feelings about stray gods Apparently Apollo?

Hi, i don't really know a lot about stray gods. I know that is a musical/roleplay videogame, but because i don't really play videogames, i didn't include their version of Apollo in my apreciation post about him in diferent medias since i don't know anything about his story in the Game and i can't really said if i like that interpretation of him (same reason why i didn't include Apollo from Hades Supergiant 2).

Now, if you are asking me how i feel about his desing, i made a quick search on Google to see how he looks and i just want to said that i like it! But i also feel a little weird about it since he looks almost exaclty like how i picture Zeus to look like in my head:

He looks amazing, really love the jewelry they give him. Is pretty original when it comes to Apollos desings since he looks a little bit older than other interpretations i've seen of him but that could be because the bear makes him look older and Apollo is almost always interpreted as a young man with a shaved face and long hair. Overall, i like it but i can't help to see him and don't think that he lowkey looks like Zeus.

Hiii! I do! I am very in love with the webtoon right now. It actually got me to read more of Edgar Alla Poe's works. So far my favorite stories are Morella, The mask of the red death and The black cat.

Do you actually ship Lydia and beetlejuice or is it platonic

The term, “shipping” can mean romantically, platonic, or anything in the realm of being in a caring relationship. That being said, the context changes for me depending on what we’re talking about.

The problem comes up when people don’t understand that concept. Saying you “ship” two characters doesn’t mean, “I want these two characters to fuck” all the time.I DO NOT want an underage girl fucking an animated dead guy (animated as in he’s not technically “alive). That being said, as I watch the movie and especially the cartoon, I think to myself, “These characters have amazing chemistry,” they work well together; they’re a fun duo. I love seeing them as friends and there being conflict between them because it’s (in the movie) realistic or (in the cartoon) cute.

The thought of, “I want these characters to fuck,” is the THOUGHT that if Lydia were way older, an actual adult who’s living on her own and what not, her being with Beetlejuice would be amazing, I’d root for that. That’s where fanart, cosplay, fanfiction, and common nsfw roleplay comes in. People who commonly ship these characters want to see these characters succeed LATER ON in life.

I’ve never seen someone who ships these characters want to fuck when Lydia is a goddamn child or underage. Ever. 

I feel like every time I get asked this I need to stand up for these people because I see it a lot, someone thinking that we’re rooting for pedophilia or some shit when that’s not the case at all. Context and nuance matters, kids. That’s just the way life is.So I hope that answers your question and clears up any thoughts for you and everyone else reading this.

Honestly I only enjoy her in…well I can only think of two movies off the top of my head. People seem to compare me a lot to her, above any other celebrity. She’s not a breathtaking actress to me or anything, so that’s understandable. I’ll definitely admit she’s done some shady fucking shit as a person.
