this time i put her on a curvy made to move body i paint matched and gave her more color to her eyeshadow as well as black lips, i also changed her labret piercing from the big bead

Spooky Goth Names

Recently I’ve been revisting old websites that list out all the releases for Living Dead Dolls and this apparently unheard-of 2000s gothic fashion doll line BeGoths, and one of my favorite things is seeing the dolls/characters with names that are just overly edgy and/or pun-based.

The BeGoths dolls are the most extreme with it, they have some gems like “Abcynthia Chaser“ and “Angelina Blasphemina“ but I just love how ridiculous they sound.

Sooooooo this is my list of names from those dolls, plus I threw in some similar ones that I liked from Monster High and the Bratz monster/Halloween-ish spinoff doll line Bratzillaz.

found two factory cast off begoth heads. they must've been sitting around for a while because they were very filthy and Storm (the red haired one) has some staining on her face.

Storm is on a Be Kind doll body, which is a perfect color match, while Esperanza is on a RH body, that doesn't match as well, but means she can wear RH clothes so I'm living with it.

I've always has a lot of respect for this line and how much it's influenced the doll market, and having them soothes my inner 14 year old who wanted to dress like them back in the day

i finally got my hands on Hypnotica Gaze and decided, like Storm, she needed a new body however her corset didnt quite get filled out on a barbie made to move body

i sculpted hypnotica a new chest in proportion to her old one with apoxie sculpt and after it cured i sanded it and sprayed her body with krylon MAXX spraypaint in ivory and sealed it with MSC, i then also repainted on her chest tattoo and popped her head on

since it seems most BEGoth shoes are hollow, i cut a slit down the back of each and filled in some apoxie sculpt and formed it to her foot in the ‘high heel’ position and left it to cure

surprisingly now her corset/top combo fits better than it did on her original body so im very pleased with how it turned out <3 other than her body mods i just blended some red eyeshadow on her lower lash line and gave her a nose ring, i think in the future ill make her a cyber goth outfit, she strikes me as very cyber, probably those yarn hairfalls

ive been itching for another BeGoth doll, Storm O’ Misery needs a friend and ive been eyeing hypnotica for a while

Storm O’Misery came early! she wasnt supposed to get here til wednesday, shes my first BeGoth doll and i want more. this particular storm in her casual wear seems to be rare going for more than $80 in box so $20 out of box was an incredible deal

i put her on a made to move barbie body i paint matched to her because her old body was stained and sticky, thankfully the original body was barbie sized to begin with so all her clothes and her boots still fit, i also gave her chunky studded bracelets with some pleather trim i had

i can smell the old school hot topic and my space from here i love it
