The evening at Craidelonna was epic! @natureschef amazed us all with his magical wildcrafted food creations! We shared great conversation about our world, wellness, and what it means to eat wild, then we sank into the depths of a sacred sound journey led by @light.of.sound. The night completed with a cleansing sweat in the cedar sauna, and then gazing at the full moon and starry sky 🌌while soaking in the outdoor hot tub. 💜 Life is good, and beauty-full.
