HOLY MOLY!!! I feel like my life is complete now that I’ve seen them live. It was such a good show and I ACTUALLY KNEW A GOOD AMOUNT OF THE SONGS >:D!!!

I started listening to SPG around 4 years ago because (ironically) my ex showed me honeybee, I love the unique-ness of the band and how they sounded like nothing I’ve ever heard before, which in my case is very good.

OH! HOLAY MOLAY! THEY PLAYED HONEYBEE, TRANSFORM, EAT YOUR HEART, AND BRASS GOGGLES!!! (my fav is brass goggles)

THANK YOU STEAM POWERED GIRAFFE FOR MAKING THIS SHOW HAPPEN AND FOR YOUR OVERALL WORK IN VERY FUN MUSIC!!! this band means the absolute world to me :,)

Hello! I am the SPG information person! Ask me anything!

Anyway, lightning round.

Rabbit is a trans woman, but because she transitioned a few years into the band's lifespan, we got to see her transition. Seeing people pre-transition makes some of us uncomfortable, so we label pre-transition Rabbit as Vintage!Rabbit to let everyone know what they could be seeing. Before, we used to use the label Pants!Rabbit, but not so much anymore.

Bunny is the actress of Rabbit. The band has a Discord server known as "The Cavalcadium" and Bunny has her own (mature) Discord server called "The Belfry". On both servers, Bunny announces an art prompt which she later reviews on stream at BellasBoneyard on Twitch!

In case you don't already know, Inktober is an event that takes place over the entire month of October. Every day, you are given a different art prompt, and are expected to draw something based on that prompt. Spgtober is the exact same thing, but SPG themed!

Fanbot Friday was designed for fans to talk and share things about their fanbots! There is a Fanbot Friday account which the description reads, "Fanbot Friday was founded in 2014 as a way to get to know and highlight the fan creations in the SPG fandom. This blog was made in 2015 as a place where people could easily find the prompts and sort through responses." You can see all of the prompts here. It's an old blog however, so it doesn't get updated as frequently as it used to. If you don't know, a Fanbot is a fan robot; though, really it can apply to any fan character in the SPG universe. We encourage self-inserts and fanmade OCs around here :]
