YEAH BOY I GOT THE APARTMENT. i think different ppl have heard different parts of my woeful tale over the past week but basically i fell in love with a place, set up a tour instantly, went on the entire tour and told the leasing agent i was all in, and then was informed that they were in the middle of processing someone else's application. (it wasn't 100% that shitty bc i was scheduled to see one of their other properties right after, but i didn't want the other property, i wanted my apartment...) anyway today the first applicant decided to go with the other apartment that was being offered to me so we swapped and i have the place!! quiet dead-end street in the middle of a super bougie neighborhood, i have a little garage for my car, there's a dishwasher, closets and windows in every room, i can walk to a bodega and groceries and basically anything i would want, LET'S GOOOO
