hands feeling quite abandoned while youâre following him through the dangerous city, past taverns and places to eat, past places where people sing and entertain, and overall past anywhere that can be fun.
You start to believe heâs taking you out of the city, but then much to your surprise, you reach the Dragonpit.
âWhy are we here?â You ask and he looks at you but doesnât actually attempt to answer, he points his eye to the side of the Dragonpit before he grabs your hand and pulls you with him toward an entrance you didn't even know about.
âWhatââ
He shushes you by pressing his finger against your lips and holding your gaze for a short moment that actually starts to filter in flickers of heat in your tension.
âItâs not far,â he whispers before he opens the door and ushers you inside.
Do you hesitate to do as he says?
No, you grow intensely more curious and quite excited.
âIf Astraea senses Iâm here she will weep,â you whisper as you roll your head over your shoulder to watch him close the door. âIt was hard enough bringing her in here.â
Aemond lights a torch before he responds as he walks past, but not before taking your hand first. âWeâre not here for the dragons.â
You canât help your excitement from running your mouth for you. âI would ask how you know about this entrance, but I also know you so, I think I have my answer.â
With a crooked smile, Aemond looks at you and picks on that. âReally?â
You nod and push the tip of your nose up to tease him. âYour nose was always in a book.â
âIt made me smarter,â he rebuttals, making you scoff in amusement. Itâs not a laugh, but itâs close enough so he takes that as a win.
âItâs not much further,â he answers your burning question that you were about to ask.
You would ask the other questions you have lined up, but you also want to be surprised, so you swallow back your questions and eagerly follow him.
Honestly, it feels like you should close your eyes to not spoil anything, but this tunnel is new to you, so you stay vigilant. And once Aemond brings you to a sudden halt youâre glad you were cautious.
âWatch,â he suggests as he keeps the torch behind him.
âOkay,â you follow up slowly but hold his gaze with a sense of excitement, making him shake his head.
âNot at me,â he says as he doesnât try to actually look away. âOver there.â
You breathe out some of your nerves before you slide your eyes to the dark room ahead of you. Aemond makes sure youâre paying attention first before he starts to walk away from you, making you get cast in the pitch darkness that comes from the hall behind you.
âAemond,â you call out with slight fear.
Said man offers you his attention for a second before he walks further inside the dark cast room.
You donât like the idea of getting consumed by the darkness so you take a step after him, but quickly come to a stop as the room begins to glimmer like a thousand exquisite diamonds as the fire on Aemondâs torch bounces off the walls.
âWhââ you donât even get to finish saying because your breath is stolen by all the spots of transparent lights that drown the room, making it seem like youâre actually within a hundred stars. Not just under them, but actually with them, where you can touch them.
âThe dragons are above us,â Aemond fills the silence. âAnd the walls in this room are made of sand, so slowly with the fire from the dragons, glass is being made.â
You look at him completely mesmerized, but at that moment as your eyes take him in across the room, youâre struck with awe as you catch how the shimmering light doesnât only reflect on the walls and ceiling, but on him too.
Hundreds of lights bask his face and bounce off the sapphire in his eye socket, making him look completely divine, ethereal, beautiful.
Can he see your awe? Can he see it in your soft dilated eyes? In your soft formed smile? Or in your stillness, as you canât make yourself move with the way youâre completely blown away by the room and him?
âCome,â he invites you further in as he focuses just on you. The glimmering lights donât manage to steal his attention with you there. Youâre all he focuses on, youâre the keeper of his attention, more so when you slowly make yourself to him and the light bounces off the golden shimmer on your gown, making you look like the sun itself. Only brighter. And unlike the sun, youâre ethereal, and instead of burning his eye like the sun does, you make his eye soften and fill with admiration and awe.
âYou know I canât ask how you know about this room,â you finally manage to speak when you meet him in the middle. âBecause I know you. You would sneak to the Dragonpit to try and steal our dragons.â You giggle.
He smiles as he turns his head away. âI was desperate,â he rebuttals to your comment.
You hum and lean towards him to add a memory. âYeah, I caught you singing to a dragon egg once, inâŠâ
âHopes it would hatch,â Aemond and you finish in sync.
You beam at him and nod slowly. âYes,â you say thoughtfully and watch him for a lingering moment as you realize that all the tension ceased to exist the moment this room began to shine.
âWow,â you whisper and slowly spin around to keep admiring the room. âHow come you never brought me here before?â You canât help but ask.
Aemond follows after you as you just wander the room. âI had forgotten about it until recently,â he admits. âAnd before you left I just did not want to put you in danger by sneaking out here.â
You glance at him with an amused smile before you approach a wall and capture a beam of light in your palm.
âDo you like it?â He asks for validation, making you drop your hand to look at him with a tender look before you nod.
âI love it. You brought the stars down to me,â you muse, and canât look away from him, you canât stay from him either. Your heart takes you to him. And without remembering your anger, or the fight you just had not long ago, you slowly press your hands on his chest to be even closer.
Aemond takes his free hand and grabs one of your elbows to be even more connected to each other, finding that you canât stand being just a hair's breadth away from each other, you need to be closer as if you were one.
You need to be one. Share one beating heart. So you both lean in as youâre driven by a burning desire, but just as the warmth of his lips wash over you, you suddenly come to a halt because of a memory your mind conjured up of him killing Lucerys.
Yet you donât lead the moment to resentment, you stay close as your anger returns and murmur against his lips. âI would have loved you without a dragon, you know that?â
A short silence follows where all he does is stare at your lips before he speaks up. âI would have not felt complete without one.â
You shake your head and counter his statement. âNot true, I would have completed you. Like I do now.â
Aemondâs lips part and yours follow to do the same but neither of you take the first leap. Him because heâs so taken back by what you said; and you because your anger stops you until you remember why youâre here.
Yet once your lips crash on his, you completely melt, your heart bursts with joy, and your burning desire engulfs your entire body, pushing you to slide your hands around his neck, and leading you to take control of the kiss and move in sync with each other with a sense of longing and hot passion that you canât deny, that makes his hand find your cheek to bring your closer.
However, just as you want to deepen the kiss Aemond pulls away to seek what will assure him. âDo you love me now?â
You part your lips, but a single breath unfurls over his lips. You want to say yes, but your anger, and maybe a little bit of your hatred stops you and guides you to redirect. âCan I be honest?â You ask, making him blink repeatedly but not respond, so you go on. âMy heart swoons for you, my desire burns for you, but a part of me weeps.â
Aemondâs hand slowly falls from your cheek, and his eyes bat frantically as he tries to beat away the tear that comes, but he canât push it away, it glosses his eye.
âBut Aemond,â you quickly interject and tilt your head down to meet his face.
He looks away but you find his gaze right away.
âAemond. My Aemond,â you call again just as softly, and his eye goes soft at the utter of those last words. âIt does not mean I have given up on you,â you lie, or so you tell yourself. âI am yours. I still desire you just as much. I justâŠneed time.â
Aemond looks at you for a lingering moment before you lean in and press a kiss on his lips. Heâs still at first as heâs still in disbelief over the answer he didnât expect. He should have seen it coming, but he didnât expect it because he was hopeful out of his own selfish desire.
Now that heâs heard you he should give up. He wants all of you or none of you. Yet he also canât let you go, he doesn't let you go because he is selfish and doesnât want to see anyone else with you, but also because you are his light at the end of the tunnel. That Red Priestess was right, heâs in the dark without your love, and without you. Thatâs why he keeps trying to gain your love, because if he gives up who else will love him like you do? Who will complete him like you do?
Only you have given him the love he seeks and he cannot let that go.
Thus he kisses you back as if he wants to devour you, hoping thatâs a step in the right direction.
You grab his face and pull him closer, making him stumble you both toward the wall where he drops the torch on the ground to hold you against him.
However, just as you both start to get lost in your needy desire a voice booms. âWhoâs there?â
You rip away from each other and watch the corridor with your breaths held in wait, hoping that the voice doesnât come your way.
Albeit moments later footsteps approach and even if you would not get in trouble if you were caught, you still grab his hand and pull him away with you with no light to guide the way. You remember the path and run out with him.
âWhyââ
âJust go!â You exclaim excitedly with your heart pounding in your ears, and never once looking back. You run and run with him still attached to you.
Once youâre out under the natural light of the sky and not threatened with getting caught, you canât help but burst out laughing. Aemond watches you as he catches his breath, and canât help but smile as he sees how the joy perks your eyes up. He then chuckles softly as your own laugh is contagious.
âOne more,â you pause and catch your breath before you continue. âOne more stop.â
Aemondâs laugh dies with yours and his smile fades as heâs confused considering the confession you gave him just now.
âI want to show you a better time than your whore did,â you answer his confusion, causing him to drop his head and shake it.
âI told you it was not like that,â he mutters.
You fiddle with the buckles on his vest and shrug him off. âWell, I still want to show you a good time at your brothel. I want to show you that only I can give you what you like, hm?â
Aemond bats his eye up and a smirk perks the corner of his lips up, giving you the answer without needing to say it.
Albeit before you take his hand to go to your next stop you offer him an out. âUnless you are not comfortable. We can go back home and go to a different room.â
Aemond glances past you and seems to remember that thereâs one small person stopping you from going to the comforts of your own chambers. âNo, we can go.â He says as he looks at you, letting you take his hand now.
However, Aemond ends up leading the way because you in fact have never been to any brothel. You have passed through the Street of Silk, but thatâs the extent of that.
And unlike the streets you took to reach the Dragonpit, the moment you start to approach the Street of Silk, signs of life begin to show with firelight lighting a path, people drunkenly stumbling down streets, and chatter, laughter, singing, music, and lewd noises getting louder and more frequent.
It all mostly works to discourage you, you find yourself preferring going to taverns where you can drink, dance, and sing from occasion to occasion. Yet, you donât take back your offer, you push forward, and just think about how much this could please Aemond and garner more of his trust so you can move around the castle more freely, and maybe get Astraea out of her chains. You donât feel safe without her roaming the skies.
âHere,â Aemond finally brings you to a brothel a bit smaller than others you have passed, but still elegant inside and very much busy, or so it seems when you step inside.
If only the smell was just as elegant. It smells like sweat, sex, and a bad attempt at mixing sweet-smelling incense. The women who seem to work here are all beautiful though; in their thin silk and sheer gowns that leave little for the imagination, while some wear nothing at all but their jewelry to catch the wandering eyeâthey all honestly make you feel overdressed.
âMy Prince,â a soothing voice greets your husband as they approach you.
âWe just need a room,â Aemond brushes off the older woman with long brown hair thatâs partially picked up in an intricate bun, while the rest is resting in a long braid. âCan we get one or not?â He follows up by asking hurryingly.
The woman does not attempt to meet his rush, her sharp eyes find you and take you in, making you raise your head higher to exude confidence and charm when really you're intimidated by her and this place in general.
Not like she can see through you, she does immediately know who you are and sees the very picture of royalty and sophistication; not only in the expensive gown and the luxurious jewelry clung onto you, but in the way you carry yourself, the way your nose is raised in the air, showing that you know that no one in the world can compare to you or touch you in any way.
âYes,â the woman finally gives Aemond his answer and looks at him for a lingering second, making you follow her line of gaze and see that heâs averting his gaze and that she's the woman he came to see. Thereâs no need for an explanation, you can see it in her small smug smile, and his lack of focus.
But why her? You canât help but wonder as you discreetly study her. Is it her experience? Her age? Does he fancy older women? Or is it her beauty? Sheâs a very refined beauty. She looks poised too. Is that what brought Aemond to her arms?
âCome with me,â the woman finally releases you from your spots and guides you down the room, letting you see what more the fine establishment has to offer, and what more it hides behind closed curtains.
You canât say she went far, the house is not big, but you do linger behind when a tall slender woman bending like she was made of dough catches your eye.
Sheâs so impressive! Itâs amazing how her legs can go so far back with no sign that it hurts her in any way. You would be envious but youâre just awestruck. You could watch her forever.
Nevertheless, not too long after you departed, Aemond calls out for you, so you steal one last glance at the woman before you find yourself in an empty room occupied by a round bed, and hundreds of candles.
âThank you,â you tell the woman over your shoulder, proving to not be the snobby princess she thought you were.
âOf course.â She nods and offers you a much kinder smile. âIf you need anything ring the bell,â she lets you know, making you smile at her before she leaves Aemond and you in the candle-lit room that smells like vanilla.
âWas it her?â You ask right away as you wander behind the bed to hover your palm over the fire burning away the wax of the candles.
âDoes it matter?â Aemond tries to avoid the question, but you look at him and press him.
âJust a little,â you lie and he sees that with the way the fire catches the gloss over the affliction in your eyes as if your life depends on his answer.
âItâŠâ he hesitates and you assume the answer, but you still wait desperately in hopes youâre wrong.
âIt was, but I told you, we just shared a bed and she listened to my sorrows.â
You let out a shaky breath and your affliction is resolved to self-torment as youâre filled with self-doubt about yourself for the first time.
Never in your life have you ever been self-conscious, you were always proud of your looks, you took pride in your beauty and never shied away to try and prove otherwise. But nowâŠyou canât help it from taking root within you.
You shouldnât, you know that. You shouldnât feel jealous or hurt by his choices. You try so hard to be unaffected by this ordeal, but you canât fight it off. Youâre wounded, and shine a little less, as if you're a shining star in the sky that he dims.
âI told you,â Aemond keeps saying as you have your back turned to him. âShe doesnât compare to you. No one does.â
You stay quiet and keep your back turned as you try to fight off your tears, and really try to fight off the stupid jealousy.
But it really is a bewitching thing.
âWe can leave,â Aemond offers, and for a second youâre about to take that chance, but you then remember what brought you here and you know you have to see it through no matter what.
Thus you let out a deep breath and swallow back what torments you. You donât face him right away, you let him walk up behind you and grab your chin to tilt your cheek to his lips.
âYou are mine,â he whispers, making a breath of yours unwantedly draw in. âAnd I am yours.â
His lips brush against your jaw and burn a line down to the corner of your lips as he keeps tiling your face at his will.
âYou are the very breath I need, yet you are the very thing that steals my breath every moment I lay my eye on you,â he whispers against your lips, making you part your lips as if you need his breath. âYou are the very definition of beauty and divinity. Every beautiful thing that this damn world has to offer never measures up to your beauty, your grace, the design of your lips, the color of your eyes, and every perimeter that makes you. You plague my every thought, you know that? I would burn the whole world for you. You need only say the word.â
And just like that all your doubt melts away, your reason becomes null, and all your senses turn to a single feeling of needy desire that sets you aflame. You are his, but your heart was not open to him, it was still guarded and he knew that.
âAemond,â you let out a breathless moan as he presses his needy member against your back and trails his lips along your jaw, making you desperate.
âMy love,â he whispers back and presses a kiss on your cheek, causing a pleased groan to escape your lips while you stand there paralyzed unable to think of anything else but what you start to desire.
âI thought,â you pause at the wet feeling of his lips pressing against your neck. âI thought I was here to show you a good time.â You try to laugh, but a trembling breath is all that comes out as he starts to leave a hot and wet trail of kisses back up to your lips as if he's making his mouth try and memorize every inch of that part of your face.
âYou are,â he assures you. âYou're here. That's all I need to have a good time.â
Your lips tug to a smile and you finally find the strength to peel away far enough to turn and face him.
âNo,â you argue and step back as you slip your cloak off before you grab the edge of your sleeves and start to slip the gown off agonizingly slowly, causing his own desire to grow more intensely to the point even his breeches start to feel uncomfortable to have on.
He almost wants to close the space left between you to rip the gown off you, but when he steps forward you flash him a smirk and step back to peel the gown off and let it fall around your feet, leaving yourself only in thin panties that protect your most intimate part.
It would leave little to the imagination, but he knows you inside and out. He knows what you hide and he still salivates.
âBetter than your woman out there?â You taunt him in a seductive voice, and he rolls his eye and shakes his head.
âStop,â he quips. âDon't torment yourself with her. Sheâs nothing. No one.â
It wonât bring any peace to mind, but you leave it for now and move your hips as you strut to him to press your hands on his chest and then slide them down to unbuckle the buckles that keep his vest closed.
Aemond tries to help you, but you quickly take his hand away and press a kiss on his knuckles before you leave his hand on your breast, causing his breath to catch and his eye to be consumed with even more darkness. Once you've finally done the tedious job of pulling at every buckle you pull his vest and he helps you shrug it off, leaving him in a thin long-sleeved cotton shirt.
âGods you are more dressed than me,â you laugh. âAnd here I thought it was your hair that took you long to get dressed.â
He chuckles softly and you share a smile before he pulls his shirt off, feeding your eyes with his beautiful sculpted torso.
âBeautiful,â you whisper before you trail your hands down and unbuckle his belt, causing you both to share a sweet laugh because you have to take more clothes off him.
Before you can attempt to take his breeches off though he steps back to pull his boots off, letting you slip your shoes off too. When there's nothing left for either of you to take care of you get pulled back to him and finally nudge his breeches so he can take them off and leave him naked and vulnerable to you in a room covered with a thick curtain.
Any other time before it wouldâve been pretty unbelievable, you both are too possessive over each other to even share a glimpse of each other with anyone else, but right now at this moment, neither of you care.
Then again itâs not like the world outside actually exists; itâs him, you, and your guarded heart refusing to forget what he did, and refusing to give all of yourself back to himâor so thatâs what you want to thinkâŠ
Would a guarded heart really pound at the sight of his member? Would you really desire him as much as you do? Would your body ache for his delicate touch, and for his hard member to complete you if you were guarded?
Perhaps if thatâs what youâre pushing yourself to feel. Youâre just convincing yourself that you need him in every which way, that heâs all that matters and will matter for the rest of your days. Thatâs all it isâŠa hunger for revengeâŠ
Thatâs why you kiss him with need, without worrying about breathing. Heâs all you can need. Him, his thin lips, his tongue fighting yours before you pull away with heavy breaths and push him down to the bed to straddle him.
â<My Aemond,>â you coo in High Valyrian, and feel his tip twitch at those gentle words before he grabs the back of your neck and leans for a kiss, but leaves your mouth waiting as he flips you over to lay you on your back.
â<You are the devil,>â you grumble and he snickers before he presses kisses on your lips, on your chin, up on the tip of your nose, on your scar, and down on your jaw before he brushes the tip of his aquiline nose down your neck.
âAemond,â you mumble in protest, but he shushes you by pressing his warm lips on your collarbone before he travels down and presses his lips on your breast, leaving his mouth there just for a second, but just enough to make you arch your back and tangle your fingers in his long and soft white silver hair.
You almost donât want him to move, but he does the best thing and uses his mouth to suck your breast.
âGods,â you breathe out, making him smile against your flesh before he starts to leave kisses further down your aching body until he comes to a stop on your thigh.
â<Tell me next time how much you need me and Iâll please you,>â he muses as he admires the mess you have between your legs.
â<I need you,>â you whisper desperately and he chuckles before he buries his face in between your legs, taking no time to tease you, he gets right to devouring you.
You try to hold back, but you canât stop yourself from filling the room with the moans of his name, and small gasps as he drives his tongue deeper. When you begin to roll your hips up to meet the lapping of his tongue, he hooks his arms around your thighs and pins you down, making you increasingly more hot.
At one point you think you can last just to linger in this feeling, but he slides one thumb over to circle your clit and that causes you to grip onto the sheets below you as youâre pushed over the edge right away.
You want to feel ashamed for being consumed by such a pleasure, but you canât say you remember that shame when that tension snaps and you come undone on his tongue.
Aemond is so consumed by the moment, turned on by the sound of his name coming past your lips and the sounds of pleasure that he alone produced out of you, that he canât help but come undone moments behind you without you needing to touch him.
Now you would feel pride that you have such an effect on him, but youâre overwhelmed with more soft pleasure as he uses his tongue to clean you up until thereâs no trace left of you.
Once heâs done he climbs up to hover over you and steals one look at you, making you smile softly at him, and watch his own lips tug to a mirrored smile before the corner of his lips twitch down and his soft eye is clouded by something dark that's far from lust.
âWhat is it?â You ask quietly and reach your hand out to grab his cheek.
Aemondâs gaze grows heavy and his eyes droop while a frown wedges itself deeply on his face.
âYou must know,â he mutters and slowly grabs your hand. âI am sorry,â his voice comes out soft and apologetic. âAbout Luke.â
You blink in disbelief and your hand stiffens on his face. He knows youâre going to let go so he keeps your hand pressed against his face.
âI lost my temper,â he mumbles and swallows thickly. âI did not want to kill him. I did not mean it.â
Yes, but his dragon did. A dragon is a part of you when you bond, so Vhagar did not act alone. Her anger may have driven her to act out, but she didnât do anything he didnât want to. He knows that. You know that.
Yet you donât open your mouth to say it. You stay silent and listen with your face growing hard, and your heart no longer dancing out of ecstasy.
âYou have to believe me,â he almost pleads for your forgiveness. âI did not mean to kill him. Forgive me.â
Will that bring him back? No. Nothing he says will take back what happened. Lucerys is gone forever because of what he did. You canât forgive that.
But you donât tell Aemond that. You bring up your other hand to cup his other cheek and smile at him. âYou mean it?â You ask for reassurance.
Aemond leans towards your touch and parts his lips. âI mean it,â he speaks hoarsely.
Despite all the thoughts your mind just conjured, the act of understanding you held falters at the feeling of his neediness feeding off your soft touch, and that blue eye consumed by genuine and sweet sincerity.
Yet you must remain strongâŠand loyal to your stand of being unforgiving over what he did, you canât let the wall around your heart crumble. You wonât fall.
Not even as he lays on your side and nuzzles his face against the side of your breast. You do feel a sense of bliss as you make him feel comforted by wrapping your arm around his head and using your fingers to gently caress the side of his head, but thatâs it. You donât listen to your singing heart as he embraces your waist so you wonât go anywhere.
A silence interferes between your nestled-up bodies, and you fight, closing your eyes, finding ease and comfort in his warmth, and in his heart beating against you, assuring you heâs fine. However, you slowly lose your grip and your eyes close, letting a comforting silence linger for a while where only you and him exist.
Neither of you actually fall asleep, you just refuse to let the moment go until it is suddenly interrupted by the sound of the curtain getting ripped open, pulling your eyes open to glance at the intruder, only to grow cold and stiff at the sight of Aegon and his friends, trailing behind him.
You want to alert Aemond, but he turns his attention and finds his brother and his friends too.
And the moment Aegon has the attention of the both of you on him and realizes itâs really Aemond and you on the bed, he bursts out laughing, pulling Aemond to sit up and throw a sheet over your body as you follow him up.
âAemond, the fierce!â Aegon blurts and points at Aemond as if itâs the funniest thing in the world. Maybe to his drunken mind, it is, but not to his friends, and especially not to you as you see how Aemond recoils into himself as if shielding himself from his brother's torment.
âYou know,â Aegon laughs as he stumbles toward the bed, making you scoot closer toward Aemond to shield your body from Aegonâs wandering eyes.
âIf it hadnât been for me, she wouldâve been his first. He wouldâve saved himself for her,â Aegon continues, only making Aemond stiffen and for his face to fall with hurt thatâs obvious to you.
â<Aemond,>â you whisper in High Valyrian and grab his bicep as you feel a growing need to protect him from his brother's continuous bullying that he has yet to grow out of at his big age.
âWhat a fine, sweet thing,â Aegon teases as he manages to get closer to the point where he climbs on the bed and leans in between Aemond and you. âDid you fuck her like a hound?â He interjects boldly and mocks multiple barks, making your jaw clench, and your quick-grown frustration turn to fury.
âYou see,â Aegon directs at his friends who avoid looking at Aemond and never dare look at you.
â< Let's go, my love,>â you insist and lean closer toward him so only he can hear you. â<He's not worth it. Letâs go.>â
âSuch is my niece's prowess, that even now my brother will not get tired of her.â Aegon points at you as he looks over to try and catch you exposed, but you hold the sheet tightly against you. âEven after she left.â Aegon laughs.
You sigh deeply and bite back what you want to say to this boy king, instead, you just focus on Aemond.
â<Come on.>â You keep urging him and pull his arm toward you, but it falls limp, making your heartache. You canât stand seeing him so anguished, you never could stand him being belittled and feeling small. Just like you never found any of Aegonâs pranks funny, Aemond was always your soft spot, and you never let one of Aegon's pranks or mean snide go unpunished.
âHard luck for your squire though,â Aegon tells his group of friends. âAs you can see,â he laughs. âThe room is very much occupied.â
He keeps laughing like a madman, finally triggering Aemondâs gaze to go hard at the same time his demeanor shifts from wounded to menacing before he gets up, letting your hand fall off his arm, and making you watch him as he twists around slowly with no care of being seen.
âYour squire is welcome to the room,â Aemond finally breaks his silence and steps off the bed, but not before calling out your name and following with a demand. âLetâs go.â
Aegon chuckles and wiggles his fingers to try and touch your leg, but you quickly pull your leg away and slide off the bed, making sure to keep the sheet on while you grab yours and Aemondâs stuff from the floor, before you follow after him in a tense silence that you donât break while you change. That tension intensifies and changes the atmosphere you once carried as you walk back to the Red Keep. It stays when you get home and when you get ready for bed, killing any attempt to rekindle the passion you were lost in.
You have a dire need to talk to him, but at every attempt, he meets you with a cold shoulder. He stays mute as if Aegon had cut out his tongue when he left that brothel.
And perhaps you should leave it be, pass it off as cruel mocking, after all, what can you do now that Aegon is King?
Thereâs no way to make him pay back for what he said without facing some kind of consequence, and right now you need to avoid getting in trouble.
Yet how can you leave the topic untouched? You look at Aemond and your heart aches at the mere sight of the frown on his lips, and at the dullness that takes over his eye as he canât help but feel ashamed, angry, and most of all hurt after being ridiculed by his brother.
âAemond?â You call out in the silence of the room to gain his attention thatâs turned away from you, but he doesnât respond right away, even if you know heâs far from being asleep.
âCan we talk about it?â You probe on the matter.
âNo,â he deadpans.
You sigh and take advantage that Aerion is not here to persist harder even if you have the chance to leave it be. After all, doesn't he deserve it? This feeling that plagues him so? Itâs a piece of justice, isnât it?
NoâŠyou canât leave it be. And itâs not out of ill intent either. You push because you want to comfort his tormented soul. âAt least look at me.â
Aemondâs back rises and falls before he turns around with his long hair falling over his face, making you instinctively brush his hair back behind his ear before you slide your hand down and gently stroke his cheek, noticing that heâs not even looking at you.
âI do not need your pity,â he argues, trying to sound hardened and serious, but you hear the falter in his voice that gives him away and actually seeks your comfort.
âItâs not pity,â you contradict him with the truth, causing him to scoff as he keeps his eye averted, but also makes no effort to take your hand off his cheek.
âIt is. You are only doing this because of what happened,â Aemond remarks. âYou can not stand me.â
You swallow back thickly and lean your face closer so he can hear your whispers of the truth. âIf that was true would I be here? Grabbing your face the way I am? Would I be here on this same bed?â
âI made you be here,â he argues and slowly brings his eyes up to meet your gaze without that fury that weighed him down as all he thought about was the shame Aegon brought him publicly. He looks at you now with that hurt he canât surpass, it clings onto him and makes his eye glossy and soft. He does try to rip away the hurt to show you fury, but he looks at you now, right across from him, and he canât put up that facade.
That mask of invincibility and terror he carries is nonexistent with you at this very moment because you are his peace. The one who loves him with their whole heart, with no questions asked, no fear or hesitation despite the new man he became after being mutilated. Who can say that? Who can prove that the way you do every time you smile at him tenderly in public, look at him with love, and touch his face ever so softly despite the scar and missing eye that ruined his face? No one but you.
No one but you can ever read him without a need for words, just an exchange of looks without mistranslating a single look of snide that he throws at someone or something foolish, and without mistranslating something he finds humorous but canât express in the masses.
Maybe he should detach himself from you, and learn to live without all that you offer him. You are the enemy's daughter after all, he knows the love you harbor for them is not dead. Yet heâs selfish, he canât let go. He realizes that. Just like he realizes that he canât be mad at you now.
He realizes you can leave again, pledge your fealty to your mother once again and he would be offended but that would not make him love you any less. There are some things he wonât forgive, he knows that, but besides those exceptions, you can hurt him and he will never let you go because you are the one who loves him the way he wants to be loved.
You prove that by coming back. Even if you had all the freedom with your mother you still came back to him. Thatâs proof.
Just like thereâs proof now by the way you look at him with a tender look rather than one full of resentment.
âIâm here because I want to be here,â you dismiss his accusation that was right at first, but now is far from the truth. âBecause I care for you, Aemond. I care,â you insist, but not to convince yourself, to convince him. âIâŠâ you hesitate and struggle to say the next words that are coming to your mouth, but not because you donât mean them and it pains you to say them to someone who betrayed you. You hesitate because you are struck with realization at that moment too.
As you lose yourself in his eye and the deep blue sapphire in his eye socket, you see the truth looking right back at you. You do love him despite what he did, despite his darkness, his selfishness, and his faults. You tried to hate him, tried putting up a wall, but that was merely an attempt, there was never a wall around your heart. You only told yourself that in hopes that would distance yourself from him, but you realize here and now that you love him.
He may be destruction incarnate, a demon in disguise, but you love him. Despite his betrayal, despite him visiting a brothel. You wholeheartedly, undoubtedly love him.
Itâs a wild realization if it was one at all, but you cannot pretend otherwise.
Who will love you selfishly the way he does? He would burn the world for you, and you know that is a hard truth, but you love that promise. You hate that you love it, you donât want to love him, but you cannot help it, you cannot push it away, you are devoted to him just as much as heâs devoted to you.
No one will understand your darkness that you try to hide the way he does. No one will love your hunger for power the way he does, and he would never find those traits shameful the way you find them shameful about yourself. He cherishes you, loves you despite it all, and you love him despite it all.
You love each other desperately and madly. After all, you are one flesh, one heart, and one soul, now and forever.
âI love you,â you spit out and grab his cheek firmly. âI love you thatâs why Iâm here,â you express with a wobbly smile. âThatâs why I want to talk about what troubles you because I love you and I cannot stand seeing you hurt.â You nod in reassurance and his breath catches before he leans his face against your touch and kisses the heel of your hand.
âI love you too,â he doesnât hesitate to redirect without losing sight of your gaze. âI always have. I always will.â
You smile wider and scoot closer toward him to nuzzle your face against his chest, whilst you also snake your arm around him and rub circles on his back with your thumb, making him slink his arm around your neck to caress the back of your head.
âYour place is with me,â he assures you of that. âYou belong here. I will protect you here.â
You smile against his flesh and speak against him, causing goosebumps to grow along his skin. âAnd I will protect you.â
Aemond huffs in protest but you know he loves that shit.
âI mean it,â you continue sweetly. âThereâs not much I can do right now, but I can still look out for you. I will. Weâre what matters most in this world, Aemond. Us and our son. No matter the cost.â You voice with no hint of that sweet honey, you mean it fiercely and prove your ferocity by pulling back to face him with flickers of that darkness in your eyes.
âDo you understand?â You press to assure him but also seek reassurance for yourself.
Aemond lowers his head to meet your gaze with that same fire in his eye. No questions asked, and no hesitation to consider. âI know. No matter the cost. With fire and blood.â
The corner of your lips pull to a smirk and you seal that fierce dedication with a kiss on his lips. When you pull back you see thoughts forming behind his eye that deepen that smirk before he presses a kiss on your forehead.
You smile in return and as he faces you you return to what you initially needed his attention for. âYou are more fierce than he is. You know that.â
Aemondâs eye flickers down, and you slide your hand over to grab the back of his neck. âHe just knows that he has more power over you,â you make sure he hears what you have been thinking of since Aegon interrupted your moment together.
âHe knows you wonât react because heâs king, but that doesnât mean a thing. You are still you,â you continue without falter and regain his unwavering attention. âYou are stronger. More powerful. Loyal, kind, and more fierce in a way he will never be. You are Vhagarâs rider. You are what he will never be.â
Aemondâs lips part, and his eye widens while also growing dark with desire. An intense ferocity captures him in a stupor, but he quickly snaps out of it to grab your face and kiss you fiercely.
You take a second to grasp this burst of passion, but you snap out of your surprise quickly and kiss him back with the same energy while also letting him take complete control of the heated moment that turns into a passionate night with little sleep.
ââ
*THE NEXT MORNING*
âWhat will you do today?â You ask Aemond as you gently massage his temple with your thumbs while he lays his head on your lap.
âWith Cole gone a little less, but I have made it my job to attend more council meetings, to be present while war plans are made. But this morning I will go patrol on top of Vhagar, so I will go to that soon after breaking fast, and perhaps get some training in after.â
You scoff softly. âOh because you need it?â You tease and look over at Aerion sitting on Aemondâs torso. âRight little dragon? Your papa does not need to train.â
Aerion glances at you before looking back at Aemond and reaching for the toy Aemond holds up for him.
âRefining my skill is necessary,â Aemond finally interjects. âWhy would I hold myself back from achieving a new skill in a time like now?â
You hum and tilt your head as you gently slide your thumbs down to massage his cheekbones. âMaybe I could be your sparring partner today? Or you could teach me a skill or two?â You smirk, and his eye snaps over to you as his lips stay still before they tilt towards a small smirk.
âWhy would I refrain you from getting better, my love? Here I thought you wanted to be more like Queen Rhaenys?â
You snicker and roll your head away. âShe was an excellent dragon rider, but I do not wish to limit myself to one thing especially now during war. I may not always have my dragon to protect me, things happen unexpectedly. I cannot always count on you, youâre busy. I do not want to be helpless when the time comes.â
He hums and comments. âYou are not. You have skill.â
âNot excellent skill,â you press and stop your thumbs to hold his gaze. âI want to be great.â
Aemond puts the toy down to reach over and cradle your cheek. âAnd great you are, butâŠif you wish me to teach you I will help, maybe then you will not need that sworn protector:â
You snicker and lean down to speak against his lips in Valyrian. â<Don't be jealous my love.>â
â<I chose one for you for a reason, and you went on to choose a bastard,>â he rebuttals and his grip turns firm.
â<You chose an old man,â you remark. âWho would need to be changed the way I change Aerion, no thank you.>â
âA skilled knight.â
âAn old man.â
Aemond groans and you lean back, causing Aemondâs hand to fall. âMeet Ser Jason, and watch him fight,â you defend your sworn protector. âHeâs very skilled and a quick thinker. He used his cloak to blind his opponent, and! He killed a Dothraki screamer. How great is that?! He also fought at the Step Stones with Daemon.â
Aemond frowns and turns his focus to Aerion grabbing his little foot.
âI trust him,â you plead for the knight's case. âDo you not trust me?â
Aemond doesnât look at you but he responds. âI will slay him if he does not do his job.â
Thereâs no need for a clear answer, that was his agreement.
âWhat will you do today?â He then changes the subject.
You pout and shrug. âNothing and then more of nothing. I am not allowed to do anything.â You grumble, making him smile.
âDon't laugh,â you scold him and smack his shoulder. âYou know I detest being bored, Aemond.â
âWhat would you do in Dragonstone?â He asks.
You sigh and shrug. âA bit more, I would attend council meetings, but my mother did not let us do anything either.â
He hums and reaches his hand over to caress your knee before he sits up and replaces his head with Aerion instead.
âI have something for you,â he shares, piquing your curiosity.
âA gift?â You squeal as he walks over to a shelf to grab a box before he returns to the bed and places the box down by your lap.
âI hope you like it,â he says and sits on the edge of the bed. âIt took me a while to find it.â
You beam at him and secure your arm around Aerion before you reach over and pull the lid off, finding a red-leathered heart-shaped book that strikes you with awe the very moment you lay your eyes on it.
You almost do not want to touch it, it looks too precious to touch, but you canât contain your excitement, you take the book from the box and realize itâs a songbook from Old Valyria.
â<Songs and Ballads of Valyria.> You read the gold title out loud in your mother tongue. â<Amazing,>â you muse as you admire the cover and the shape of the book. â<It must have been a pain to find it.>â
You proceed to open the book and flip through the pages to take a glimpse at all the different songs it contains.
âYou like singing in High Valyrian,â Aemond brings up. âI thought it would be appropriate for you to have songs from where we come from.â
Your heart swoons and when you look over at him your eyes water. âThank you, my love,â you whisper and lean over to him to press a lingering kiss on his lips.
Guilt begins to wedge itself within you, threatening to spoil the moment, but you refuse to be consumed by anything but appreciation and bliss at this very moment.
If your mind wants to torment you then it can do it later when youâre not with Aemond. Not now.
Even then youâll bury it if you must.
âMaybe Iâll sing you something later if you come find me,â you suggest seductively before you lean in and bite his bottom lip.
Aemond groans softly in response, making you snicker before you sit up and climb off the bed to try and get the morning started before youâre forced.
âI'll be lonely all day, under the watchful of my sworn protector,â you feign a sigh and you hear Aemond get on his feet.
When you peer back he looks bothered so you offer him a sweet grin before you waltz over to put Aerion down on the ground protected by blankets and multiple fluffy pillows so you can go on and start your day before the morning slips from your fingers.
Albeit you didnât realize how much you enjoyed your moment of peace. The war did not exist in the confinement of your chambers as you ate breakfast. It felt like the days before the tensions of war; calm, blissful, filled with long talks as you both bring up whatever comes to mind, and filled with wonder as you watch your son interact with the world.
As expected though the illusion breaks when the doors to your quarters open and Aemond parts in his way, and you go in your way; finding yourself in the Godswood thinking of one thing.
How could you be so horrible?
Kissing Cregan was one thing, but laying with him and mayhaps having his babe?
Your brothers suffered because of their parentage, do you want the same bestowed upon your children? Or do you want something more horrible cast upon them if they happen to be his and come out looking like him?
Aemond would never forgive that betrayal, he would not want that to besmirch his name. He would kill you too. Do you want that?
Do you want him to hate you?
If the babes are Creganâs anyway, they can be Aemondâs. Youâre choosing to blindly believe that the babes Helaena said youâd have, are Aemondâs. You canât believe otherwise for your sanityâŠunlessâŠ
You take something stronger than moontea?
But what fault do the babes have for your sins? And if they are Aemondâs and you rob them of their lives?
You canât do that, no matter how much that would spare you of any troubles.
Gods!
You fall on your knees and look up at the crying face on the Weirwood tree, unknowingly meeting the intent gaze of Cregan Stark who is leagues away, but looking upon the same crying face thinking of you as he reads the letter you sent with haste before you leftâmore like before you run from Dragonstone.
He would understand. Only because you arenât actually married to him, but he would understand and he wouldnât shame you. He would help in some wayâŠ
If you could see him, or continue writing to him, or if he was here. But heâs not here, no one can help you, you have to suffer through this alone because itâs a mistake you made. You must pay its price and hope, pray even that the babes are fully Aemondâs.
And after you pray and beg under your breath with thick tears rolling down your cheeks, you have to pick yourself up and play the part; the dutiful wife as Daemon said.
Only you arenât really dutiful, nor is it all pretend, you are here arenât you? In his protective care, marking his lips and face with kisses; knowing only your lips have touched him. You're looking deep into his soul through his eye. You're wrapped in his arms that you find so secure and holy in the madness of war, so whatâs a little selfish take in this great suffering?
Daemon pushed you into Aemondâs arms, you didnât plan to come back, but he pushed you here, so why canât you let Aemond feed your needy heart his love? And why canât you feed his starving heart more of your love while you still stay faithful to your mother?
Thereâs no sin in loving.
Right?
âRight,â you sigh deeply and push yourself to your feet to sit against the white trunk instead and finally take a deep dive into the book Aemond gave you, finding yourself drawn to one specific ballad that you start to mutter before you hum along quietly to try and find a tempo.
When it seems that you have the right beat you start quietly singing to the brisk air, unbeknownst to you having your song travel into the ears of your sworn protector, and capturing his interest to the point he has to peer back at you over his shoulder to stare. He tries to focus on his task at hand, but no matter how hard he tries, his attention draws back to you, as if your voice had bewitched him.
He can't understand what it is youâre singing about, nor does he want to ask because it sounds so sacred. Albeit you manage to catch his curious attention and interject to fill the curiosity mingling in his deep blue eyes.
âIt's about the God of the Sea loving both the Goddess of the Sun and Sky and the Goddess of the Moon and Stars.â
Ser Jason snaps his attention ahead with reddening cheeks, and you continue to feed his curiosity.
âTo summarize the ballad, the God couldnât pick between the two, until fate picked for him by killing the Goddess of the Moon and Stars. However,â you sigh and look back at your pages to glance at the ballad. ââŠUpon seeing her death, carrying her in his arms, he realizes when itâs too late that he always loved the Goddess of the Moon and Stars, for she was his soulmate. Without the moon and the stars who would shine his dark waters, who would bring days to an end, who would bring tides, and the very gravity that holds him down to earth?â
Ser Jason hums before his armor clatters against each other as he turns to face you.
âWhat a selfish god,â he shamelessly gives his opinion, bringing a smile to your lips that makes a hotter heat unfurl under his cheeks.
âAren't they all?â You say back and drift your gaze to him. âNo matter how gracious one god is, they are all selfish in some way.â
Ser Jason hums and canât help himself from leaving his post and approaching you.
âYou want to know why?â He asks and you probe with hum as you put your book down against your lap.
âBecause they donât live amongst usâŠâmortalsââŠno matter how much they wish to relate to us or say they do, they will never be us.â He says and shakes his head. âThey never suffer the same because they are the ones that bring that suffering.â
You blink slowly in awe and canât help your lips from lifting to a softer smile. âIs that so?â You muse.
Ser Jason holds your gaze and blinks repeatedly as if in disbelief of what heâs seeing whilst he parts his lips, but says nothing but a long âuhâ as he watches you wide-eyed.
Your eyebrows furrow in confusion and you press him. âSer?â
Ser Jason clears his throat and nods harshly before he giggles nervously and finally gives his response. âIt isâŠItâs, uh, the harsh reality that you learn in the suffering.â
You hum and hold the book against your chest to lean forward and question him. âAre you from Kingâs Landing, Ser?â
The knight nods. âBorn just in the Street of Silk, before I was raised in Flea bottom until I got good enough with a sword and went to fight for a living.â
âCouldnât stand the suffering?â You ask and he scoffs softly as he nods
âExactly,â he grins. âI decided to test fate and suffer in violence instead.â
You huff softly in response and narrow your gaze to continue questioning him so you can know more about him, but not before you check the entrance to make sure Aemond isnât coming and overreacts.
âTell me Ser, what led you to fight a Dothraki Screamer?â
The man smiles at the ground, making those deep-set dimples of his make an appearance on his face. âAdventure,â he says. âAccess to moneyâŠI also had nothing waiting for me here, so after the Step Stones I set sail to different ports, met different people, and saw all kinds of wonders.â
Your eyes fill with wonder as you hear all that you wished to do and be once upon a time.
âThenâŠwhy did you come back?â You canât help but ask and glance at the ground. âThereâs nothing too wonderful about this place,â you say as if it was muscle memory to say those words you thought long forgotten. âEspecially now with war so rampant.â
You look back at the knight, and he shrugs whilst he meets your gaze with a look of sincerity. âItâs home. No matter the bad memories, or the suffering. Home called me back.â
Your gaze falters and you lose yourself deep in thought about those marvelous wonders you will never see, only hear about from mouths like his.
âBesides, I do have my fatherâŠâ he trails off and clears his throat as he focuses on something else. You follow his line of gaze and see Alicent walking in the Godswood.
âYour Grace,â Ser Jason greets and bows his head as he closes and opens his hand.
Alicent stares at him for a long second, before she stops in her path and brings up a question. âI cannot say I have seen you before, what is your name?â
Ser Jason swallows back nervously and shakes his head. âMy name. I am new,â he stammers. âI am new working within the castle. My name is Ser Jason Waters.â
âMy sworn protector,â you clarify for him.
Alicent glances at you and then looks back at the Knight with a gentle smile. âI see,â she says.
Ser Jason lingers there awkwardly for a moment and Alicent keeps staring at him waiting for him to move away, but he doesnât seem to understand so you interject. âGo back to where you were Ser, itâs quite alright.â
Ser Jason nods rapidly before he walks away, making Alicent wait until where he's supposed to be before she continues her path toward you.
âPrincess, I thought I would find you here,â she directs at you with a sweet smile you find quite grotesque and all too fake.
âHere I am,â you mutter and stand to your feet. âEnjoying the stillness of the Godswood.â
She hums and holds her hands in front of her as she brings herself to a stop close to you. âI understand. The Red Keep has gotten quite rowdy with everyone moving about.â
You offer her a half smile in response before you glance around as if that will give you the answer as to why she came to you.
âI hope everything is going well with Aemond, I know men sometimes find it difficult to understand our troubles,â she says in an attempt to what? Be nice? Be nosy?
âWell,â you roll out and sigh. âLuckily, Aemond and I have been childhood friends. Growing up together helped us understand each other, so yes there has been difficulty, but we understand each other's troubles quite well.â
She didnât get the answer she sought but she doesnât press for a clarification, she just offers you a tight-lipped smile and mutters. âThat makes me glad.â
You nod stiffly and purse your lips together before you just decide to cut this formality off and get to what she needs. âDo you need something from me, your Grace, or am I just being blessed with your company?â
She hums with a smile and steps closer, making sure to look over her shoulder once before she comes to a stop very close to you, causing your gaze to narrow as your eyebrows try to meet together.
âWith us living together for so long, I like to say I know you like I know my children.â
Thatâs funny.
âI know that sitting and doing nothing makes you restless,â you let her get to the point because youâre now more curious than ever. âThus I came to you to offer my help. Or more so my partnership.â
Your eyebrows soothe for a second but soon rise with your amused disbelief.
âWe are surrounded by men,â she goes on with no clue as to whatâs obviously playing on your face. âWho often think too rash and donât take rationality under consideration. Thatâs where we come in, but they donât tend to listen to the kinder voices.â
âNo,â you input as you fiddle with the long smooth pearl snood flowing down with the length of your hair.
âBut we must persist, be their rationality. But we canât do that alone, as a woman itâs important we stick together. Be a force to get in their minds. Thatâs why I thought we could work together and get them to listen to what we plan out.â
Your gaze flickers down as you nod slowly in comprehension, letting her believe you actually fall for her crap and take it to heart before you start to laugh and face her with an all too menacing smile.
âNo,â you snap as your laugh dies and brings your lips down to a harsh frown as your eyes harden. âYou do not know me, your Grace. You have no idea who I am, which is telling, really,â you feign a laugh and step closer to tilt your head and narrow your fierce glare. âWhy should I ever consider working with you?â
She blinks repeatedly as sheâs caught off guard, and steps back.
âI may be at odds with my mother,â you lie. âBut I do not forget your treatment, the snide, the torment. The way you made her walk up flights of stairs mere minutes after labor.â
Alicentâs eyebrows furrow, but then quickly knot together as her brown eyes gleam with quick tears, and a long frown grows on her face.
âAnd then there was me, you sent me away across the country to get back at my mother for something I did not do. I was trying to stop them and you sent me away when I easily could have been your ward, but no. You are no ally, no friend. You are mean and I will never work with you.â You give her your response and look her up and down, finding that frown pretty pathetic.
âBut I will tell you this,â you add one more thing in a whisper. âAs a suggestion. Leave, Your Grace. Thereâs no husband for you to tend to anymore. You will find peace in the religion you grip onto as if itâs your salivation. Woman to woman.â You hum and curtsy before you walk past her.
âAnd you,â she tries to get the last word in. âWhat will you do? Thereâs nothing for you to do here but tend to your husband. They will never hear your counsel. He will never hear it.â
You stop and draw out a deep breath. âI have a dragon, I have skill with a sword, not perfect but it is a skill, and most of all I have his trust,â you finally give her the answer she was seeking before. âHe does trust me, but you know that.â
You look at her over your shoulder and offer her a sweet smile before you turn your head away and roll your eyes.
Perhaps if she had been nice she would have gained you as an ally, but you do not forget a slight. Especially when it comes to her hurting your mother.

*SOMETIME LATER*
âItâs nice being away from the stench of the city,â you say fondly as you hurry down to a small patio hidden below the castle where the waves crash on the rocks below and bring a nice refreshing mist where the salt filters in your nose, and the noise of the city and the castle drowns out.
âWith those Rat Catchers still on the walls the air reeks even from my balcony,â you complain to Ser Jason who listens maybe because he is paid to, but he listens nonetheless.
âIt's a poor sight,â the knight says from behind you. âSome of those men were innocentâŠâ
You peek over at him and stay quiet for a moment before you rebuttal. âSo was the boy.â
Ser Jason meets your gaze and he keeps his eyes on you for a while as if challenging you, so you fight right back with more fire, making him look down before he moves his eyes ahead to look out for trouble.
âCould I ask,â you shift the subject to a less tense topic. âHow did Daemon come to recruit you?â
âWell, the squadron I was inââ
âNo,â you cut him off. âI am referring to this job right now. Did he just recognize you and throw you a sack of coins?â
Ser Jason glances at you and you make a quick stop to let him catch up to you before you continue ahead slowly.
âWell, he did give me gold,â he says under his breath, so it's not possible for someone can hear him in the solitude of this path. âBut we did not just bump into each otherâŠhe actually came looking for me,â he pauses, and his gaze flickers down. âI was his squire at the Stepstones, but he soon released me and gave me a higher rank to go with my skill. I suppose he remembered me and the stories I would tell him of where I was from.â
You hum and scoff in surprise. âThatâs unlike him.â
Ser Jason nods and laughs nervously before he throws his head up and looks at you. âHe did threaten me after finding me so he stayed himself.â
You huff in amusement and donât want to ask but you canât help yourself. âWhat did he say?â
He clears his throat. âIf anything happens to the princess and that babe I will personally come burn you alive after I have gutted you alive,â he says as he mocks Daemonâs voice, making you giggle.
âNice,â you praise him, causing him to realize what he just did and grow flustered.
âI did not mean to, I mean, I am sorry. I should not have done that,â he stammers and you shake your head.
âDo not worry about it Ser, I found it amusing and accurate.â
Besides it does take you by surprise that Daemon wouldâŠcare so much as to threaten him with such violence for Aerion and you.
âMany of my protectors before have been older and quite stiff, so it is refreshing to have someone to talk to,â you tell him sincerely. âEspecially in a time like now. Do not worry alright?â
Ser Jason's lips part and a red tint takes over his cheeks as his eyes soften. Yet you donât pay attention to the way his eyes lock on you or the way his breath stills for a second, you manage to finally catch sight of your small lookout and find a Septon and a Septa already there.
What a damn bummer! You wanted to be alone!
Whatever youâll have to stick to one side then.
âI like to escape here,â you tell Ser Jason as you get ahead eagerly. âItâs peaceful, and when I was a girl since I was not allowed to train with the boys I would come and practice with a sword and strawman everything I watched them do. My mother would get me in trouble though, I tended to go down to the rocks to feel the water, so she said that the waves were too big and wild here and one could take me. But I never listened.â
âDid you ever get close?â The knight asks and you look back at him with a grin.
âOnce, just do not tell my mother.â
He laughs under his breath and you make it to the patio, trying to avoid any eye contact from the Septon and Septa, so they would not come speak to you, but you do sneak a glance at the Septon posted behind the Septa, and find yourself a bit drawn by the man as you feel like you recognize his old face.
Before you can take a good look he turns his face away, but it doesn't take away from the fact that his face is really oddly familiar, you just need one good look.
Yet you donât try because that would mean having to walk back and that would be awkward, so you go sit on the empty bench and just admire the waves the ocean throws at the rocks. Thereâs no attempt to talk to Ser Jason, you do not want to fill your silence at this moment. All you want to do is sit in silence and not be tormented by memories or running thoughts that spread like a web.
However, your moment of peace comes to an abrupt end when the Septa comes to sit next to you.
She could have stayed where she was but she moved out of her way to come sit next to you. Isnât that fucking great!
You had forgotten how much you hate Septaâs.
You do bite your tongue though and just keep watching ahead hoping she doesnât see how youâre starting to fume.
Just keep looking ahead.
Just keepâ
Suddenly your mind goes quiet as the Septa drops her hand on yours resting on your lap.
âUh,â you part your lips and slowly churn your head to the side with a tight-lipped smile to address this bold Septa, but when you lay your eyes on her you immediately recognize your motherâŠ
It must be some weird dreamâŠ
Itâs not her!
You snap your eyes ahead and stare in disbelief for a second before you take a second look and see that it in fact is your mother, and the Septon is no Septon, itâs Ser Steffon Darklyn! You knew you recognized him!
But how?! Why?!
âMother?â You gasp in disbelief whilst your face contorts with shock.
She puts her finger against her lips to shush you out of fear someone would hear you from the distant castle, or the knight behind you would say something.
âWeâŠcan trust Ser Jason, Daemon paid him to protect me,â you throw out to get that out of the way before you probe her. âWhat are you doing here? Why? You need to leave. Now!â You get up and take her hand to attempt and get her away, but as she stands up she yanks you back with her.
âNot without you,â she snaps. âI came this way for you. We are returning to Dragonstone.â
You shake your head and she pulls you with her, but you slip your hand away from her grasp and stand your ground, causing her to turn and face you with her eyebrows knitted in confusion.
âNo, I am not returning home,â you proclaim firmly and raise your chin. âI can help you here. I am here to help you, itâs the only way I can help you.â
Your mother shakes her head and closes the distance to grab your arms and argue. âNo, there are other ways, perhaps I have been protective, but I do it for your own good. You are young, inexperienced, and so is your dragon.â
You take in what she says but that still doesnât win you over. âI understandââ
âThere are other things you can help me with,â she cuts you off to try and persuade you. âThis is not one of them. If they find out you are sending information they will kill you. We must return home at once, get Aerion, and sneak out.â
âNo,â you exclaim and step back. âI am careful, and Aemond trusts me. I use the tunnels behind the walls to listen to council meetings, I will get my dragon out from the Dragonpit soon so she can fly over and send you the letters, you just have to trust me, Mother.â
Said woman goes quiet and her eyes droop with anguish so you approach her and grab her hands to assure her. âIt is a risk, but it is one I am willing to take to get you on that throne.â
Her breath catches and she reaches over to cup your cheek and whisper. âAnd it will not be worth it if I lose you and your brothers. Please listen to me, my sweet. Come home.â
âYou will not lose us,â you donât give in. âYou will have us. We will stand by your side when you become Queen. Just trust that I am doing the right thing. I ask you only this, trust me. Please.â
Your mother pulls her head back and stares at you hard for a long and tense moment before she drops her head and lets a tear fall to the ground. âFineâŠI will trust you.â
You smile softly. âThank you, mother.â
âBut;â she sniffles and looks back at you. âAt any sign of trouble, you come home.â
You donât hesitate to assure her with a nod before you slip away from her to sit back down on the bench. When she sits next to you you tell her what you have heard, but havenât been able to send. âSer Criston, Ser Gwayne Hightower, and a few other knights have left to attack the houses in the Crownlands who support you. He will turn them against you to try and take Harrenhal.â
Your mother's eyes flutter as she looks to the horizon to get lost in thought.
âI heard reports of Ser Criston and other knights marching somewhere, but we had not figured out where,â she says to the crashing waves.
âThatâs all the worthwhile things I have heard, but I will get more information soon.â You try to assure her, gaining her attention and a small smile.
âThank you, just be careful when you try and listen, okay?â
You nod and let a silence befall you where you both feel the urgency to leave so she does not get caught, but in that silence, you also feel the need to speak of your troubles now that sheâs here. You do not want to hold them anymore than you have to or you will combust. Besides, you are in desperate need of her counsel to know what to do.
â<Mother,>â you croak in High Valyrian and see her eyes catch the tears that quickly fill your eyes. â<I have to tell you something,â you pause and she immediately grows overly concerned. âIâmâŠIâm with child.>â
You have not had it confirmed yet, Helaena did tell you and you want to pass her off as a bit mad since there was no way she could know, but you know it in your gut that she is right. Thereâs also evidence that points to it that you have tried to ignore, but you cannot ignore the truth forever. No matter how much it scares you.
â<That's greatâŠ>â Your mother trails off as she doesnât see your joy and instead sees anguish.
â<When I was a ward in Winterfell I was lonelyâŠsome people would not talk to me because I was me, but also because they were being mean, butâŠLord Stark did, he became my friend,â you give her context. âHe was my best friend and then,â you pause and hold in your sob. âWe ventured into a more romantic relationshipâŠbut I stopped it when I came back. I was devoted to my husband, I love him, but when I went back and found out what he did to LucerysâŠI wasâ>â You cut yourself off and drop your head on your hand. Your mother reaches for your hand but you pull away and finish.
â<I was hurt. I felt betrayed, and Cregan comforted meâŠone thing led to another, andâŠ>â you donât finish the rest but she knows what you mean and stays quiet and still now. You donât want to know what she might be feeling so you keep your gaze averted.
â<But I also lay with Aemond before I left for Dragonstone and now I do not know who might be the father. Iâm scaredâŠIâm horrible.>â You cry and your mother canât stand your cries so she finally takes your hands and nudges your hands towards her so you can look at her.
â<The father is Aemond,â she says seriously not because she knows, but because thatâs what you need to believe, what you need to say if itâs not true. âDo you hear me? There might be a high chance it is. I am betting it is. It was just one night with Lord Stark. Do not worry I doubt anything took root, okay? When was the last time you bled?>â
You shrug. â<It's been complicated since Aerion, I do not bleed as heavily anymore, so I get confused, but I bled for two days and that ended the day after you returned to Kingâs Landing. But, I was feeling more tired than usual and just odd the entire week I was at Winterfell, just before Lord Stark.>â
â<See, it is Aemondâs. Thatâs proof,â she tries and convince you of the higher outcome. âDo not worry. Itâs not good for you, and there is still a lot of time before that babe comes.>â
â<Twins,>â you share what Helaena told you, making your mother smile and cup your cheek to stroke it.
â<Twins,>â she muses. â<I'm happy.>â
You want to share her joy but you canïżœïżœïżœt look past your self-hatred. â<I'm still horrible. I shouldnât have done it. But I did and Iâm horrible for it. And I know what Aemond did, I know what he has done, but Mama, I still cannot bear it. I betrayed him. I-Iâ>â You break into a sob and she moves her head with yours as you drop it.
â<Look at me,>â she commands softly as she grabs your face and tilts your head up regardless. â<It is true you could have taken other pursuits, but it happened already. And it does not make you horrible.>â
You shake your head and mumble. â<You only say that because youâre my mother.>â
She scoffs softly and nods. â<Maybe, but it does not matter because I know you. You are not horrible, and doing that does not make you horrible, we are only human, my sweet. You were hurt, betrayed, and he was everything you needed. In a moment like that itâs easy to fall into the wrong thing to avoid being alone. You admit you did wrong, thatâs all that matters.>â
Your ache eases off your heart and even though nothing can take away the sin, you still feel comforted by her sweet words. Itâs just what you needed to stop letting that torment you as much as it has, she was what you needed; your mother's comfort.
â<Do not let it torment you anymore. It happened in the past, leave it there. Think about your safety, about your childrenâs safety, thatâs paramount. Your other worries are for not because Aemond is the father. Youâre just overthinking it because youâre scared.>â
You nod softly in comprehension and she wipes away your tears before she presses a kiss on your forehead.
âI must go now,â she brings this moment to its end in the common tongue. âSo I must ask you again, will you come?â She asks, making you smile faintly before you reject her one last time.
âI will stay, but I will be careful I promise.â
She sighs deeply but doesnât argue anymore. âAlright. I will be waiting for your letters, and any sign of trouble.â
âOkay. I love you, mother,â you tell her before you canât.
She smiles at you and doesnât hesitate to say it back. âI love you too, my sweet.â
She pulls her hands away and stands up, you stand up with her and linger in each other's presence for a bit longer before you watch her leave, and with her, taking a chance for you to return home to her, but leaving you with a more sane mind. The possibility of your sin coming to life is something that can happen, but you look at the more positive side now and tell yourself that Aemond will be there, and even if thereâs some chance he isn't, they can still look like you, so there shouldnât be fear.
Besides, if you think about it, really ponder about it, Aemond is the only face you see when you think about their father. Gut feeling or not, you see him, your husband, your other half, the love of your life that you canât sacrifice, the light in your darkness.
How twisted is that?
ââ
*LATER*
You canât help it, you canât take it anymore.
âWhat are you doing?â You interrupt the silence and bring your book down to stare at Aemond, who stops fiddling with the gold coin and meets your annoyed gaze.
Heâs going to ask what stole your attention from the book in your hands, but he sees you looking at the coin and shows it off before he passes it between his fingers one more time just to taunt you.
âFunny,â you deadpan, making him smile faintly before he throws the coin over at you so you can catch it, but it ends up on your lap.
âAre you trying to pay for my services or what? Because I will say, being a princess, my cost is high.â You taunt and he scoffs in amusement before he mutters back.
âItâs free for me actually.â
You laugh and he finally addresses the annoying coin heâs been carrying around since you got back home. âI found it on the ground after Daemon sent those intruders in to try and kill me.â
You pick up the coin and study it. âSo what you carry it around as a reminder ofâŠâ
âThat he wants to challenge me, but doesnât come and face me,â Aemond fills your silence and you really want to laugh because that is really unlikely, Daemon has been busy doing other stuff, but Aemond doesnât look like heâs jesting so you just hum and nod in comprehension.
âWhere were you that night anyway?â You finally ask since Jaehaerys ended up being the victim of this tragic affair.
Albeit Aemond just glances over at you once before he picks up your legs from his lap to stand up without making you uncomfortable and without answering your question, which is actually all you need to know that he was at the brothel. It doesn't take a genius to know, he would have told you otherwise.
âWhere were you?â He asks as he walks around the map on the small table.
âWith my family,â you mutter in annoyance and put the coin down to return your attention to your book, letting him know exactly what you feel, so as to not let you simmer in your annoyance, he walks up behind you and pushes the book down before he gently wraps his fingers on your chin and tilts your head back so you can meet his gaze.
âDon't be mad,â you mock him. âIs that what youâre going to tell me? Iâm not. I amâŠnot.â
He hums before he brings his lips down and presses a kiss on your forehead before he brings his face down and leaves a kiss on the top of your nose, causing a wobbly smile to start breaking on your face with no attempt to hold back. He has your heart swooning, and when he kisses you slowly on your lips your heart explodes and you canât help but grin completely enamored.
âWhat are you reading?â He asks as he pulls back and stays crouched behind you.
âJust some Valyrian stuff, nothing here compares to the stuff in Dragonstone, but it will suffice.â
Aemond hooks his finger around the cover and presses it to the side so he can see the title. â<Blood Magic or Chosen by Gods.>â He reads out loud in High Valyrian. âThatâs an interesting read.â
You sigh and close the book to mindlessly watch the cover. âThis man lived in Valyria before it was destroyed, half of the things are hard to read because the book is old, but what you can see is just theories with evidence I donât need.â
Aemond hangs his hands over the armrest and leans his face forward, leaving his lips by your ear. âWhat is it youâre looking for exactly?â He queries.
You stay quiet for a moment as you ponder in your hesitance of whether telling someone of yourâŠgift or not. But then again, without any concrete knowledge, you canât really say a thing. Thus you just pass it off as an interest. âI just read that back then, in Valyria, there were people whoâŠwerenât hurt by fire, but itâs allâŠâ you trail off in frustration so he continues for you.
âStories.â
You shrug. âWell they are now, but it just caught my attention, you know? I just want to know more.â You say and glance at him.
He glances at you and studies you for a moment before he glances at the book. âMy father had books he kept in his chambers that contained important knowledge of Valyria, like magic and prophecies and stories. Iâll bring them to you, I canât see Aegon having any use for them.â
You beam at him. âThat would be great. Thank you.â You lean in and press a kiss on his cheek before you grab his chin and interrogate him. âNow how do you know about these books and did not tell me?â
âI found them after you left for the North, I never got to share them with you,â he says. âAnd now, I had forgotten until right now.â
You hum and let him go to lay back and stare at the high ceiling. âDo you still read that book about that one dragonrider? The one with the three-headed dragon?â
Aemond gets up and shakes his head, but you know otherwise, so you giggle and sit up to expose him.
âYou do!â
The corner of Aemondâs lips tug up and you assure him. âThat was always your favorite, I think you wore it out.â
âYou dropped it in the pond if I remember correctly,â he remarks. âSo it was you who wore it out.â
âOkay, but it was not my faultââ
âYou were walking on the ledge of the pond and tripped with the book in hand,â he cuts you off, making you laugh.
âYeah, I paid for that by smelling like pond water for days, the smell would not get off my hair, no matter how hard I scrubbed.â You complain with a pout, making him laugh softly.
âI ended up finding the book for you after though, I remember I stole it from Dragonstone once when I happened toâŠventure too far on dragonback.â
Aemond sneaks a glance at you and questions you as he stops at the other side of the small table. âWhat was your furthest?â
You snicker and loll your head to the side to tell him. âThe wall. I would have ventured further, but Astraea did not want to fly past that wallâŠAfter this war is over Iâll fly to Dorne,â you share happily with a smile. âI have always wanted to go to a Dornish beach.â
He scoffs. âPerhaps we will finally take it after this war is over. Vhagar is bigger, and Astraea is fast.â
âNot with Aegon we wonât,â you complain without shame as you sit back and cross a leg over the other. âAfter this war is over, weâll see this Red Keep filled with all kinds of different wines and women before we see him again.â
Aemond huffs and surprises you by adding a comment. âYou know my brother, heâs always lackedâŠwellâŠeverything.â
You scoff in agreement and glance at the map before you roll your eyes up and take a leap. âThe crown needs someone smart, someone that holds responsibility at great value, who knows our histories, and has an heir.â
Aemond slowly looks up with a cold expression that's hard to read at first, but as you stare into his eye his expression thaws and you know youâre not trudging in dangerous waters. You actually hit the mark and seem to read exactly what he has in mind, you can see that with the glint that goes over his eye.
Alas just as the corner of his thin lips begin to drag up to a smirk, the door opens, bringing your conversation to a sudden end with no chance to spark it back up to avoid getting in trouble.
âPrincess, My Prince,â one of Aerionâs Wetnurses greets as she brings in a sleeping Aerion.
âMarie,â you greet and watch her as she walks to Aerionâs cradle. âDid he eat well?â
The Wetnurse nods and looks back at you. âVery well, it seems we will have to increase his intake. Heâs grown quite an appetite.â
You smile softly in awe. âHe will be five months soon, so thatâs it. Iâm sure.â
Marie puts Aerion down and tucks him in, while from the entrance of your chambers yours and Aerionâs sworn protector walks in.
âPrincess,â he steals your attention with a warm smile, but also ends up grabbing Aemondâs attention from the map he was studyingââuhâŠMy Prince,â Ser Jason trails off to a whisper and bows his head. âUh,â He pauses as Aemond slowly stands to his feet with nothing to say, he just stands there menacingly as if trying to intimidate the knight with his tall stature. But then again how can he when his eye is wide as if he had seen a ghost.
âSer Jason,â you whisper back with a teasing smile and put yourself in the middle of the tension Aemond alone creates. âItâs quite alright Aerion wonât wake anymore.â
The knight's eyes stay stuck on Aemond, and Aemond continues to stay quiet andâŠsurprised? You canât know, so you continue in a normal tone of voice. âIf youâre asking to take your leave for the night, then itâs fine, Ser, have a good night. Iâll see you on the Morrow.â
Ser Jasonâs eyes flicker back to you and he nods slowly as he swallows back nervously. âThank you, Princess. Good night to you too. And to you My Prince.â He doesnât forget to add before he steps back to let the Wetnurse walk out before he closes the door and cuts the tension off.
âI do not want you being friends with him,â Aemond suddenly breaks his odd silence as he sits back down. âHeâs your sworn protector, not someone you can be friends with. If I see it I will assign the old man to protect you and Aerion.â He snaps his eye up and you challenge him with a pointed glare for a second before you look down with an upset frown brought by defeat since you know itâs not something heâs willing to debate.
Then again not like it will stop you from actually talking to the knight unless Aemond tends to be by your side at all hours of the day.
âHave youâŠtold the council of what I told you about Daemon heading to Harrenhal?â You drag out to avoid sitting in silence and getting mad over something that wonât change. No matter how much you argue.
âNo,â he admits and gets up to pace around the table again. âNot yet. I will let them figure it out when the news comes.â
You lean forward to study the map and the markers scattered about the paper. âIt may be a while,â you mention. âDaemon left suddenly that day, so who knows if he actually went to Harrenhal.â
Aemond hums and gently shakes his head. âIâm sure he did. Where else would he go?â
âYou have a point. Now,â you smack your teeth and point to the Hightower marker on the map. âIs that Ser Criston.â
Aemond walks to your side and crouches to lay his hand over yours and press your fingers on the marker to push the marker forward.
âHe will be moving all along the Crownlands to take the armies sworn to Rhaenyra,â he surprisingly shares with you, but half of your mind is on the feeling of his warm hand cupping yours and his lips purposely brushing against your ear.
âOnce he has garnered enough men he will go and face the Rivermen to take Harrenhal,â he adds.
âWith Daemon leaving with just his dragon,â you input your thoughts as you turn to look at him. âIt will take him longer to gain any support. He may not even have men to challenge Ser Criston since he also did not have men follow after him.â
Aemond faces you with a smirk and steals a glance at your lips before he nods. âExactly,â he praises you and strokes your chin, making you grow giddy and smile like a love-struck fool.
âI would also wager you could face Daemon now. He left in quite a mood. You would be doing me a favor,â you grumble and sigh as Aemond pulls away to walk around you with his eyes on the map.
âIt would catch him by surprise,â Aemond murmurs, âbut alas, too rash now. Those armies are our priority.â
You groan and he snickers.
âWill you join Ser Criston in Harrenhal?â You ask with your heart starting to pick up out of nervousness.
âHm, in time, we will join him, yes.â
Your heart jumps a beat and you question what just came out of his lips. âWe?â
Aemondâs gaze flickers up and he nods. âVhagar and I could go alone, but I will face Daemon and his dragon, while you help Ser Criston and our armies.â
You keep your secret alliance in mind, but you canât help it, you ooze with excitement at the thought of being part of something more grand than just sitting here by the fire or listening through walls. You did not think he would consider bringing you with him to fight.
Should you even consider it? Your mother would never allow you to take part in something so dangerous, but he is, heâs letting you do something great and you want to be a part of it. How can you throw away that opportunity?
âBut not before we cut off Rhaenyra by land by taking Rooks Rest, after Ser Criston takes the Darklyn army,â Aemond adds, piquing your interest and panic.
âBut isnât facing Daemon more important when you have the numbers?â You ask as some discreet attempt to try and sway his mind.
âIt would, but when they hear we are trying to take Rooks Rest, they will send a dragon, and I will be there with Vhagar to take them down.â
Thereâs no use of we now. He has no intention of bringing you to this part of his plan. Which is good in retrospect, you would give away your true loyalties to try and save whoever they will send. Yet a worry that you canât let go of is you donât want Aemond to die either.
You will send a warning to your mother about this plan when you can, but something that is clear is that you donât want either challenger to get hurt. You are loyal to your mother, to her cause, but your heart is also loyal to your husband, it aches at the thought of Aemond getting hurt or evenâŠmeeting death.
How foolish is that?
And what good is begging him to stay when you see how eager he is to already play this plan out?
All you can do is take note of his plan and secretly worry. Thatâs why you just take in what he says with a strained praising smile before you share a short comment. âThey wonât see it coming, not with Daemon gone.â
Aemond hums in agreement before he walks over to stroke your chin again to praise your thinking. âExactly, my love.â
You smile at him before you lay back down and stare at the ceiling with worry that only strains your heart as you're torn between the two. While on your face, well, you make sure to stay nonchalant and hide anything he might pick up on by filling the silence with a haunting song.

WHAT IS CITRIC ACID
âMy opinion...is that this âcitric acidâ is the basis of cancer. When my dad got cancer I learned many factsâŠgo look up SV40. Also, most cancer starts as candida then turns into cancer...so It is introduced to the body as black mold, turns to candida...then to cancer. Well what I learned is that there are virus & other âthingsâ in the vaccines besides the main active ingredients (thatâs where the SV40 comes in). Anyways, citric acid appears to be the mold that starts it.â
âWhen the words "citric acid" appear on a ingredient list, many believe it comes from limes / lemons. The truth is citric acid is poison & comes from genetically modified black mold. Hiding known toxins in food for the masses to consume is actually a form of spiritual warfare carried out by evil forces in a direct attempt to lower the population's vitality & natural vibrational frequency.â

THE NILE IS A RIVER IN EGYPT | s. haruka content: bro so whipped, he's accusing you of witch craft cw: đ€prolly not pairings: sakura haruka x gn!reader notes: i have never watched windbreaker believe it or not, but the people im following are obsessed with it so i end up writing for him but it may not be canon accurate tho so apologies in advance đ
Maybe itâs the way your hands meet the collar of his shirt, gently patting it back in place. Or the way your eyes meet his first before anybody else in the area.
Sakura Haruka finds himself caught in a big dilemma, or so he claims. Perhaps itâs his lack of experience with good attention but he swears youâre doing something taboo with him.
No, itâs not normal when his mind wanders to you whenever he's free nor it is normal when he sees a certain object while on patrol, your reaction always pops up first in his thoughts.
âItâs witchcraft!â He exclaimed, startling the blonde beside him. The trio was taking a break at Pothos when their captain started to rant about his recent troubles. Nirei could only nervously smile and nod to his words. Suo, on the other hand, was enjoying Sakuraâs rants, encouraging it even.
âIf I may add, it would be better if you brought this matter directly to them.â The eye patched boy said before taking a sip of his tea, steam slightly covering his face.
âBut donât you think thatâs-â
âAs they say, communication is key. No?â The blonde mumbled something under his breath before taking a bite of his food.
While the other two conversed about a different topic, Sakura was still stuck in his own thoughts. Witchcraft is quite far fetched but you linger on his mind too much for his liking. But thereâs also that thing, though he had established he would never feel that a long time ago so itâs certainly not thatâŠ
A call of his name snapped him out of stupor and he instinctively snapped his head to the direction of sound.
His cheek was met with a soft poke before his face went into flames, unsavoury words spilling from his mouth.
The culprit only laughs before retrieving their hand and Sakura swears he heard the angels singing when you laughed so sweetly at him.
âSorry! I just couldnât help it when your cheeks are literally begging to be poked!â You snickered while waving Kotoha. Suo observed the scene before him, their beloved captain sputtering his words as he smacked your hands away from him.
To people who don't know the bicolored haired boy very well, it might look like typical Sakura shenanigans. What they donât notice is how he gently pushes your hands away and suppresses his complaints to grumbles and mumbles instead. This puts a mischievous smile on Suoâs face and he canât but tease him a little bit, just a lil.
âSakura-san, are you coming down with a fever? You look awfully red.â His statement earns a chuckle from you and you turn to your beloved captain.
âIf I didnât know any better, I would have thought you were falling for me!â You say with a smug tone as you pat his shoulder, laughing.
Suo could only smile at the situation he cause but Sakura, at that moment, blew his fuse.
And so chaos ensues.

[Episodes 6] Four things cannot be hiddenâlove, smoke, a pillar of fire and a man striding across the open bled.
On your twentieth birthday, after spending three years with Qimir, you finally decide to reveal your secret to him.
There is no point in hiding it any longer, especially after he has already seen something he shouldnât have on that ship. Besides, you no longer wish to conceal it. That near-death experience has changed your perspectiveânot just on your own feelings but also on the visions that have surfaced from deep within your subconscious. Through the fog of time, you sense profound changesâboth in the future paths and in the bond between you and him.
A bond you never wanted to form. Feelings you wish to deny. But no matter how hard you try, in the end, you canât escape it.
Sometimes, fate has a strange way of twisting thingsâyou canât help but think that when you recall your first meeting. You hated Qimir with all the intensity of your feelings. You couldnât stand him. There were moments you even plotted his death, planning to flee far away. But who would have thought that three years later, youâd find yourself lying in his arms on a small bed in a rundown hotel near the Starports on Olega, far removed from the bloody events on Tatooine.
You are uncertain if it can even be called love. But one thing is certain: Qimir's presence changes your life forever. He changes you. You change him. And you have no idea if it is for better or worse.
Resting your head on Qimir's chest, you let his large hand caress your back. It's strange how safe you feel with him, despite having witnessed him kill so many people.
But it's not just you who feels this way. Qimir doesn't seem to fear you either. His words are blunt and direct when he finally asks about what he's seen. "I saw what you didâyou control people with just your words," Qimir says. "What exactly are you? A member of some witch's coven?"
He turns on his side, wrapping his arm around your shoulder, holding you close as if to comfort you from the terrifying events that have unfolded earlier. Yet at the same time, it is clear he intends to keep you there, preventing you from leaving until you answer his question honestly.
You know Qimirâs intent, but do not push back. You remain silent for a moment before replying.
"It is an ancient technique passed down by my people," you confess, feeling as though you are revealing a terrible sin to some forgotten god. "We use our voice to command others, bending their will to our desires." You pause before adding, "And no, I am not part of any witchâs coven. My mother said those covens are nothing but lowly imitators, trying to replicate what we truly are."
"Your people? What do you mean?" Qimir frowns, curiosity gleaming in his eyes.
You close your eyes and take a deep breath. A wave of unease washes over you as you realize that the moment of truth is finally upon you.
âI am Bene Gesserit.â
Bene Gesseritâthose words, foreign to most in this age, are known only to a select few who have studied ancient history.
According to old records, before the rise of the Jedi Order, the Bene Gesserit was a powerful religious order that held great power throughout the galaxy, known as the Sisterhood. They only accepted women deemed worthy into their ranks.
It is said that the Bene Gesserit were the true originators of the Force, passing down their teachings through generations. The Bene Gesserit sisters possessed mysterious powers and physical capabilities far beyond the reach of ordinary people. They could neutralize poisons within their own bodies, control others with the power of the voice, and train their minds and bodies to heights that defied natural limits. Some could even glimpse into the future with an eerie sense of prophecy, though only fragments of what was to comeâexcept for the Reverend Mothers who led the order. They alone held the power to peer through the memories of their ancestors, journeying through the past, present, and distant future.
And it was this obsession with the visions they received that drove their beliefs. The Bene Gesserit were convinced that the universe was heading toward destruction, haunted by the prospect of a terrible future. Their only solution was to guide human evolution to its pinnacle through meticulous breeding programs that spanned generations. They strengthened their power by sending their sisters to marry and breed with the ruling houses of various planets, integrating themselves into the political and religious structures, and influencing every layer of society, from the lowest to the highest ranksâall for one ultimate goal: the creation of the Kwisatz Haderach, a superior human who transcended all others.
Yet ironically, it was the Kwisatz Haderach himself who brought about the very doom of the universe, which the Bene Gesserit had feared and attempted to avoid all along.
The Bene Gesserit succeeded in creating the Kwisatz Haderach as intended, but they utterly failed to control him. Paul Atreides, the only son of Duke Leto Atreides and Lady Jessica of the Atreides, a Bene Gesserit sister, became a religious icon before he reached twenty. He was revered as the Lisan al GaibâVoice from the Outer Worldâand was worshiped as a godhead. He led the Fremen, the ancient people of Arrakis, in a jihad that spread across the galaxy. Tens of millions perished in the holy war, and hundreds of millions more during the tyrannical rule of the Kwisatz Haderachâs own son.
Eventually, the Kwisatz Haderach's dynasty was annihilated by the vengeful masses, and the universe slowly began to heal, giving rise to numerous new sects, including the Jedi Order.
The Bene Gesserit were said to have vanished during this time, and rumors of their demise were widespread. Some claimed that the Kwisatz Haderach, driven by his hatred for the Sisterhood, had eradicated them entirely, while others believed they were blamed for the jihad and were hunted down by the vengeful populace.
Regardless of the cause, the true reason for the destruction of the Bene Gesserit was their overwhelming power and the mysterious goals they pursued. It was decided that the Bene Gesserit witches should no longer exist in the universe, as no one wanted to risk the emergence of a second Kwisatz Haderach.
For thousands of years, you have been the last Bene Gesserit. Although your skills and powers are far weaker than those of your ancestors due to a lack of proper training, you still surpass both Jedi and Sith. Your power is the source of the Force they wieldâan ancient power that none can fully replicate unless they are also Bene Gesserit.
âI am not only a Bene Gesserit; I am also a Fremen,â you reveal, deciding to share another layer of your secret with him. You point to your deep blue eyes, the eyes of Ibad, the distinct mark of your ancient race, now long extinct along with the Bene Gesserit. âMy Fremen name is Hara[1], a name known only to my mother."
You are surprised at yourself for disclosing your Fremen name to him. For the Fremen, a tribal name carries deep meaning and significance, given only to those who can be trusted completely.
However, you feel a sense of relief after finally speaking, though it's not complete. There are still secrets you havenât shared with him, but revealing this much is already more than enough. You trust Qimir, but you are unsure how much of this truth he can truly accept. Deep down, you are terrified he might see you as a monster, shun you, or worse, decide to eliminate you like others might. Your very existence might be too dangerous to allow you to survive.
But Qimir says nothing. He appears deep in thought, his expression unreadable. You canât discern his feelings, and the silence grows unbearable. Finally, you ask, 'Do you fear me now that you know who I am?'"
As the words leave your mouth, you bite your lip unconsciously while waiting for his reply, worry gnawing at you. How strange it is to be afraid of his rejection more than your own death."
"Fear?" Qimir tilts his head, puzzled by your question for a moment. Seeing your distressed expression, he quickly grasps your concern. "I have no reason to fear you," he says, stepping closer to place a gentle kiss on your forehead, then the tip of your nose. "I do not fear you," he emphasizes, sealing his words with a firm kiss on your lips.
You let Qimir kiss you a little longer. When he finally gives you a chance to catch your breath, you ask, 'Even though I am dangerous?' Your voice is barely a whisper, filled with uncertainty.
Everything feels too perfect and too smooth, and instead of providing reassurance, it only makes you feel more uneasy.
Qimir smiles widely, almost as if he wants to laugh but is holding it back. "Oh, in that case, itâs me you should fear more." He teases, his tone playful, as he resumes kissing you. Not on your lips, but now on your ear, nibbling playfully, while one of his hands moves up to your breast, caressing and teasing your nipple through the fabric with his thumb.
Your eyes widen as you realize what is about to happen. You grab Qimirâs arm, quickly halting his mischievous actions before things can go any further. âQimir,â you call out his name, your heart pounding, your voice faltering with each shaky breath.
Qimir stops immediately, pulling back slightly to look into your eyes. You see the clear reflection of desire in his dark eyes. âDonât want to?â he asks, his voice carrying a hint of pleading, though the playful smirk at the corner of his mouth suggests something more sly, as if he knows every thought in your mind without reading it, knowing that you wonât refuse.
His knowing demeanor makes you feel annoyed, but there is little you can do. In a situation like this, you are at a disadvantage in nearly every way.
âWell, IâŠâ You try to speak but hesitate for a moment, your cheeks burning hot as if set aflame. You donât know how to explain it to him without making yourself feel even more embarrassed. âI donât know how... Iâve never... you understand, right?â
That isnât entirely true. Even though you have never been intimate with anyone, you arenât that naive. As a Bene Gesserit, you can see the past through ancestral memories, which sometimes bring you glimpses of things you shouldnât see, intruding into your dreams. But dreams and reality are entirely different. You feel out of place, unsure of what to do, like someone who has read extensively but fails when it comes to practical application.
Qimir lets out a clear laugh, his sly smile shifting to one of genuine amusement, making you blush even more. Before you can protest, he seizes the moment and silences you with a kiss.
This time, though, it feels different.
Never before has a kiss between you two felt so deep and intense. His lips and tongue are sharp and distinct as they invade, filled with a potent desire that permeates every touch, burning with unwavering purpose, as if he wants to touch the very core of your being, reaching the true self you have never revealed to anyone.
When he finally pulls back, he doesnât move far. His mouth lingers on your lips, and his hands gently cradle your cheeks. âRelax, donât be afraid,â Qimir whispers, his lips trailing to your neck, feeling the rapid pulse beneath your skin, then moving down to your chest. âI told you before, you donât need to hide yourself when youâre with me.â His voice is soft, almost dreamlike, but every touch is real.
You follow his lead, as if under a spell, letting him undress you without resistance. His large hands roam over every part of your soft skin, planting kisses along the curves of your body, from your shoulders down to your hips, and finally to the inside of your thighs. His dark eyes examine your naked form without looking away, not missing a single detail, taking in every perfection and flawânothing hidden, nothing concealed.
âI want you to feel every emotion within youâanger, fear, and desireâŠâ The word âdesireâ from Qimirâs lips was as sweet as honey. âEmbrace who you truly are, what you can be, and what you can do when youâre with meâonly with me.â
You flinch as his fingertips brush against your delicate folds before sliding inside you. You can feel every knuckle as he slowly works his way deeper, one finger becoming two, gently stretching you as he allows you to grow accustomed to the sensation. He then begins to move them slowly, his thumb rubbing your bud, massaging every sensitive spot inside and out, sending shivers of unfamiliar pleasure through your body.
Waves of strange, stinging bliss ripple across your skin, making you restless as you writhe in the throes of sharp delight. But his other hand presses firmly on your lower abdomen, forcing you to stay still.
âBe a good girl,â Qimir admonishes, a grin tugging at his lips, clearly enjoying watching you struggle helplessly beneath him.
You moan, burying your face in the pillow, your entire body trembling with the intensity of your climax, making you feel like you are floating in a sea of stars. After catching your breath for a moment, you look up to see Qimir hastily removing his own clothes. His skin is pale, his body sculpted with lean, defined muscles, as beautiful as a statue in a temple. But what sets him apart are the scars, some small, some large, like cracks in marble. Yet these imperfections only make him more striking, unique, and beautiful.
Qimir turns to look at you, fully aware that you have been watching him the entire time. His face softens in the dim light, but his eyes remain dark. You sense the intense longing within themâa desire heâs harbored for a long time. You wonder why you never noticed the fragile restraint in him until now. He seems on the verge of snapping, as if heâs been wound too tight, ready to unravel at any moment.
Qimir wastes no time, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you close until thereâs no space left between you and him. His hardness presses firmly against the crevice of your thighs, the heat spreading through your body as his cock gradually sinks into your swollen slit, filling you completely.
A low moan escapes his lips, soft and barely audible. Qimir pauses briefly, giving you a chance to catch your breath and adjust. As he takes a moment to relish the closeness, he revels in the warmth of your tight, slick, silky walls that embrace his length perfectly.
"It might hurt at first, but itâll get better soon. Just bear with it," he murmurs, his hand gently stroking your hair. He plants a warm kiss on your cheek, trying to comfort you as your face contorts with pain. It feels like heâs about to tear you apart as he pushes in fully. You lock eyes with him in shock as a flood of emotions washes over youâstrange, frightening, painful, and thrilling all at once.
Your lips part, letting out a silent moan as Qimir begins to move, thrusting in to the hilt until you can feel every inch of him deep within you. He brushes away a stray lock of black hair from your face, tucking it behind your ear. His lips press a kiss to your sweat-dampened temple as his hips thrust forward, quickening the pace. Your soft inner walls tighten, clenching around him as his tip repeatedly hits your sweet spot.
By now, the pain has subsided, replaced by waves of pleasure building inside you, ready to explode.
Tears stream down your cheeks as you grip Qimir's shoulders as if your life depends on his mercy. Your hips rise to meet his movements, every fiber of your being striving to get closer to him, nearly melding into one.
The rhythm changes slightly, slowing down and becoming less steady but more forceful. You pant heavily, feeling the climax approaching, each movement bringing you closer to the edge of ecstasy.
Just a few more thrusts, and you both reach the peak together. He spills into you, his release filling you up and spilling over. The hot, wet feeling of his cum makes your body shiver and feel dizzy, still unaccustomed to these new sensations.
The room gradually returns to calm. When Qimir pulls away, your body suddenly feels light and empty, like weightless cotton. You drift in the calm afterglow, enveloped in his embrace as he nuzzles you, kisses your cheeks and forehead, and caresses your hair tenderly, just as lovers do."
But there are no words of 'love' from his lips. The last thing you hear from Qimir before slipping into sleep is, 'Youâre no longer alone. You belong to me.â
Instead of feeling reassured by these words, a strange unease flickers through your mind, as if you've just stepped onto a path of grave mistake.
Footnotes:
[1] In Fremen culture (as depicted in the film Dune), Fremen names are special names that differ from regular ones, only shared with outsiders when thereâs deep trust and acceptance. For example, Chani tells Paul her Fremen name, 'Sihaya,' as a sign of accepting him as a lover. Thatâs why the reader needs a Fremen nameâitâs culturally important (and I certainly WILL NOT USE Y/N as a Fremen name, absolutely no way!). Iâve hinted at this name since EP : I (if you pay attention, youâll notice it), and it ties into the story, so I hope you're okay with the name I picked.

i canât stop thinking about neighbor!graves⊠pt. 2 đ€
thank goodness for the nextdoor app! (pt. 1)
saw this pic on pinterest and thoughtâŠyeahâŠthatâs our man <3
đĄ you and your cuddly cat theo are finally settled into your new house! it was a much-needed change to the mundane routine, and the place is adorable. you ultimately picked this one because of its large windows- perfect for theo to sit in the sun and watch what was happening outside. it also has hardwood floor- no more cat clawing at the carpet. hooray! you thought that your sweet kitty was handling the move well, but you notice that heâs hiding under furniture more often. all the articles online said it could take time for cats to adjust to a new place, so you chalk it up to that.
đĄ one afternoon you drag your first big grocery store haul into the house, calling out for your precious theo as you close the door, but he doesnât show. hm. he normally scampers right up to you when youâre home. you reason that heâs still hiding somewhere, so you go ahead and get started on dinner. after still no sign of him hours later that night, you resolve to checking every corner of the house, and heâs nowhere to be found!! a panic rushes through as you hurry to turn on all your house lights out front and scope your yard real quick, unable to find him in any shrubs or plants. fully planning on walking the entirety of your neighborhood and knocking on every door to make a search party, you suddenly have an idea: maybe thereâs a neighborhood app i can post his picture on.
đĄ you immediately do just that, finding the nextdoor app and punching in your information. you post a picture of theo- your favorite one where heâs cuddling with his beloved bird toy- and write a brief caption saying youâre new to the area and that youâd be more than happy to give cash to whoever finds him. within minutes, youâre receiving all kinds of good luck messages and ânope, havenât seen himâs, and they all make your stomach swirl. damn cat. heâs probably living it up while youâre sitting there terrified for his wellbeing. as youâre waiting beside your phone and watching all the messages roll in, youâre fully prepared to stay up all night and start driving the streets, until a few minutes later a new private message bubbles up onto the screen.
đĄ itâs a picture of a man, pretty fit-looking from the few features you can see, and heâs holding a cat that scarily resembles theo. do you dare feel relieved? you read the comment underneath the photo. âis this him? little guy followed me home on my jog. let me know!â youâre about to cry tears of joy as you zoom in on the picture, pinpointing the unique stripes around theoâs eyes. that was in fact your little guy. you answer in a blur, âyes, thatâs him! thank you so much! can i come get him?â the man, whose nextdoor display name is âphillip g.,â answers you in seconds. âiâll bring him over. whatâs your house number?â you send it to him, and he tells you heâs actually a handful of houses down from you. you allow yourself to feel relieved as you wait those dastardly two minutes, nearly jumping when you hear a firm knock at your door.
đĄ you open the door, and you find theo cuddled up to what can only be described as pure handsomeness. look what the cat dragged in- literally. âphillip g.â has dirty blond hair and tan skin, with pale blue eyes and a rugged scar that rests on his sharp cheekbone. heâs got a perfect straight nose and the slightest blond stubble, and heâs wearing a pair of black sweats and a dark grey tee that cling temptingly to him. âthere you are,â you finally say, not entirely sure if youâre directing it toward him or your cat (where has this beauty been all your life??). part of you honestly canât blame theo for following this guy- yeah, he was definitely living it up while you were panicking.
đĄ âhey there,â he replies to you with the most delicious twinge of southern drawl, and you quickly step aside to give him room to come in- heâs pleasantly surprised that youâre even better-looking in person ;) âletâs get ya inside, bud.â phillip steps into your home, prompting theo to hop off and trot over to his food bowl like nothing happened, as if you werenât just about to go DEFCON 1 for him. it makes you both snicker, and then you thank the gorgeous stranger profusely before trying to offer him some money. he only shoos it away with a âno problem, heâs a great lilâ man,â and he explains to you that theo started following him back to his house during his jog that afternoon. when he got home, he immediately climbed onto his lap. the traitor!! youâre in disbelief; heâs never cared for other people that deeply. you wonder if theo knows something you donât- perhaps heâs a feline matchmaker? đ
đĄ while you two chat about the neighborhood, theo struts back over to the entry area where you are and brushes up against phillip, almost like he wants to make you look like the worst owner ever. âi promise he likes me,â you laugh, and phillip flashes you an unforgettable grin. âi guess iâll take your word for it,â he teases, and then he adds sincerely, âiâm actually gonna miss him, yâknow, he was my little amigo today.â he kneels down to scratch behind theoâs ears and god does his back look good in that shirt, and you donât even think as you blurt out âwell, feel free to visit him whenever you want.â he stands back up to his full height, smiling again. you barely miss the once-over he gives you. âi just might take ya up on that.â
đĄ youâre surprised to see that he actually does! phillip makes a point of stopping by during his jogs sometimes to check on theo (and you, obviously <3), and man oh man does he look fantastic all out of breath in his workout gear :â) he also fills you in on the drama at all the other houses- a wealth of knowledge, this guy is! turns out those jogs are a great way to collect information- heâs very strategic, it seems. theo acts like jesus christ himself has arrived at your doorstep every time heâs over, of course, bounding into his arms and purring uncontrollably. you feel ridiculous when you get a pang of jealousy toward your cat- if only you knew all the ways phillip wanted to handle you :))
đĄ it all feels so nice and neighborly with the way phillipâs checking up on you both, that southern charm working its way into all your thoughts late at night. he hits you with the occasional âsweetheart,â or âdarlinâ,â and it never fails to make your heart (and something else) pound. you end up exchanging numbers the next time he jogs by, and he uses it at the perfect opportunity to see if you wanna tag along on his next trip around the neighborhood. he totally doesnât just want to see you in some tight leggings⊠you tell him youâre not the greatest runner, so he insists on walking instead :â) heâs such a sweetheart!
đĄ like clockwork heâs at your door a few evenings later, and youâve changed into some comfy clothes that he immediately wants to tear off of you. theoâs incessantly demanding his phillip cuddles, snuggling into his toned arms with no intention of moving. that stunning neighbor of yours looks at you with a mischievous grin. âsay, why donât we bring âim along?â
đĄ itâs equal parts endearing and ridiculous, the sight of you and phillip taking turns holding the most spoiled cat in the world during your walk <3 part of you likes to think theo has decided your fate- and youâre not opposed to it at all. itâs a nice evening, and phillip ends up telling you while youâre gossiping about the other neighbors that his career in the military has always prevented him from having a pet of his own. he doesnât reveal much about it, just that it demands long periods of time from him, and seeing theo has actually done lots for his war-hardened spirit. poor baby, thereâs so many other ways you could help him relieve some of that stress :((
đĄ thereâs something you say that must kinda insinuate that, because suddenly youâre rerouting to his house so he can get you both some water. might as well stay for dinner too, heâs quick to add ;) heâs just got such a big crush on you that he can hardly stand it! theo already knows the lay of the land when you go inside, and he proceeds to dart off somewhere in the spacious home while you admire phillipâs minimally rustic dĂ©cor. no wonder theo escaped here, you think. phillip gets your glass ready, but before he hands it to you he puts down a fresh bowl of water specially for your precious boy next to the temporary litter box and food he mustâve picked up for him when he escaped that day :â) yeah, thatâs a man right there- look how good he cares for your baby! he could take care of you like that too!! <33
đĄ neither of you really care about the water at this point, and phillip decides that this is the perfect time to show your own kitty some lovinâ ;)) thereâs not much buildup needed for you to end up completely spread open on his soft bed, workout clothing shed immediately before his skillful fingers are pumping and curling in your soaking pussy, hitting that sweet spot scarily fast. you always thought he was a sweetie, but you learn that heâs got an ego on him, wanting to hear you beg to cum all over his hand :/ youâll do anything he asks though, and youâre soon rewarded with that sweet, hot release that coats his digits :â) he makes you clean one of his fingers while he licks your slick off the other- you guys just make a great team <3
đĄ you thought his fingers stretched you? his thick cock practically splits you apart, and heâs cooing at you âdoinâ so good for me, darlin,â âknew ya could take it, sweetheart,â âthatâs it, baby,â as he watches you bounce along his entire length. your flushed face, your little moans, itâs the prettiest show heâs ever seen! :â)) heâs stopped making you beg to orgasm at this point since the tight circles heâs rubbing on your clit are producing so many, but he is making you tell him whoâs getting you to feel this good. âtell me, darlin,â use your words. whoâs makinâ you cum so much, huh?â
đĄ itâs incredible- phillip fucks as good as he looks! he must have more stamina from all that jogging. he puts you on all fours, arching your back with his hand as he feverishly rocks his hips into yours. he loves to watch you suck all of him in-youâve never felt this full! not much longer after he starts pounding into your tight cunt from this angle, heâs groaning your name along with a strained âfuuuuuck,â and you feel his warm release coat your insides. heâs so glad he got that second workout in!
đĄ you both hop into his unbelievably nice shower to clean up, and pretty soon youâre drifting off to sleep in his bed, whole body sore from getting taken care of so thoroughly :â) phillip holds you the whole night, but when you wake up the next morning heâs got theo in his arms, who is happily purring away. you realize that the little fucker is responsible for all of this, and maybe heâs just as strategic as his neighbor-slash-future-parent. phillip is ridiculously smug when he chuckles at you, scratching behind your sweet boyâs ears. âi hate to tell ya, darlinâ, but i think theo likes me more.â

When Castiel locates another cambion, potentially with the power to kill a knight of hell, he and the Winchesters go after her but then Crowley shows up claiming sheâs his daughter.
Warnings: Â MOC Dean, mentions of rape but really just misunderstandings, blood, concussions, I have no medical knowledge, swearing, reader gets knocked out a lot lol
WC: 2.2k
A/N: I kind of want to do a part 2 to this. What do you guys think?
Minors DNI
âIâm sorry what? Can you repeat that?â Castiel sighed, slightly exacerbated. He thought he explained the situation pretty well. Deanâs eyes were wide in both shock and disbelief and Sam just looked exhausted.
âLike I said before, there is another cambion in existence and she could be the answer to the Mark.â Dean swallowed the last of his now warm beer and glowered at the angel.
âAnd you didnât think to tell us this before now?â
âDean.â Sam started but the elder held up his hand to stop him. Cas sighed, mentally preparing himself for a classic Dean tirade that always seemed to come when he presented the brothers with a new lead.
âYouâre hiding things from us, lying. How do we even know if this so-called cambion is the real deal? Why didnât she show up before?â The angelâs eyes rolled, why did they have such trouble understanding?
âThere was a spell concealing her from the angelsâ view but for some reason, that spell is now gone. I assumed it was tied to someone in her family, possibly the parent that was a demon. But now, that demon is dead so the spell is gone.â Sam seemed to accept that answer but Dean was more skeptical.
âSo what do we do if we do find this girl? Just ask her to come back with us for tea and cake? She most likely knows that daddy dearest was a demon and might want revenge and we are probably the ones that did it or we know them. So what then?âÂ
Sam leaned against the war room table beside his brother. âDeanâs right. Remember that kid Jesse, he had a whole town under his thumb without even thinking about it and he was just a kid. What could an adult with an obviously powerful parent do?â Dean nodded along and Cas had the distinct urge to smite them both.
âWe need to take that chance. She might be our best shot at killing Cain without the First Blade.â Dean huffed, still clearly miffed at being so blatantly brushed off by the angel.Â
âAlright fine but you canât get mad at me when I say I told you so when this inevitably goes wrong.â He shrugged and Cas smirked slightly, happy to get his way.
ââââââ
âWell that was easier than expected.â Dean sulked, sitting on the motel room bed pouting like a child. The woman had been easy to find, in fact it was too easy. She was a goddamn librarian in a small town where everyone knew her face.
No locks on her doors, no weapons in the house. She welcomed them in with open arms after Sam fed her their story of being lost and needing directions. She gave them pie and lemonade, answering every question they asked, including Deanâs flirtatious ask about a boyfriend.
Her head dipped and she avoided eye contact as she shyly replied that no, she didnât have a boyfriend. Sam smacked Dean upside the head for that when she wasnât looking. Cas, getting sick of the circling conversation mixed with too much human lust, had stepped forward and knocked her out with his grace.
He caught her soft body as she crumpled, ignoring the pointed looks the brothers sent him. âShe wouldâve come willingly.â Sam pointed out but Cas replied with a simple, âThere isnât enough time for you two to âconvinceâ her.â
Sam blushed and Dean just smirked, too proud of himself. They quickly smuggled her out to the car and started the long journey home. Now, they were taking a break for the night and Dean watched as the girl slept on, blissfully unaware of everything going on in the world.
âShe really doesnât seem demonic. Sheâs just-â
âNice.â Dean finished his brotherâs sentence for him, saying the word like it disgusted him. âAre you sure sheâs the half-breed we want?â Again, Castiel was questioning why his destiny was intertwined with the Winchesters. Y/N shifted in her sleep, curling up on her side cutely, giving out a large sigh.
Cas stood at the foot of the bed, intensely watching the men who flanked her on both sides, like guards watching over their ward. âI can sense her power, it is far greater than any other cambion. Her blood has old magic in it, she is quite possibly descended from a natural witch.â
Sam froze, his entire body going stiff with surprise. âIâm sorry, so this girl is a product of a natural witch and a demon.â Cas shook his head, arms crossing over his chest.
âNo, the magic is too deluded for the witch to be her mother or father, it is more likely that it is her grandparent.â Samâs eyes flicked down to the girl, somehow already feeling incredibly protective of her. She was by far the kindest person he had met in a very long time, how could she have such evil in her blood? But he was wary, both because of her power and the fear of what could happen should she succumb to that power. He knew that feeling, that rush from demon blood, how addicting it could be.
Dean could feel the heat radiating from her body as she rolled closer to him. The mark was quiet around her, soothed like a feral cat getting love for the first time in its life. But how dark could she get, what was she capable of? And who in the hell was her demonic parent?
âWe should keep moving. If we found her so quick, thereâs no telling who else would be coming after her.â Cas nodded and fluttered away, presumably to ensure that no demons had followed them.
Dean moved away from her as quickly as he could, a curling in his gut making him feel like he should be repulsed by her but her presence also called to him. He fished a half-drunk bottle of whiskey from his duffle bag and settled himself in the chair in the far corner of the room. âGet some shut eye, Iâll take first watch.â
Sam pulled a ratty blanket over top of her, careful to not wake her and took a seat on the other bed. âDo you think this could work?â Silence settled over the brothers.
âItâs our only shot.â And with that, Sam settled back against the thin pillows, keen to get any rest he could to escape his swirling thoughts.
ââââââ
A rattling woke Dean from his alcohol induced slumber. With a groan, he lifted his head from the back of the chair he had accidentally fallen asleep on. His neck screamed in pain but that was nothing compared to the throbbing in his arm.
The mark burned and the rattling became louder. His green eyes fluttered open, only able to see vague shapes in the dark room. A shadow stood by the door, their hand on the knob, desperately trying to open it. âPlease please please.â Her voice was filled with tears and a panic that made his heart lurch in his chest.
âSweetheart.â The sound of his own voice made her work even faster at trying to open the door, but it was of no use. She screamed and Dean bolted forward. Moving faster than even he could comprehend, he grabbed her, wrapping a large palm over her mouth to keep her from making any more noise.
Her back hit the mattress with an exhale of air through her nose. Her eyes were wide with panic, her breathing quickening becoming erratic as his muscular body settled between her plump thighs, shoving her skirt up her legs. She tried to grab at Deanâs shoulders to shove him off but using his free hand he grabbed her wrists and pinned them above her head.
Tears rolled down her temples, wetting the sheets below them. âIâm not going to hurt you. You need to trust me.â Her head shook furiously beneath his hold, on the edge of hysterics.Â
âDean?â Sam muttered sleepily, sitting up in the bed. âWhatâs going on?â His hair stuck up in all different directions as he lazily looked around the room. His eyes landed on the situation in front of him and everyone froze.
Suddenly, the room exploded. With no hesitation, Sam launched himself at his older brother and tackled him to the floor. âWhat the hell were you doing!â Dean thrashed violently.
âShe was trying to run! I had to stop her.âÂ
Sam snarled. âNot by doing that.â Dean landed a good punch to his jaw, knocking Sam for a loop but his grip remained strong even as his head spun.
Seeing her chance, Y/N slipped from the bed as quietly as she could but her legs gave out as soon as she rocked forward onto her feet. She yelped, catching the boysâ attention and they watched her fall, almost in slow motion.
Her head slammed against the corner of the bed before slamming into the floor. Blood pooled under her forehead, her eyes went hazy before they shut. âShit!â Sam scrambled off of his brother, fear coursing through his veins like a fire. He slid a hand under her head, cupping her face gently. âCâmon open those eyes for me.âÂ
But she didnât respond. Thick fingers fit against the dip of her throat, and he struggled to find her pulse. When he finally did, it was thready and weak but it was there. He breathed a sigh of relief. âSheâs alive, probably a bad concussion though.â
âSon of a bitch!â Dean growled, sitting up against the bed frame. âWhy does this shit always happen to us?â As gently as he could manage with shaking hands, Sam lifted Y/N into his arms, resting her face against his strong chest. He could now feel the way her own chest rose and fell with shallow breaths.
Sam laid her on his unmade bed, keeping her on her side in case she got sick. The wound, a small gash on her right temple, had slowed its bleeding. It wouldnât require stitches, just a couple butterfly bandages. âI donât know, Dean.â He sighed and got to work fixing her up.
Meanwhile, Dean was stewing, thinking. She could have used her powers to save him off, to escape but she didnât. She was just a normal girl getting involved in something that she didnât want to do. âWhat are we doing Sammy? That girl doesnât have any powers, sheâs just a kid.âÂ
âWithout the blade, we have no chance at getting rid of the Mark. Sheâs our best shot.â But there was no conviction in his tone. Sam was also doubting the integrity of this plan but he was desperate. Dean with the blade was far more dangerous than this girl could ever be, they needed her.
âHow dare you touch my daughter!â The door burst violently, shattering under the force at which it was hit. Crowley stood, absolutely fuming in the entryway, eyes red with pure rage. Sam and Dean sprung into action, their guns drawn.
âWhat are you talking about Crowley?â Dean shifted so his body blocked the demonâs view of the girl on the bed. His shoulders were tense, the Mark telling him to protect her with everything he had. But apparently, Crowley wasnât having any of it today.
With a wave of his hand, the boys went flying into the wall, their guns tossed away and ropes appearing from nothing to pin them down. âI told you I would find the blade and this is how you repay me! You kidnapped my daughter! Lust after her! And then you harm her!â His voice thundered through the room, shaking the foundations of the building with his fury. âYou sniveling weasels! I kept her out of this life for a reason!â
The Winchesters struggled against his hold. Crowley loomed over the double bed, intensely staring at the woman. âShe was never meant to know. I just wanted her to have a normal life.âÂ
Deanâs nostrils flared with anger as the demon leaned forward and cupped her round cheek with one hand while the other brushed against the bandage on her forehead. âDonât touch her.â The hunter snarled. His arm burned as the mark screamed at him to rip apart anyone that even so much as looked in her direction.
A vein in Samâs neck ticked in time with his pulse while he pulled at his bonds. He could feel the loosening of the ropes around his wrist. An angel blade rested on the chair Dean had been occupying, if he could get even one arm free, he could grab it. âYou are the ones that hurt her! Not me!â Crowley snapped but didnât take his eyes off of her.
âLast warning.â But he disregarded the Winchesters and instead lifted Y/N from the bed, taking extra care not to hit her any more than she already was.
Her face easily tucked into the dark material of his suit shirt as he held her close. âStay away from my daughter.â And with that, both him and the ropes disappeared, leaving only her sweater and the bitter smell of sulphur.
The boys collapsed to the ground. Dean wasted no time as he scrambled forward in a desperate attempt to reach the now gone pair.
âSon of a bitch!â

Hi! not sure if u write for content that isn't a character x reader, if not, feel free to ignore this req!
but I'd like to req some timeskip hcs for the twst charas.. like what would they be after graduation? I could totally see Riddle being a lawyer but I'm not entirely sure for the rest of the twst cast đ€
Thank you in advance! Take all the time u need !
ohhh actually speculation/analysis is something I write a lot of! I hail from a very literary fandom and these sorts of prompts are some of my favorites to do!
I could def give my thoughts, just based on what we already know + my own headcanons
âŒDeuce: Deuce, to me, is a hands-on learner type. I could see him getting really into mechanics, but... my heart says house husband. tells his kids bedtime stories about Cauldron Deuce (with... um, better morals, we'll say)
âŒAce: professional moocher hmmm Ace is kind of a wild card (pun) to me. I can see his life going in a lot of different directions depending on how the story goes
âŒRiddle: definitely something prestigious. we know his parents are doctors, it's likely he'd feel pressured to follow in their footsteps, with other high-paying professions close behind (such as lawyer)
âŒCater: trophy husband(/influencer)
âŒTrey: takes on the family bakery. I can see him getting settled down relatively fast compared to everyone else. he just needs a spouse whose as weird as he is
âŒLeona: professional moocher (for real this time). In an ideal world he would get fed up with his family and move out, either to another palace they own (you know how it is with royalty and their real estate) or to his own place. but that freedom might get him to really apply himself to something he cares about, independent of his family. would get married if the opportunity presented itself, would NOT have kids
âŒRuggie: Leona's little buddy. Leona assured him a job after school, sooo probably not much different from what he's doing already, but paid. sends fat checks home to his grandma every month
âŒJack: whatever it is, he's committed to it. I can't see him working a dead-end job with no hopes of improving himself, so nothing too academic. the obvious answer is athletics... but he could just as likely become a sculptor. just something that he can apply himself to and continue improving in
âŒAzul: businessman. he just has a thing for it. he's running multiple restaurant chains and dabbling in retail before age thirty, and always looking for more opportunities
âŒJade: Azul definitely guarantees him a job, but I think he'd be more interested in staying on land and doing field work. mycologist... or anything that really captures his interest
âŒFloyd: clichĂ© answer, he can't decide. likely bounces between working with his brother and working with Azul. may just stay within the "family business" which is implied to be. mafia?
âŒKalim: do we even know what the al-Asims do. besides be rich. well whatever it is, he's doing that. definitely gets married fast, probably has a bunch of kids already. they're just as loud and excitable as he is
âŒJamil: oh Jamil :( please please have a happy ending. I can see him really enjoying academics, especially in positions where he can publish papers and get feedback. good for his ego. may start some insane academic drama, though (nothing he can't handle)
âŒVil: actor/model. confirmed! probably waits a while to get married, he's put off his career long enough
âŒRook: the fact that he wants to go into archaeology is so cute... being an ex archeology (now religious studies) major myself I think it's just so... Rook of him to be interested in history. I would love to talk to him about the Minoans. Or the Xia dynasty. can I marry him while we're at it? he eventually settles down somewhere in the woods
âŒEpel: eughhrrggg can I say farming. sorry. I'm from a family of farmers and kinda sentimental about it. the connection to the land is very real and very emotional. but he does other stuff, too
âŒIdia: [cue book 6 angst]
diasomnia fam is up in the air for now considering... *gestures to all of book 7*
âŒbonus rollo: judge. because it would be funny.
#twisted wonderland x reader#twst x reader#tagging these for organizational purposes#anyway. I may be totally wrong I'm just going off of memory here. this was super fun tho!!

đ± Jealous~?
â It's just a kitten he thought, Although he can't even comprehend a small as a feline would steal your attention other than him, wishing it's Him instead.
REQUESTED?: No.
Paired Character: Acronix, GN! Reader.
#TAGS: Pure fluff drabble, Kind of short, Acronix is either potentially OOC, This kitten stealing your attention is onto something đ€ Nothing else is added more. {4.3k words.} Enjoy Reading! ^^
âȘŒ đđđđđđ àżàŒ”àœœâ
âá„«áĄâ
You're sitting on the couch, gently cradling a tiny kitten that somehow crawled its way into your arms. The kitten is purring, blissfully curled up against you, and you're utterly charmed by the little fluffball. Youâre so wrapped up in its warm, tiny body and soft meows that you hardly notice Acronix sitting beside you. But heâs watchingâclosely.
At first, he simply crosses his arms, leaning back and pretending not to care. He raises an eyebrow, tapping his fingers against his arm, watching as you whisper to the kitten, stroking its soft fur with all the gentleness heâs used to seeing from you â the kind heâd like to think is reserved just for him. But today? No, today it's directed at some random kitten who wandered into your life and nestled itself all too comfortably in what he has silently claimed as his spot.
He tries to keep his jealousy in check. After all, itâs just a kitten, right? But as the minutes pass, the little fuzzball only seems to be making itself more at home in your arms. Acronix clears his throat, hoping to catch your attention. But instead, you just coo at the kitten, rubbing your cheek against its tiny head, oblivious to Acronix's presence.
Finally, he decides to say something. "So... thatâs a cute kitten," he says with feigned casualness, though his eyes are laser-focused on the little fur thief in your lap. "Pretty sure I heard you say I was your favorite, though." He shoots you a playful but pointed look, half-expecting you to laugh and put the kitten aside. But you just glance up with a teasing smile, nodding as you return your attention to the kitten, murmuring something sweet to it in a voice that Acronix realizes with a pang is usually reserved for him.
The kitten purrs louder, sinking deeper into your arms. He frowns. "Are you seriously ignoring me for⊠this little ball of fluff?" His voice is half-amused, half-annoyed, trying to mask the jealousy he knows is radiating from him. You glance at him, the amusement twinkling in your eyes, but youâre not letting go of the kitten just yet.
"Acronix, it's just a kitten," you say with a small chuckle, clearly entertained by his reaction.
But Acronix is determined. He moves closer, practically leaning against you as he makes it his mission to reclaim his spot. He throws an arm over your shoulders and rests his head on your shoulder, sighing dramatically. "I mean, I get it. The kitten's cute," he says, his tone almost mocking as he inches closer. "But, I mean, Iâm here too, you know." He gives you a little nudge, his eyes locked on the kitten, hoping itâll take the hint and scoot over. It does not.
Instead, the kitten purrs louder, curling up even tighter in your lap and stretching out one little paw possessively, as if to say, This human is mine. It knows what he's feeling right now, yet it decided to stay.
Acronix rolls his eyes, muttering something about âclingy catsâ under his breath, but heâs visibly growing more impatient. He reaches over and gently pokes the kitten, testing if it might move on its own. But the kitten just squeaksâa shrill, startled sound that makes you laugh, and makes Acronix even more annoyed.
"Really?" he huffs, looking at the kitten like itâs his mortal enemy. "This little thing has you wrapped around its paw?"
You smile at him and try to gently put the kitten down, giving it a little nudge to encourage it to move. But the moment you try to lift it, the kitten lets out a loud (scream) meow, clinging to your arm and wriggling stubbornly to stay in place.
'This cat..â' Acronix thought in annoyance.
Itâs as if the kitten knows exactly what itâs doing â making a bold claim on you that leaves Acronix rolling his eyes in irritation, muttering under his breath about dramatic cats.
Finally (but reluctantly), you manage to carefully set the kitten down on the floor, and it settles with an annoyed little meow of its own. But Acronix doesnât waste a second. The moment youâre free, he took the opportunity and swoops in, wrapping his arms around you possessively and pulling you close to his chest, almost as if heâs trying to erase the kittenâs scent from your skin. He leans in, his face inches from yours, a smirk playing on his lips.
"There. Now that that distraction is out of the way," he says, his voice a low murmur as he nuzzles into your hair, "I can finally have you back where you belong." He holds you a little tighter, burying his face in your shoulder, breathing in the comforting scent of your warmth.
You laugh, wrapping your arms around him, finally giving him the attention heâs been vying for all this time. He lets out a deep, satisfied sigh, holding you close, his fingers tracing gentle patterns along your back as if heâs making sure you donât slip away again.
After a few quiet moments, he glances down, shooting the kitten a smug look. "See, furball? This spot? Mine."

Hey could you pls do the nightmare trope with azriel where the reader has a very bad nightmare in which she sees azriel nearly dead and when she wakes up and finds him she can't believe it's him and he manages to help her ? âșïžđ€
I certainly can! đđ
Oh my, thank you very much for directing me on this one, my biggest fear is writing something people wouldn't like since I usually get carried away in the story and write whatever comes to mind first
Hope you enjoy this!!
I know I said I wouldn't do more than one fic for each trope right now but whatever I like this one better đĄ
Until It Happens To You
The night was restless as if the shadows themselves whispered secrets that their master shouldn't hear. You felt burdened by a foreboding unease, your mind shifted between the deep slumber and the real world. You didn't feel Azriel's body beside yours in the bed, his side turning cold at each passing moment he was away. You were sure he slept at your side this night, just as the many others he said your presence made it easier for him to finish his work and finally get some rest.
This strange arrangement between the two of you started a few months ago, you with your throat dry and in need of water and him with a pile of work, he didn't finish during the day. You were so deep into your sleep that somehow you managed to invite him to your room and tell him he could do it in your bed since "two work better than one". You were obviously asleep when he found himself at your side, but he remained there anyway and assured you the next morning that it worked, in a strange way. After some days, some times you actually helped him, he distracted himself by your calm aura and slept in your bed.
That's how everything started and, on his restless nights, he found comfort at your side, both of you holding your peace together as the dream world caught you both at night.
Anyway, you imagined he went back to his room, as he did so many nights before, it wasn't weird at all. Yet, you couldn't get back to sleep as the silence filled the house, almost as if it was mourning something. Your eyes started to close again only to open by a haunting scream that seemed to transcend the walls of the whole house, filling every corner with terror.
In this nightmarish scenario, you found yourself standing in the middle of the room, what before was a bright and colorful place became a desolate chamber shrouded in darkness. The air was heavy with a cold, forming an oppressive atmosphere. Dimly lit torches flickered around you, torches you didn't remember you lighted. They kept casting eerie shadows that danced along the walls, mocking you with their macabre movements, almost as if they were laughing at your lack of knowledge.
As your eyes adjusted to the gloom, you noticed the open door, more torches lighting your way to the corridor, and the stones covering the walls, dirty with a thin layer of blood that started on your door and kept going downstairs. You checked your own body to make sure, finding nothing but heartache, a feeling that your heart was being ripped out of you.
You followed the path that led you to the living room, the blood forming a thicker layer with each step you took closer. The sight you found wasn't any better, close to the balcony doors, in a position that looked like the person was trying to run away, you spotted a figure lying motionless on the cold stone floor. The wings were shredded to pieces, and blood covered their clothes, forming a pool on the sides.
Your heart skipped a beat as recognition dawned upon you, making your knees tremble as you took in the image forming in front of your eyes. It was Azriel, the one whose love and presence had become the foundation of your existence. Panic surged through your veins, and your voice choked with fear when you screamed for help, but it seemed like no one was in the house besides the both of you.
-Azriel! No, please, wake up! - You uselessly screamed as you ran close to his body, feeling that your heart could explode at any moment with the pain you felt.
With trembling hands, you rushed towards him, your footsteps echoing ominously through the chamber. Kneeling by his side, you desperately shook him, but he remained unresponsive. His usually tanned and alluring features were now pale and lifeless, and his eyes closed in an eternal slumber. Suddenly you understood the pain you were feeling. The mating bond. The realization kills you even more.
Tears streamed down your face as you cradled his motionless form, hugging his cold body the way you could, hoping for any form of life to come out of him. Your voice became a desperate plea as you kept talking to him, even if you knew he wouldn't answer.
-No, this can't be happening! Azriel, please! Wake up! - Your anguished cries reverberated off the walls, fading into the oppressive darkness.
Yet, despite your desperate attempts, your touch suddenly met no resistance. It seemed to pass through his form as if he were nothing but a specter. His body started to disappear in thin air, the despair seemed to taunt you, amplifying your pain and the sense of loss.
As this nightmare tightened its grip on you, the chamber distorted and morphed, becoming a labyrinth of pain and suffering. The walls closed in, constricting your movements, suffocating you with an overwhelming sense of hopelessness. You fought against the suffocating atmosphere, gasping for air, your voice a mere whimper as you tried to grasp Azriel's disappearing form.
- Please...don't leave me⊠I love you. I've been in love for a long time now and you can't leave me here⊠my mate - Your last words were whispered against the nothing.
When Feyre told you about the day she almost lost Rhysand she told you about the painful sensation of getting her heart broken. And you were there when she need it most while she remembered the situation, but you weren't the one falling off that deep end of silence and cold of a once cheerful and bright string that connected their souls. You understood her now.
You once had a friend that lost somebody close, and you were also there when they needed it most, but you would never be the one having trouble sleeping once the night came and you felt like you didn't do enough. But you understood them now.
You can say you're sorry a million times to Azriel's body laying on the floor. But even if you try hard, he won't come back. The same way you tried to sympathize with your friends, it was helpless, you wouldn't be the one picking up the pieces left of your heart. Now you were. And you felt helpless anyway.
Somebody loses somebody every day, but you'll never really know what it's like till you wake up to some really bad news and the worst scenario you could ever find. You'll never really know how it feels until it happens to you.
You looked around the room, the blood covering everything only made the pain worse. You looked outside, trying to find a starry night, instead, you only found a creature looking back at you, its teeth covered in your mate's blood when the thing seemed to smile at your figure. You only waited for the creature to break the windows and devour you completely, but as it came closer you only felt the wind meeting your skin as the thing breathed against your hair. It was inside the house the whole time, only waiting for you to mourn Azriel's body and relish its work before doing the same to you.
Just as the darkness threatened to consume you entirely, your body jolted awake, every piece of skin drenched in a cold sweat. The nightmare had released its grip on you, but your heart still raced with lingering dread. Trembling, you looked around the room, desperately seeking solace in the comforting embrace of reality. The colors and brightness of your bedroom make itself known as you take in the world around you. The small sounds of night filled you in, the solitude leaving your body.
And then you saw him - Azriel - sitting at the edge of the bed, concern etched across his face. His presence felt surreal as if the boundaries between the nightmare and reality had blurred. Tears of relief welled up in your eyes as you reached out to touch him, fear covering your movements as uncertainty filled you.
- Azriel...is it really you? - Your voice was trembling with disbelief as your hand finally made its way toward his face. Azriel's eyes softened with compassion as he gently took your trembling hand in his, his scars making everything fall into place. The reality and the mating bond.
- Yes, it's me. You had a terrible nightmare, but you're safe now - His voice was raw, he was probably trying to wake you up for some time now. Overwhelmed by emotions, you throw yourself into his waiting arms, holding onto him as if he was your lifeline.
- I thought...I thought I lost you - You whispered, voice quivering with a mixture of fear and relief. Azriel held you tightly, his touch a soothing balm to your shattered emotions.
- I'm here now, and I'm not going anywhere. Do you want me to stay here a little longer? - At that moment, the nightmare's grip loosened completely, replaced by a newfound strength and resilience.
- I need to tell you something - His eyes widened a bit, and his breathing became uneasy. You realized he felt the tug you gave into that bond between you two - It was horrible to feel this being shredded to pieces as you died in my arms, I couldn't do anything while you disappeared right in front of my eyes.
- I'm here now, I'm fine - He kissed your head and pulled you closer - I woke up when I heard your scream. You were calling my name - He smothered his hand on your arms, warming you with his presence - When I got here you weren't screaming, but I could still hear your voice. I probably heard fromâŠ
- The mating bond - You finished the phrase for him, just seeing him nodding - Why didn't you sleep here tonight?
- If I spent one more night at your side without having you being mine completely I would go crazy - He put you to lay down on the bed, quickly getting under the covers with you - I thought I should put some space between us or I would hold you in my arms and never let you go.
- I wouldn't be opposed to this, you know - You said in a whisper, seeing the smile that planted his face as he went closer and closer to you, holding you impossibly near his naked torso, enough heat irradiated from him to warm both of you. His presence became your anchor, his love a guiding light through the darkest of nights - What do we do now?
- Now we sleep, I don't go to train tomorrow so we can talk and figure out how we gonna work this out - His hand traveled to your face, tilting your head up to look him in the eyes - I want you to have in mind that I won't rush you in any way, but I love you and I want this between us. I want you to love me too.
- I already do. I always did - You whispered as you went closer and closer, slowly ending the gap between both of you as you kissed his lips lightly, just a taste of the near future you both could have - I want everything with you, and I don't want to wait. Just to remember the sensation of losing you without getting to live anything makes me anxious.
- It's okay now. I promise I won't leave your side - He wrapped one wing around you, providing a safe space for you both - Get some sleep now, when the sun rises we can talk - He granted one last kiss on the lips before you closed your eyes and hugged him tight.
You stayed entwined in each other's arms, finding solace in the warmth of your embrace. The nightmare may have left scars, but also a sensation of longing for the bond that you would have to fulfill for the rest of your life. The scars would heal with time and you would both find solace in the unbreakable bond you shared.

Til the come get ya scraps! This one an agnsty one)
-
Leo thinks heâs ugly.
He thinks it has to do with his frame. Itâs too scrawny and weak. Not enough muscle, like the rest of his siblings who buff up endlessly. Or the Ares kids who have chiseled abs. He doesnât even have the height to gain such strength. Or the right body fat percentage.
Maybe heâs ugly because he doesnât have wavy hair like a Greek should. He has tight curls that seem to go everywhere, never in one place. Messy and kinky in all directions. No one ever seems to notice when itâs comb and neat.Â
His skin can be the reason why heâs ugly. Itâs not perfectly pure white. And itâs not just the right olive tan. Heâs dark that awful awful colorâ Moreno feo! His aunt would hiss at him. As if she wasnât the same color.Â
Or could it be his scars? Theyâre littered onto his body jagged and spread over his arms and hands. Not to mention the disfigured tissue from the left of his face and downwards, all red-brown burns spread over him.
If none of those things prove that heâs ugly, then maybe his face will.Â
He doesnât have a strong chiseled jaw, even after puberty, itâs still soft with some baby fat. Except for his way too pointed chin. The smile he paints on, definitely crooked and awkward; not perfectly straight shining white teeth.
Lips are usually chapped, because he kind of sucks at self-care. Proof by all his acne scars over his cheeks. Besides his weird moles. And who can forget the weak peach fuzz placed on his upper lip. Upwards his small, wide, and awkwardly squished nose.
Above that is not sky blue or green or any other unique colorâ but his dirt-ugly brown eyes, baggy from his lack of sleep some days, and way too thick eyebrows.Â
The worst part of it all, is his pointy ears. They stuck out enough to notice. The first thing people would see. They were stupidly pointy. And ultimately what Leo was most known for:
Fuckin hobbitÂ
ElfÂ
Troll
Imp
Mexican Spock he didnât even like Star-trek!
The list just goes on.Â
All these things make Leo thinks heâs ugly. Bullies and ex-infatuations have been sure to let him know it.Â
So to himself â Leoâs ugly.
â
Breisa loves Leo. She loves how he makes her feel. And how he cares. Or how he shows his love. She loves the warmth he brings. The dizziness she feels when sheâs with him. He never fails to make laugh. Or her feel any less important, more than just his girlfriend. His compliment. Not his missing piece.
But one thing that irks her, is how he canât see himself in the same light as she sees him. He doesnât love himself the way he loves her. It hurts to see that.Â
Breisa wanted him to be able to have the self confidence in himself. Heâs so smart, sweet, funny, strong, handsome, and caring but in his charming way. Despite how awkward or weird he could be which she had to admit was also cute he was charming in his own little way.
Hopefully her plan was the best way to show him.Â
_
âCome on!â Breisa smiles and dragged Leo from behind, âYa llegamos!â
âAlright alrightâstump!â Leo tripped and face planted into the dirt. âOw.â His voice went small.
âOh my bad.â She winced, helping him up. Dusting off his clothes from the dirt. âDidnât mean to get so excited.â
He spit grass out his mouth, âNo worries, cariño.â
He wipes off the dirt with a bandanna from his back pocket.Â
âItâs not like that I can get any less dirt-uglyâ Leo laughed.
Breisa frowned at that. âLet's just keep going.âÂ
Then she pushed through an overgrown bush, leaving him confused.Â
âShe always laughs at my jokesâŠâ Leo thought to himself; anxiously fiddling with his silver ring he made out of metal scraps and pennant washers.Â
âLeo, apurate!â Breisa called.Â
He shaked his head and breathed in, âWorryinâ, over nothing. No seas pendejo.â
Trudging forward he pushes through the leaves, trying not to get smacked by branches and vines.Â
As he stumbled outâ almost face plant again when Breisa caught his arm.Â
âCareful.â She smiled down at him.Â
âYa sabe.â Leo rolled his eyes playfully. âWhy are we here?â
All she does is point with her lipsâ forwards.Â
As Leo glanced over, his eyes caught where the rocks met a grassy field. Overlooking the underside of a hill.
A fuzzy rose-patterned blanket laid out, a picnic basket holding it in place. Next to the basket was a sketchbook, pencils, and a little radio. And the view of Camp-Half-blood spread out below them. From the Strawberry fields to lava rock climbing wall.
âWoah.â He breathed. âDid youâ?â
âYup.â Breisa grinned.Â
âPicnic dateâ?âÂ
âUh-huh.â She answered.Â
âFor meâ?â
âYes.â Breisa huffed jokingly. âSiĂ©ntate, lindo. No te preocupes por nada.â She plopped down and patted the spot next to her.Â
âBossy.â Leo sticks his tongue but laid back into the blanket.Â
She mimicked his face. âWhatever. Since Iâm so bossy, I guess all these tortas and Capri-suns should be for myself.â
He popped an eye open. âTortas with ham, chips, and cheddar cheese? Topped off with tapatĂo?â
âMy speciality.â She started digging from the picnic basket. âBut guess you donât want some. Cause Iâm so bossy.â
âEspĂ©rate.â He sat up, âSĂłlo porque eres asĂâ I donât have to die of hunger.â
âNah, pero soy mandona.â She munched on the sandwich.Â
âHey!â Leo jumped.âI want some!â
âNo way!â Breisa pushed his face away. âI donât want to annoy you. Iâm mean and bossy so my food must be bad.â
âAwe come on, it's still editable!â He laughed.Â
âNow you really ainât getting nothing!âÂ
â
Leo sighed satisfied, laying back on the blanket.
âGuess my food was editable?â Breisa raised an eyebrow.Â
âIt was alright, I guess.â He shrugged.Â
Breisa shook her head with disbelief. âTell that to the four tortas, bowl of fresas, and endless capri-suns.â
âNo te oyes. Sugar crash. So sleepy.â Leo closed his eyes.Â
Breisa rolled her eyes. Flicked his forehead. Then pulled her sketchbook onto her lap. Without even thinking she began to sketch a picture of him.Â
Pages and pages of Leo began to fill her sketchbook, itâs become a habit of her to have at least one drawing of him in each. Always having three hearts or a little flame next to each sketch.Â
Before, she would have never admitted having these drawings of him. Only because it would inflate his gaintanic ego. Leo being Leo, he would have something annoying to say.
Now even she knows that it was his way of sayingâ âI like you a lot. I just say stupid stuff because itâs easier to get your attention.â
It doesnât make him less annoying, even as her significant other.
âWhat are you drawing?â Leo suddenly appeared beside her.
After her surprise wore down. She traced her pencil idly and muttered, âYou.â
Leo stared at her for a good long minute before bursting into laughter.Â
âWhy are you laughinâ?â She flushed, feeling a little embarrassed.Â
He calmed down and smiled. âItâs nothingâ just..â He snorted again, looking at himself, âWhy do I look like that?âÂ
âLike what?â Breisa asked.
âLike all majestic and shit.â He waved his hands. âI ainât that good looking. Or you know a profound art subject.â Leo rubbed his neck awkwardly with half of a smile on his face. âIâm just me, heh you know?â
Breisa put her sketchbook down, inhaled deeply, anf faced him. âEres tan pendejo.â
âSay what now?â He raised an eyebrow.Â
âYou. Are. Stupid.â She said slowly. âYou arenât just whatever Leo. I draw how I see it. Youâre cute, handsome, and freakin pretty. Thatâs why youâre my favorite muse.âÂ
Leoâs face burnedâŠAnd so did his hair.Â
Breisa reached up, pinched a curl between her fingers. It fsss as the flame went out.Â
Leo cleared his throat, and swatted at the rest of his hair. âNo way Iâm that good looking. Iâm sure there are other better people to be your muse. You must be blinded by love.âÂ
âIâm not blinded by nothinâ.â Breisa fussed. âYou just canât and refuse to see what I see.â
He looked at her like she was crazy. âSee what? Fuck up half-melted ugly troll goblin thingâwho shares no light to a girl like you?!â
She grabbed the sides of his face and made contact with his coffee brown eyes. Gods she melted when the sun made them glow. He automatically shut up any protest he had.Â
Breisa brushed her thumb over his jaw, right at the scar.âI see a scrawny mofo with big beautiful brown eyes. A sideways smile that makes my heart flip. All wrapped up in that pretty face of his. Soft curls I can play with all day. Cute ears that get all red when I compliment him.
Hard working hands, that I can trace very dent and curve with my fingers. Strong arms that hold me in warm embrace. Just the right height so I donât have to snap my neck up to look at.
Goofball pyromaniac but somehow suave n romantic. That knows everything about me, cares for me, and loves me.Â
And even though he thinks heâs the scum of the earth. A monster burned with his scars in and out. Or is undeserving of love because of some bullshit and stupid unworthy people from the past. Theyâre wrong. Cause to me, querido, you are the best person to ever walk into my life. And melt my heart.âÂ
Then Breisa planted her lips on him with tenderness, her hand on his chest, and moving another hand from his jaw to his curls.
Leo squeaked and brain short-circuited. Half of it was racing with thoughts while the other half went numb. âDo something idiot!â His brain finally scolded. Arms wrapped around her waist and he sighed against her lips.
When she pulled away, his lips still tingled pleasantly. Just like every other kiss they shared.
Then she looked at him with so much love and admiration. He nearly cried.Â
But he shook himself out of love-sickness and gave her a deadpan look.Â
âOk, you really gotta stop kissing me without warning.â Leo huffed, swatting his hair which was probably on fire. Again.
Breisa snickered at him.Â
âEn serio.â He empathized half-heartedly. âYou realize how many times Iâve almost passed out? Or bursted into flames? I couldâve started a Forest fire.â
âEh,â She shrugged, "It's worth it to see you get all flustered.â Then she squished his face, while cupping his jaw again. âI love this face. ÂĄQuĂ© lindo! ÂĄQuĂ© guapo! ÂĄTe adoro! ÂĄTe quiero, mi amorcito! Such a pretty boy, Mwah!â
She kissed all over his face dramatically. Extra affectionate on his scars.Â
âStop.â Leo rolled his eyes. Yet, his big dumb grin that showed off his cute gap gave him away.Â
âNah.â Breisa smiled just as stupid, âI am not done admiring. And Iâm not done with my sketch.âÂ
âHmn. Guess I gotta keep being your muse.â Leo hummed leaning onto her palm. Â
âGuess you do.â She pecked him on the lips. âIâm going to make sure I get all of your beauty.â
âYou know my face better than me.â Leo agreed and kissed her againâŠand againâŠand again.
â
After that he walked back to his cabin holding Breisa by the hand. Lipstick marks all over his face and the folded sketch in his pocket. Thinking maybe he wasnât so ugly.

Any Nortalice hurt/comfort aus or the different skins/cosmetics đ€
hehehhehehehhehhehhehhehhehehhhehehhehehehhehheheh
đđđđhere are some from THAT au đđđđđđ
So in this au tensions are HIGH and discomfort is MUCH
So this round is gonna be physical hurt in an AU
------
I am gonna start slow here with this one and then its gonna escalate LOL
1 Scene: Norton in extreme pain, as Alice trying to help him
I may have talked about this first one before, but In this first situation Norton is in the main hub city of the humans where Alice lives and works. He had to go through the process of the biological altering so he could enter the city and not be giant sized (this is why I sometimes call it the Zentradi au cause those aliens are giant and they can go through these biology altering processes to become human and return back to their true forms through the same process. anyways pff)
In this Au that process aftermath is a terror on their bodies. So with Norton he can barely move as the body aches and pain are practically unbearable. Once Alice gets him home to her place he is just sick in the bathroom for HOURS and is just in the worst of states. Vertigo, Fever, absolute cleanse session of the bowels and stomach, the body and joint pains, etc. Alice is trying her best to help in anyway she can, but all they can really do is wait it out for Norton's body to get used to the major alterations of his biology. (the humans could put more time and tech into making the process better, buuut they don't đ cause 'time and efforts must be spent elsewhere' ...lame-os )
Frederick goes through this process often so once Norton is well enough to just sit up and talk, he is baffled that Frederick puts up with this all the time. (He comes to the city and leaves pretty often orz.) Alice is sitting next to Norton on the floor leaned up against the wall facing the toilet "I wondered if it was something one could get used to over time but....after worrying over you all these hours...I no longer think that." Norton: "I wonder what is driving Frederick so hard that he thinks all this pain is worth it...." Alice: "I actually wanted to ask you the same thing....you should have said no about coming here...You knew it was going to be a bad experience for you...but you came anyway...why?" Norton: "I can't let you solve this thing alone...and....I thought it would be nice.." Alice: "? what would be?" Norton: "to...erm.....sit beside each other....and...walk side by side together...and...-clears throat- have your hand fit nice in mine...." Alice smiles and places her gloved hand in his "does my hand fit nice in yours~?" Norton does a tiny extremely tired smile and interlocks his fingers with hers, "..yea" -but suddenly lets go to be sick, bent over the potty-bowl- Alice hurries after him and just rubs his back "......"
------------------
Scene 2: Norton unconscious and Alice is trying to wake him up before the Mystery Mech catches up to them
They are back outside of the city and Norton is back to his true biology and height and all that.
(the size difference is like this kinda)
Norton just got absolutely launched from a hit and then explosion from this 'random' hostile mech that is targeting both him and Alice (they are getting too close to the truth) So in an effort to protect Alice, Norton completely takes the hit and explosion that was launched at them. It was enough to send Norton's giant self flying and the mech to fly backwards, short circuit, and temporarily shut down from its pilot ignoring the overload warnings.
Alice scrambles through the dust and debris trying to find Norton, using her half working vehicle to get through. She spots him just as her little vehicle is about to break to pieces so she aims the thing and punches the power and launches her in Norton's direction, crashing into the ground next to him.
Norton is laid out in a heap on his back, unconscious.
She runs over to his face, that is lulled off to the side luckily so she see him properly, and checks for breathing, which, thankfully his is. "Norton, I need you to wake up!" -pulling his eyelid up- "NORTON" -she moves to start whacking his forehead- "NORTON!!" -the mech can be heard powering up again- Alice: "NORTOOOOOOONN!!!!" -she turns and presses her back against his forehead several times like she is trying to open a door- (sure give him more head trauma lol)
-The mech can be heard moving again-
"SHIT NORTON! WAKE UP!!"
".......language....." -Norton slowly opens his eyes, finally able to say that to her for once. Since it was always her telling him to watch his dang language lol-
Alice laughs in relief and stands where she can see his eyes "Thank goodness~"
-The mech starts shooting off random explosives with not rhyme or reason, Causing Norton to suddenly sit up and realize what is going on-
Alice: "Right! WE need to GO!!"
Norton nods, gets up and grabs Alice in his hands and books it out of there to hide deeper in the forest
They end up loosing the mech and able to rest for once in like 24 hours. So, Norton takes a seat and rests up against a tree (Note: this world fits Norton and his people since it is their planet, its the humans that invaded. So its a regular tree for him. ANYWAY)
Alice is standing on his open palms as he holds her steady
Norton: "mmm...you have some cuts and bruises...I'm sorry..." Alice: "Could have been worse, you shouldn't have thrown yourself into the line of fire like that..." Norton: "...I should have and I am glad I did." Alice: "What if all that had killed you? It destroyed your headgear...you're bleeding terribly...." Norton: "hm.....All I knew is that you wouldn't have been able to survive that...at least for me there was an 'if'..." Alice: "I........well........mm......thank you..." Norton: "....no point on dwelling on it, we made it and that is what matters." Alice: "lets get you somewhere with medical supplies, we can't trust a hospital" Norton: "hmm, I think I know a place, let's--" he pauses when he sees Alice extending her hands up to him- -Norton, knowing what this means by now, lowers his head and brings her up closer to him so they can rest foreheads together- -Alice rests against him and pets his nose- "truly....thank you, Norton..." Norton: "...........sure" -nuzzles against her-
--------------------------
Scene 3: Alice terribly injured
Norton rushing around the area trying to find Alice. He is in a panic after seeing the events that transpired from a far and ran as fast as he could to get to her.
He spots her and falls to his hands and knees over her, "Alice??"
She is just laying there, bleeding out
Pulling out a device, he scans her body to collect all the injuries and data, and it further confirms that she is in critical condition.
Carefully, Norton scoops her up in his hands and runs to the nearest healing sanctuary for humans, and of course its abandoned by the time he gets there due to tensions between races getting a little too high by this point. He maneuvers Alice into the crook of his arm to free up is other arm so he can rip the roof off of the building so can see what he has access to.
"UGH! I don't know what any of this F**KING IS!!!" -He eyes what he thinks could be beds, but there is this dome over each of them, he notes they are connected to a machine and familiarity starts kicking in- "this could be one of those--" -he clumsily messes with the machine's little buttons and by some miracle it turns on and the dome lifts with a hiss as the tech begins awakening. Norton then lays Alice onto the bed and the dome closes over her. It assess the damage and gets to work, giving her shots, blood, stitches, everything she needs, much to Norton's relief-
-He hates human tech because its often painful and works at the bare minimum for him and his kind (and he thinks that is on purpose), but it is a good thing that it works so well for humans and Alice happens to be one-
He will have to sit there and wait for the machine to do its thing, then wake and release Alice.
Once she wakes up and is able to step out of the healing sanctuary she will groan rather groggily which catches Norton's attention. He turns and lets out the loudest sigh of relief, prompting Alice to smile up at him.
-Alice: "I should have listened to you....about that being a trap." -Norton: "Yes you should have....I am glad I followed behind..." -Alice: "judging by where I am right now, I am glad too." -she starts getting hazy flashbacks of being surrounded by doctors and medical speech and sounds, becoming visibly unnerved- -Norton: "...Alice?" -Alice: "I....." -She starts looking around her like she is seeing shadows of the past- "Something......I......" -looking around more frantically- -Norton now getting concerned again- "Alice??" -This snapping Alice's attention back up to him blinking several times- "Norton....I...need you.." -Norton swallows hard- "I'm sorry I can't be there beside you...." Alice: "but you can hold me. Please" -Norton reaches for her as she climbs into his hands and he brings her up to him, to hug her to him- "...is this alright..?" -Alice grabbing onto the fabrics of his clothes- "its perfect...and warm.... Thank you"
