hi! for the last almost two years, i've been writing a benchtrio-centric dream SMP college student government au! at this point, that feels a little weak for all that it is, since it covers a LOT more than student government.
the setup: ranboo is an assistant to the Somnium Peninsula University's student government (Board and Senate) and in their first year at the university. tommy and tubbo are both on the senate, as are a variety of the other dsmp characters. tommy and tubbo meet ranboo, and almost immediately begin a friendship with them, but ranboo is full of trauma and dealing with a lot of shit on the side, making things a little rocky for them.
but wait, there's more! you've got queer characters, characters with disabilities, acknowledgement of the shitty side of american universities, heavily researched medical issues, and a story of found family and learning that there can be more to life than what's been thrown at you.
if any of this interests you, check out dead relatives and daddy issues for 642,214 words (and counting!) of hurt/comfort and mild projection from the author (did you know i work in student government? because i work in student gover-)
testimonies:
"i enjoy the updates on how fucked up ranboo is" - @pigeonhome
"thrown my phone and dislocated my thumb for drdi . 10/10 will definitely read again" - @crowsnesthoot
"Made me cry like every two chapters /pos - in all seriousness so well written with so much research, the dialogue feels in character and the characters feel so real, 10/10" - @approximately12lbs-of-ducks
"genuinely changed my life for the better!" - @hannahkthesciencegay
"read the first fic in the series over the course of two days and it only took that long because i has school i was that hooked it’s an amazing and well written story that has made me feel so many emotions i cannot recommend it enough 1000000/10" - @spacey-rambles
"Characters feel like real people and situations feel like real situations, its obvious the amount of thought and care Kale Leafcabbage puts into this fic <3" - @inessen-kryo
"fard" - @mrhotdog95
"Drdi actually stands for 'Damnboy Read Dis Immediately'! i promise you won't lose sleep over this fic! (<- lying but it's worth it)" - @potatocupcakeval
"cool fic by a cool guy" - @synech-doche

OK I know I just talked about a new possible fic idea like a week ago but NEW IDEA THAT'S EVEN BETTER:
Lisa Frankenstein but make it dsmp SBI/Benchtrio with an emphasis on found family instead of romance and no one is doomed to die :D
Thoughts? (I will be writing this either way I just wanna talk about it cause it's COOL)

can somebody please help me find this fic?
i love this fic so much and i thought i bookmarked it but i guess i didnt? i want to re-read it but i can't find it! so i was hoping someone could help me. description of the fic below read more, its pretty long and i dont want to clog up the tags
it was tommy centric, specifically crimeboys. the backstory was that tommy's mother had married phil, but she was terminally ill and it got worse when phil left, and she eventually died. after she died tommy went to live with his uncle sam and he grows up n stuff and he wants to move out. remembers wilbur, his old step-brother, had offered him a place to stay a few years back and he decides to contact him again and ask if he can live there.
so tommy moves in with wilbur. the premis is him healing from his traumas, getting settled in his new home, making new friends and etc. he makes friends with ranboo, tubbo, niki, and aimsey, and i'm pretty sure jack manifold is there too sometimes. quackity and techno run the local bar and phil is a painter.
other things/scenes
i'm pretty sure the title had the word honey in it? i might be wrong.
it was a modern au, they had phones and lived in a normal beach town n stuff. they were all human.
a reoccurring theme of clementines or tangerines, im not sure which. it was comparing sharing slices of the fruit to sharing bits and pieces of information about yourself
tommy is an artist. phil teaches him and gives him sketchbooks n stuff
adding on to that last point, tommy goes to phils house a few times. one time they have an argument about tommy's childhood and how phil leaving affected him and his mother. tommy also notices all the bird statues n stuff around phil's house and gives him an idea for a painting he's working on.
tommy goes with ran, niki, etc to a abandoned playground (maybe it was the beach. or that was a different scene im not sure) and they drink alchohol and talk n stuff.
near the beginning where tommy goes on a walk on the beach in the morning and sees phil, but he runs so phil doesn't notice him.
niki runs a stand for a craft fair, and tommy helps her.
aimsey and niki teach tommy how to skateboard
when we meet tubbo, he's making a flamethrower
wilbur helps him not get a hangover
the last chapter is wilbur's birthday
thats it for now! i can probably think of more things if this isn't enough

I havent thought about The Monarch Project in forever, but have this wholesome benchtrio excerpt that I was just reminded of
tw for panic attacks
just a reminder: The Monarch Project is the peer pressure duo fae! Au, sequel to Your Name is Precious (And So are You), where Ranboo is a half faerie grappling with the concept of (found) family after being neglected and abused by his own
"Hey Charlie? How are you so trusting?"
He didn't appear suspicious of the question, or the abrupt change of topic. Maybe it was a guilty conscience, or maybe being used to not being able to rely on people, but Ranboo couldn't fathom it. "Well, it's easy here; faeries can't lie."
The air around the seemed to turn sour. "They what?" he breathed.
"The fae can't lie. Genuinely, not just in superstition. It's legitimately impossible, I've watched Wilbur try. As for in general, I guess I probably shouldn't," there was a twist to his lips that looked like he was thinking of something specific. "There are too many things that people won't tell you, but it's no fun to always see that bad in people. Then you can't see the good."
Oh gods. Ranboo was a terrible person, wasn't he? Charlie was right, being so suspicious felt like shit, but he couldn't help it! And he was a prime example of why not! How many times had they lied in this conversation alone?! They were half fae now, they shouldn't even have been able to do that! Considering Charlie's faith in that fact, he probably couldn't lie either. What was wrong with them, how did they still manage to be fuck up, even now? Everyone around them probably trusted them wholeheartedly, Ranboo had terribly abused that trust.
Everything everyone had ever said to him since coming here, had been the honest, 100%, truth.
We're so glad you're here, Boo. We're your family, Techno doesn't regret saving you, we'd do anything for you. I love you.
That idea made their lips twitch upward, and a few sparks of happiness bloom, but they were quickly overtaken by dread and guilt. These people, who were so good and so nice to him, had been manipulated by him the entire time. He wanted to cry, but the tears wouldn't come. His throat had dried up and a heavy, empty feeling of something inky and dark settled in his chest, wrapping it's claws around his heart.
Charlie continued on, somehow completely unaware of the monster walking right next to him. Ranboo had to lengthen his stride to catch up after his steps had faltered. "It won't just be us anymore soon, I think." Charlie added, cheerfully. Despite his wallowing, Ranboo was curious about that. "Wilbur and Quackity have been talking about making Quackity a faerie too. No one is sure how a human can live in the faerie world, they've never exactly been brought in as companions, after all. Plus, neither he nor Wilbur want him to be trapped here, so I think Wilbur is going to give him his True Name. that's what happened with you and Technoblade, right?"
"Yes." That was good for them. Quackity was a good person, he hoped he and Wilbur would be happy together. They definitely seemed to be.
The house appeared on the horizon, making bile rise in Ranboo throat. He'd have to go back inside and pretend everything was fine, as if he wasn't a snake in the grass. He bid goodbye to Charlie. Ranboo supposed he could tell them. If they told the truth though, the Sootcrafts would never trust him again. They had said that they loved him, they were glad to have him as a part of the family, which apparently, he couldn't doubt now, but that could change. They had meant that before knowing that he was a horrible person and some strange abomination of faerie and human. They had meant that thinking that he was one of them. They would probably kick him out. His parents definitely would have for something like this, no more idle threats.
The tears had shown up and they were flowing heavily. He tried to take in oxygen--he didn't want to start sobbing and waking everyone up, especially not right now--but it made them want to throw up.
It was better if they kicked him out. They didn't want to hurt them. It would be the right thing to do, they tried to convince himself.
It wasn't working. He was being loud. he needed to stop, he needed to shut up, but he couldn't. His pyjama pants were getting wet at the knees in the dirt. Come on, they needed to stop this silly tantrum! It felt good to cry.
Two figures were coming outside from the house, but what was Ranboo to do about it? He didn't feel like he could get up right now if he tried. The darker one flew down from a window and a small golden creature hopped down the sides of the house with it. They were in front of him before he knew it, a gentle buzzing filling his ears and a poof of smoke in front of his face. "Boo!"
They jumped at the noise. "Oh! Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry," Tubbo apologized quickly, in a much softer voice. "Hey, what's wrong? Were you sleepwalking again?" That wasn't at all the issue, but they nodded, still choking on nothing. Gods, they sounded so gross when they cried, Tommy and Tubbo were probably already regretting coming out here.
"Aw, hey it's alright." Tommy cooed. He could be surprisingly gentle when he wanted too. "Look, you didn't get very far this time, or at least you're already back home, that's great! It's ok, everything is going to be alright. Can we touch you big man?"
He didn't know. That was too complicated right now, it didn't even matter, what matters is that Ranboo was awful and ruining everything around him and they shouldn't be here trying to comfort him, they should leave him be to go die in the woods or something.
When the half-fae didn't react, Tommy called his name again, then carefully placed a light hand on his back. Ranboo let out a big shuddering breath. That made it better. Somehow, that made it better--everything was still awful, but Tommy's hand was warm and kind and Ranboo dropped his head into the boy's shoulder when he shuffled a little closer, arms still curled around himself. They wanted to hug him, honestly, but he'd be infecting them. Getting the good fae dirty with whatever fuck-up disease plagued Ranboo.
"I don't think they're hurt," Tubbo said. "I'd be able to feel it." Ah, that was right; Ranboo had tricked Tubbo into marrying them, that meant they were bonded forever. The words couldn't make it past the blockage in his throat, but they glanced up at the bee faerie, trying to convey a million apologies with their eyes. They probably just looked gross and miserable. "Hey, hey, it's ok!" He came closer as well, wings folding in behind his back. The near silent buzz of their fluttering had been pleasant, now the quiet was just sad. "What's wrong Boo?"
"I-" He couldn't say it. He had to say it. "I- I'm bad- I- I'm not like you-" how fucking embarrassing, they couldn't even form coherent sentences. What they were saying didn't make a lick of sense either. "Something's wrong with me!" Was what he managed to convey.
Tommy and Tubbo's hearts broke, he could see it on their faces. Why were they pitying him, he didn't deserve it. "No, Boo. There's nothing wrong with you! You're not supposed to be 'like us'. You don't have to be," Tubbo corrected himself. "You're perfect the way you are!" That didn't make any sense, but it felt good.
"Big man, you're totally awesome and one of my best friends," Tommy added. I don't deserve to be, I shouldn't be, I should leave you alone, I'm probably a bother. "Look, I know things have been awful and confusing-" They have. "But it doesn't matter if you're a faerie, human, half faerie, or none of the above," Tommy said, and Ranboo had to believe him, because faeries couldn't lie, right? He was telling the truth, he didn't care what was wrong with Ranboo. "You're my brother now and our friend and we love you. Whatever you think is wrong with you, why ever you think you're bad, you're not."
He's telling the truth, he can't say anything that's not true, but it doesn't make sense! But magic. But- Tubbo smiled kindly at them and nodded in agreement. The tiny first rays of sunrise fell over his face and made his "wedding" ring sparkle as his pointer finger closed in to poke Ranboo in the forehead. "Tom is right. Sometimes you just get all caught up in here," he said. Ranboo almost laughed at the poking, as annoying as it was, and couldn't help but smile when he booped them on the nose as well. "And that's alright, it happens. We're here to remind you what's real, ok? So chin up, king, your crown is slipping."
"I- I don't have a crown," Ranboo argued, just to be difficult. How these two managed to make him smile like this was absurd. He gulped down the last of the awful feeling. It was disappearing faster and faster with them here. Maybe he was just all caught up in his head. What was he even so upset about?
"Well that's not right," Tubbo declared with an exaggerated frown. "Tommy! Away with thee and fetch us some gold for the king!"
Ranboo choked out a real laugh this time as the tall blonde saluted and scampered back inside, back only seconds later with handfuls of random objects that he dumped on the ground. Tubbo leaned over to inspect them, partially blocking Ranboo's view and making very serious thinking noises. "Hmm...yes this will do...and this one...ew, definitely not," he said, chucking a fork into the trees which startled another chuckled form the half-faerie. Then Tubbo grinned. "Alright ready?" he said to Ranboo. "Close your eyes!"
What in the world are they doing, he wondered, but he obliged, only somewhat fearfully. When he was told to open them again, a real, shining, metal crown was held out in front of him in Tommy's hands. How did-?! Oh, right. Monarch powers. Something about precious metals. They didn't know all the details about Tubbo's ability, but if they looked, they could see something silvery along a thing vertical line that had probably once been tape, the shape of one of the jewels that looked suspiciously like it fit with the torn pieces of someone's painting on the ground and the remnants of yellow crafting paper shaped like the troughs of them crown's spires.
It was perfect.
"It's not secretly a bomb, is it?" He asked.
"No," Tubbo answered. "Here." he placed it gently and carefully between Ranboo's horns and it really did feel like a crown fit for a king. "Now no more tears, recognize your greatness before I have to order you to be put in the dungeons."
"Isn't that my job now?"
"Yeah, yeah, whatever.”

The Shady Kid From the Alleyway
Chapter 2
Interlude: The Ace and the Man With the Silver Tongue
My TNTduo stuff really kicks off here.
Much shorter chapter
TWS: cursing, yelling, alcohol consumption
Tumblr media
Wilbur was not a happy man.
His father had sent him to do trade deals with Las Nevadas.
The country was loud and bright, home to the richest con-man on the server.
The receptionist looked at Wilbur with a look of disdain the he didn't think she even tried to conceal. She clicked a pen, "who are you and why are you here?" She paused, "Actually, I don't care. Go home kid."
Wilbur made and held unblinking eye contact with the receptionist, "I am Wilbur Soot, heir to the Myncraft Tech Corporation, son of Phillip Watson, and, as you may know, your sole provider of all of the technology in this building." The words dripped with malice.
He blinked, "And I am here to speak with Quackity Nevadas."
---------------
Quackity noted that his office window was very large.
This was not new information, but very difficult to not take note of. It spanned from floor to ceiling, showing him a view of /his/ empire, one he had built from the ground up and killed to protect.
The buildings glittered.
Blood dripped off of his hand onto the tiles of his office floor.
-----------
The receptionist Wilbur was speaking with hesitated, picking her words carefully, "Mr. Nevadas is on break."
Wilbur grit his teeth.
"Where?" He hissed.
The elevator dinged.
Wilbur watched as a man left the elevator. His coal-black hair covered by a navy beanie was the first sign that this was the man Wilbur was looking for.
The second sign was the way that the man immediately turned around and stepped back into the elevator, jamming the buttons frantically.
Wilbur strode over, putting his hand over the elvator doors so he could walk into it.
Quackity sighed.
Wilbur smirked at the shorter. "That scared of me, Mr. Nevadas?"
"That scared of this shitty conversation. I can already feel myself losing flirting skills by talking to you," Quackity bit back.
"Well, I don't really care, Quackity," Wilbur replied.
"That's Mr. Nevadas to you, Wilbur."
"Oh, I see. I would never disrespect you, sir" Wilbur snarked.
"Good," Quackity said.
The elevator dinged.
The doors openened to the 81st floor of Nevadas Tower.
"So," Quackity said, "Do I have to talk with you in my office or can we get this over with while we have a drink?"
Wilbur pondered, "Probably an office matter."
Quackity ignored him. "Great, we're going to the bar."
"If you take me to that fucking casino-"
"In the new Navadas Casino."
-----------
The lights were bright enough that Wilbur would not be shocked have a migrane later, but perhaps that was Quackity too, insufferable bitch.
"So," Quackity said, stirring his drink, something with vodka in it, Wilbur didn't recognize the name, "what did you need to talk to be about so badly, Wilbur?"
Wilbur glared. "I need information about Dream."
Quackity put a finger to his cheekbone, sipping his drink. "Okay, what do you need to know?"
"His real identity." Wilbur said.
"And why do you need to know that?" Quackity asked.
"He poses a threat to my company."
"And what are you willing to give me?" Quackity asked, making eye contact with Wilbur.
"The ability to have my company's products sold to your residents," Wilbur said.
"Huh. You don't need the sales to Las Nevadas?" Quackity smirked.
"Oh no, we do, but I think you need us more." Wilbur said.
"Oh, so eager to walk in dad's shoes now Will. What happened to that kid who wanted to stay with me after you ran away?" Quackity tapped his finger on the side of his glas,. "Plus, dad's shoes won't ever fit. Maybe Techno could take over, but you? Emotionally unstable, unreliable, and lazy." Quackity smiled.
People's heads were beginning to turn, eyes locked on their country's leader. Quackity stood up, walking over to a poker table."Play me?" He asked Wilbur.
Wilbur nodded, curtly.
"By the way, how'd that latest product release go?"
"Oh you mean the one you tried to sabotage?" Wilbur smirked, venom dripping from his tone, "great actually"
"I wonder what happens when daddy can't clean up your messes anymore, Wilbur," Quackity spit.
Quackity dealt the cards.
"And you'll never know," Wilbur said.
"I mean, it wouldn't be inconvenient for me to have one less market rival" Quackity said, blurring the line between sarcasm and truth.
"When dear old dad is dead, will you be able to pick up your own messes? Can you run a country? You can't run your own life, Wilbur. You're some stupid fucking kid who got lucky enough to adopted by some rich prick because he was bored."
"I am an owner of the company thay provides you all of the technology that keeps this city of yours functioning, Quackity," Wilbur spit.
"Mr. Nevadas," Quackity corrected.
He then raised his eyebrows "No, Will, you aren't. Your father is, and when he dies, It's your job to keep the company running, along with the entire country that depends upon it for their economy," he said.
"What will you do when it's you job," Quackity tilted his head, "to be your father? All I see is a melodramatic drama kid with no real future without his rich dad."
Wilbur flinched.
"Ooooh, I strike a nerve?"
Quackity watched an easy smile slip across Wilbur's face.
"Well," Wilbur dragged the tip of his finger ove the edge of his glass, "I see a sniveling man in a suit bought with new money, in a casino built with lies. I see a man that is so scared of losing his precious city full of scammers and con-men that he's willing to lose the most important connection he has to the largest company in L'manburg."
Quackity smirked, "Okay, well, orphan boy, do remember back when you used to ring my doorbell and stand on my porch, begging for somewhere to stay because you couldn't defend yourself against your foster parents? You owe me, darling," he drawled.
"No, darling, I really don't, I can protect myself well enough now. "
"What about Tommy? You protect him?" Quackity said, freezing when he saw a blankness dawn across Wilbur's face.
Wilbur saw red.
He pinned Quackity to the side of the poker table, game forgotten.
Wilbur bent down and whispered, "Quackity Nevadas, I could blow up this entire country. I could stop selling to Las Nevadas. I don't need you, Quackity. Not anymore. There was someone who did at some pont, right? What was his name? Greyson? What happened? He trusted you and then you betrayed him. You drive away everyone who loves you, Quackity Nevadas"
Quackity moved to push Wilbur.
Wilbur caged him with his arms.
"stay, darling," Wilbur said, letting his voice slip for a moment, "you will tell me who Dream is, or I will cut off your access to my company's products."
Wilbur let the shorter man go, and Quackity straightened before he downed his entire drink, "and if I don't know?"
"Then you will find out within the next week."
"Look man," Quackity said, leveling with the taller man, "i'm not even shitting you right now, I can't get that kind of intel in a week while running a country. Especially not without some motivation."
"Then you have two weeks," Wilbur said, "Or I'll blow up your cute little casino. That motivation enough?"
"Oh," Wilbur put cash on the bar beside the poker tableI want reports monthly, "I'll come down every other day to check on your progress."
The taller pulled on his trechcoat before walking out the door, leaving Quackity to watch.
-----------11:09December 3
Ace seemed quieter than usual, Techno noticed.
"Hey Ace, you good?" Mercury asked over the comms.
Ace was silent for a moment "I mean, not really. Job's pretty stressful right now to be honest."
Wilbur jumped over an alleyway. "Boss pushing you around again?"
"Not quite. Trying to manage alot right now. Pretty high tension situation"
Wilbur sighed behind his mask.He continued to run across the roof, "Yeah I know how that feels, man."
"It's pretty tough," Ace said, "They want me to do something really difficult right now," Ace paused, "and I could get in pretty serious trouble if I can't"
The moonlight caught Wilbur's Mercury mask as he nodded, not that Ace could see it. He had always had a soft spot for Ace, finding his jabs and jokes funny and laughing at his endless dick jokes. "Well, you could always come crash at my place and I could get you a job," Wilbur offered.
Ace was silent, replying after a pause, "I know, and thank you, Mercury, but I prefer to keep work and play seperate. Plus, I like my current job, if not my associates."
Wilbur nodded.
"Hey, Ace," Techno said "You're our best hacker."
"Okay, thank you?" Ace said, a lilt of a question in his voice.
"Do you think you could figure out Dream's civillian identity?" Techno asked.
"Okay, I'm gonna be honest, Blood God," Ace said, with a sigh, "I have no idea. I could get killed while looking into it, and It's risky. I can try, but no promises."
Techno figured that made sense. "Okay, that makes sense," he said.
--------------------
4:08 AM
The lights blurred as Quackity tried to breathe, back pressed against the cold tile wall. His chest had constricted and he couldn't seem to get air to his lungs.
He was going to die.
He had to figure out Dream's identity.
Dream would kill anyone who dug too deep.
Quackity was going to die.
Wilbur was going to kill him if he didn't find out who Dream was.
Quackity was not going to see twenty-three. He had two weeks.
He was going to die.His chest was tight and his panic was crushing down on his ribcage. The lack of air slowly gathered into dark spots in his vision as the flourescent lights of his office bathroom ran in streaks down his vision.
Quackity was so tired. Greyson had trusted him. He had failed Greyson. Now he was going to fail Mercury. He was going to fail himself. He was going to get himself killed along with his entire country.
Quackity slumped back against the tile, his head hitting the wall with a hollow thud.
----------
Quackity's fingers flew over the keyboard as he combed over private records from the Dream Team HQ. He had been in front on the computer for hours, his blue light glasses hopefully effective enough to save his vision. Villain fights, wounds suffered, all things mostly available to the public, and most heavily redacted, black bars covering important information to the point that some documents only had 20 visible words on them.
He reverse searched for any info pertaining to Dream, grinning when he came across something that seemed useful.
He knocked a monster can from the desk as he fist-pumped.
It was a number.
An IP adresss.
Quackity knew the IP adress for Dream's work phone.
His fingers danced on the keys as he poked around the coded protections on Dream's phone, searching for a loose thread or backdoor he knew had to be there.
Nothing.
This was gonna be difficult.
----------
"Did you talk to Quackity?" Philza asked.
"Yup, he was a bitch like always," Wilbur said.
"You're just saying that because you're in love with him," Techno said.
"I am not. He is the scum of the earth. I talk about him so much because I hate him," Wilbur defended.
"Bruhhhhh...."
"It's okay mate we'll accept you even if you love Quackity," Phil teased.
"I DO NOT!" Wilbur insisted.
"Okay, mate," Phil agreed.
"I'm gonna visit him every two days to check his progress," Wilbur said.
"But you don't have a crush, no way," Techno accused.
"Shut the fuck up I hate him so much," Wilbur said.
"Okay," Techno said placatingly.
Wilbur glared, walking out of the lobby of Mycraft Enterprise.
"Hey, dad, when do we get a new Tech manager?" He called behind him.
"Oh, Monday. I think you'll like the new guy," Phil said, smiling.

NOOOOOO!!!
Can you at least tell us what the deal is with tubbo! Cause I know he’s hiding something! just give us the basic story of what you were planning!
tumblr keeps giving me ghost asks on my main and apparently, it's cause of this blog
so I might as well answer this ask, albeit extremely late (Sorryyyy)
If i can recall, Tubbo was planned to be like, a secret agent that was tasked to keep track of Wilbur/Phantom. That ended poorly as you can see.
Now he's stuck in a miserable little secretary Job working under Schlatt.
So uh, basically what I did have planned for the rest of the story (what I can remember of my plans), in list form:
- Wilbur, a very not dead, not kinda alive, was gonna be introduced in the second chapter, a very unpleasant meeting for Tommy and Ranboo
- Ranboo actually works in a library owned by Techno (who's a vigilante/retired hero known as the Blood God)
- Oh yeah Techno also holds anarchy book club meetings, with Niki and Phil (niki is also another retired hero turned vigilante/villain) (Phil is still a hero)
- Ranboo happens upon the actual truth of said book club, gets offered to join, yay :) anarchy club (he accepts mostly out of fear cause well, i mean, being in a room with two violent vigilantes and the top hero is going to be terrifying)
- Tommy worked at a balery owned by Bad, the bakery is definitely just a façade. Every single motherfucker there is in a cult lead by Bad. They keep trying to get Tommy in. He's blissfully unaware and thinks they're all weirdos.
^not super serious, they were planned to be a minor threat and mostly funny/incompetent villains. Generally ridiculous shenanigans.
- Nightmare was going to be this dangling threat over the entire thing. Not really appearing "on camera", just sort of There.
- Wilbur was brought back by Nightmare. Then got kicked. But he was going to be threatening but more of a "you just don't know what he'll do" sort of way. A walking false alarm.
^ He's also just genuinly kind of threatening to Ranboo. Belittles Tubbo low key.
this is over a year old and this is most of what i can recall. Eh.... if i had enough interest I'd rewrite stuff. But I already have plans for original comics and I've overall lost interest in mcyt-anything so ehhh...
(I had like entire huge arcs planned cause i tend to do that, bad habit that that ends up overwhelming me to the point of losing interest. Wanted to add Aimsey, they were going to either be a secret agent (like tubbo)(bubble coworker) or a rabbit themed vigilante.)
Some of the ideas ended up being rehashed into something more original (i have some sketches on this blog pf that lol), but the idea is in the backburner for now, probably would end up making it smaller than the au idea cause it would be overwhelming otherwise.

World of Discovery
A Tommy-centric superhero AU. I finally did what all SBI authors must do and wrote a vigilante!Tommy fic for @sbibingo (almost 2 whole weeks late. dont even worry abt it)
Words: 3,138
Chapters: 1/1
Summary:
Tommy’s feet pound in time with his thudding heart as he runs across the tops of buildings. Every step reminds him how damn tired he is, but he can’t stop yet. Tubbo and Ranboo are speaking in his ear, but he can’t focus on what they’re saying. It could be important, or it could, more likely, be them shouting for him to run faster. Since it’s probably the latter, Tommy continues ignoring them.
At the edge of the roof, Tommy takes a deep breath and leaps. For a moment, he is in the air, caught somewhere between falling and flying. Then his feet land hard, and the rough roof scratches up his palms as his hands make contact, and he’s off again.
Luckily, this roof has a fire escape. Tommy grasps the cool metal and swings himself over the edge, stairs rattling beneath him. He sprints, skipping steps and almost tumbling down them more than once in his haste to reach the bottom. Once he is on solid ground, Tommy ducks behind a dumpster, tearing his mask off his face with a gasp.
or
i finally joined the vigilante tommy au club

if i were to, perhaps write an emeraldduo fic, that was kinda gay. also had dnf and tntduo and crimeboys and benchtrio and a couple of oc's that follow the storyline of royalty and assassins with lots of angst and really tense moments... some possible betrayal and traitors... that happens to be almost 32,000 words.... would you want to read it?
