we got saskia. we're familiar with saskia--or at least you should be. go look at the art by korppipoika and give them so many notes--this post will wait. and while you're out, look at the post about the matriarchs too. and if you're not up to date on saskia and belialah, here's another one for your list. i'll be here when you get back.

so we got those two. in order for the images: saskia (recent), belialah (first draft, still happy with this and haven't been able to capture this vision since)

we got their dynamic:

saskia being a bitch and belialah being, despite everything, head over heels. still can't quite nail belialah's human face, but we're learning

...it took me a long time to nail down belialah's demon form. it went through a lot of drafts---many of which i am not sharing. this one is the oldest one i'm willing to share:

i believe this is draft 3? patch notes from earlier drafts: 4 fingers instead of three, took out "humanoid" eyes, added floaty halo bits. other than that, this is what it's mostly stayed true to. chase gave me an inspo and i remixed it and made it worse because i love body horror. so we have this! extra joint between the wrist and elbow, loads and loads of eyes, sharp teeth (yum!), wings, and a broken halo plus the big horn. love her. she has spider legs below her waist--she has "skirts" that are made from her skin that she usually wears (has?) over them.

made some eensy sketches for ideas:

i tinkered on size, proportion, posture, etc. it's vague, but not exact for either of them. i want a bigger height difference and this is for me first and foremost

i settled on this body type for saskia:

no nipples so she's not naked :) this is for anatomy reference, tumblr. ANATOMY. be so nice to me ;-;

ignore the stuff at the edges, this is part of a larger project idk if i'll finish where i look at all the matriarchs and their body types. saskia is the most...well, besides ethalind, the most hourglass shape. this is the most recent drawing of her i have besides the one at the very end, this is the one i would say is most canon. hence why it is included--the last one i have doesn't quite hit right for me. still working on consistency.

as i improved my art, i wanted to take another stab at belialah. which meant figuring out her lower half.

i did these ones reeaaally recently. i looked at so many things for inspo: crabs, spiders, human pelvises, centaur speculative biology, drider speculative biology, an introspective look at how much of a monsterfucker i am, etc. until i found something i was happy with. these are within the last few days. the lil sketches at the far bottom right of the first page are what i settled on. after that, i tinkered with how she looks with skirts vs no skirts---ignore the sword, it's no longer accurate to what it actually looks like, but that's endgame shit and no spoilers :)

i'm really happy with how she's turned out and i think she's kickass and awesome and i can't wait to beat her and saskia into the ground.

i drew this last night!! really happy with how my art is coming along. i hesitated on whether to draw the skirts, because i think the spider legs are so fucking cool and i know logically the skirts are there but tbh its funner drawing the spider legs than the skirts :(

i want to make it very clear: belialah is submissive in the way a guard dog is submissive, to quote a post i once tagged as gilt and lost. belialah is loyal, devoted, willing to protect--but will wait for an order before acting

btw, to make something else clear: saskia? saw the demon form first. is more attracted to the demon form than the human form. is far more willing to smash with belialah in demon form. i love my weirdest little freak of a woman <3

...im breaking my own rule of not posting any more original creations here but idgaf---i'll post some sketches and if there's interest i can throw this fic i'm working on up on ao3 for the monsterfuckers in the audience

so, backstory on THESE TWO:

i'm gonna go in real life order of events and talk about some of the inspos that went into some of these moments and where they were in our real life timeline of Experiencing these two

under the cut bc i must remain polite in the face of my hyperfixations

HELLO I MAY BE POLITE BUT IM RABID LETS GOOOOOOOOO

ok so, canonical order of events: saskia (matriarch) and belialah (demon lord) meet, they establish an alliance, belialah does stuff for saskia. at some point, saskia starts amassing her generals (we'll get there) and chooses belialah. somewhere in here as well, saskia splits from the empire and starts doing her Evil Deeds for her Evil Plans. I'm not sure which of the last two came first. in either case, lost later meets belialah, we haven't seen her (physically) since (but that's not a good thing i don't think)

irl order of events:

Saskia throws a Fit, kills her nephew, and withdraws from the empire at large. we make fun of her because though she's the big bad, she's also weirdly wet and pathetic. we hate her. she's so sucks. and also so sexy. its bad

time goes by, things happen, eventually there's a big party with all the matriarchs!!! yaaaaay

lost and gilt go because ofc we do, and there's a big dance where everyone keeps changing partners. at the end of the dance, lost gets belialah

...elven ish woman. obviously weird. too pale skin. black hair. disheveled appearance. ill-fitting dress. holds herself weird. talks with a tremble and a breathiness to her voice that immediately makes us uncomfortable (my mans can do some fuckin VOICES and don't get me started on the sound effects). belialah says she's a huge fan---of lost's father. the being from before creation whose whole thing is "immortal life but not in the good way" instead of "you won't die" it's "you can't die" there is no death to escape from life, no matter the suffering.

so--red flags.

she tells lost that she's one of saskia's generals, and that saskia sent her to give lost a message: saskia is so excited for her to come home, and that lost should bring her brothers (6 beings of various otherworldly heritage like lost--saskia has a type and it is monsters) when she comes home. Lost tells her to tell saskia, from her and gilt, to fuck off.

belialah goes...monstrous. red eyes start popping open all over her skin and she gets quiet and threatening about how lost is disrespectful and how--yeah, she will tell saskia that. and she leaves in a cloud of black vapor

i turn to chase. i say "oh they're fucking"

and he hits me with "...belialah would probably like to!"

and i hit the ground running. sprinting. i was off into the distance without another fucking word. little roselyn-shaped dust cloud left behind.

i set about creating for them in a frenzy--it's been love and war time for...since early may of last year?? some coming up on a year, now (again---150k words written in this time, with april's word count unknown but already above 10k. jan ALONE was 32k). love and war time means that it's always love and war--it's just different people inside the campaign. oh it's saskia oh it's freya it's gilt and lost let's bop over to adele what about gilt's parents-

FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR

it's been great.

Chase messaged summer and i a few weeks ago like "hey. i got a belialah meeting saskia inspo video, but i need to show you in person bc i need to get your reaction live."

he showed me this

we had a moment of "...oh my god its from a gacha game?" and then i made him play it three times in a row just Absorbing the vibes

chase: it's saskia and belialah when they first meet, with belialah thinking she has the upper hand and saskia proving that she is very, very wrong. but i don't know what a ball in the abyss looks like...

me: say no more

and i hit upon them meeting at an event where it's basically like---demons from all over gather, have a civil time---when bloodshed eventually happens (which it always does bc they're literal actual demons) it's a free for all and it's expected to be a bloodbath, that's part of the appeal

belialah's there, as you do, and saskia's there to talent scout from the pool of winners for her big evil plans. belialah's like "wtf is a stupid little mortal doing here why are you unaccosted where is your collar" kinda behavior and goes over there, they talk, they dance (also a ploy for power among demons, it's a sizing up thing instead of a fun thing), saskia reveals that she's got 1/8th of the power of a god in her soul and belialah's like "cool im fanatically devoted to you now i've never wanted to smash a mortal before can we make out"

and that's how they start their history

with me writing books about this campaign (again--pipe dream) i've been deciding on when and where i want these two to get highlighted, bc, again---we've never met saskia in person, she's spoken to lost and gilt directly once, and we've seen belialah once outside of saskia's bitchy announcement to the empire at large where she reveals she's got 12 generals and you better not try shit bc we're at WAR now (she's stupid i love her dearly)

and recently i've been working on their...first time? an epilogue for one of the books. the actual thing won't have sex in it if it gets to be part of the book for realsies, but im not stopping there bc IM ME

and i've been tinkering with like...ok how do we show in isolated little epilogues and snippet scenes that saskia and belialah have INSANE sexual tension so that when they do get together, its weird but satisfying bc again---belialah is a demon. she's got a human form. that is not her true form. i've drawn it, it's sexy to saskia, i'll post it soon.

but i need these two to snark at each other with saskia resisting belialah's advances bc "im trying to take over the world stop distracting me" while belialah's like "SASKIA LEMME SMASH. PLEASE" until eventually it happens because they're terrible and i love them and it needs to happen, frankly. im overruling my boyfriend. at the point we are at, they are fucking already. he does not have a choice. im overruling him.

chase, if you're reading this--the goal with this first time fic is to make it plausible enough that you accept it as canon. thank you.

bc like--they're terrible. they're perfect. they've both got bratty younger sibling/cocky hotshot who thinks they're invincible kinda energy and belialah has no doubt in her mind that saskia can achieve her goals and saskia is getting someone who will stroke her ego and is having the thought of "im being recognized for how amazing i am it's about time"

the generals have made deals with saskia---saskia is planning on following through with 0% of these deals. belialah is the only one who didn't--she's here by saskia's side of her own free will.

they're fucking. at this point, they are fucking. decades of sexual tension kept alive by distance and "hello old friend" energy is suddenly coming to head with Belialah Always Being Around and saskia having to plan out her evil deeds with her being nutso devoted 24/7 and listen, man. this woman has an ego the size of the planet. she's gonna smash someone who inflates her ego, it's just how she works

ready or not here's my saskia/belialah post here we go

(boop, i don't know how much of this is going to be new information just because it's easier to go into CONTEXT in my server whereas here i have to give a crash course)

anyway. saskia valentine. conjuration specialist. youngest matriarch. grandpa's favorite. she split off from the rest of the empire and is now kinda doing her own thing and probs looking to take down the rest of her sisters (???). we don't know. she's by herself doing who knows what in her city of altensar and we don't know jack or shit about what goes on there WOOO

anyway. at the last session, the other 6 matriarchs and their kids as well as gilt and lost attended this like, Party Of The Century that ethalind threw. We were doing this big ol dance at the end where everyone kept changing partners, and Lost gets warned by the divination matriarch (helena) to watch who she dances with next.

introduce Belialah. she's a demon general for Saskia. she starts dancing with Lost and talking about how much of a fan she is of Lost's father (force from before creation, demon of eternal life but not in the "you will never die" but in the "you can never die" kinda way, the way of "suffering and growth is eternal" kinda thing) and she gives lost a message from saskia, lost tells belialah to tell saskia to fuck off

anyway, the part that made my third eye open is that i joked with chase "oh they're Fuckin" and chase said "belialah would probably like to" and that was ALL I NEEDED

i wrote 5k words in one day about them. i've drawn so much. i love them to pieces. i won't go into too much more detail here, because most of what i've gone into is Modern!AU and that's its own whole huge can of worms here.

suffice to say: belialah has a voice that makes me actively uncomfortable, she is going after saskia to no avail because saskia fucks to get more power and if belialah is giving saskia her power anyway, saskia isn't going to involve herself anymore EXCEPT as a tool to get what she wants if she thinks she can get more

so you see where im at. belialah is groveling at saskia's feet and saskia is like "mid tbh" and i just want them to fuck so nasty about it

oh boy. here we go. strap up, strap on, strap in, it's going under the cut

as some of you may know, my boyfriend (chase) is running a dnd campaign (love and war). we're doing the pipe dream stuff regarding our (the polycule's) writing and editing stuff (summer is the best editor in the world i trust her with my life) along with chase's growing connections in the film industry. again, pipe dream stuff--but if we don't try how will we ever get there? shooting for the moon and all that.

so, i've been slowly but surely writing Big Important Book Stuff. I've written 150k words about love and war since it started in late feb of 2023---69k words in 2023, and 81k in the first quarter of 2024. thank god for a kickass new adhd medication, am i right. i am so unstoppable.

...not all of it is book stuff?? i, being myself, have written a copious amount of noncanon, outside the scope of the books, and plain ol smut. i'm obsessed with Saskia, of course i have.

Some of the stuff i've written in the past is going in various epilogues, but for the most part I am trying to stick with solely Lost and Gilt for povs. and its going really well!! i'm really enjoying it. turns out these two are who the story is about and i love them to bits actually.

premise of the campaign, for those who don't know: Summer's character Lost was a tiefling child of the Valentine House, one of the ruling houses of the Eldari Empire. Because she was a tiefling and therefore a sign of their dealings with demons (Valentines being the Conjuration House), was hidden away in the basement for her entire life. One day, due to some Shit, they were going to have her killed. Lost's mother figure, her best friend, the one who raised her, helped her escape into the woods.

My character Gilt, being a bodyguard for this house, was the one ordered to kill "the monster in the basement." She was a painfully lawful good oath of the crown paladin who took one look at Lost (an 18 year old girl sobbing her eyes out on the forest floor), realized her only crime was being born a tiefling, and refused to do it. In refusing to take an innocent life, she broke her oath of the crown.

Gilt decided that the only course of action was to take Lost to somewhere that the Valentines couldn't reach her, which kicked off the whole campaign.

So we got sapphic protagonists, high stakes, mystery and intrigue regarding what the hell happened, here. We got family drama, family bonds, powers at war, action, adventure, romance, abuse, healing, grief. With a side of monster fucking, buff women, parental issues, silliness, and Lost accidentally turning into a goat until sunset during our first meeting with a potential ally.

We love this campaign.

the fic i'm tinkering on would be an epilogue between the main villain (saskia valentine) (are you surprised I fell for the villain? you fool. she's a mom and she only fucks monsters. how was i supposed to resist that) and her right hand general (a fearsome demon lord from the abyss) who is also fucking head over heels stupid for Saskia.

it's belialah. you might see me tag saskia and belialah sometimes. I love them to absolute pieces. saskia is an elf (shortest shorty of the matriarchs) and belialah takes the form of a mortal most of the time because saskia sits there consumed with lust if she's in her demon form because it's distracting.

so anyway, we see bits of them in epilogues and little snippets here and there. I'd like to build them up more as like. they have crazy sexual tension all the time and belialah is wanting to smash to the detriment of her self, her reputation, her well being, etc. Saskia is refusing to smash because she's powersexual first and monstersexual second and her whole thing is "how does this further my goals"

BUT because I want them to be narrative foils of gilt and lost, they're getting together.

and i finally found a way to do it!! a moment of weakness on saskia's part that leaves her insecure enough that when belialah shoots her shot (more directly than before), saskia says yes. then they have weird nasty monster sex.

it's wonderful. i love them. I have sketches and such that I should post. i'll make another post in a sec.
