Check out the latest editions to the Benefit Cosmetics family. I'm wearing the new Porefessional Pore Minimizing Makeup and Galifornia blush. You can see my previous posts for my thoughts on Galifornia, but I will remind anyone who is checking out the picture and thinking of purchasing, that the gold sun is just a spray on decoration and will disappear after the first use. However, although I posted pictures of the new Porefessional product, I only got a chance to try it out properly yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. When I first swatched it, it was incredibly runny, liquid, consistency and I wondered how much work it could really do. However, it did a pretty good job as that is the only product I am wearing on my face (besides the blush) and it did neutralise a lot of the shine. I only had the sample size, so used it sparingly and obviously the sponge applicator is very small. So, next time I'd use a bit more, but it certainly worked well this time. It definitely didn't clog pores and felt quite refreshing and cooling on the face. Oh and I'm wearing one of the new They're Real Double The Lip, 2 in 1 lipstick and lip liners, in shade Pink Thrills. These are one of my fave new Benefit products because they are so easy to use and really shape the lips! I also used Galifornia as my eye shadow. I've not posted about them for a long time, but I am seriously excited for the latest #Benefit Cosmetics upcoming release. Their new, 'Galifornia,' blush is dual coloured, with what looks like a similar toned coral pink to, 'Coralista,' on the outside and a beautiful golden toned sun on the inside - it looks so dreamy! Designed to give you the traditional California glow, wherever you live! Sorry residents of California, but we gotta steal your glow! I will be interested to see how this looks in paler skin, but from the photos it seems to look good on both pale and tanned skin. I think the mix of colours will allow you to customise to a tone that suits your skin - not too pink that you look sickly flushed, not to golden that it looks fake. Another good one for those trying to get some colour back, whilst being unwell. Sorry I've not posted in a few days, but I've been very unwell again. I'm starting physical rehab therapy soon and doing some introductory exercises that are killing me. So, been very tired! But, I've some pretty pictures I've been waiting to show you & thought I'd post a bunch to last you through any pauses in uploads. :) Here's Benefit Cosmetics latest blush releases & their new upcoming edition to the #porefessional range (obviously Boi-ing is not new!). The five palette blush set has 2 of Benefit Cosmetics classic blushes - #rockateur #dandelion - and their classic #bronzing powder - #hoola. However, you'll also find their latest edition - the beautiful smelling #galifornia - & their new #bronzer - #Hoola Lite. #hoolalite does exactly what it says in the name, gives you a lighter version of the original Hoola. I'm wearing Hoola Lite in the 2nd photo, with Galifnoria on my cheeks & I ❤️ them together - they were made to be paired. The Hoola Lite was amazing cause it really did give me a healthy, NATURAL, #tan which is hard being so pale & it was very easy to apply + build up - another one for my #poorlyprettykittys - However, I was disappointed with Galifornia, as it was like a slightly brighter version of their #coralista blush. The gold sun was just a spray on decoration (compare 1st & 4th photo). So, whilst this was definitely an improvement of Coralista & a beautiful blush I'd recommend to those who don't own Coralista - or need a refill - it wasn't that much of a difference to warrant the £22.50 price tag. Unlike Hoola Lite, which was a completely different shade. To top it off, a few weeks later I could've brought both new blushes in the set here & basically got 3 blushes free with it + all of them in a handy case.
