Is guts your favorite berserk character? What do you think of griffith?

lol. this may come as a surprise because of my header image but i've actually never seen/read berserk. so i don't really know too much about either character except what i've gathered through cultural osmosis.

i get the impression that guts is some big guy with a big sword who is very good at killing people in combat because of his size/strength/skill. and i get the impression that griffith is a pretty guy who is probably a fairly competent fighter but he probably really shines when it comes to strategy and charisma/leadership.

again, i've never seen it so maybe i'm way off. this is just how it seems to me.

and based on these impressions i've always felt drawn to both characters. i see parts of myself in both of them. lmao. and i feel like i can't really confidently say one or the other until i watch it. but another thing is, guts seems more "human" and "passionate" which are things i relate to. but griffith also seems so ruthlessly uncompromising about his dreams. which is also something i relate to.

so yeah. i don't know. i have two wolves in me. one of them is guts. the other is griffith. lmao.

Favorite Character: I think my pfp and header speaks for itself here lol but I will say that Chigiri or Isagi are a close second ( idk i like a lot of the cast)

Favorite Arc/Episode/Scene: favorite arc is probably either NEL or the U20 match with the second selection being second ( hahah )

I don’t really know what my favorite episode would be?? Ummm I guess whatever episode had Chigiri’s backstory

Favorite scene? Oh that’s so hard because 1. I like a lot of scenes bllk has and 2. I have a awful memory

But if I had to pick some in the top of my head it would be when Rin went into berserk mode during the U20 match I liked the build up it has and most importantly THE ART ( i wonder if we’ll see it again) and the iconic " how does it feel to be the clown in my story " panel with Kiis .. honestly I love all kiis scenes

I also really love the moment Sae and Shidou met for the first time too

Character I Think is Underrated: blue lock has a lot of characters so this is both hard and easy

The first character that came to mind is Nanase . Maybe he’s gonna get his big moment in PXG game Rin

ANRI!!!

She deserves so much more in this fandom since I feel like a lot of people are forgetting she’s the co founder of Blue Lock! She’s the one who got Ego in the first place without her none of this would’ve happened

Character I Think is Overrated: umm idk if there’s anyone I think is really overrated in the fandom?

Rin and Nagi I guess come close to it but even then I don’t really think they’re that overrated ( since I get why so many people like them .. I do too )

Favorite Ship/Pairing: being asked this question about blue lock is so hard 💀💀 there’s so many

I think my current most favorite couple is Kaisagi and Isakainess

Honestly I love a lot of the Isagi ships

I guess everyone in bllk is just so shippable

Something I Love About the Show/Movie: … the dialogue .. jk jk tho that definitely plays a part

Honestly the art plays a big part for me the auras and different eye types for every character is so unique and beautiful 

And the characters personalities and designs every is unique in their own … weird way 

When I first got into bllk I thought it was just gonna be a fun sports manga that sometimes gets a little weird and that I wouldn’t like as much as I do now

If you mean my Header then no, that’s from my story and that dragon is Berserker, it’s just a painting of a scene in that story!

One of my favorite shots is in the Berserk movie, where Guts is protecting Casca after they took a header off a cliff into a freezing river, and the both of them are naked but there's nothing particularly sexy about it, it feels more like Guts has just been stripped down to the absolute basic element of what he is - protecting what he can, from a world that he knows can be unfathomably brutal and cruel without warning.

Just a guy and someone who needs him and a gigantic fuckoff sword, and god help you if you want to start something.

I was super curious about your header, 'It's like a forest in a dream' where did it come from?

I was checking out desc+moodboards of Time wave the plot is so interesting! What mindset should a reader approach with for Time wave?

i get the banner for this from pinterest actually. trying to get an art style that similar to junji ito’s but not as creepy that it could turn off people and it recommends me that pic. and i have also did a google lens to trace the source and it is actually part of a panel from berserk vol. 22

i don’t have any set mindset people should have to read time wave but just so you know that it is based on the game life is strange and it has supernatural aspects to it that goes beyond what the game portrayed. it is also more grounded than ashen, but the topics that are brought are very heavy (which you could see from the warnings in each chapter that i place in the masterlist)

and thanks for the blond soobin pics!!! :D oh that gave me such a boost that i literally shaped a few more scenes to help me get the story forward
