Draw stars around my scars, part 1 - Remus Lupin x Female Reader
Read part 2 here!
Synopsis: Many weeks had passed since the most recent full moon, yet James and Sirius still will not let you see Remus. What could they be hiding?
Warnings: angst, swearing, mentions of blood and injuries
It’s Sunday, four days since the full moon. Sirius and James were still adamant that you could not visit Remus, claiming various things such as, “They gave him the wrong medicine and now his head’s twice its usual size” or that “If you step even one foot into the hospital wing, you’ll catch the most recent strand of wizards’ flu – and that stuff is deadly!”
At first, you were sure that they had Remus’ best interests at heart when they were spouting this nonsense at you, but in all honesty, you were beginning to doubt it. You had always visited him after previous full moons – hell, you had even helped carry him to the hospital wing after some particularly bad nights, so why could you not see him now?
This line of thought is how you found yourself padding along the hallways under the thick cover of night, moonlight pouring through the vast windows that stretched from floor to ceiling, where chandeliers hung down. Paintings lined the walls too, and you could hear murmurs of their complaints behind you as you carried on walking, your wand serving to illuminate your path.
You rounded the final corner to the hospital wing, tentatively approaching the entrance as a shiver ran its way up your spine – you were beginning to wish you had worn a little more than just your pyjamas and cloak, a pair of shoes probably would have made the journey less chilling, but you left in such a rush to see Remus that you had not even considered that.
Lifting your wand up, you held it steadily in front of the lock and whispered, “Alohomora.”
After hearing the tell-tale clink of the door unlocking, you stepped forwards, wrapping your hand around the doorknob, but your thoughts stopped you for a moment. Normally, breaking into the infirmary would be something you frowned down upon and if Madame Pomfrey caught you, or if anyone caught you for that matter, there would undoubtedly be consequences, even if you were just trying to check that Remus was okay. You weighed out the pros and cons, fingers still gripping the handle, before making your decision. You missed Remus and seeing him was worth any punishment you could be given. And so, you twisted your wrist, wincing as the doorknob whined.
Following a slight struggle, you resorted to shoving the door open with the brute force of your shoulder, which you found made the entire ordeal a lot easier, but also a whole lot louder. You finally stumbled into the infirmary, the scraping sound ceasing as the door slowly clicked back shut behind you.
Your eyes flitted around, taking in the numerous empty beds and lit sconces that brightened the room, the shadows of the flames flickering and dancing across the walls. As you wove between the rows of beds you noticed that none of the students were first years, let alone suffering from the black plague, like Sirius had told you – though it was not as if you would believe him, he was an absolutely terrible liar.
Once you had finally reached the far end of the hospital wing, you located Remus’ bed, which was not a massive feat. The curtains were drawn around it, obscuring your view so that all you could see was his silhouette, curled into itself as he laid there.
You assumed that he was sleeping and turned to leave him alone to rest, but before you snuck back out again, you heard his sheets rustling and a particularly pained groan slipped out from his throat.
Concerned, you shuffled back towards the curtains, reaching forward and carefully pulling them back, trying to create as little noise as possible.
As you revealed him, even under the dim lighting, you took notice of the many bandages wrapped around his head; more than were usually there and you frowned, it must have been another bad full moon, the first one in a while.
“Remus?” you questioned, eyebrows knitting together in slight worry when he did not respond. “Remus, are you alright?”
“No.”
You wanted to kick yourself for that one – he had just been locked away in the Shrieking Shack to deal with a full moon alone, what sort of answer were you expecting?
“Well,” you replied cautiously, picking up the copy of The Daily Prophet that laid atop his bedside table and unfolding the pages to reveal today’s headline, “How would you feel if I read you the paper? It says there’s more information on the national goblin strikes – I remember you mentioned being interested in that, Rem.”
“Already read that one,” he grumbled, rolling over so that his back was facing you.
“Okay, how about,” you offered, wandering around to the foot of his bed, taking a seat on it, springs squeaking as you got comfortable, “once you get better and the strikes stop, we can go down to Gringotts, get some money out, and then we can buy some new books together.”
In response to this, Remus said nothing, but instead buried his head further into his pillow, hardly even acknowledging you.
“Remus please, just speak to me alright? I’m here for you,” you pleaded him, your eyes lighting up slightly as he began to sit up, looking at you for the first time since you had arrived. This close, you could really see how torn up he was, with fresh scratches across his face, crossing over the faded scars of older wounds, almost looking like reflections of each other. He still had some blood on his skin around his cuts, though it was dried now, and you assumed that the nurses had not been able to clean it off without worsening his pain.
He seemed to notice your eyes roving across his face and body because he began to pull down the sleeves of his sweater, covering his forearms as an almost ashamed look took over his features.
“Please just leave me alone,” he pleaded, his eyes shut, and brows knitted together – a melancholic sight, and you wished you knew how to help him.
“Rem…” you whispered, leaning in to him, your arm lifting up to cradle his face, “you don’t have to talk to me yet, okay?” Your palm was on his cheek now, you could feel the ridges of his scars under your fingers, the heat of his skin warming yours up, the left-over blood sticking you to him – like some sort of blood bond, you thought, a small smile raising the corners of your lips.
You stayed like this for a moment, a peaceful moment, before you brought your other hand up to rest against the column of his throat, atop the layer of bandages wrapped around his neck and you could feel the steady thrum of his heartbeat beneath your fingertips.
“I love you, Remus,” you mumbled, as if it were a promise, something to be shared between you two and no one else, a secret.
You found yourself tipping your head forward, foreheads kissing as your palms held his face, his skin feeling damp… with tears? You pulled back and his soft brown eyes stared into yours, unblinking, something changing behind them as he grabbed your wrists and yanked them away from his cheeks, holding them tightly in front of him.
“I told you-” he spat, roughly shoving your hands away- “just piss off.”

Exams, poltergeists & supply closets (Part 1) || Sebastian Sallow x Reader || Smut
Outline: You and Sebastian decide to sneak into your professor’s office late at night but with Peeves chasing after you, you have no choice but to hide together in a tiny supply closet… One thing leading to another, you end up passing the time rather pleasantly together. But your actions may have unexpected consequences…
Word count: 3’464
Warnings: explicit smut, (accidental) pregnancy, characters aged up (20s) and probably a few mistakes here and there because English isn’t my first language.
(( Part 2 - Friends With Benefits )) - (( Part 3 - Madrakes, dusty books & an apology )) - (( Masterlist ))
It was late. Far too late to still be up and roaming the empty corridors of the castle. Sebastian knew what he risked if he got caught, he knew what you risked too but he simply didn’t see any alternative this time, it was an emergency.
“Will you tell me where we are going now ?” You asked him, walking behind him, close enough to benefit from the light of his wand, guiding his steps in the dimly lit halls.
He stopped in his tracks and you bumped into him with a thud. He turned around to look at you with a disapproving look, raising a finger to his lips to ask you to be quiet and you rolled your eyes at him. It wasn’t your fault, the least he could have done was warn you that he was going to stop so abruptly…
He froze, carefully listening to the sounds of the castle in the night, making sure no one was around to catch you breaking school rules. Again.
Once he decided that it was safe enough to continue, he started walking in direction of a wooden door you recognized with surprise.
“Mrs Weasley’s office ?” You exclaimed, as quietly as you could. “Is this how you are planning to help me out ?”
“She threatened to not let you finish the school year if you failed her preparatory exam.” Sebastian justified, reaching out to try to open the door but of course, it was locked. “What else can we do ?”
“Oh I don’t know, study maybe ? Try to keep up with homework ? Take more notes in class ? Anything but breaking into her office in the middle of the night!” You responded, scandalized that he’d take such a careless risk. Did he not realize that you both were very close to getting expelled from Hogwarts for various reasons ? Adding breaking into a professor’s office definitely wouldn’t help your case.
“I’ve heard your answers when Ominis quizzed you on the subject this evening, it was catastrophic.”
“You aren’t exactly the best at transfiguration either.” You snapped back, vexed by his remark.
“I’m good enough to not fail my exams.” He retorted, before attempting to open the door with an Alohomora spell but it remained locked, probably protected by a charm. “Crap.”
He took a closer look at the lock, looked around to both sides of the corridor to make sure that no one was in sight and took a step back, outstretching his arm to protectively guide you behind him.
“Make sure you stay behind me.” He told you, raising his wand in front of him.
“Oh no, Sebastian, don’t you dare !” You said, knowing exactly what he had in mind.
“Confringo !” He shouted and flames bursted out of his wand, crashing against the door in a thud and setting the old wood on fire.
There’s no way you wouldn’t both be expelled after this.
You watched helplessly as the door consumed itself enough to let you in and followed Sebastian inside the office with resignation. Might as well go for it now that you were here…
“Lumos.” You whispered, at the same time as he did, once inside the dark circular room that Professor Weasley used as her private office between classes. It wasn’t big but there were a lot of items around, shelves against every wall filled with books, parchments and relics. A large desk in the center of the room, with pieces of papers and files neatly piled up. Some heavy looking chests on the floor, sealed by large locks. You weren’t sure where to start. “What are we even looking for ?”
“The answers for the upcoming exam.” He replied, almost casually, as he started rummaging through the papers on the desk. “I know she keeps them somewhere around here.”
You turned to the shelf closest to you, surveying the different books lined up and taking a closer look at a strange and ancient looking relic on display. Sebastian opened each drawer of the desk one by one, shamelessly invading your professor’s privacy with a desperate expression on his face. It almost seemed like he cared about you succeeding at this preparatory exam more than you did… But why ?
You focused on your task, quickly going through the parchement papers piled up in front of you but you didn’t find anything helpful. You turned to look at him, now searching the shelf on the opposite side of the room. You could tell the more minutes went by, the more agitated he became, audibly groaning in frustration each time his rummaging proved unsuccessful.
You were about to tell him that you both should head back to your dorms, that it didn’t matter that much and most of all, he shouldn’t be breaking the rules for your sake but a commotion behind what was left of the door made you freeze in place. You exchanged an alarmed look with Sebastian as you both stayed perfectly still, listening to your surroundings.
“And what do we have here ?” Peeves’ loud voice suddenly boomed, resounding against the walls.
“Crap.” You heard Sebastian groan, letting go of what he was doing to catch your hand and pull you towards the door. “We need to go !”
You let him guide you out of the office, not even bothering to cover your tracks or repair the door you had destroyed on your way in. It was no use, now that Peeves had seen you, you were surely going to be sent to detention. Or expelled.
“I think I saw the caretaker in the hall, he’s going to catch yoOoOoOou !” Peeves shouted, his airy form following you as you both ran through the empty hallway. “Mister MoOoOoOoOoOn !”
“Shut up, Peeves !” Sebastian yelled but it was no use, the poltergeist enjoyed nothing more than to tell on your friend and see him get punished for his infractions.
You ran hand in hand under the alcoves and up a spiraling staircase, the ghost still following you with loud bursts of laughter resonating in your ears.
“Here !” Sebastian exclaimed, pulling on your hand to ensure you took the same sharp turn as him. He stopped in front of a large door you didn’t recognize and opened it with no hesitation, pushing you inside a dark and narrow supply closet before joining you there, quietly closing the door and plunging you both in total darkness.
You both held your panting breaths as the loud ghost flew by in the hallway, waiting until his voice faded to breathe again. It’s only then, in the absolute silence of the castle that you realized how close you were from each other, your body pressed against his as his warm breath softly caressed your skin.
“Do you think it’s safe to get out now ?” You asked him, your voice a whisper in the dark.
“He said Mister Moon wasn’t far, I think we should wait it out a bit longer.” He replied, his usual confidence replaced by an hesitant tone, as if being so close to you was unsettling him more than what he would have expected it to.
You cleared your throat awkwardly, outstretching your arms as far as you could to assess the space you truly disposed off. You barely had enough room to take a step forward before your body pressed against the wall but at least it put a few inches of distance between you and Sebastian. You both still were panting, the sounds of your ragged breaths filling the narrow supply closet. You could feel the warm air leaving his lips hitting against the exposed skin of your neck, causing a shiver to run down your spine. You closed your eyes, leaning your forehead against the cold stone wall to try to distract yourself, your mind - and body - extremely aware of the proximity of him behind you.
An echo of Peeves’ laughter resounded in the distance, making it clear that it still wasn’t safe to come out of your hideout.
“Stupid poltergeist.” Sebastian breathed, the animosity he felt towards the ghost who loved to snitch on him very audible in his tone.
You kept quiet, hoping you’d soon get an opportunity to exit the all too small closet, because your heart was racing in your chest and you couldn’t help but feel a shudder of excitement coursing through your entire body each time a part of Sebastian brushed against you, like a teenager desperate for something more. It was embarrassing.
But not as embarrassing as the thing currently poking your lower back.
It was his turn to awkwardly clear his throat, attempting to back away as far as he could but the erection that had grown into - and now outstretched - his pants still touched you.
“You know, maybe we could try to pass the time in a fun way.” He suggested, obviously deciding to own up to the situation.
“Sebastian.” You said, trying to sound scandalized by the implications of his proposition and his very noticeable arousal but it came out all wrong, more like a whispered moan and less like the patronizing sigh you were going for.
He took a step closer and you felt the full length of his cock pressing up against your back, the heat radiating from underneath the fabric of his pants piercing through your skirt to warm your own skin up. He placed a hand on your hip, careful at first, and as innocent as he could be, gently caressing its way up your waist with a slowness that made it seem like he was waiting for you to protest… But you didn’t.
Getting bolder because of your silent approbation, he snaked a hand under your skirt, caressing the bare skin of your thigh before moving to your center. You leaned back against him, your heart racing and your breathing pant up. Rationally, you knew this was very wrong, but in the darkness and the narrow space forcing you against each other, it felt so right.
“Getting caught in such a compromising position, added to sneaking out past curefew and breaking into Professor Weasley’s office will probably get us expelled, I don’t think we should risk it.” You finally managed to say, although your body was melting under his fiery touch.
“We may have broken a few rules tonight but they can’t say anything about this, we’re both adults.” He replied, his voice low against your ear, making you shiver once more.
“It’s written in the official school regulations; no intercourse or other sexual misconduct will be tolerated in the castle.” You informed him, a gasp escaping from your lips as his fingers slipped under the elastic of your panties, sliding downwards between your thighs to where you were already wet with anticipation for his touch.
“In the castle… So you’re saying we should hook up outside next time ? Like out of the astronomy tower ? Or in the gardens ? The front courtyard ? Technically we could even do it under the bleachers of the quidditch pitch...” He retorted, playfully, while his fingers applied pressure where you so desperately needed to feel it, earning a soft whimper in reaction.
He buried his face against your neck, placing a wet kiss on your pulse point as he massaged your clit with ease, tugging on your hip with his other hand to get you to grind against the impressively hard buldge in his pants.
You weren’t sure how long it lasted, nor did you remember to be quiet, shamelessly moaning as he brought a finger to your entrance and your grinding against him allowed you to control the speed and depth with which it slipped in and out of your pussy.
You enjoyed the way he breathed loudly against your neck, the tiny gasps dropping from his mouth each time the pressure you applied against his erection caught him by surprise. A pleasant surprise.
You knew you shouldn’t want more. Shouldn’t want him. But it felt too good to stop and you both were already too far gone to even try so you didn’t stop him when his hand left your panties to focus on sliding them down your thighs instead, before pulling your skirt up to your hips.
“We shouldn’t.” You whispered, a moment of lucidity in your thoughts, probably sparked by the sudden vulnerability you felt now that your underwear had been removed. Good thing Sebastian couldn’t see you in the dark, otherwise he would have laughed at how red your cheeks probably were by now.
“Why not ?” He asked, interrupting his attempt to open up his pants and focusing his full attention on you.
“Because…” You started, but suddenly couldn’t think of any real reason as to why it wasn’t a good idea, except for one. “Because we’re friends.”
He laughed and you felt his hand on your chest moving upwards to your neck until it reached your chin. He turned your face in his direction, leaving merely an inch of space between your lips and his.
“We’ll still be friends after that.” He promised, pressing a kiss on your mouth that was everything but friendly. It was a passionate, eager and hungry kiss. Desperate even, and just like that, your only good reason to stop him seemed completely unjustified. You could allow it to happen, you could hook up with your best friend without instantly losing him, there was no harm in having a little fun after all, you both were two consenting adults.
You returned his kiss and pressed your back against him, making him understand that you had no more objections and you felt him smile against your lips, triumphant.
He parted from you to finish unbuttoning his pants, pulling his hard cock out of them. He guided it between your legs, the tip instantly gliding between your wet folds when he stepped closer, easily finding its way to your prepared entrance. However, his erection was much bigger than his finger and you gasped in shock as it slowly stretched you out the deeper it went in. You braced yourself with your hands against the wall in front of you for support, whimpering pathetically when his full length was shoved inside you, making you feel incredibly full and hot.
A few obscenities dropped from his lips, mixed with groans and gasps as he moved his hips back and forth to create the friction you both so desperately craved. With his hands on each of your hips, he guided you in rythym to add in some intensity to his own thrusts, making sure that you’d meet him ready whenever he sloppily pushed forward, his tip hitting as deep as it could inside your wet pussy.
It felt good, and the pleasure building up in the pit of your stomach kept intensifying with each of his thrusts. You weren’t aware of much else except of how perfectly he fitted inside you, how your own walls were contracting around him the closer to climaxing you got, and faintly - very faintly - of the distant sound of a poltergeist’s voice in the empty hallways.
At least Sebastian could still think clearly enough to remember the reason why you had ended up in such close proximity in the first place, and how crucial it was that you did not get caught. Especially not now that he was so recklessly fucking you from behind. So one of his hand let go of the grip it had on your hip to cover your mouth, muffling the sound of the moans you didn’t even realize that you were letting out, and effectively silencing your cry when the pleasant sensation in your body exploded into pure bliss.
Then, it was his turn to struggle with keeping quiet. He bite down on his lower lip as hard as he could when the tightness of your walls around him became way too intense to bare, causing him to shoot his load deep inside you. He filled you up with his cum, unable to stop himself, another obscene word dropping from his lips as he realized how imprudent it was.
Once he was done and your body relaxed enough to allow him to pull out, he took a step back and leaned against the wall, chest heaving and vision blurry. You were panting too as you reached down to pull your panties back on, feeling his release dripping out of you and already soaking the fabric. You adjusted your skirt and your hair, although you weren’t sure it mattered that much. Not in the darkness of the supply closet at least.
Sebastian’s ragged breathing slowly came back to normal, you heard the sound of his pants and the way he shifted to tug his shirt back inside them, making himself presentable again as well. Then, without a word, he cracked the closet door open and took a tentative look around.
With the corridors apparently cleared, he stepped out and held out his hand for you, gallantly helping you down the step as your eyes adjusted to the moonlit hallway. You followed him as he guided you through the castle back to your dorm, hand in hand this time, and once it was time for you to go your separate ways, he wished you a goodnight with a shy kiss on your lips and a smug grin on his face that you knew all too well.
By some kind of miracle you couldn’t quite comprehend, you hadn’t failed your transfiguration exam, even scoring a pretty acceptable number of points on it. You should have been overjoyed when Professor Weasley handed you your copy back, even though she looked at you with a sucpicious expression on her face, but your mind was mulling over something much more important.
By the time your last class of the day was over, you still hadn’t managed to smile a single time, absently doodling on your parchement paper instead of taking notes for the next exam. You only realized that your day was over because all the students around you suddenly got up, leaving you to pack your things up in a rush. You were the last person to leave the classroom but, as you stepped outside in the courtyard, a familiar freckled face was waiting for you by the door, a grin on his face that you tried to imitate, although your heart tightened in your chest and it suddenly felt like there wasn’t enough air outside to fill your lungs.
“So ? Did you pass Weasley’s preparation exam ?” He inquired, excitedly enough to make you think that he already knew the answer. But when he saw how difficult it was for you to feign the same kind of enthusiasm, his face dropped and his brows furrowed intensely.
“I did.” You told him, walking to the fountain so that you could sit on the edge of it, a welcomed rest after the sleepless night you had endured.
“Then why do you look like you’ve seen a boggart ?”
“I’m fine.” You said, but you knew he didn’t believe you at all. You barely believed it yourself.
“What’s going on ?” He asked, his tone softer, concern on his face as he sat down next to you. You took a deep breath, panic rising in you once again. You knew that you would have to tell him eventually, but the fear of how it might ruin your friendship weighted heavily on your chest. “Is it because of… What we did last month ?”
You looked at him, surprised to see his usual confidence gone, replaced by worry and empathy.
“Yes.” You admitted, quietly but he looked away, letting you know that he heard you clearly.
“I’m sorry if I did something that upset you.” He said, his legs nervously bouncing up and down. “I noticed you’ve been distant since it happened, I really didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable…”
“No, it’s not that, I’m not upset.” You said, shaking your head, which seemed to reassure him slightly and he dared look at you again. You knew it was time to tell him the truth and you didn’t know of any better way to do it than dropping it on him like a ticking bomb. “I think I’m pregnant, Sebastian.”
You watched as his eyes widened and many different emotions passed on his face, from confusion to absolute fear.
“Wh-What ? Is it… Mine ?” He asked, once the shock of your confession allowed him to speak again, although his face had turned ghostly pale.
“No, it’s Poppy’s...” You snapped, vexed by his question. Whose else could it be ? He was one of the only males that still dared approach you now that the whole school knew of your ability to wield ancient magic and of the many deaths such a power had caused. “Of course it’s yours !”
“Alright, okay, let’s not panic.” He said, seemingly struggling to follow his own advice, jumping up from his seat to walk around you in circles with his hands tugging at his hair and a grimace on his face. “How did this happen ?”
You raised an eyebrow at him, wondering if you really needed to have a conversation about the birds and the bees with him… But when his brown eyes met yours, something flashed in them, making it clear that he knew exactly how it had happened, the memory still playing in details in his mind on a daily basis.
“Gosh, what are we going to do ?” You whined, hiding your face behind your hands. “My parents are going to kill me… And they are going to kill you too.”
“They don’t need to know now, right ? Nobody has to know yet, there’s still time.”
“If I don’t tell them, they’ll figure it out pretty quickly when I’ll look about ready to pop after we graduate...”
“But by then we’ll have figured things out too… Hopefully.” Sebastian said, with a smile he meant to be reassuring but you could still clearly see the sheer panic in his eyes. “Until then, we should try to keep it a secret... Even from Ominis.”
“Okay, that shouldn’t be too hard.”

The Snake & The Raven
Summary: You and Severus head to Hogsmeade for a few drinks before school starts tomorrow. By the time the night is over, you might’ve confessed a little more than you intended.
Warnings: drinking
Go to the beginning here -> Prologue (1/2)
Last: Part 1
Part 2: I’ve Missed You
Word Count: 1.7k
The trip to Hogsmeade was fun—perhaps too much fun. The two of you had made it to The Three Broomsticks for some Butterbeers; you’d convinced Severus that he should enjoy his last day before school started again tomorrow and worry about the rest of his papers later. You succeeded in getting him to have two tankards, but failed to get him to take Fire Whiskey shots with you. It had been a long time since the two of you had been able to sit down and let loose like this. He had been so distant over the past year.
“Remember that time in our fifth year when Black, Potter, Pettigrew, and Lupin couldn’t stop making animal sounds during one of Dumbledore’s speeches in the Great Hall?” you asked, nursing your third Butterbeer with a devious smirk as you glanced over at Severus. His eyes widened.
“Did—was that you?” You raised your brows and shrugged.
“Maybe.”
“Why would you do that? You were with Black at that time, were you not?”
“Yeah,” you paused and took another sip, your face falling slightly. “But they were really hard on you at that time. The bullying was bordering on torture, and I couldn’t just stand by anymore, even though you had been a right git to me and still hadn’t apologized.” Another sip. “I had been working on something in Potions and needed to try it out.” You looked at him with a smirk. “They were the perfect guinea pigs.” He was looking at you with a newfound admiration. That hadn't been long after he’d been a complete ass to you, yet you still defended him. He hadn’t realized he had been staring at your face until you leaned closer and smiled up at him.
“What are you thinking about?” His eyes snapped to yours, then his face relaxed.
“That you’ve had too much to drink, and I should get you back.” He stood up from his stool at the bar, taking some galleons from his pocket and paying the tab. You pouted up at him.
“But I’m having so much fun with you.” He didn’t know what to make of the way he felt when those big puppy dog eyes looked up at him. He felt his face warming up and averted his gaze, lightly grabbing your arm to help you off your seat.
“Aww, fine.” You chugged the last of your Butterbeer and set the tankard down at the bar. “Let’s go, then.” You wrapped your arms around one of his as he led you back to Hogwarts. “But I don’t want to go to bed yet.” You pouted, crossing your arms and sticking your nose up in defiance.
“Now I know you’ve had too much to drink.” He reached around you to open the door to your quarters. He was exhausted; you had been far too difficult to get back to Hogwarts after drinking one too many shots of Fire Whiskey. “Y/N, unlock your door.”
“No.” You defied him again, speaking to his chest this time. So close. You closed your eyes to savor the smell of him—the same one from your Amortentia potion back in school. He gave you a disappointed grunt and took out his wand.
“Alohomora.” The door clicked open behind you, and you started to fall back. Your eyes shot open, but you couldn’t catch your balance.
“Whoa!” Severus was quicker than the gravity trying to pull you down. He grabbed your arms, pulled you forward, and you flew against his chest. “Oof!” You let out a laugh. You heard him mumble something about being hard-headed, then he turned you around so your back was to his chest and walked you into your quarters, closing the door behind him. He had a firm grip on your shoulders as he guided you through the main area of the room. A desk sat in the middle of the floor with a tall-backed chair behind it and a squattier version sitting in front of the desk, a built-in bookshelf to the right, and a beautiful stained glass window in the back with a raven showing its wings proudly. He steered you to the left, pulled back a curtain, and attempted to get you up the three steps to the small room. It sounded simple enough, but going up those few steps was far more difficult with you practically boneless, giggling all the way.
“Y/N, please. Stand up straight.” You were on the top step, leaning back against him at an awkward angle, your head on his shoulder. As you laughed, your breath fanned over his neck. He tensed and cleared his throat, looking straight ahead. Realizing that asking nicely wasn’t going to work and wanting to get back to his own bed quickly with an odd feeling in his stomach, he grabbed your waist with a firm grip and lifted. You let out a shriek and put your hands on his shoulders to steady yourself. He only had to walk a few steps before he set you down next to your bed.
“Go on, then,” he said, letting go of your waist and letting his hands hang stiffly by his sides. Now wearing a serious expression, you slid one hand to rest on his chest and the other up his neck to cup his jaw. He was trying to look anywhere but at you. You ran your finger over his jaw and just looked at him—just looked. You scanned over his jaw, his chin, lips, nose, and finally his eyes…which were now on you, unsure.
“I’ve missed you, Severus,” you whispered. Bringing your hand to his hair, you ran your fingers through his jet-black locks. You shifted your eyes to his hair before speaking again. “I wish I knew why you stopped writing regularly.” You let your hand fall back to his shoulder, then down his arm to hold his hand, your eyes following. “Perhaps I was reading too far into things,” you mumbled to yourself. After a long pause and nothing from him, you let go of his hand and took your other from his chest, moving to unclip your cloak and letting it fall to the ground. You didn’t dare look at him. Even in your haze, you knew you didn’t want to see how he was looking at you. He probably thought you were pathetic. “I think I’ll go to bed now.” Turning away from him, you pulled up your covers and crawled into bed.
“You still have your shoes on,” he said quietly. You didn’t care. Your inebriated heart was hurting, and you weren’t worried about dirt in the bed. You heard a shuffle, and then he was pulling your feet to the edge of the bed, silently taking off your shoes before tucking your feet back under the covers. With a wave of his wand, the lights went out. Then the door clicked, and he was gone.
“Ugh.” You groaned as the light peeked through the window and straight into your eyes. You tried to open your eyes enough to read the clock, but all you could manage was a squint. You still had time before your first class started, so you decided to take a shower. After grabbing your towel and a change of clothes, you walked down the steps towards the sitting area. As you were rubbing the sleep from your eyes and hopefully the headache you felt coming on, you noticed something on your desk. There was a glass vial with an amber-looking liquid swirling around in it, along with a note.
This will help.
—Severus
As soon as you read the note, it all came rushing back to you. You’d completely embarrassed yourself.
“Oh, Merlin!” You leaned against your desk and ran your hand over your face. You felt like such a fool, and you were a very touchy drunk. “I have to apologize.” You’d probably made him so uncomfortable. He wasn’t exactly a huge fan of physical touch, so you’d always been aware of not doing too much around him. You looked back over at the note. You must not have made him too mad since he went out of his way to make you a hangover potion. You popped off the top and downed it. It started to kick in almost immediately, and you thanked Merlin for that.
After your shower, you got dressed, pulling on your robes that you specifically picked out to represent your Ravenclaw pride—a glistening blue cloak over darker blue attire. You applied light makeup and used a charm to dry and style your hair. Glancing at the clock, you realized it was time to head to your classroom. The students would be arriving soon, and you didn’t want to be late for the class you'd be teaching.
Leaving your quarters, you locked the door behind you and made your way through the corridor, passing the courtyard. As you turned the last corner, you suddenly ran straight into a familiar chest, bracing yourself with your hands. Instinctively, he grabbed your wrists. When your eyes met, a blush crept up your neck—you weren’t ready to talk to him yet. You hadn’t prepared what to say. Noticing some students eyeing you and whispering behind their hands, the two of you quickly stepped away from each other, your hands falling to your sides.
“Good morning,” you said, avoiding his gaze.
“Good morning. How are you feeling?”
“Better than I would’ve... thanks for that, by the way.” He hummed in response. After a long pause he tried to speak again.
“Y/n I-” you didn’t let him finish.
“I should get to class.” You hurried past him and ducked into your classroom. You felt bad for cutting him off, but you did not have the brain capacity to properly talk to him right now or take the rejection that he was surely going to give you. For now, you would focus on your class. You hadn’t had much time to give it your own personal flare, but you’d get to that eventually. There was a long dueling table in the middle and desks to the right and left; your desk sat at the front with a rolling blackboard behind it. Stepping up onto the raised platform that your desk sat on, you sat down in your chair and scratched out some rough notes on a piece of parchment. That’s when the first students started coming in.
After getting over the first day jitters, you actually enjoyed teaching far more than you thought you would. You let the kids show off some basic spell casting on the dueling table and could already tell the class was going to be a hit.
Thank you for reading! If you’d like to be added to the tag list for the next chapter please let me know!

#795: DADA Tower Breakdown - 1
I was planning the breakdown for a later date but seeing many of you interested in this kind of meta posts put me in excitement haste, ngl.
Link to the previous post. Let's go!
Tumblr sets a strict limit on how many images it allows per post, 30, so I decided to divide the breakdown into 2 parts:
Part 1 - Transfiguration Courtyard || Part 2 - DADA Tower
Without further ado, a brief explanation on how do I determine the classes placement: windows and window patterns.
For example, Transfiguration class:
For fellow slice of life authors around here, I'd like to note: the class should be somewhat dim or even dark during certain hours of day.
Potions class:
Each of the 7 vaulted alcoves have a window at one of the edges (is it a correct word for a dome-shaped room?). However, if you venture outside and hop on the broom near the widow statute, you'll see only a wall, a rock, and a lone window near the Slytherin common room:
The window seen is the one behind Sharp's desk:
As a bonus of sorts, this is Hogwarts Library windows:
And this curious set of windows:
This the empty space on the second floor:
Windows of the Pungent passage when you face the DADA Tower entrance:
This cosy little place is Alohomora door in the Courtyard:
The Alohomora passage is the corridor at the opposite side from the door to the Music room:
Its windows match the exterior shown above, however, the window row facing Transfiguration Courtyard is empty space:
Corridor windows face the other side, the Pitch and Kogawa's lawn:

JEALOUSY
“Jealousy is the fear of comparison.” — Max Frisch

STATUS: Complete; 1 chapter (2 parts).
GENRES: Flash Fiction, Family, Slice of Life.
COUNT: 917 words.
SHIPS: Harry & James Sirius.
CAST: Harry Potter, James Sirius Potter, Ginny Weasley.
ORIGINALLY POSTED ON FANFICTION.NET.
HOST: [FFnet] Harry Potter Fanfiction Challenges.
CHALLENGE #1: [Theme] Jealousy.
CHALLENGE #2: [Blood Traitors] Potter-Weasley Family.
“James!” Ginny Potter was at her wit’s end, yelling for her stubborn son to get out of his room and come down for breakfast. With a frustrated sigh, she turned to her husband. “Harry, can you do something about him? I already have my hands full with two here.” She glanced down at the young Albus Severus Potter and the even younger Lily Luna Potter.
Laying down a copy of the Daily Prophet of the day on the dining table, Harry Potter finished his hot chocolate in one gulp and stood up, shaking his head at another one of James’s difficult tantrums. “Yeah, I’ll do that.”
As he ascended the stairs, he wondered if it was a mistake to send James to a Muggle school. He had hoped it’d help Ginny to ease her load in taking care of three children at once; it also helped to separate James from Albus for a bit, for the former seemed to have taken a liking to bully his younger brother with pranks that greatly reminded Harry of the Weasley twins… and his own father, James Senior. He took up Hermione Weasley’s advice to give James an earlier school experience at a Muggle institution before going to Hogwarts, but he wasn’t sure if that had made the matter worse.
Unlocking James’s door with an Alohomora Charm, Harry was greeted by the usual chaotic mess in his eldest son’s room. He had to duck down as a book suddenly came flying towards him.
“Go away!” James screamed, throwing balls of parchments at his father. “Leave me alone!” Tears were flowing down the young boy’s cheeks, his brown eyes glowering at Harry. The latter was taken aback at the furious look—one that Harry would hate to see if he had accidentally stepped on one of Ginny’s many landmines on her bad day. The resemblance was uncanny.
“James,” Harry tried to calm his son down, clearing up the maelstrom of papers with a wave of his wand. “Did something happen—"
James cut him off with a sarcastic laugh. “Why do you care?” he snapped. “Nobody cares about me—Al and Lily are all you need! You throw me into a Muggle school so that you can spend more time with them, yeah?”
“James, listen to me—"
“Enough! I’m out of here!” With a roar of finality, James threw his red lion alarm clock at his father before storming out of the room. In the moment of distraction as Harry caught the clock with a hand, he couldn’t stop his son from stalking out the front door.
“James!” Ginny was equally shocked at how the situation had escalated as she rushed out of the kitchen to see what the din was about. “What is he thinking, leaving the house like this?”
Exhaling slowly, Harry raised a hand to stop Ginny from going after James. “I’ll take care of this,” he muttered, glancing down at the frightened younger children hiding behind their mother. “You stay here to keep an eye on them.”
It wasn’t hard to find James. The young boy didn’t run far; he merely went to a deserted playground nearby, sitting on a swing alone. Harry approached slowly, careful not to alert the son of his presence. He only called out to James in a soft voice when he was in the other swing next to the boy. “I’m sorry that I didn’t notice it earlier.”
James still refused to look at his father. “…Isn’t it too late to apologize?”
“It’s never too late to apologize,” Harry replied in the same gentle tone. “It’s my fault for not understanding how you feel.” He paused, looking up at the clear sky. He had felt jealousy towards his cousin Dudley from time to time when he lived with the Dursleys in his childhood days; even if they were his distant relatives, Harry always felt an unbreakable wall between his magical background and the normal, Muggle life that the Dursleys had been adamant about upholding. They were fearful of the gossiping neighbors if anyone found out about Harry’s ‘mumbo jumbos,’ as his uncle, Vernon, had put it.
Of course, Harry knew that it wasn't the same as the blood bonds he shared with James. “I… don’t have siblings like you, and I was never close with my cousin. I won’t pretend that I can understand how you feel, but there are times I do feel like the world is unfair.” He let out a short laugh. “I do get jealous of others, too.”
James said nothing; though, he sneaked a glance at his father before looking away again.
As the awkward silence between the two dragged on, Harry cleared his throat to break the tension. “But what I really want to say is that I love you as much as I love Albus and Lily. You’re still my child as much as they are.”
James didn’t seem convinced. “…Really?”
“Really.”
“Empty words mean nothing.” James narrowed his eyes at his father, unwilling to give in so easily. “How will you prove that to me?”
Harry stared at his glaring son for a moment, then he smiled. “How about we just stay here and continue to talk like this for a while?”
That made James raised his eyebrows at his father. “What about Mom?”
“Oh? Do you want to go back home now?”
“No.” The annoyed look on James’s face finally cracked into his usual mischievous grin. “How about we run away from home a little longer—and further?”

Interactive Entertainment, this game transports players to the magical world of Harry Potter, long before the events of the beloved book and movie franchise. The game offers a massive open-world map that promises an immersive experience, allowing players to explore the mysteries of the wizarding world. However, players may encounter locked doors in the game, which are a common occurrence throughout levels 1, 2, and 3 of the game. So, how do you unlock these doors in Hogwarts Legacy?
How to Open Level 2 and 3 Locked Doors in Hogwarts Legacy
Unlocking Locked Doors in Hogwarts Legacy To unlock locked doors in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to use the Alohomora spell. This spell is an essential tool for players to unlock doors, chests, and access other hidden areas in the game. So, the first thing you need to do is to learn the Alohomora spell, which is only possible by completing the main narrative quest "The Caretaker's Lunar Lament." The Caretaker's Lunar Lament Quest In this quest, you assist Gladwin Moon, the keeper of Hogwarts, in getting rid of the Demiguise statues. To complete this task, you need to take away their Demiguise Moons. Gladwin will teach you how to use the Alohomora spell to assist you in getting to the statues. After successfully completing this stealth task, you will be able to utilize Alohomora to unlock level 1 doors all across Hogwarts and the surrounding countryside. Unlocking Level 2 and Level 3 Doors To unlock level 2 and level 3 doors in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to complete a side mission called "The Man Behind the Moon." In this mission, you must collect more Demiguise Moons and give them to Gladwin Moon. In return, he will teach you two more potent versions of the Alohomora spell, Alohomora 2 and Alohomora 3, which will enable you to open level 2 and level 3 doors. How to Use Alohomora to Unlock Doors Once you have learned the Alohomora spell, you can use it to unlock doors by approaching the locked door and using the interaction button to cast the spell. Doing so will launch a lockpicking mini-game, where two sparks are under your control: a green spark on the left thumbstick that spins the lock's outer dial and a red spark on the right thumbstick that moves the inner dial. To unlock the lock, you need to position the gears correctly and hold them in place for a short period of time. Memories - Chapter 3
Sirius Black x Reader
- The characters belong to J.K. Rowling, English is not my first language, so, sorry for any mistakes and constructive criticism is welcome.
Chapter 1 , Chapter 2
It was night, they were bringing Harry who was surprised to see 12 Grimmauld Place open and as they entered to the screams of the paintings, he could see Sirius laughing in the kitchen and y/n and Remus beside him.
"Sirius? y/n?" Harry whispered confused.
y/n looked at him and smiled and Sirius smiling nodded at him.
Mrs. Weasley agitatedly after silencing the paintings walked over to Harry.
"Ok, Ron, dear, take Harry to his room so he can get settled. The adults need to talk now."
Then Molly closed the door, leaving the children outside.
After a while…
Everyone looked serious, but when they saw Harry, they all smiled, of course it didn't go unnoticed by him, it was always like that, always hiding something from him. He entered the room and gave a small smile back, all the adults started to leave the kitchen except Sirius and Y/n.
''Well, we'll let you three talks now'' Arthur spoke as he left the room.
As they left y/n broke the silence "hi"
"you two know each other..." he looked confused
"A long time" Sirius replied and pointed to the chair for Harry to sit in.
Y/n and Sirius sat down facing him.
"I was friends with your parents, more of Lilian the truth is I hated Sirius Black" y/n said and Sirius laughed.
"So, you knew my parents too..." Harry still looked confused
y/n nodded and continued "me and Lily were inseparable, however she met James... and honestly they were the cutest couple in Hogwarts, the big problem was that apart from Lily I didn't have any other friends, so when she started spending a lot of time with your dad, they both felt guilty about my loneliness and stuck Sirius, Remus and Peter in to keep me company, the problem was that hanging out with them was the same as hanging out with confusion, so I walked away from them, but Sirius didn't walk away”
"The truth is I was starting to like her; I didn't want to see her alone and I didn't want to be away from her" y/n smiled at Sirius' words
"So, you guys are a couple?" Harry asked expectantly
They were about to answer when they heard a noise at the door
"Alohomora" Y/n said pointing his wand at the door, the door opened showing Ron and Hermione and they smiled Ron embarrassed and now red waved his hand, y/n smiled and waved back and Sirius had an amused look on his face.
"It's Crookshanks fault" Ron said still embarrassed scratching his head "he came here and we came to get him..." Crookshanks jumped up on the table and walked over to Sirius.
"Crookshanks my friend! Very good to see you" Sirius said excitedly
"you guys can come in if you want" Y/n spoke as he stroked the cat.
They walked in and sat down next to Harry
"So, you two are a couple?" Hermione asked curiously, Sirius still seemed amused by the situation and y/n nodded
"Even though you hate him..." Hermione continued excitedly
"you guys have been trying to get Crookshanks behind the door for a while now, haven't you? Y/n asked smiling
"We got him but the story started to get interesting..." Hermione said embarrassed
"Yeah, we're a couple" y/n replied still smiling, both Sirius and Y/n were having fun with the situation.
"Can you guys tell us the story of how you became a couple?" Hermione asked excitedly
Sirius looked at y/n with an amused look
"Hermione loves those stories made my parents tell theirs too" Ron said.
Sirius saw that the three were looking at him expectantly and replied "fine, but it's not a pretty story Y/n was mean to me"
Y/n turned to him " what? you were the one who loved to torment me"
Sirius laughed " because I loved seeing you angry, you looked pretty angry, you still do"
Y/n rolled her eyes and then smiled.
"Well then, right after I walked away from Remus and Peter, Sirius insisted on staying in my company.
Sirius saw Y/n reading a book and she looked quite frustrated, he then walked over to her and sat down facing her.
"Now is not a good time, Black" said y/n
"You look confused"
"I'm fine! I don't need any help, it's fine" Y/n spoke with determination, but looked stressed and worried
"You look quite stressed, not well at all..." Sirius spoke looking at her worriedly.
She sighed "ok, ok, but please don't laugh at me"
"I promise" he spoke giving her a small encouraging smile, so she kept talking.
"I'm terrible at herbology, I see people talking they understand it with an ease, everyone can understand it, and herbology just doesn't enter my head, it makes me frustrated, how dumb I am, because I read and read and read, and I can't..."
"Ok, I get it, calm down, breathe" Sirius spoke interrupting her "Firstly, you're not dumb, I've watched you in potions classes, defense against the dark arts and I see an unusual ease you have in learning those subjects, and let's face it DADA isn't that easy, you have ease in subjects most find difficult and difficulty in just one subject most find simple.... Your brain, I admit, maybe it's different he switched things up..." Y/n laughed which made Sirius feel proud of himself, he loved to see her smile and laugh.
"But you're in luck, I'm willing to help you"
"In exchange for what?" Y/n asked squinting her eyes suspiciously
"See more of your smile" Sirius replied which made y/n feel butterflies in her stomach so he continued "and go on a date with me" y/n now looked quite uncomfortable and Sirius noticed on the spot "ok, I'm just kidding, let's stick with the part where I help you with herbology and appreciate your smile, alright?" she nodded.
The next day y/n was in the library and Sirius smiled as he saw her reading the herbology book like she was going to die, he then sat down facing her and placed a plant in front of her.
"Do you remember the name of this plant?" he asked
"I remember seeing a picture about it... I even remember being frustrated that it couldn't just be called a cactus" Sirius smiled at y/n's drama
"That's a Mimbulus Mimbletonia"
She sighed "right... that's the one that squirts a liquid"
"Yeah!" Sirius replied excitedly.
Y/n not at all excited continued "so if I'm not incorrect, this plant will squirt a green liquid on me if it feels threatened, and this liquid will make me stink" she spoke still not excited
"Exactly, I must say I am proud and I must remind you that the name of the liquid is stinksap" he said smiling
Y/n whispered "of course it is" and rolled her eyes, Sirius was having fun with the situation.
"The method of study you taught me is really useful, however I would be happier if you brought me a picture of the plant rather than the plant itself.
"Well, there's a spell that if you know how to do it won't have any effect on you" Sirius shrugged nonchalantly
"I'm not going to threaten that plant, Sirius" she spoke defensively
"Exactly, I will threaten the plant and you will only think about the spell"
"No, no, no way" Y/n got up from her chair
"Yes, yes, I will count to 10, when I get to 10, I will poke the plant, if you don't remember the spell, it will be stinky, you said you followed my method of study and you studied everything about these types of spells, you will do well" He spoke with conviction
"I accept on one condition; you sit next to me in case I don't remember we will both be affected"
"Okay, I trust you" he sat down beside her
"I appreciate your vote of confidence, now stay closer, so there's no way to escape" she spoke smiling and he approached her smiling too
"Very well, I will poke the plant when I get to 10.... 1.. 2.. 3.." On 5 Y/a's eyes widened "Oh my god, it went blank, calm down... well..." Sirius continued counting
"Imperivius!" she said confidently and Sirius grimaced
"8.. 9.. 10" he nudged the plant
"Impervius!" Y/n closed her eyes right after the spell, then she realized her clothes were dry, it worked... she opened her eyes.
"It worked" she spoke as she touched her clothes free of stinking liquid "I'll never forget that spell again” She then looked at Sirius and held back her laughter, Sirius had a frown on his face.
"It worked on you on me it didn't" Sirius had his clothes full of stinksap liquid, and he realized that Y/n was wanting to laugh at him
"Do you want to laugh? I'm going to hug you, after all I'm very happy you made it"
"No, no" Y/n spoke laughing and stood up quickly leaving the library, Sirius went after her, and she walked quickly running away from him while laughing
"It was your fault" she said still laughing
"Of course not!" Despite her stinking liquid Sirius was enjoying the situation and smiling, as he was catching up to her, she pointed her wand at him.
He clenched his eyes and smiled "what a rude act, y/l/n" he stepped closer "What will you do?" He was still smiling
"It was your idea, I liked it, it worked and I'm dying to hug you to thank you, but not with that smell, Merlin! Mimbulus Mimbletonia are powerful" Y/n still pointed her wand at him
"You managed to remember the name"
"I'll never forget it, thanks to you" She smiled and continued
"Evanescet odorem casia" and the liquid flowed out of Sirius
"That smells good" he said, she then hugged him.
"I got the smell off, thanks for helping me" he smiled and hugged her back and spoke "that was the easiest thing in the world, you are very smart Y/n, just emphasizing in case you didn't notice" she looked at him and he was sure she was going to kiss him, then she spotted the boys and moved away, Sirius was confused.
"Hi Sirius, Hi Y/n" it was Peter's voice, Sirius nodded and Y/n did too
"I have to go, ah that smell is lavender, if you want me to take it off..."
"No, it's fine... the smell is good"
Y/n waved goodbye to everyone and hurriedly left.
James and Remus approached
"Are you guys together?" James asked.
"No, we were studying" Sirius replied
"In that close proximity? Remus asked smiling
Sirius just smiled.
The next day Y/n was in the communal hall when Lily sat down next to her "hi" Lily spoke smiling
"Hi there, disappeared" Y/n said feigning surprise that she was there "I imagine things between you and James are going well"
"They're going really well! Who would have thought I'd be dating the guy I found most annoying, that I'd like him so much..."
Y/n smiled "honestly, you talked about him so much I figured"
Lilian laughed "I did, didn't I? And you put up with me"
"That's what best friends are for" Y/n said laughing "besides, I always thought you guys were cute, when you argued, James' passionate face always amused me"
Lily's smile widened and then narrowed "I'm sorry I walked away"
"It's no problem, Lily seriously, it's nice to see a friend so happy, I'm happy for you" Lily hugs her
"He asked me to the dance, you're going, right?"
"No one asked me" Y/n shrugged "and I couldn't find anyone to ask... "
"Sirius! You two have been hanging out so much that I thought you were dating" Lilian spoke as if it was obvious.
"He's just helping me with herbology, Sirius doesn't seem to like to be only with one girl, nor to like serious relationships, he seems to like to play with the feelings of others, no matter how much I like to be with him I always feel this insecurity that he just wants to play with me, you know? I don’t want to get me involved with that, but he's very intelligent, I managed to learn herbology quite easily with him ... and ok he's very handsome too, and makes me smile" Y/n had a lost look, then shook his head to scare away these thoughts " but no... he just wants to play, anyway..." Y/n sighed and looked at Lily, and she had a pitying look on her face
"What's wrong, why are you looking at me like that? Y/n asked
"You like him Y/n"
"No, no, why do you think that?"
"The way you talk about him, you practically dreamed in front of me"
"No, I was just... just" Lily interrupted her
"And he's coming here" Lily smiled and waved and Y/n turned to see him, and saw Sirius smiling
"Hi girls, Lily can I steal Y/n? I wanted to show her something, about herbology"
"Sure, sure... I had to go to the library right now, good studies"
"You too" Sirius replied and she left.
He now turned to Y/n "Shall we?"
"Where to?"
"To look for pure soil”
She looked at him confused and he took her by the hand, thus leading her to a place with few people outside Hogwarts, he then let go of her hand and touched the ground, Y/n still looked confused, he then smiled
"That one is pure"
He took some seeds from his pocket and buried them
"Regimen Radix" Sirius spoke with his wand pointed at the soil, and a sprout grew and within seconds there were several large lavenders in that spot, Y/n's eyes widened she moved closer, she touched the lavenders.
"That’s incredible Sirius! Can you do it with any plant?"
"Yes, but it will only work if the soil is pure" he replied and she nodded
"Regimen Radix" She whispered, happily looking at the lavenders "I really liked that spell, it made me like herbology a bit".
Sirius smiled and then he picked the lavenders that were there and gave them to her.
"Thanks Sirius, I really like those"
"Y/n, would you like to go to the ball with me?" Sirius asked flatly
"Wha...what?" y/n asked in surprise
"The ball... Would you like to go with me?" Sirius looked hopeful
She was silent for a while, and the confidence Sirius was feeling at the moment was waning
"I... I can't Sirius" She looked upset
"Will you go with someone else?" He asked with a squeeze in his heart
"No... I just..." she was walking away from him, she then left, leaving Sirius confused and sad.
Sirius was walking around Hogwarts still confused, then he saw James and Lily and went over to them
" From 0 to 10 how much do Y/n hate me?" He asked without even greeting them.
"Why? Lily asked
"I called her to the ball and she just said she couldn't, but she looked sad, like I did something wrong, did I? She left me alone all confused"
"Own my baby Sirius all in love" James said propping his cheek on his crossed hands sighing dreamily
"Shut up James"
Lily held back her smile and then turned serious "do you really like her Sirius? Or is she just another one? Because with your history with the girls here... and I'm not going to let you hurt my friend"
"No, she's definitely not just another one, I wouldn't ask her to the ball if she was, I really like her" Sirius spoke confidently
"Well then make it clear to her, seriously, be more open about your feelings" Lily replied
"Right" he then left there and went to look for Y/n, he saw Remus and asked "are you with the map? I need to find someone"
"Y/n?" Remus asked already knowing the answer Sirius just nodded
"Sirius Black in love, who would have guessed!” Remus spoke excitedly
"You and James are two peas in a pod " Sirius said and picked up the marauder's map and walked out of there then he could see on the map Y/n's feet in a place further away from everyone and went to her, arriving there Sirius saw her sitting and sat down next to her it was a place that could see the lagoon and the mountains perfectly.
"Nice place" said Sirius to break the silence, she looked at him and still looked upset
"How did you find me?"
Sirius shrugged "the important thing is that I found it"
They were silent for a while again just looking at the landscape then Sirius broke the silence again
"I like you Y/n and I thought you liked me too, that's why I asked you to the ball, I didn't mean to offend you actually I'm quite confused by your reaction, did I offend you?"
Y/n shook her head and looked surprised "do you like me?"
Sirius smiled "I thought it was explicit, I like hanging out with you and before we started studying, I asked you out"
She was still surprised "I thought you were joking, just like the invitation to the ball, I thought you were playing some bad joke"
It was Sirius' turn to be surprised "why would I joke about that?"
"I don't know Sirius, you're always with someone different fooling some girl out there, I felt insecure, I didn't think you would really like me" Y/n stood up and Sirius did the same
"I would never do that to you, because I really like being with you, I really like you." He held her hands.
Y/n smiled at his action "Well, I'm sorry for my attitude earlier, for leaving you alone, in this case, would you like to go to the ball with me?"
Sirius made a thoughtful face and then let go of their hands and walked away, such an attitude made Y/n look indignant, so he soon returned "I’m just kidding, too soon?" Y/n still had an indignant expression on her face but when she saw his big smile she smiled too.
"I would love to go to the ball with you" Then he kissed her
"that's cute" Hermione said
Y/n smiled "Well it's getting late, I think you guys better go to sleep"
"If you were my mom's best friend and you're with Sirius, then she probably asked you to be my godmother, no?" Harry asked.
"Yes..." Y/n replied, so Harry continued
"I understand why Sirius didn't look for me, but why didn't you help me didn't tell me you were my godmother? Didn't help me with the Dursleys..”
Sirius interrupted him "Harry, things are more complicated than they seem"
"So, explain to me! You always get off topic when I ask” they then heard another voice
"Why haven't you gone to sleep yet?
Y/n replied "Molly it's my fault we were telling stories and I lost track of time"
"Well, you three go to sleep, it's late and we'll be up early" Molly said authoritatively, they nodded and went to their rooms, when everyone went upstairs Sirius saw Y/n looking thoughtfully at the wall
"Baby, he's just stressed" Sirius said
"I know and quite rightly, I think I'll explain everything to him tomorrow"
Sirius nodded "we'll remind him it's my fault too, the Ministry of Magic was nagging you because of me"
"It wasn't your fault Sirius, it wasn't mine, it was Pedro's, it was my choice to protect you and I wouldn't change that, we can't blame ourselves for the consequences of his betrayal, otherwise we'll be unhappy forever, we have to move on I love remembering past but let's just keep the good things, ok? It's not worth remembering the bad ones because we've had enough in the present and I'm here with you and you with me, and I've never been happier, let's settle with Harry and talk about him spending the holidays here with us and fill him with love because he needs and deserves it, and maybe I didn't worry so much because he has great friends and Molly and Arthur are like family to him too, that makes me happy, that's what we should focus"
Sirius looked at her with so much love "I love you" he said smiling Y/n smiled "I love you too".

Chapter 4: Stolen Kisses
NSFW - 18+
Pairing: Draco x gryffindor!fem!reader
Colour: hot & naughty
Masterlist
Time: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Disclaimer: This story is about relationships between students.
Warnings: fingering, oral (fem + male receiving just for the sake of it), penetration, nipple play, semi-public sex, hickeys, language
Words: one long scroll. It's shorter than the others but oh well.
Summary: You take Draco into a storage room after his victory in the quidditch match with Ravenclaw
DISCLAIMER! due to the films the age to which the actors appear to be is different then what the characters actually are. This blog does not support relationships with minors and no age gap is implied. I personally have in my mind the years of Hogwarts to be Middle School (years 1 and 2), High School (years 3 and 4) and finally College (years 5, 6 and 7).
"And just where are you taking me?", Malfoy's smug smile was evident without you turning to look at him.
His cheerful tone tickled you ear but his volume would be enough to draw attention. You tightened you grip around the green sleeve of his quidditch uniform and pulled him into the shadows. You were just in time as moments later a few Ravenclaws passed from the hallway you were once, making their way to their locker rooms.
You felt Draco's hand slither around your shoulder. He hugged you from behind and brought his lips close to your ear.
"I could be out celebrating you know", his breath came warm on your skin, "this is the first match we won this year"
You took his hand in yours and guided it further down, into your vest. You led his fingers creep between the buttons of your shirt. His hand cupped your left breast underneath yours. You felt his breath tighten, his fingers hesitantly squeezing one of his favourite parts of yours.
You let your head rest on his chest. "That is precisely why I thought you'd like a reward.", you told him.
You looked up to his face. You caught a glimpse of what could only be described as a delightful shock before Malfoy's cunning smile returned to his lips. He took his hand out of your clothes and placed it around your waist. This time he was the one leading the two of you through the twisted passageways underneath the quidditch field. Soon he found a small storage room, away from all entrances and locker rooms and anything that was frequently occupied. He pointed his wand at the lock.
"Alohomora", he whispered, his voice trembling with excitement. "Lumos", he said next as the door closed behind you, letting the room fall into a pitch black darkness. He regulated the brightness of the small orb of light that appeared on the tip of his wand before letting it fly up above your heads.
He let his wand on the nearest self and pushed you to the door, his lips trapping yours in a passionate kiss. His right hand climbed to your neck, lifting your jaw up and deeper into the kiss. You let out a small gasp as he broke from your lips and continued down your neck, unwrapping your gryffindor scarf and throwing it on the ground. You heard the upper buttons of your shirt rip as he pulled your clothes to expose your shoulder. Your eyes closed as he lightly sank his teeth on your skin, leaving behind small rose marks. He moved his hands lower down your hips and you hooked yours behind his shoulders.
You could feel him harden, the bulge on his pants growing underneath his green uniform. He lifted your leg to his side, hand gripping under your knee like a crane, and his hips came closer to yours, his growing erection brushing your body under the fabrics of your clothes. He was getting hard, but he still had some way to go.
He broke free for a moment to pant on your skin and you took advantage of that to spin your bodies around and slam his back on the door. You stood on your tiptoes and kissed him, your hands pressing his shoulders for balance. His arm came behind you, messing your hair as he pulled you in. You pulled his uniform open to expose his heaving chest. He was a little sweaty but thankfully the cold of the field had kept him from being a total mess. The lingering scent of his cologne filled your nostrils as you planted puckering kisses on his skin. You nibbled a little on his shoulder, leaving the same marks he left you and pulling a hissing sound from his lips.
You locked the door with your wand and let it fall on the ground. You climbed back on your toes to reach him. He bit his lip as your voice tickled his ear. "You were truly amazing out there, my prince", you whispered, your fingers unbuttoning his trousers, hand slipping under his pants, "you won fair and square, and that deserves a reward"
His head slammed back, letting out a small gasp from his mouth as you climbed down, your thumb brushing his precum down his cock. His left hand swung to clutch the shelves as you took his length into your mouth, after you planted a few kisses to the side. You glanced up at his face from time to time as you swirled your tongue around him. His eyes were squeezed closed and you were excited to see him struggle to keep his breathing stable, leaving out short gasps every now and then. You massaged down his length with your hand as you tried to take more of him in, earning a sound out of his lips. You tried to hold back your smile as something as such would ruin the form you worked so hard to keep right.
"Y/n...ah....", you heard him mumble from above, "get...get up i...ah...not yet...i want to....get up.."
You took him out, planting a last kiss on the side of his cock. He was quick to come back to reality, even though panting, his hand pulling you up from under the shoulder. He pulled you close, into his embrace, his hardend cock pressing over your skirt, before pushing you to the other side of the small room, his lips never leaving yours.
"I want you, all of you", his voice had grown desperate.
He continued by pulling up your shirt along with your vest, lowering to kiss your belly. The cold air pierced your skin but the heat of his touch soon chased your shiver away. His lips climbed up on your torso. He hooked his thumbs under your bra and rolled it upwards with the rest of your clothes which he secured with his right hand. You gasped as his lips and teeth played with your nipples.
"But you need prep too", he said, his left hand pullng up your skirt. He looked down and smiled as his fingers brushed over your naked legs. "No tights? You came prepared.", he smiled smugly, "How did you know I was gonna win?"
You combed his sweaty blonde locks away from his eyes, "Well if you hadn't, I would have called it a consolation prize"
His right arm left you chest craning your leg to his waist as his left brushed higher and higher on your inner thigh. "Is that so?", he leaned his face so close to yours, his silver eyes dripping with desire. He pulled your panties to the side and slipped one finger in, than two. He pumped and curled them slowly, lustfully watching the expression on your face shift. He leaned just a little bit closer and locked his lips onto yours. Your arms crossed behind his neck. You shrieked into his mouth as he slipped a third finger in and curled them all together, hiting your spot. His thumb rubbed circles over your clit as he pumped his fingers more. You were already wet but you could feel your orgasm growing, threatening to come on Draco's fingers like water breaking free from a dam.
"I...Draco", you said between kisses, "I can t-take you now...you can...I'm...I'm gonna"
"Do it love", he said and did not have to wait for you to do so.
His wet finger brushed around your leg and clutched your butt cheek. Your body ached from their absence. He lifted you up and sat you down on a chest of drawers. He reached for his wand and casted the protection spell you two well knew by now while you slid down your panties and hung them aside. His ozzing pink tip jested with your entrance as he lined himself up. You were louder than you expected when he finally entered you, bottoming out at once. You burried your face in his shoulder, your nails in his back.
"U alright, love?", he asked with clear concern.
You leaned your head towards his. "Yes", you panted smiling close to his ear, "better than alright"
He landed a kiss on your neck. After waiting a bit for you to adjust he pulled out slowly, leaving just his tip in, and then thrusted back in. He grunted as he carefully did that again and again, your voice in his ear giving him courage. Your nails dug deep in his uniform, pulling him close. You heard him gasp with you as you rolled your hips around him, matching his thrusts. He was so warm. You longed to be around him and you could never be as close to him as when he was inside you.
He stopped. Your body that was so close to ecstasy now ached for friction.
"What...", his lips stopped you from finishing your sentence. He hushed you once he broke the kiss and then you realised why. A murmur found its way to your ears, getting louder and louder as the source approached.
Draco's eyes were at the door even if he had never left your body. He only gazed at you once, a warm smile temporarily gracing his lips, fingers tousling your hair as he saw, and felt, your nervousness. He placed kisses on your trembling shoulder until you relaxed and then turned back to the door. It then occured to you that you had not casted muffliato. You were going to, but then he was there, with his beautiful silver eyes piercing yours...and his lips were there, sweeter than the sweatest wine, begging to be kissed...
"I'm telling you he's here", Goyle's chuckle spread a shiver down your spine right before he knocked on the door. "Draco?"
Someone else knocked the door more rapidly.
"Draco for fuck's sake, we know you're in there and that you're fucking but it's time to go party with your buds now", you distinguished Theo's loud voice cry that sentence. It was followed by Blaise's attempts to calm him down but with no use. Theo slammed at the door again and cried Draco's name one more time.
You heard Draco huff in annoyance. He brought his finger to his lips, signaling you to stay quiet, and kissed your hand before crying "So what if I am you moron? What the fuck is wrong with you to disturb me?"
"I thought you said you were done screwing around, with all the meaning of the word", Pansy was the one to speak next. "《I'm done sleeping with randos》, that's what you said, 《It's time to grow up and be serious with the people close to me》", she sloppily minicked his voice. "How much did it take for you to give up? Three months, isn't it?"
"That's a personal record", Crabbe chuckled but was immediately punished, or you assumed so as he let out a cry of pain.
"It's none of your fucking business", Draco yelled over, "Now leave me alone or you'll fucking regret it later. Don't forget I know where you sleep"
You flicked him on the crown of his head but seconds later you heard the group move out. He reached for his wand and finally casted muffliato, a smile of accomplishment on his face.
"So, you're 《serious about the people closest to you》 now?", you said as he pulled on your clothes to kiss you further down the chest, "but she said three months. We've only been..."
"Going out for two?", Draco cupped your cheeks with his hands, only one of them was the one of your butt. He continued pressing sweet kisses on your skin as he spoke.
"Yes but..."
He thrusted back in, more forcefully than before
"...that was not..."
His cock came out and back in so hard you could feel him up your belly
"...not when I first thought I'd..."
Your fingers pulled hard on his blonde locks as he picked up his pace. Your legs squeezed his waist, pulling him closer as you met his thrusts.
"...I'd thought I'd have a chance with you..."
A cry escaped you. He felt so good, so, so good inside you. You needed him as much as he needed you
"Three months ago you....you kissed me...made me think I could....could actually...be with you...in every way..."
The growing orgasm on your belly came down on him like a cataract, so suddenly you would not have had time to warn him even if you had the breath to do so. After two sloppy thrusts he reached his own peak. He gasped for air, head dropping on your shoulder. His breath made you shiver, but you did not feel the cold of the forgotten locker room at all. Only his warmth. It was all him. All Draco, your Draco.
"Be-Because I...", he panted, "You're the...the most beautiful person I've....I've met and I-I'm falling in love with...with you..."

GALVANISING GREEN
(definition: galvanising (adj): to be affected by something as if by electricity)
pairing: slytherin!hyunjin x slytherin!reader
summary: hyunjin convinces you to break into professor longbottoms greenhouse with him at night, however he didn’t expect you to snoop around and get intoxicated by a plant that doubles as a strong aphrodisiac.
warnings: light angst, bad attempt at lining this up with the generation of harry and co’s children lol, somewhat involuntairy intoxication?, hyunjin is cocky, long flashback again(shocker!) smut as in: implied oral (f receiving), fingering
6.2 k words,
enjoy <3
---
(read part 2 here)
---
"Psst" you furrow your brows as you concentrate harder on the essay you’re writing for your herbology class.
"Pssst" you hear from your right again as you shake your head.
"Pssssst"
"what??" You snap your head to the right to meet victoires green-turqoise eyes before she flicks a piece of paper at you.
'Open' she mouths to you before giggling inaudibly.
You roll your eyes at what your gryffindor best friend might've just wasted 1 good minute of your time on.
Normally you arent this persistent on getting things done instantly, but you know herbology isn’t something you’re talented at.
If there was a word to describe the opposite of a green thumb, you would use it to describe your talents in herbology.
Every plant you try to be nice to (ranging from harmless to deadly), has either died, attacked you or did nothing good for your grade.
So, already slightly pissed off, you open the neatly folded piece of paper.
Her handwriting is awful, and because she hexed it, the font dances around so it takes you a second to decypher what she had written.
Hwang keeps looking at you like you're his next meal, babe!
Once you read it, a scribbled version of the heart eye emoji appears below the words, slowly opening its mouth to have little drops of animated drool rolling down the paper.
You feel the blood rushing up your neck as you look up, across the long table you were sitting at and to the one next to it, where yours and hyunjins eyes meet.
His lower lip is trapped by his teeth, when he realises you are looking back at him, he releases the rosy flesh and chases it with his tongue before trying , yet failing, to hold back a grin.
You look at victoire next to you.
She grinns widely and whispers, almost completely inaudibly "attagirl"
At which you hastily shake your head and stick your tounge out at her before quickly gathering your things and leaving the big hall with victoires quiet snickering still in earshot.
If she only knew, you think to yourself as you rush down the hallway , pressing your books tighter to your chest.
~flashback to three days ago~
You groaned and let your forhead fall onto your herbology book.
'I hate this' you muttered to yourself in a , what you felt like, never ending loop.
"I feel that" you got startled and whipped your head up as a yelp slipped past your lips.
Hyunjin grinned at you before draping a cloak over the chair and taking a seat across from you at a small table in the slytherin common room; his own books in his hand.
You chuckled embarrasedly as you ran your hand through your hair, trying to make you look somewhat presentable for the handsome boy.
"Dont worry, i dont judge you" he smiled and plopped his books on the table as well "stuck on herbology too, huh?" He peeked over.
"Yea, professor longbottom is going to behead me" you joked "i dont get it, how am i supposed to write an essay about my experiences with magical plants when all i ever get them to do is...die, or nothing at all" you shook your head in defeat.
He giggled cutely as he gathered his chin-length blonde hair in a low pony.
You couldn’t help but stare at him, the way the yellowish lights of the doungeons illuminated his features was too perfect.
The feline eyes ,the blunt nose and his thick lips. In combination with his sharp jawline and dark eyebrows, it was easy to be intimmidated by his looks.
You kind of had a thing for him for a while now, but then again so had almost every girl in your year. Him and his best friend james were by far the most good looking guys in your year.
The difference between hyunjin and his best fried however was that his friend knew he looked good and liked it to be known and acknowledged.
Hyunjin was open-minded and sweet, aslo a little shy from time to time, but he also had his cocky moments, especially with girls.
So they weren’t that different, both being players and heartbreakers to a certain extent.
They were popular due to their success in each of their quidditch teams, hyunjin being the seeker for slytherin and james for gryffindor, following in the footsteps of his famous father.
They started out as rivals but became inseperable over time, successfully breaking the stereotype that gryffindors and slytherins couldnt be friends.
Nowadays the only things they’d get competitive about was quidditch and girls.
Even though hyunjin and you were in the same house and year, you didnt have that much to do with each other.
Due to him being more popular and, well, more talented in everything he did; but also because your friendgroups rarely overlapped.
There was this one time in the 5th year where you two were close to becoming friends.
He had asked you for help with his little cousin who had started dating someone you used to be friends with, around that time you noticed that you liked him for the first time.
In the end, his cousin broke up with said boy and you somehow lost sight of each other again.
And so the crush on him kind of faded into the background, it wasnt something you were always thinking about, but you knew it was there when you spoke to him or when he was too close.
But the stories that you heard from other girls kept you from imagining more with him.
"I dont even know what the last plant was that he showed us in class, i always feel like sleeping" he said laughingly, before opening his book and opening his pot of ink as well.
You chuckled softly in response.
You watched him for a few seconds, reading his book, scratching the back of his head and furrowing his brows while his lips pushed fowards in a pout so cute, you would be insane if you didnt want to kiss it away.
After what felt like an eternity, you looked at the clock to see it was already past 11.
Since it was a friday and you didnt have class the next day, you didn't jump into bed immediately.
"This is bullshit" hyunjin muttered and looked up "what the hell do i know about what this plant looks like, i dont even know how to pronounce the name" he groaned, slightly frustrated.
He pointed to the name written in his book and showed it to you “look”
"Oh, i think i've seen this name on a pot in professor longbottoms greenhouse" you recalled.
"Yea?" You nodded at him.
"Okay" he closed his books and stood up "lets go"
"Huh?" You looked up at him confusedly.
"Lets pay the greenhouse a little visit" he grinned.
"Have you gone mad? No way, do you know in how much trouble we could get into?" You asked rethorically.
"Chill, james lent me this" he held up a dark brown cloak.
"What is that?" You asked, just as unbelieving as before.
"His dads invisibility cloak" he answered quickly "come on, we'll stay there 10 minutes tops, i just want to see what that plant looks like"
"Okay, well have fun doing that, alone" you retorted.
"Noo, y/n i need you to show me to the plant, you know where it is" he pouted.
"Please" he was definetly using his charms, which is why you felt so stupid when you sighed an ‘okay’ after he begged a few more times.
You closed your books and got up as well, hyunjin quickly draping the cloak over the both of you.
"You go in the front, you're smaller" he commented.
"Allright" you muttered and moved in front of him.
"We have to be quiet when we go outside, or the fat lady is gonna snitch on us" you felt his breath over your ear.
"okay" you said shortly, getting nervous over the fact that he was this close behind you.
Once out of the commonroom you walked up the stairs managing to do so without tripping over each other and blowing your cover.
Once you arrived on the ground floor, you headed for the back door, which brought you to the garden and the greenhouses.
The moment you reached out your hand for the door handle, it got pushed open slowly.
Hyunjin pulled you back instantly and pressed himself with his back against the stone wall as he gripped your waist with one hand and held the other over your mouth because somehow he sensed how close you were to yelp out.
What he didn't know was how he made the situation worse for you because your back was pressed against his firmly built chest and your lower back against a certain bulge.
"shh" he breathed against your ear, so quietly you almost didn't hear it.
Mr filch groaned as he stumbled inside and fumbled at the doors lock, the door itself still wide open.
You felt hyunjin push against your waist slightly from behind to get you moving, so you complied.
Quickly rushing outside, you got startled at the loud bang of the heavy door falling close behind you two.
He removed his surprisingly soft hands away from your face, his body however didn't move an inch.
You slightly turned around to him in disbelief.
"now what?" you started freaking out, because how were you going to get back inside?
"what?" he asked back.
"how in the hell are we going to get inside again smartass? He locked the door" you gestured with your hand.
"alohomora?" he answered cockily, at which you flicked his forehead.
"you've been here for 7 years and don't know that that doesn't work on the main doors?" you asked infuriated.
"okay, chill. I know some other ways" he said calmly, still rubbing his forehead.
"what do you mean chill?? What other way-" he cut you off.
"just trust me alright?" you couldn't see him well but his eyes still sparkled in the dark.
So you just sighed.
"come on" he carefully pushed you forwards by your waist; you were pretty sure he would remove them after a few seconds but they stayed there until you entered the greenhouse.
He quickly discarded the cloak and threw it onto the big wooden table in the middle of the spacious house, next to a big book on 'advanced herbology'.
"lumos" you said, making the tip of your wand light up; hyunjin mimicing the same thing.
"now, where did you see this plant?" he asked you.
"uh, I think it was over there in the corner" you pointed to the other side of the house.
"okay" he mumbled and made his way over there.
You looked around yourself and looked at some of the plants, when you heard a thump of some sort.
You whipped your head around to look for hyunjin, you spotted him rubbing his forehead.
"nothing happened" he raised his hands playfully.
You sighed in relief "hurry up, and try not to kill yourself"
"why?" you could hear his grin "cause you'd miss me?" he snickered.
"no, because I’d wanna do that myself if we get caught" you retorted, at which he chuckled.
"ah, got it" he said, holding his wand closer to the plant in the far right corner of the house to get a good look at it.
Turning around, a shimmering dark green flower caught your eye, it shined as if it was reflecting the light from your wand.
You took a few steps towards the window sill, the mysterious flower was standing on, in an equally green pot, on which in a deeper green the words 'galvanising green' were engraved on.
It was sparkling, yet there was a glass dome over the flower; which was weird because no other plant had anything of that sort placed over them.
You thought it was so pretty: the way it sparkled, some sparkles leaning more into a teal color, others more in a deep grass green. The stigma, which was protruding out of the petals was pulsating in a dark ocean green, it was as if it hypnotized you. inviting you to free it and take a closer look.
Slowly you lifted up the dome.
"okay lets go" you heard hyunjin speak somewhere in the distance, but it was uninteresting because the flower was drawing you in and nothing else mattered.
"y/n what are you doing" he seemingly came closer, making his way through all the pots and plants standing around.
After placing the small dome on the window sill, next to said flower; you got closer to it with your face.
"y/n!" hyunjin sounded stern "you don't know what that is, stop it"
Still, you took a whiff of the sprakling plant and it felt like a punch against your chest as it flooded through your lungs, throwing you back instantly.
You gasped for breath as you stumbled backwards, right into hyunjins embrace as he leaped fowards to catch you from falling.
"shit" he slowly sat you down on the ground and got in front of you "fuck y/n" he patted your cheek lightly when you coughed.
He looked up at the plant and quickly got up, placing the small glass dome over it again, holding his cloak covered hand over his nose and mouth.
"galvanising green?" he muttered, reading the inscription on the pot before looking back at you sitting on the ground and holding your chest.
Crouching down to you, he held a hand onto your forehead "are you okay?"
You cleared your throat a few times "uh-mh- yea I think so"
He nodded, carefully holding up his wand to look at your face a little better; your cheeks were a little rosy but other than that you looked normal.
"normally we should go to professor longbottom if something like this happens, but he would kill us right now" he chuckled worrily before his gaze fell onto the big book on the table in the middle of the house.
"I'll just check out the plant to be sure okay?" he said, you nodded, smiling embarrassedly.
He got up and quickly got his hands on the thick 'advanced herbology' book, opening the heavy sides and turning the pages.
"I don't even know why I did that" you spoke softly.
"its okay" he said genuinely.
"no, I'm serious, it was as if it controlled me or something" you kept going.
"hmm" he hummed, clearly to busy looking for said plant in the huge book and not listening.
"phhuuuh" you breathed out after a minute of silence and started fanning yourself.
"is it getting hot in here?" you inquired.
"green...green" you heard hyunjin mutter "there it is!" he said.
Tracing his finger under the lines he was reading, his eyes widened.
"fuck" he mumbled to himself and looked over to you, you were plucking at your shirt to get more air onto your body.
"hyunjin" you gasped "im so hot" your breathing getting shallower.
"okay, uhm okay fuck" he repeated himself and reread the little part of the page again and again.
The Galvanising Green plant is a type of flower, first analyzed in 1987, this plant is very rare in Europe.
Its effect on humans is easy to depict. For women it is a strong aphrodisiac where as for men just a small amount of the pollen can lead to severe headaches and diarrhea.
Part of him was glad that he didn't have to go through headaches and diarrhea, but a different part of him would've preferred it; because now he had to handle an extremely horny version of you?
As if the normal you wasn't enough to make him feel some type of way.
He read a little further than that before coming to your help again.
"jinnie" you mewled as you started to take off your slytherin coat.
"stop" he held it up your shoulder "listen" he placed one hand on your cheek as he brought his wand up to your face.
Your pupils were blown and your cheeks were now completely flushed. That, and your continuous ragged heavy breathing told him that you definitely inhaled more than enough pollen to trigger this response from your body.
"what?" you breathed.
"it's a really strong aphrodisiac, that's why you're feeling like this" he tired to stay calm.
"huh?" your eyes widened "oh shit" you let your head fall back.
"how do I make it go away?" you asked breathlessly, grabbing onto his bicep.
"the book says you have to work it out of your system otherwise your body will go into a shock state because of all the pollen and hormones it produces" he tried explaining to you.
"huh?" you sounded again.
"come here, get up. We'll go inside first" you complied.
"what do you mean 'work it out of my system'??" you asked him as you left the greenhouse on shaky legs, hyunjin wrapping an arm around your waist to keep you from falling.
"well" he blushed as he looked down at the invisibility cloak, he had grabbed in the last second, draped over his arm "are you seeing someone at the moment?"
"uh-n-no?" one of your feet gave out for a millisecond but hyunjin caught you before halting you in your steps.
"was that a question or an answer?" he locked eyes with you as he draped the cloak over the both of you.
"a-mh- answer" you stuttered.
"okay uhm" he kept his eyes trained on the secret path back into the castle, james had told him about.
"I'll bring you to your chambers and you'll have to do it alone then" he mumbled.
"alone? What? Do what?" you breathed heavily, suddenly you felt a rush of warmth in your nether regions at which you whimpered.
"you have to..." he cleared his throat "well... work it out of your system" his eyes widened and his head snapped towards you when you moaned.
"y/n? you okay?" you had buried your face in his shoulder.
"shit" he mumbled "here we go" he pointed to a wooden door "just a minute and we'll be inside okay?"
"hmm" you whined.
You walked through said door into a tunnel you'd never seen before; normally you would've scolded him as to why he knew these kind of things but you had other problems right now.
Not a minute later hyunjin tapped onto the wall, which indicated the end of the tunnel, with his wand in a weird pattern.
But somehow it worked and another door appeared, leading the two of you into a small broom closet.
"you have to be quiet now" he whispered, you nodded your head as good as you could and bit your lower lip.
Leaving the broom closet, you stepped into the hallway of the seventh floor of Hogwarts.
"hyunjin, you cant just leave me alone" you whispered desperately when the same tingling warmth returned.
The pollen of the plant overtaking your brain so much that you didnt even care as to how that weird door brought you into a broomcloset that connected to hogwarts again.
"shh" he shushed you before speaking as well "y/n I don't know how else to help you"
That was a lie, of course he knew what he could do.
But that would be unethical; he didn't want to take advantage of you like that.
"you have to help me" you clawed at his coat "please" you whimpered and it went straight into his pants, which he felt guilty about.
Suddenly a door appeared a few meters in front of you, just a second after he'd spotted it, he heard footsteps from behind.
"shit shit, fucking shit" he ushered you to walk faster before quickly opening the door and rushing inside.
When he looked at the door from the inside, it disappeared; leaving only the brick wall. You had already ripped the invisibility cloak off the both of you.
Looking around this mysterious room, he spotted a luxurious king sized bed with nightstands on each side and dimmed lights; that's when he knew where you two were.
"no fucking way" he mumbled, having never before seen the room of requirement.
"hyunjin" his thoughts got interrupted by you dragging him at his coat and stopping right with your back to the bed.
"please help me" you looked up at him with big teary eyes, he could hear your heartbeat, that's how affected you were by the plant.
You discarded your coat, before pushing his down his shoulders as well.
"y/n no" he said, but his coat already laid on the ground.
He caught your wrists when you reached for his belt "y/n you cant think straight, you don't really want this"
"yes I do" you stomped your foot on the ground "I really do" you said quieter as you came closer.
"please jinnie" you freed your wrists from his grip and peeled off your plain black tshirt you always wore under the coat “this is your fault to begin with!”
His eyes stuck to your lacy black bra as you undid the button of your jeans and pushed them down your legs.
He felt his cock stir in his pants when your matching cotton panties were revealed and you stepped out of your jeans, kicking them to the side.
You took advantage of his slow reflexes and looped your arms around his neck "please" you whispered before attaching your lips to the skin under his jaw.
He swallowed hard "fuck y/n" his hands grabbed your waist, making you push yourself against him more flush.
"okay okay" he sighed in defeat, you looked up at him "I'll help you, but we're not going to have sex!"
"hyunj-" you started again.
"y/n I'm serious I don't want to take advantage of you" you swallowed and nodded, eyes big.
"okay" he ducked down a little and plucked you up from the ground by the backs of your thighs.
You squealed in excitement.
"Kiss me" you pleaded after he laid you on your back and slotted himself in between your legs.
His lips were slightly parted as he looked down at you, eyes scanning over your features.
"Okay" he whispered before pressing his lips to your. You instantly moaned into his mouth when his togue pressed against yours.
The next thing you did would've never happened if that plant hadn’t make you hornier than 10000 bunnies.
You took one of his hands and brought it down to cup over your core, mumbling a whiny 'please'.
Hyunjin hissed through his teeth when he felt how soaked your panties were.
He palmed your throbbing cunt roughly, shooting a spark of pleasure up your spine aa he encouraged you to rutt your hips against his hand.
"Oh my- hyunjin" you yelped out after he had discarded your panties and slipped a finger into you.
“okay?” he asked when feeling how tight you were, at which you nodded agressively. It was almost embarrassing how excessively aroused you were ; hyunjin however didnt have alot on his mind in that moment.
All he could focus on was how pretty your flushed cheeks were and how lost you were in the pleasure he was providing you.
His thumb found your aching clit and drew circles over it while pumping his middle finger into you.
"thats it baby, you like that?" He asked a little hesistantly, not sure how you felt about dirty talk, but seeing your chest arch up and hearing your whimpers only spurred him on.
"Hmmmh" you whined "fuck-oh" he looked down at you in awe when your pretty lips shaped into an o form.
"Fuck i'd love to taste you right now, so desperate hm?" He hummed into your ear, it sending straight into your core.
Your back arched off the bed and you clawed at his soft black shirt when his lips found your neck.
"Yes-yes fuck hyunjin-" you cried out when he started sucking at a particular sensitive spot, coming apart shortly after with yelps of his name, clenching around his finger furiously.
"Better?" He asked after a minute, looking down at you, you chest was heaving and a light sheen of sweat covered your body.
"A little" you said quietly.
"Need more?" He asked like the gentleman he was, gently letting his finger slide out of you.
You nodded poutingly as you ran your nails through his hair at the back of his head.
"What you said about tasting me..." you looked up at him shyly "w-would you?"
His eyes widened, would he?
He wanted to, really badly.
So, he heard himself stutter a "yeah" as you unclasped your bra.
The low moan that slipped past your lips when he sucked one of your nipples into his mouth made his cock stir in his boxers.
"you're so sexy" he mumbled against your stomach before suckling at the skin just over your belly button.
"take off your shirt" you pleaded, to which he grinningly complied
You moaned when you felt a new heatwave wash over you at the shight fo his toned torso; gasping when the blonde haired boy reinserted his finger into you.
"arh yes fuck" you groaned, grasping his hair when he started leaving wet kisses on the junction of your legs.
Feeling your arousal being at a height as if you didn't just get off again, you whimpered, realising he was teasing you as he switched between thighs.
"please don't tease jinnie" you pouted, he grinned at the nickname, he loved it but would never admit it.
"mmh- what do you want me to do?" he grinned up at you, his fingers moving too slow inside of you for your liking.
"use your mouth" you begged "please" he almost felt guilty for how much he liked hearing you beg for him.
"how could I say no to that pretty pout" he teasingly nipped at your thigh making you squeal.
-end of flashback-
Just as you speak the password to the fat lady and the door opens, you hear running behind you and a voice "hey! l/n"
Of course you recognize the voice, so you sigh and turn around "hwang" you say, plastering a fake smile on your face.
"you've been avoiding me" he grins as he catches up and steps into the slytherin dungeons at the same time.
"hmm have i?" you mumble, not looking at him directly.
"yea, even though you so clearly couldn't get enough of me two nights ago" he bites his lip and raises his brows cockily when you stop and look up at him.
"listen, I was drugged by a fucking plant okay?" you argue "and you even promised me to never bring it up again, so what the fuck do you want?" you ask.
"never bring it up with anyone else babe, I thought we could talk about how much fun we had together?" he reaches for your waist, at which you slap his hand.
"would you not?" you whisper "there are people here" he just chuckles at the way you blushed slightly.
"okay, I'll make it easy for you hwang, what do you want?" you stem you free hand on your hip sassily.
He breathes in as his eyes wander over your face before his lips curl into a smile and he reaches for you hand "come with me?"
You huff but don’t fight his hand enclosing yours "where?"
"somewhere we can talk in private" he states calmly.
So you follow him out once more, you should've known where this was going but only really realise it when he pulls you in a broom closet.
Books still pressed against your chest with one arm, you hiss "what the fuck? I thought you wanted to talk"
"chill miss goody shoes" he giggles before his eyes fall onto your books "gimme those" he mumbles, taking them from you and plopping them on the ground behind him.
"hyunjin!" you exclaim, mad that your books were getting dust all over them.
He just snickers before coming closer.
You involuntarily press your back against the wall because he’s closing in on your personal space.
"what do you want?" you ask him for the nth time, a little quieter this time. His hands find your hips as he wedges a strong thigh in between your legs.
"I missed you" he says quietly, the lighting in there is bad but you can see that his eyes are fixed on your lips.
"huh?" your breath was shaky.
He grins before leaning in slowly, giving you the opportunity to stop him, and when you don't, he presses his lips against yours.
You kiss him back without thinking, your hands finding their home in his long hair when he gently rolls his tongue against yours.
The grunt that comes from him shoots straight into your pants, you feel how he presses his body into yours; the thigh between your legs getting pressed into your sensitive core.
Moaning against his lips at the new friction; he pulls at your bottom lip with his teeth before moving down your jaw with his lips.
You let out a shaky breath when he reached that one spot on your neck, directly under your jaw.He smiles against your skin before sucking on the soft spot at which another moan leaves your lips.Growing desperate, you start rocking your core against his thigh more obviously.
Hyunjin releases the soft skin from in between his lips, grabbing your jaw with one hand as he looks down at you ministrations.
"need something, pretty girl?" he grins, the nickname has you keening; the friction provided by his thigh being nice but nowhere near enough to get you off.
"please" you just mumble before he kisses your lips again.
Together, you undo the buttons of your cloak before he unzips your jeans and slips his hand into your panties.
-
"w-wait, hold up girl, you're telling me you haven't had sex yet?" victoires gaze bores holes into the side of your face as she sits down across from you on your bed.
There was no way you couldn't have told her about this whole situation you had gotten yourself in.
"no!" you snap your head towards your best friend "we just did a lot of other stuff" you cross your legs to sit more comfortably.
"but I don't plan on sleeping with him anyway" you shrug your shoulders.
"why?" your best friend grins "I thought you were sick of being a nerd and a virgin"
"bitch" you tsked and smacked her calve that was closest to you "you're a nerd as well"
"yea" she snickers "but im not a virgin because I don't feel the need to only do it with someone I'm in love with"
"hmpf" you let yourself fall back onto your back "whats so bad about that though?" you ask more quietly.
"nothing" she lays down next to you "I'm just kidding...but does he know?" you shake your head.
"no, I feel like he'd just call me a prude or miss goody shoes if I told him" you mumble.
"well then he's definitely not the right one to do it with" victoire comments, you just nod.
-
The next morning you’re sitting in the big hall, chatting with victoire as usual, as breakfast was being served.
Suddenly you felt a woosh of air on your right as someone sat down in a hurry.
"hey l/n" you glace to your right to see hyunjin "hey weasley" he nods at victoire opposite from you and him.
When you look over at you best friend you see that james had sat himself next to her, grinning just as big as the blonde boy next to you.
"uh hi?" victoire speaks for the both of you.
"listen up, we graduate in a few weeks and graduation ball is soon as well..." hyunjin starts, still grinning from ear to ear.
You frown, victoire mimicing your expression, both of your gazed flickering between the two boys.
"..so??" she gestures with her toast in hand.
"so...how bout it?" james continues "let’s go to the ball together" he turns to victore before gesturing to you and hyunjin "and those two"
You giggle when seeing victoires face scrunch up in disgust before she flicks james forehead.
"eww potter, I'm not going to the ball with you, that'd almost be like incest. Plus I'm trying to get laid afterwards" you laugh at james shocked expression to your best friends words.
"what do you mean incest babe? Just because we've known each other for so long doesn't mean..." he keeps on rambling to your best friend as she stands up and turns to you.
"excuse me" she exhales annoedly, you chuckle and nod before she walks away, james at her heels, still talking.
"so what about us?" you flinch a little, almost having forgot about hyunjin next to you.
"uhh, I don't know" you say, looking down at your plate.
"why not?" he nides your arm with his elbow "we like each other" he scooches closer "we have fun together" lifting his hand and softly tucking a strand of your hair behind your ear as he speaks.
You move away from him "yea about that, I think we should stop" you quickly say before getting up to make your way out of the hall as well.
"hey" he catches up with you quickly "why? did I do something wrong?" you roll your eyes as you keep walking.
"I didn't tell anyone about us! I swear! A- and I think y-you know, you're hot, I'm hot; I think we'd look really good toge-"
"can’t you accept a no?" you suddenly stop in your tracks, frowning annoyedly as you tell him off.
"woah- hey I just wanna know why you hate me all over sudden" he looks hurt.
"I don't hate you hyunjin" you sighed "but I also don't like you; you play with girls like they're dolls and when you had your fun you throw them away and I don't want to be thrown away, no matter by who" you breathe in.
"okay okay" he holds up his hands in defense "first of all, everything I had with 'all of these girls' you are talking about" he quotes you, gesturing air quotation marks "was two- sided! They knew what they were getting into, I never lead a single one of them on"
"mhm I'm sure that's why they like you so much now" you speak sarcastically while crossing your arms infront of your chest.
"you're making it seem like I slept with the whole school y/n!... I didn't! just to be clear..." you roll your eyes again.
"Its not my fault when-"
"when what?" you feel yourself get angry "when they fall in love with you?? because you're sooo irresistible??"
"is it so hard for you to believe that I'm not that interested in you? Is your ego that big?" you caught yourself before you got too loud, staring into each others eyes for a few seconds.
When he doesn't react to your statement you turn on your heels, ready to walk away again.
"I kinda hoped you were actually" you stop, turning around to him again when he continues "because I actually like you"
"so that's what you call not leading someone on, yea?" you ask rhetorically.
"I'm not leading you on y/n I'm serious" he walks up to you again.
"you're only interested in me because you haven't actually fucked me yet, hyunjin" you deadpan and walk away for good this time.
-
"girl" victoire exclaims as she walks into your chambers, you look up from the homework you’re doing on your bed a few days later.
“how do you always get in here?” you ask, reffering to the fat lady being very strict with non-house members in the chambers.
“the fat lady loves me!” she shrugs her shoulders, plopping down on your bed.
"alright, what is it?" you look back down to finish writing your sentence.
"I just saw hwang in the hallway, he looked beat" she huffs "and with beat I mean way way worse than the last few days" she eyes you scribbling something onto your paper.
"hm" you respond.
"what did you do to him?" she asks.
"what do you mean? I protected myself from being just another girl on his list" you continue writing.
"are you sure?" victoire persists "I mean whenever you sat next to each other in class, even after the plant incident...he seemed genuinely happy with you next to him"
"well, sucks for him I guess" you mumble, not looking up, instead turning some pages in your book.
You did feel sorry in hindsight, you shouldn't have talked to him like that. He had always shown you respect and you didn't reciprocate it.
It is just really hard to believe that he'd actually be interested in you, since he was well...kinda perfect at everything and you were just very mediocre at everything.
He is so good looking, and even though he calls you hot and pretty you yourself don't really believe it.
Like,... what do you have that he can’t find in a prettier girl?- "y/n?" victoire speaks up.
"huh??" your head snaps up at her.
"I said... are you sure that you didn't just push him away because you're scared of the fact that you may like him back?"

Part 1 Here!
A/N: I’ve been writing this since March, and finally wrapped it up. Slightly NSFW, and apartment scene is inspired by Lore Olympus by Rachel S.
- You’ve been dating for 2 or 3 months.
- You do it basically every chance you get
- You moan as he pushes you up against the wall, trailing kisses down your neck, sucking at your collarbone
- “Dra-Draco please” you mumble into his shoulder
- “When do you have to be back at work?” He asks between kisses, piercing grey eyes peering into yours
- He never seems to lose his composure, not even during sex
- Which of course only makes you more flustered
- The first time, it had been fairly dark
- But over the past few months you’ve been with him so often you’ve got a very good idea of what his body looks like
- Toned arms, a firm outline on his abs, pale skin blooming with the hickeys you’ve left
- Not to even get started on that face
- No wonder you couldn’t keep your hands off of him
- He bites your collarbone and you yelp, only to be met with a raised eyebrow in return
- You feel your face grow hot, you were so busy admiring him, you forgot to answer his question
- “H-half an hour I think” you mumble.
- He frowns, that’s not as much time as he’d like
- “I guess you’re going to be late” he mumbles against your skin, his hand making quick work of your blouse
- You’ve got this glow, and everyone has noticed
- “Hey! Took a long lunch today?”
- You feel your face growing warm, your hand moving over the new hickey forming on your neck
- “Just lost track of time” you say with a laugh
- You haven’t told anyone at work about you and Draco because of his popularity in your office
- “Hey (Y/N)! Come over and look! The hot guys walking by our office again!”
- Draco’s got a scowl on his face, thin, pale eyebrows practically pressed together. His eyes hold a fierce glare.
- God, you haven’t seen that expression on him in months
- You had completely forgotten that you both hated each other at first
- You catch a glimpse of his soft, pale hair, falling against his eyes. A gloved hand moves to push it aside.
- A hand that had been somewhere rather intimate only a handful of minutes ago.
- Draco’s never been happier in his entire life
- Even his employees have noticed
- “Is it just me, or does Mr. Malfoy seem more chill than usual?”
- “Yesterday That part timer, Natalia, spilled coffee all over his coat. He didn’t even blink, just said ‘these things happen’, usually he’d sack her on the spot!”
- “Maybe he finally got laid”
- They both laugh at that, while Reginald is practically sweating buckets at his desk behind them
- Little do they know they’re spot on.
- Ever since Draco started seeing you, he’s constantly come to Reginald for advice on “navigating the muggle world”
- “The traps of the muggle world are terrifying” Draco had said with a shiver. “Y’know she wanted me to use one of these?”
- Draco pulls out a condom
- “I mean what even is this? A sweet? It tastes just like plastic”
- Reginald’s not sure what’s more embarrassing, that his boss tried to eat a condom, or that he had to spend an hour and half explaining what a condom was to him, and how to use one.
- “So you can shag as much as you want with these, and nothing happens?” Draco says with a face of sheer amazement.
- Reginald has to remind himself to be empathetic. He’s lucky his parents are muggles, and generally very open minded.
- It’s not surprising Draco doesn’t know anything. The wizard world’s typical propaganda encourages procreation to increase the wizard population.
- The truly desperate can drink a potion or cast a charm, but Reginald’s sure something of that sort is never discussed in pureblood familys.
- “Muggles are pretty brilliant aren’t they?” Draco’s staring at the small plastic square in his palm, with true wonder.
- Reginald can’t help but smile, he looks like a kid that just discovered sweets
- “They are”
- Draco’s feeling pretty good, he’s got your favorite take out in one hand, flowers in the other, and a smile on his face
- He’s got someone he loves, he knows what condoms are, he’s on top of the world
- “Draco, how come I’ve never been to your place?”
- Happiness is fleeting, and reality is a lie
- He’s just set down the take out on your dining table, watching you sitting on the edge of the sofa
- You’re only a few feet away from him, but you feel an ocean away
- Well, he can hardly tell you that he still lives with his parents and that they despise Muggles and would probably curse you before you could even make a sound
- His mouth opens, brain scrambling to find an excuse
- He’s going to go with “he lives at his parents estate” when he actually looks at you
- You’re not looking to him, waiting for an explanation. You’re looking at your hands, eyebrows creased together and teeth nibbling into the flesh of your lip.
- He places a hand under your chin, nudging your face to look up at him.
- “Is that really what you’re worried about?”
- It’s not
- You were too much of a coward, and chickened out asking him your initial question
- You hadn’t thought of it before today, when all the women in your office crowded around the window to look at him
- He must have women throwing themselves at his feet
- You were together so often, you doubted he had the time to have anyone else.
- But you never had dates at his place, always yours
- In fact, you had never visited his place
- He could have an entirely different life than what you imagined, and this relationship, the blossoming feelings inside of you could just be in your head.
- Well, you’re only half right. Draco does have a whole other life, but not like you think
- “It’s just- what are we?” Biting on your lip, mustering up every ounce of courage you have you add “...are we dating?”
- Or are you both just f*cking
- He’s taken aback that this is what you want to ask, and honestly he’s a bit annoyed
- In his mind he’s already given up so many things to be here with you now
- His pride, his family, his heritage, he’s even ready to give up magic if it comes to it
- It’s all so obvious to him, that he doesn’t realize it’s all in his mind, he hasn’t conveyed any of this to you
- A softer expression moves across his face, as he takes you in, your gaze lingering on your hands.
- Of course you’re confused
- He kneels beside you on the ground, his fingers wrapping around your hand
- “Of course we’re dating, you’re my (girlfriend/boyfriend), my lover, my significant other, my partner” each title is pronounced by a soft kiss on your knuckles. He peers up at you through his eyelashes, taking in your flushed face
- You’re his entire future
- “How do you feel about me?” He asks, his breath held in his throat as he watches you carefully
- He’s only now realizing that much of your relationship has existed in his mind
- The thought that perhaps you don’t see your relationship as anything long term only occurs after the words leave his mouth.
- You’re flushed hiding your face in your large sweater
- It’s hard for you to be honest with your wants and needs, especially in relationships
- “I want you to be my boyfriend” you mumble, and he squeezes your hand
- The words take courage you didn’t know you had, but Draco’s grin is worth it.
- He places kisses on your hand, then your face, and finally your lips. You feel his smile, and can’t help but smile as well.
- Then his kisses trail to your neck
- “Draco... the food will get cold...” you murmur, but your hand creeps under his shirt.
- “It’s fine,” he mumbles against your neck. “Gives me an excuse to invite you to my place for a proper meal next time”
- Cue to the next day, with Draco sitting across from his mother in their home. She’s flipping through a book with her wand.
- “I want a flat!” He practically shrieks out, Narcissa doesn’t even look up
- “To own, or rent?”
- Crap. He didn’t think this far ahead, he didn’t really think the words would actually come out. But he promised you a date at his place, and he can’t exactly bring you to the manor now can he?
- Besides, possible hexes and curses aside, his parents being here would definitely kill the mood
- “Rent, I guess. It’s just hard commuting to the office from home.”
- He half expects his mother to tell him to quit then, not like he needs the salary anyway. They have plenty of money.
- But instead, she says:
- “Fine, I’ll tell your father to contact our real estate connection.”
- Draco lets out a breath he hadn’t realized he was holding, about ready to walk away, his mother looks up from her book for the first time
- “And Draco,” He meets her gaze, stopping midway from exiting “do bring them home sometime.”
- He’s attempting to play dumb when his mother adds
- “And make sure to cover up the marks on your neck before you see your Father. You know how he is.”
- Draco just nods, feeling the heat creep into his face.
- Apartment hunting is surprisingly stressful. Partially because of how little he understands the muggle world.
- “This is the electrical closet, it stays locked.”
- Muggles. Don’t they realize he can just use a quick ‘alohomora’ to open it.
- When the realtor isn’t looking, he opens it, takes in the air conditioning unit and the wires, and promptly closes it again
- The muggle world is truly terrifying
- He ends up choosing a flat a few streets away from yours, in a posh upscale building. Naturally he lives in the penthouse.
- He considered moving into the same building, but decides against it
- He has to remind himself that even though he plans on marrying you, he has to play it cool.
- From your perspective you’re a new couple that’s still falling in love
- He hates his apartment, he doesn’t understand how anything works, he has to cook all his meals himself, and he didn’t realize how much cleaning went into living without servants
- He has a newfound respect for house elves as he scrubs pasta sauce off of the ceiling
- In addition, none of the appliances in this place are enchanted, which means he has to actually use his hands to turn on the water or open the refrigerator
- He hates it
- “Wow, I considered this building too, but it was pretty expensive” you say as he helps you out of your coat
- You wonder if the reason he never invited you over was because he was trying to hide the fact that he came from money
- Not like it was a secret, what with the clothes and the restaurants he took you to, he was either rich or close to bankruptcy
- Draco’s just hoping you haven’t figured out he only moved in a week ago
- Thankfully the red sauce stains on the ceiling and Draco’s inability to clean very well thoroughly mislead you into believing this is a well lived in apartment
- Your eyes twinkle as you take in the incredible view from the large panel window in his living room
- “The views absolutely bewitching” you murmur with a smile, enchanted as you gaze at the twinkling lights of London
- He watches you, watching the lights. You look like you’re almost glowing, your form wrapped by the scenery
- “You’re the one that’s bewitching” he murmurs, watching your grin
- Well he can manage for a bit longer

✨Hogwarts Harringrove ✨ pt. 7 ( 1 • 2 • 3 • 4 • 5 • 6 • 8 • ao3 )
The weekend arrived, and with it, Steve’s date plan.
“You’re literally taking me to the greenhouses,” Billy scoffed when he realized where they were going. Evening had descended over the school and grounds, apart from the hint of periwinkle and orange winking through the trees.
“The rose garden!” Steve defended. “Not a lot of people know about it because it’s out of the way. It’s just nonmagical roses, and it’s warm in there - don’t run your hand through them, though, they all have thorns.”
“Uh huh,” Billy sassed, not even needing the story behind that. He walked with Steve well after the pathways over the grass had ended, but around a grove of trees, the greenhouse glowed with warm lanterns. The magical orange flames contrasted with the green, making it look inviting instead of ominous.
“I think it’s the herbology teacher’s stress garden. There aren’t any classes in here. Alohomora.”
The lock clicked and the door gave way with the tension between the cold outside and humid inside, allowing Steve to nudge right in with his hands full of picnic basket. “Pick a spot.”
He didn’t rush Billy as the latter’s head lifted to take in the second-story balcony wrapping around the ground floor. It was almost a shame that the floor was paved with ornate tiles, because they were barely visible underneath the crowded rose bushes. Billy followed the tiles through the center of the room, in which a recessed pool waded tranquilly. A Turkish fountain in the far wall fed the pool, but Billy walked past it to climb the iron, spiral stairs.
“Stay there, I just want to see what’s up here.”
Steve set the basket down beside the pool and threw open a tasseled blanket. Removing his shoes, he let one foot kick in the water while he set out their dinner -
“Is that beer?” Billy piped above his head.
Steve laughed and confirmed, “Yeah. I asked the kitchen nicely, and they delivered.”
It was cute, how Billy rushed back down to see what else he’d brought. Billy unstoppered the bottle and poured for both of them while Steve narrated, “There’s beer and water - don’t look at me like that, I have to stay hydrated for quidditch. And we got hot sandwiches with some jars of alfredo. Last but not least: watermelon.”
Billy laughed as he opened a mason jar. “I’ve never eaten pasta out of a jar before - Steve.”
He looked up at Billy’s sudden tone, and followed his gaze to his leg in the water. With his jeans rolled up, they could see an impressive bruise along his shin, traveling up and presumably stopping at his knee beneath the fabric.
“Oh. I fell off my broom in practice yesterday. I almost caught myself, but instead I somehow dragged my leg through the stirrup. My pants saved my skin from being shredded, but the bruise is still pretty gnarly.”
“Why don’t you have your magical doctors fix it?”
Steve’s eyes rolled while he chewed his turkey melt. “Because they claim that too much magical healing will make the body forget how to do it. Like how the immune system needs to get sick a few times to actually build up anti...anti...”
“Antibodies.”
“I don’t think that’s it.”
“I come from non-magic medicine. That’s what it is.”
“Why would the immune system be anti body? That doesn’t make any sense.”
Billy leaned back with his inhalation. He didn’t want to argue about something stupid on a first date. And in a Steve way, he made sense.
But then Billy went very still, and quickly swallowed the noodles he’d been working on to say, “Steve, there’s a kid staring at us.”
Steve waved his fork at him. “That’s some Shining bullshit. Don’t say that.”
“Turn around.”
With a cheek full of pasta, Steve twisted around and then threw his arm into a wave. “Oh, hey! Hi, Ellie.”
“Oh good. You know the kid,” Billy groaned, sounding more putout than relieved.
Steve sent him a smile before he offered, “You want some fruit?”
A girl with curly brown hair emerged from the roses, wearing a long-sleeve plaid shirt that was clearly too big for her, but held to her body by corduroy overalls. She folded right down to sit on her heels, filling her cheeks with melon like a littler kid would.
Billy pointed out, Are we fine with our date being crashed?”
Steve returned, “I think it’s fair that she hangs out with us. Just ignore the bear outside.”
“Bear?” Billy exclaimed, and as if on cue, felt a presence nearby. He found it in the form of a large, vague body moving past the glass of the greenhouse.
“That’s Ellie’s dad, Jim Hopper. He’s an animagus and the grounds keeper. He’s a retired auror, but he’s nice.”
“Speak English to me.”
Steve’s eyes widened and he recalibrated, “He can turn into a bear. Not like a full moon thing, just on demand.”
“Okay, and he’s a retired what?”
“Auror. It’s like...a wizard cop.” He set down his jar of pasta in front of Ellie’s knees, and she silently lifted the fork for a mouthful. “You’re actually not the first new kid, but Ellie doesn’t do a traditional class schedule.”
He frowned at her. “Why not?”
Then she looked him dead on, and Billy felt his heart land against his spine, trying to hide behind it. She quickly looked away and said softly, “That’s why.”
Steve wiped the corners of his mouth and explained, “She’s got some magical creatures in her. We don’t know what, but probably a little of Veela. Oh, if you see a guy with a mustache, that’s Hopper. He doesn’t believe in dress codes since he retired as a new dad. I mean, he’s technically naked out there, but he usually has clothes on.”
Ellie giggled at that, and Billy decided she was all right.

The Family Secret
Chapter 2: The Knight Bus
Pairing: Young!Snape x Reader
Summary: You start your journey to escape Spinner’s End with Severus and try summoning the knight bus for the first time.
Word count: 2890
Chapter 1
Your thoughts spiralled as he cuddled into your side, sleeping away the events that kept you up. Resting in this house was the last thing you wanted to do right now, but Severus looked so tired, so beat from whatever happened in that kitchen last night, you’d decided to stay another hour and let him sleep before you made your escape. You’d tried to fall asleep, tried to forget for just a moment, but his partial weight atop you, his heavy breaths brushing your skin reminded you of all the pain he went through because of you and it broke your heart.
You hadn’t asked him what happened and you didn’t care to know. All you wanted was for him to be safe and you were thankful that at the very least you’d managed to stay with him tonight. You couldn’t let anything else happen to him and you weren’t going to. You were going to protect him and save him from this house, no matter the cost. You couldn’t go on knowing the abuse he suffered through, the agony he’d suppressed all these years. Just the thought of leaving him here in this house tore at you, worried the next time you saw him, he’d look worse than he did now, or Merlin forbid you never see him again. The thought boiled your blood, and you couldn’t stand staying another second on this tainted street.
Slipping from under him, you carefully removed yourself from his bed as not to wake him. You pulled the cover back over him and watched him sleep a moment as you gently brushed his hair away from his face. Fetching your wand, you silently cast lumos and looked around his tiny room. He didn’t own much, but at least that meant it would be easy to pack. Making your way to his closet, you carefully opened it and found his Hogwarts trunk shoved inside it. Looking back at Severus, you very gently grabbed hold of the trunk, its weight heavier than you expected and carried it out of the closet.
Opening it, you went back to the closet and folded up a few clothing items he seemed to prefer to wear and tossed them in the trunk. You would have found it odd that he hadn’t unpacked the rest of his things when he got home from Hogwarts, but you understood now that this wasn’t his home. Hogwarts is where he felt safe, where he belonged, where he was happy and this house, this street was nothing more than a prison to him.
“(Y/N)?” Severus’ coarse whisper caught your attention and before you could even process the fact he was awake, you’d jumped up and quickly made your way over to him, sitting on the edge of the bed with a hand cupping his cheek.
“Hello,” you whispered back, smiling as he blinked his sleep away. “It’s time to go. I’ve packed most of your things.”
Severus nuzzled into your touch a moment, words unable to describe how happy he was you’d stayed with him after what happened last night. He was enchanted by you, falling further in love with you if that were even possible. You cared for him enough to stand by his side, to help him and he couldn’t wait to leave this house with you, never looking back.
Sitting up, he rested against the wall behind him, his hands searching to grip yours. He held your free hand between his tightly, never wanting to let go as he found your eyes, tilting his head into your palm. “You didn’t have to do that.”
“It was nothing,” you smiled and, to Severus’ disappointment, pulled away. “We should get going.”
He knew you were right, that there was no time to spare staring into each other’s eyes, but he was scared. Once your journey began, there would be no taking it back. He didn’t want to know what would happen if he got caught trying to sneak out, trying to escape and with you no less; the stranger he’d let into his father's home, the reason he’d been punished, humiliated. But bringing you here was all worth it if not to have you comforting him these last few hours. He would have given anything to have any form of care when he was younger, seeking it in a friend with Lily, in the notes he took in his mother’s old Advanced Potion Making book, in the books he’d thrifted over the years, piling up in every corner of his room. Anything to help him forget the reality he lived in, to provide him any sort of relief.
“How are we going to get to your house?” He asked as he pushed himself off the bed, his legs suddenly feeling like they were made of glass.
“I read that any witch or wizard can summon the Knight Bus by simply raising their wand,” you said, kneeling to clasp his trunk shut. Severus nodded having read the same thing and hoped you were right about how to summon it. If what he’d read in the books were true, his parents wouldn’t be able to follow them once they got on the bus, at least, not without magic.
Severus made his way over to the door and slowly opened it, peering out to catch any sign of his parents before he quickly grabbed hold of one side of the trunk as you gripped the other. With you walking first, you made your way down the stairs, careful not to make a sound, your heartbeats the only sound filling the house. Relief washed over you both as you reached the bottom step, slowly walking to the closed door that led to the sitting room.
With one hand holding the trunk, you gripped the doorknob and turned it, but the moment you tried pushing it open, the door creaked so loud you would have thought the hinges were about to fall off. Severus had never once heard that door make such a sound, almost as if the house was protesting his escape, like it wanted him trapped here forever, unable to leave. But he wouldn’t have it. The house may stand here on the edge of Spinner’s End for all of eternity, but he wasn’t going to suffer the same fate. Nodding his head, he encouraged you to open the door and as if ripping off a bandage, you quickly pushed on the doorknob. The door flung open and before you could worry about anyone hearing you, the door’s screams were silenced as its movements came to a halt.
Moving quickly, you walked to the front door and took out your wand, casting a silent alohomora to unclasp the locks on the door, letting Severus led you to the main road. You would have asked Severus why there were so many locks, but the answer seemed rather obvious after everything you learned last night. Poor wasn’t the right word to describe Spinner’s End as its reputation would say. No, last night showed you Severus’ fears for what you’d learn lay on the surface of something much grander. This street wasn’t simply filled with families of a low income, they were broken families, hope lost to them all, reflected in the houses lined up next to each other. The paint on the outside chipped, the foundation of the houses barely holding together, the windows always covered but never cleaned. The spirits of those on Spinner’s End were broken, faith and aspiration lost to all but one.
Each step he took freed a chain around him meant to keep him tethered to Spinner’s End. He was free. He’d done what no one on this street could do and left. There was no turning back and he wouldn’t dream of it. If he’d gone to live on a park bench, he’d still be happy, but the fact that you were with him, freeing him from his prison was all the more gratifying and for the first time, he was looking forward to spending the summer in Cokeworth.
“This is far enough,” you said, motioning for him to set the trunk down. The streets were almost pitch black, a singular flashing streetlight trying it’s best to illuminate the road. Severus cast a silent knox and put away his wand, walking around the trunk to you as you held your wand in the air, feeling rather silly expecting something to happen when you hadn’t cast a spell. A few seconds passed and you looked at Severus, wondering if you’d done something wrong.
“Maybe it takes a moment?” Severus suggested as you lowered your wand. Nodding, you took his hand and waited until you began to feel rather frustrated. Raising your wand again, you held it up a few moments longer before letting it fall back to your side. “Maybe I should try?”
You agreed and let him take out his wand to raise, your own providing light as you both waited in anticipation. Still nothing happened and you were almost inclined to start walking when a gust of wind passed you by, almost throwing you off your feet.
“Alright, alright! Yah didn’t have ta keep calling!” you looked back where the road was black and found a purple bus staring back at you, the door open with a man as skinny as a Bowtruckle clearing his throat, putting on a pair of reading glasses and pulled out a card, holding it such that you could no longer see his face. Glancing back at Severus, you found a look of shock reflected in his face, both of you rather taken back by the sudden appearance of the bus. But it worked. The bus had arrived and you were almost free.
“Welcome to the Knight Bus, emergency transport for the stranded witch or wizard.” The man read from the card like it was of no importance. “Just stick out your wand hand, step on board and we can take you anywhere you want to go. My name is Kipling Crawford, and I will be your conductor this evening.”
He put away his card, stuffing it into the old drags he wore over his shoulders and stared back at you. Severus arched his brow at the man, unimpressed with his speech. He knew not to expect much from the Knight Bus after reading about it, but this was definitely not what he’d imagined when he pictured summoning it.
“Well don’t just stand there! Come on now!” The man gestured for you both to make your way in and to him, you supposed, you both looked rather silly standing there with all your puzzled looks when this extravagant appearance and introduction was normal to the man. Putting away your wand, you pick up one side of the trunk and walked onto the bus, Severus climbing in after you.
“Woss your names?” asked Kipling.
“Does that matter?” Severus snarled at him, having enough of his demanding demeanour. The man had a job to do and Severus was running out of patience, tired from last night, wanting to get out of this neighbourhood as fast as possible.
“Ya don’t have to take a tone with me,” Kipling looked unimpressed with Severus and continued to speak mostly to you. “We only need yur name to call ya when it’s yur turn.”
“(Y/L/N).” You quickly gave him your name so as to not cause any more trouble, hoping to get through this with as little tension as possible. You and Severus had already had a rough enough night, there was no need to worsen it by starting an argument with the man who worked on the vehicle that was supposed to be your safe haven. “How much?”
“Eleven sickles,” said Kipling in a tone you assumed was him trying to be more professional and less friendly. “For thirteen ya get a hot chocolate and for fifteen ya get a hot water bottle and toothbrush.”
The tickets were more expensive than you’d assumed, swearing you’d read it was cheaper than that and you wondered for a moment if the man rose the price out of spite for the tone Severus gave him. Taking a quick glance to the side, you noticed a few stains on the floor, empty cups with chocolate residue tossed in a few corners. Clearly, they hadn’t thought through the concept of a hot drink on a moving vehicle and though hot cocoa would have been great for you both tonight, it was clearly not a good choice to make. Despite the price, you were happy to leave Spinner’s End so you reached into your pocket and handed the man a Galleon and five sickles for two tickets. Kipling took the money from you and handed you back two tickets.
“Where ya headed?”
Taking the tickets, you gave him your address and looked to your left, taking a proper look at the inside of the bus, amazed to find candles burning in brackets beside the beds, each surrounded by curtains. The same coloured curtains hung over the windows, some open some closed and there were a few passengers sleeping or sitting on their bed, waiting to continue the trip.
“Ya get those two,” Kipling pointed at the two beds in the far corner of the bus before turning around to seat himself back with the driver. You walked forward and made your way to the back of the bus, your assignment likely as far away from the conductor as possible thanks to the attitude Severus had taken with him. But it was no matter, you were both exhausted anyways and didn’t need anyone trying to make small talk. It was probably best you be as secluded as possible.
Setting down the trunk, Severus collapsed on the bed in the corner as you kicked the trunk under the bed. The bus immediately started moving, leaving Spinner’s End just as fast as it had arrived. Unable to keep your balance, you fell backwards, almost toppling over one of the candles that seemed much more secure to its brackets than it looked. The trunk you’d just moved under the bed however was free to move, and as the bus swerved all over the road, you found yourself covering your face and gasping as the trunk came sliding at full speed right to you. Moments passed and you didn’t feel it collide, the bus continuing its maddening movements with no care for the passengers within it. Slowly opening your eyes, you found the trunk frozen in its place in front of you, floating a few feet off the ground before it moved back to its place under the bed. Severus had his wand pointed at it, sitting on the bed as he looked at you in worry.
“I’m fine,” you said quickly, jumping to your feet and throwing yourself on the bed next to him. Severus put his wand away and fell back on the bed, turning to face you.
“This bus is not what I imagined,” he whispered to you in a rather rough voice. You furrowed your brows at how he sounded, like rocks were stuck in his throat. Even now, laying next time to him, you could tell he was having a bit of trouble breathing and you began to wonder if all that noise you’d heard in the kitchen last night had done more damage than you thought.
“Are you alright Sev?” You whispered back to him, resting your hand on his cheek, your thumb caressing his pale skin. Your eyes looked him over, stopping at his nose where you saw a small bruise forming on its side. Gently, you let your fingers brush over it, Severus closing his eyes as he nodded, smiling at your touch.
“Get some rest, we still have a ways to go,” you told him, worried his father had broken his nose and corrupted his airway. At least the hard part was over. You could both relax a bit and try to heal before you settled into your home on the other side of town.
Severus made himself comfortable, cuddling into your side as you wrapped your arms around him and pulled out your wand, hovering it over him. You did your best to cast the few healing spells you knew and hoped it would be enough to help him, but his breathing remained coarse throughout the ride home, your worry for him growing with your frustration. You couldn’t bear hearing him struggle like this, each breath heavier than the last, tearing at your mind as you tried to do what you could for him.
Sleep found Severus rather quickly as he drifted off, leaving behind his worries for a peaceful summer and resentment towards what was supposed to be his home. For the first time in a long time, he found himself dreaming rather vividly, the gentle strokes off your fingers through his hair easing him into sleep as he dreamt of a happy future with you, one filled with opportunities and growth. He could do anything he wanted now. There was nothing tying him back, nothing holding him to that house, holding him to the obligation of his father’s burdens or his mother’s desperation. He was finally free and freedom felt so much more amazing than he could have ever imagined.

Love Is You - chapter 10
David Bowie concert in the last week was the best day Scarlett had in a while. Severus has offered her to have dinner in London before the concert and she has gladly accepted it. Before they left Hogwarts, Carina has insisted to take a photo of them because they have worn matching outfits without talking to each other and in Carina’s opinion they looked so cool. Her mother was wearing a long black tule skirt with a black jacket combined with a leather beret and long leather boots, her red hair was curled and her makeup was just a simple red lipstick and black smoky eyes. Professor Snape was wearing black trousers and a black turtleneck with a long leather jacket and he has put his hair in a messy bun. Carina has never seen him like that before but she was quite impressed by it. Then Severus and Scarlett apparated to London and their first destination was an Italian restaurant they used to go a lot. After having their dinner, they arrived at the concert hall. Severus has bought front row tickets and Scarlett couldn’t be happier. The moment David Bowie came up to stage, Severus realized Scarlett still didn’t have any self-control for Bowie but he was happy since Scarlett was having time of her life and actually losing herself in the moment and thinking nothing else but the music. After the concert they had a walk around the area and Scarlett insisted to treat Severus with a dessert as a thank you gift when she saw an open patisserie after the midnight. Severus had no choice but to accept it because Scarlett couldn’t take her eyes off the glass where they were showing the desserts. It was such a fun and needed night for both of them in the end of the day.
This week would be Scarlett’s moving week; she was ready to move into her old house after living with Carina at Hogwarts for over a month by now. Carina wasn't willing to let her go yet but Scarlett needed her own place and privacy since she always loved to be alone, also she didn’t want to be a burden for Carina anymore. Furthermore she wasn't feeling much depressed anymore so she was trusting herself about not doing stupid things like over drinking or trying to kill herself...
Scarlett has left their family house to Sirius even though she loved it so much but the last memories she had there erased all the good memories that the house held over the years. So she was moving the house that her parents bought her as a graduation present when she was 18. It was a Victorian style small duplex house with light blue and white exterior. The house had a small front garden where she has planted nothing else but roses. Scarlett has lived here with Severus for a year and with Sirius for 2 years until they got married. The house was already furnished, and she wasn't planning to change it at all except the bedroom. Also she has gotten her personal stuff from the family house and needed to place them too.
Leo and Scarlett have gone to shopping for bedroom in weekdays and today; Saturday, Carina joined them too to decorate the house. Scarlett was decorating the bedroom all over again while Carina was taking care of the kitchen and Leo was emptying the boxes which Scarlett brought from the family house in the living room. Then he found a rather big, fancy trunk; It was emerald green and there was a snake wrapped around a rose design carved on the centre of the lid. Leo has never seen it in his life before but since his mum brought it here it must have been important to her. He couldn't help but wonder what was in it so he tried to open but it was locked as he has suspected.
"Carina, come here for a sec." he called out for his twin.
"Yes?" She walked into the living room and she saw the trunk in front of Leo. "What's that?" She questioned curiously, it was such a pretty looking thing.
"I was hoping you would know..."
She sat down the floor next to him and examined the trunk. "That carving looks familiar to me but i dunno from where..."
"Alohomora." Leo whispered suddenly but the spell didn't work on the emerald trunk. "Well, now i am even more curious..."
"Leo! Maybe she has very personal things in it. We can simply ask her and not try to open it secretly."
"We've never seen it and it's locked with a strong charm apparently. Do you really think that mum will "simply" say what's inside the trunk?"
"Then maybe we shouldn't unlock it! What she could possibly put inside it, anyways?"
"That's the point. Don't you wonder what's mum hiding!?"
"Maybe i do, a little..."
"Do you have any idea about where the key is?"
Carina thought for a while. "You know she keeps the bank vaults’ keys and some other important ones in the same keychain. Maybe it is also there?"
"I think the keychain is still in her bag because we went to Gringotts yesterday. So the plan is you will go upstairs to distract mum from coming down here and i will try the keys on the lock. She has left the bag in the doorway."
"Okay fine but if you can manage to unlock it, call me for help or something and i will come to see. But don’t be suspicious."
"Okay, let the mission begin!"
Carina made her way to the upstairs when Leo went to the doorway to check the bag. It wasn't hard to find the keys in the bag. There were 5 keys in the keychain; 2 of them were for the bank, 1 was for her own vault which she keeps in the house that Leo knew. So there was 2 other keys left. Leo tried to first one but it didn't even fit the lock. The last one was smaller than the previous one, he still kept his hopes high and tried the last possible key. And then he heard the click when he put it inside the lock. He carefully turned it and the trunk unlocked itself. Leo snickered to himself and opened it slowly. There were many kinds of things in the trunk but the big purple photo album with velvet cover caught his eyes the most. He took it out carefully, he was trying not to move anything in the trunk that she could notice later, then before took a look inside the album he called his twin as he promised. Carina came down running excitedly after couple of seconds.
"Mum is not coming anytime soon, she is so lost with the clothes right now." She whispered and sat next to him.
"There are so many things in it! It is like a memory box but bigger version. Probably the presents dad got her when they were dating or such because there are some jewellery boxes." Then he showed the photo album he took out. "Are you ready to take a look inside?"
She was looking unsure and having second thoughts. "I don't feel very comfortable about doing this behind her back to be honest..."
"Oh c'mon Carina, we made it this far and i saw how excited you were while coming here! Some mischievousness won't hurt anyone, be daddy's girl for once!"
She rolled her eyes at his statement. "Fine fine, open it!"
"NO WAY!"
"Is this...?"
"YES! MERLIN’S BEARD!"
"Be quiet Leo!" Carina slapped his arm.
They looked through the photos in silence and shock for a while until Carina broke it.
"I have told you that there is something between them, i felt it from the very first moment I saw them in the same room!"
"You did but i wasn't expecting THAT. Some big love is happening here! Professor Snape and mum… I would never imagine this pair in my wildest dreams, bloody hell!"
"I wonder why she never mentioned it before, we talked about relationships countless of times and she was like dad was the first and the last. Mum literally acted like she doesn't know Professor Snape for years!"
"Maybe the breakup wasn't smooth. But I remember whenever you talked about Professor Snape which you did frequently; dad was always annoyed and mum was avoiding talking. I bet there is some drama here. " Leo put the photo album back in the trunk. "I am locking it, this shock is enough for today and apparently it is very personal..."
She nodded. "I will learn their story soon."
"How will you do that exactly?"
"Leave the job to the professional and don't worry about the rest." A mischievous smirk appeared on Carina’s lips.

Care pt.1
Professor Snape x Student!Reader
1340 words lol
Been feeling kinda shitty for the past months, so I thought I’d write something w my fav Prof :))) Hope you enjoy it, and I beforehand apologise for any errors, english is not my first language. I’M SORRY IF SEV IS SOOO OUT OF CHARACTER DKDKDK NOT EDITED SO IM REALLY SORRY BOUT THE ERRORS DKDJ LOVE YALL
Part 2 Part 3
Another bad, unproductive day. Nothing seemed to be quite alright for a long time. Nobody noticed your mood lately, but it was nothing new, you were used to it. Your parents were too busy, working for the Ministry of Magic. Your friends had their own problems, and the teachers? Why would they even give a damn..
You laid in bed for about twenty minutes, staring pointlessly at the ceiling. There were no classes to attend, it was Christmas after all. Everyone from your dormitory had left Hogwarts to spend the holidays with their family. Only you stayed behind, your parents wouldn't be home, so there was no point in leaving.
Looking to your left, you saw Jinx, your pet bat hanging upside down, soundlessly asleep. At least she could sleep with no care in the world.
Deciding to roam around, you got up, maybe you'd stop for food in the kitchens. The kitchen elves were particularly fond of you, and always gave you a small snack or some sweets. As long as you were nice to the elves, they were happy to give food out.
With a sigh, you throw off the soft blanket. Your grandma gave it to you before passing away. It was a birthday gift.
Upon the last memory of her, tears welled up in your eyes, which you quickly wiped away. She was your biggest supporter, teacher, and the only close family... until death came for her. And that was the breaking line.. You felt stupid, crying and walking down the hall, where everyone could see. Even though it was nearly nighttime, and half of the students who stayed were probably in their dormitories by now. However, the ghosts were always around, some taunting you, some playing tricks, and some being indifferent.
The closer the kitchen got, the faster you started wiping the tears away. Finally, able to breathe properly, you put on a small smile, and entered the area. Two elves greeted with warm smiles. They never said a word to you, not that it was a problem. Without a word, just a wink one of them gave you a long bar of chocolate, skittles and a bottle of chocolate milk.
"Thank you.." you whispered. You left with a wave, still smiling softly. Now you just had to find a place to sit down.
Two more turns, and you found yourself before the staircase leading to the dungeons. It was one of your favourite places. Whenever you felt sad or just exhausted with life you came there. Sometimes you managed to cross paths with your professor, however you prayed to Dumbledore that he was already down there. It would've been an embarrassment if he'd see you in such state.
Munching on your treats, tears began flowing down again. This year was just so terrible for you. Your grandma passed away, your grades got worse, you parents were always working and your friends just stopped caring.
Loud footsteps echoed in the empty corridor. Before you could wipe your face, Professor Snape came into view, a nasty scowl on his face. Upon seeing you, his expression changed, it softened a little bit.
Since he started teaching you, he saw great potential, not once did you make a mistake in brewing a potion or on a test. You were always the first one to give it back, or answer a tricky question on many lessons. He liked your passion about potions, always approaching it with delicacy and great precision.
And you never spoke any ill words about him, quite on the contrary, you defended him handful of times. And it warmed his cold heart, making him put down the tough layers he built around himself, just for you. On free periods, you came to his classroom, offering your help in arranging the cupboard or preparing for his next lesson, like bringing important jars and such.
Students noticed how you became the only favourite student, always going soft on you, never giving a snarky comment, only small praises, sometimes even a smirk, although barely noticable for others.
"OH.. Professor-" you started, getting up. Your cheeks heat up, embarrassment washing over you.
"Come along, Y/N." he spoke quietly, going down the stairs, towards his office.
Not wasting much time, you walked behind him. Vision still blurred from the tears, you took careful steps, afraid you'd fall and break your bones.
You didn't know if you should curse Dumbledore or actually thank him. Maybe Snape's company would actually cheer you up, or worsen your mood.
"Alohomora..." he muttered, letting you in first with a small nod.
You went further in, sitting down on the couch near the fireplace, and opposite Snape's armchair. It was like a ritual, most of your holidays you spent there. Severus would always make tea for both of you, and sit down by the fireplace. Some days were in comfortable silence, just enjoying each others company, and on some days you'd make small talk, or discuss many topics. But it never felt forced.
"Green tea, as always I presume?" he questioned, raising a brow.
"Yes, that would be lovely, thank you."
He nodded, turning the kettle on. You smiled, it was nice to have someone show a little bit interest in your well-being.
"How are the first years?" you asked, staring into the fire, pushing your hands out trying to warm them.
"Horrid. Not one brat knew what I would get if I added root of Asphodel to an infusion of wormwood.." he exclaimed, rolling his eyes.
"HA! Easy. Draught of Living Death." you shouted triumphantly.
"Precisely. Well done." he praised, smirking. You looked down, blushing madly. He knew it would lighten your mood a little bit.
"It couldn't be that bad though? I heard Jack got better in potions.."
Severus let out an annoyed sigh. "He just made the potion explode. Instead of cutting the Sopophorus bean while making Felix Felicis , he should've smashed it, brings out the juice more. Damn dunderhead .."
"Oof, well, next time I see him, I'll tutor him a little bit."
Severus handed you the tea, sitting on the armchair, taking a sip of his own one. You handed him the other half of the chocolate bar.
"Don't bother... How are your parents?"
You offered a weak smile. "Good, busy as always, but working for the Ministry is like that, so what can I say."
"How have you been lately, professor?" you questioned, looking into his eyes.
"I've told you many times before, call me Severus." he gave a small smile, making your heart melt instantly. "Good, although the holidays aren't my favourite, I prefer that muggle tradition called Halloween."
"Oh Merlin! Me too! Especially when the elves make pumpkin pasties and delicious cranberry punch." your laugh was like a beautiful melody to the dark-haired man.
"Ah, yes. Though the idea of scaring those isolent brats is just too tempting to pass." he smirked.
He frowned quickly. It threw you off a bit.
"I've noticed your grades getting worse. Minerva approached me before the christmas break. She worries about you, as do the other teachers. And I." he said softly. "You were always a top student. What changed?"
Tears welled up in your eyes for the milionth time. The teachers actually care? Professor McGonagall even came to Severus?
So lost in your thoughts you didn't realise Severus sat beside you, his worried gaze on you.
"I'm sorry.." you managed to whisper, before heavy sobs took over your body.
The cold man instantly took you into his warm embrance, caressing your soft hair, rocking you back and forth. Who would've thought that a man like Severus Snape would ever hug someone and try to make their every problem dissapear, because he cares so deeply. You really wreaked your way into his heart, that actually lied existed, but under many layers of thick walls.
"Shhh. It's alright. We're here, I'll help you as much as I can, and so will others. Don't worry." he promised.
You pushed your head into the crook of his neck, hugging him as tightly as he was you.
"Thank you.."

Dancing with Dragons: Hippogriff’s Wings {2}
Part 1
Masterlist
Charlie Weasley x OC
Summary: Lyssa has always dreamed of working with dragons, the chance to do so for a whole year was not one she would ever think about passing up. Romania was a far stretch from home, but it would be worth it.
A/N: Here we go part 2. Also so sorry for late updates on pretty much everything, I have been super scattered. One day I will make a cohesive plot plan, but today, is not that day.
Warnings: None, just my intense love for awkward dragon boys.
Word Count: 1,678
Working in Romania was a dream come true. For years Lyssa had dreamed of getting the chance to work with dragons. She had loved her job in the States with the different creatures, the nifflers, pukwudgies, even the horned serpents. But dragons had always been her end game. It had been simple luck that the Opaleye had decided to take up residence in Mount Rushmore. Well, maybe it wasn’t luck for George Washington’s likeness. Lyssa felt that was one of the moments where she was most grateful for magic, because how would you explain to Americans that their first leader’s likeness had been burst to rubble? No doubt someone would assume it was a conspiracy, or more likely a terrorist attack. The latter seemed more likely with the climate of the country.
After introductions the Romanian team took the lead and directed the American team towards the Reserve. The Opaleye in her cage was levitated on the way several wizards held their wands towards the cage as they made their way deeper into the dense forest. Rushwing remained close to Lyssa, as was usual, although she couldn’t shake a strange feeling in her gut. She had never seen Rushwing bow so quickly to another person. After the instance she could feel the eyes of her teammates on her, a few of them have never received a bow from the hippogriff, what made this man, Charlie Weasley, so special?
Her mind had been so focused on that interaction that she missed the redhead appearing at her left side, the opposite side of the hippogriff.
“So, you’ll be staying with us for a while.” He said awkwardly, Lyssa turned her eyes to meet his, they were a deep chocolate brown, she could feel herself almost get lost in them.
“It seems that way, you will be stuck with me.” She said, a smile on her face.
He chuckled, but didn’t say anything past that, his eyes watching her face. Her eyes grew wide as they came upon the Reserve. It was larger than she had expected, she could see huts surrounding the area, followed by large paddocks. It was beautiful, something she had been dreaming of doing in America, but knew would never be possible.
“Welcome, to Dragon Park.” Owen said, laughing, the rest of the American team let out a few laughs. The Romanian crew looked confused.
“It’s a film reference.” Lyssa said, seeing the confusion cross Charlie’s face.
He shook his head, “Americans.” Lyssa rolled her eyes, she knew that European wizards were removed from muggle culture, but American wizards had become more integrated with it than before, or at least the younger ones were.
Lyssa had wondered what the atmosphere at the Dragon Reserve would be, she glanced around as the group made their way towards a large open paddock. A man stood at the paddock’s gate, something about him seemed familiar.
“About time you showed up. Americans are always tardy.” He grumbled, a sparkle in his eyes as he surveyed the group in front of him.
“And you Brits are always so pompous.” Owen answered, jogging up to the man and greeting him with a hug, which caused the other man to stiffen slightly. “I’ve missed you cousin.” The other man grimaced at Owen’s words.
“Yes, yes, that’s fine,” The man said, pushing Owen off his body. “Hello, I am Kingsley Riley, head of the Reserve. Welcome to all of you. We are excited for this partnership, and cannot wait for what will come from it.” His tone did not echo his sentiments, a few of the American crew shuffled their feet. “Now let’s get this Opaleye into her new home.”
The crews began to move levitating the cage into the paddock. Charlie found his way next to Lyssa. “You might want to leave him out here.” He tilted his head toward the hippogriff.
Lyssa nodded and turned to the hippogriff, one hand under the creature’s chin. “Go on,” She murmured, the hippogriff fluffed his feathers and flew into the sky.
Charlie watched her as she turned towards him, curiosity obvious in his eyes, but they had a job to do.
“Alright, Reserve rules, we need to make sure we get this dragon out without hurting her, and without any of you getting eaten.” Boris said, grunting as one of the Romanian crew nudged him with an elbow. “So, if you’re not of our reserve, get your butts out of the paddock.”
The Americans glanced around, looking to Owen for leadership. “You heard the man, let’s get out of their way and let the professionals take it away.”
Charlie chuckled, noticing Lyssa had stopped just inside the gate. “Come on, you’re going to be spending lots of time here, you might as well learn the ropes.”
A small smile came across her lips, she trotted to his side. “What should I do?”
“Have your wand ready, be prepared to run. Opaleyes tend to be relatively docile. They’re one of the calmer breeds, if this was a Horntail we’d be having a very different discussion. How are you at tranquilizing spells?” He asked.
“I’d say decent.” She answered, “Took down a Rougarou last week.”
Charlie had to take her word for it, he was not familiar with the American creatures, he was barely adept at creatures native to Europe outside of dragons. She walked next to him as he walked to the front of the cage. Boris eyed Lyssa, "You sure that’s a good idea, Weasley?” He grunted.
“She’s going to have to learn sooner or later, might as well be sooner.” Charlie answered, nodding his head to the open space beside him. “We’ll have them open the door and let her wander out, Reggie will shrink the cage once she’s out, hopefully she just walks out, no harm no foul. She starts getting agitated, get out.”
“Alohomora.” One of the Romanian crew cast, the door to the cage gliding open. The Opaleye raised her head, green cat-like eyes scanning the world around her. Her neck extended and she shook her head. Slowly she stretched her front legs, iridescent scales glimmering in the sunlight. A rumble shuddered through her chest as she made her way out the cage gate.
Lyssa’s head turned towards Charlie, their eyes met, he expected to see terror in her eyes, but he saw himself mirrored in her expression. Pure joy filled her face, a smile wide on her lips. His heart picked up speed, he blinked and broke their eye contact. The dragon let out a puff of air, head turning to each of the wizards in front of her. Her head stopped when she reached Lyssa. She slightly cocked her head at Lyssa. Charlie grunted, moving steadily to position himself between the dragon and girl.
The dragon snorted at him, then turned her head towards the sky. Her back legs bent and she jumped into the air, wings catching the wind and allowing her to glide into the sky. A breath escaped through Charlie’s lips he turned to Lyssa, smile still on her lips.
“Amazing.” She murmured.
“C’mon, better get out and let her get comfortable.” He said, leading Lyssa out of the Opaleye’s paddock.
Boris came behind him and cracked his hand onto the taller man’s shoulder. “Nice work out there.” A twinkle in his eyes. Charlie nodded to him, biting his tongue, not wanting to goad him. “So, what did you think of the dragon, missy?”
“I think she’s amazing, I can’t wait to learn more.” She answered.
“Luckily for you, you’ll be learning from our best. Charlie here will teach you everything you need.” Boris said, giving Charlie a parting wink before heading down one of the paths leading to the huts.
Kingsley’s voice carried to the pair. “Weasley, why don’t you give her a tour, take her to her hut. We’ll all meet in back in the mess hall once she’s settled.”
“Yes, sir.” Charlie answered, turning to Lyssa. “Let’s get you settled.”
Lyssa nodded and followed him down a path away from the group. They remained in silence for a few moments, before Charlie began to speak again.
“You’ll be in the hut next to mine. My last neighbor got moved to the family huts, got married. So there was an opening. That way if you need anything you can find me.” He started babbling. Lyssa let a small smile grace her lips, she glanced down at the ground. “So, you seem to pack light….”
Lyssa chuckled, “It would seem that way, but looks can be deceiving.” She put her hand to her mouth and let out a whistle, Charlie looked up at the sound of wings. The hippogriff landed in front of them. Charlie noticed a few packs on the creature’s sides, that looked like they had been shrunken down to make it easier for the creature. Charlie couldn’t hide his face, he was impressed. Hippogriffs barely let anyone ride them, but to carry packs as well? That was unheard of. “He’s special.” Lyssa said, not offering more information.
Charlie stopped outside of a hut. “Here it is, your home while you’re here with us. Mine is right across the path. Let’s get you unpacked and then we’ll head to dinner.” He started lifting packs off the hippogriff and into the hut. Lyssa followed him into the hut, taking the final packs off Rushwing and letting him fly off into the forest, it had been a long flight, he needed to hunt.
Lyssa stepped over the threshold, it was a small hut, a bed in the corner across from a basic kitchenette. A closet was carved into the wall by the bed, a dresser was against the wall next to the bathroom.
Charlie stepped in front of her. “Anything else?”
“That’s everything.” She answered, glancing around the hut.
“It’s not much, but it’s a roof over your head.” He said.
Even though it was across an ocean and a new place, she couldn’t help but feel that this was home. “It’s perfect.” She murmured.
