when it comes to who he kills, Otis doesn’t pick his victims based on anything really. sure he prefers young girls yes but if you’re at the right place at the wrong time he doesn’t give a fuck.

while Otis doesn’t gives a flying fuck about who his victims really are, he does use their traits against them when it comes to taunting victims. which we see in the movies.
