Oh my god. Natalya is ridiculous. She's giving half truths and stirring up the pot. And Sandy just eats it up and believes her and it's ridiculous!

God what a pair. A liar and a sorry excuse for a leader. Who as a leader just accepts one person's version of events?! Only one person! Lee would have asked everyone there what had happened and gotten to the bottom of it.

Sandy really shouldn't be a Captain or a leader at all especially with this blatant favoritism and inability to lead or get to the root of a problem. She jumps to conclusions and it's ridiculous to watch her.
