Your thoughts on the Ben 10 franchise as a whole?

I loved the original series when it came out, but was at the mercy of Cartoon Network's repetitive programming. I still don't know alot about the story. Then more series/seasons aired, and I saw the crew casually hanging out with Kevin and everything, it was real confusing.
