CATCHING MY BREATH, STARING OUT AN OPEN WINDOW

Bloom Pekel is based on Bloom from Winx Club. She is a 25 year old fairy, Secret Garden employee , and uses she/her pronouns. She has the power of healing, flight, and fire manipulation. Bloom is portrayed by Nilsu Berfin Aktas and she is taken.

CATCHING MY DEATH, AND I COULDN’T BE SURE

Bloom used to think she knew her own backstory. She grew up in a small town called Gardenia and was a normal teenage girl. She had two loving parents and lived a really ordinary life. She loved to take care of animals and she loved to sketch and paint and she thought that was the most extraordinary thing about her. And then she met Stella Solaria. Stella was blonde, beautiful, and a fairy princess from another realm! She met the girl in the middle of the woods battling an ogre and when the instinct to help kicked in, fire blasted from her hands scaring the ogre away and stunning both of the girls. She learned that she was not human at all, but a fairy like Stella, and was whisked away to Alfea immediately to learn more about her abilities and her fairy nature. Alfea was incredible, but of course between her studies, there were plenty of adventures to go on. She met her best friends through Alfea, different fairies with very different personalities, and together they were the Winx Club. In this world witches and fairies didn’t get along too well and a trio of witches called the Trix were constantly meddling into Bloom���s life and trying to steal her power, which she learned was called the Dragon’s Flame. The longer Bloom spent in Alfea, the more of her origins came to be. She learned she was basically fairy royalty and that she held way more power than she ever found herself capable of. Finding out her parents weren’t her real parents was hard and she wanted to go back to Earth and pretend things were normal on more than one occasion, but she powered through for the sake of peace between all worlds. She thought she knew it all and she thought that after many battles and many trials to test her abilities that she was done with surprises. Turns out, she was more than wrong. One day things were fine and good and the next Stella was missing and no one knew where she could have gone. Bloom and the rest of the girls tracked her down to a town on Earth called Evermore and the moment they stepped foot into the strange town, Bloom’s memories of her origins and her knowledge of the Dragon’s Flame was gone. All she could remember was that she was a newly discovered fairy and that she arrived into town with her friends to look for Stella. Now Bloom works at the Evermore Museum & Gallery, daydreaming about submitting works of her own and still looking for Stella. What Bloom doesn’t know is that this was a scheme orchestrated by the Trix to once again try to steal her Dragon’s Flame for themselves. It’s been five years since they all arrived in Evermore and Bloom has made a bit of a life for herself there. She still hopes to find her friend and figure out what the next step is, but until then she tries to keep her head held high and do the best she can.

❀ Dessa Iri: She was the first friendly face Bloom had met in Evermore. The two are polar opposites it seems like, but they get along pretty well. Bloom has been grateful for Dessa's guidance around town over the years. ❀ Antoine Lewis: A lot of people don’t think Bloom understands rage, but she can be a bit hotheaded more often than not. Safe to say she frequents the Rage Cage to keep herself centered and Antoine ended up being someone she grew close with there. ❀ Maximillan “Max” Desai: Bloom knows this isn’t the time for boys, but he is just so cute that she can’t really help herself. Every single time she runs into him she gets tongue-tied, but she is determined to get to know him better.

MEET GREER’S ROOMMATE  -  THE NEPO BABY.

{ FACECLAIM, AGE, GENDER, PRONOUNS } Is that FIRST NAME LAST NAME? A JUNIOR/SENIOR originally from HOMETOWN, they decided to come to Ogden College to study MAJOR on an ATHLETIC / ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP (remove if character is not a scholarship student). They’re THE NEPO BABY on campus, but even they could get blamed for Greer’s disappearance.

ABOUT THIS SKELETON: To live with THE GOLDEN GIRL….an intimidating thing, to see the truth behind that public persona.  But if anyone could understand it, surely it was THE NEPO BABY. Another master of a facade, considering who their parents are. Oh, you heard who they are already? Welcome to the life of the rich and famous. Everyone thinks they know who you are. And everyone thinks they understand the relationship between Greer and her roommate, how they got along. But…did they? Or did they just pretend to? After all, if anyone would have dirt on Greer, it would be her roommate.

MAJOR PLOT POINTS THUS FAR: 

THE NEPO BABY was one of four students who received a letter from THE GOLDEN GIRL on September 18th…that Greer haddated to be delivered on August 29th. Read more here !!!

After the time capsule leak, the cops interviewed everyone on campus again - unluckily for THE NEPO BABY, their interview was a disaster, and the officers have reason to suspect they were involved with THE GOLDEN GIRL’s disappearance.

When the Commons was set ablaze during commencement weekend, a group of students had been lured there by G. THE NEPO BABY found themselves on the first floor, shortly before THE SIREN....fell.

Everyone knows that THE GOLDEN GIRL wasn't the first to use THE ERUDITE STONER and THE SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT to cut corners - would the be surprised to hear THE NEPO BABY did as well ?? Probably not - it’s practically their birthright, after all. 

With THE GOLDEN GIRL constantly inviting THE DRAG ALONG and THE FALLEN PRINCESS in their room, THE NEPO BABY got more than their fair share of the trio. They never seemed to be crazy about them, but…seems like there might be an opening in the group now. 

THE GIRL NEXT DOOR has a family in politics and philanthropy, THE NEPO BABY has a famous family - and they both have a close relationship with THE GOLDEN GIRL. No wonder they both ended up being friendly with THE SOCIAL BUTTERFLY too - someone who makes friends and connections that easily surely isn’t using them.

THE NEPO BABY immediately became the subject of THE HOMEGROWN HERO’s idolization - how could they be expected to social climb without sucking up to the most connected one on campus ?? Now that THE GOLDEN GIRL is gone, of course. Besides, they, like, totally both get the “fame” thing.

THE NEPO BABY always acted like she hated when THE GOLDEN GIRL invited her boyfriend around their room (to the point where it maybe seemed like too much)…but now that THE EXONERATED has returned from their expulsion...what will their relationship become ??

It's safe to say that with THE GOLDEN GIRL missing in action last year, THE NEPO BABY got used to not having to share their room. Enter THE WANNABE - but just because they got the room key doesn't mean they'll be welcomed.
