Who: Lucifer Morningstar and Amenadiel Where: Lucifers apartment When: night of 19 Sep 18/20 Sep 18 Warnings: violence, cursing What: Lucifers brother pays him a visit and it does not go well at all

A sigh left the dark haired male. He just couldn’t shake this annoying feeling that let the little hairs on his neck stand up. Something…no…someone was close. And he didn’t know who, Question was - did he want to? Anyway. He had decided to call it an early night. So he was up in his Loft, having a drink, playing the piano. Just wanting to be by himself. And it helped. He actually started to relax. Unfortunately - that was not supposed to last for long. He felt that energy coming closer and then he knew who it was. Lucifer closed his eyes, trying to keep his anger in check “I know you are here, Brother…” he spat out the word, almost disgusted by it “…at least come out of the shadow you are cowardly hiding in.”

Finally he heard footsteps comimg closer, stopping behind him. The devil turned around to see a tall, muscular, dark skinned man. His eyes forrowed “What on earth made you think that you are welcome here, Amenadiel?” he said, crossing his legs. The other man shook his head “Come on, Luci. I mean…we did talk not long ago.”. The dark haired male raised an eyebrow “That, Amenadiel, was me looking out for a friend, and you bloody well owed me that favor.” he got up now “So…what do you want from me? Tell me or go.”. Amenadiel looked at his brother “I wanted to talk to you about what happened. You know that I had no idea, right?”. Anger crept into Lucifers eyes “No idea, you say? NO IDEA?!” he threw his glass against the wall behind the other male, missing him by not much more than a milimeter “You think I believe you that? You, brother, were the one making sure fathers morbid plan would be successful. Manipulating and humiliating me once again.”

The dark skinned man simply stood there, looking at Lucifer “I had no idea that you were supposed to meet, what impact she would have on you”. A dry, dark laugh was now echoing throgh the loft. Almost sounding desperate. “Impact? Impact is a bit of an understatement, don‘t you think? I lo…’ he stopped himself for a second “…the Detective was important to me. And now I hear that father created her. For that very purpose. To cross my way and you helped him…made it happen…YOU took her from me.”. Amenadiel raised his hands in defense “Lucifer…listen…I…” he didn’t get to talk further. Eyes glistening blood red, devil face showing, moving as fast as the light, Lucifers fingers were around his brothers neck and he pressed him against the wall, squeezing.

He then leaned in, whispering into the other males ears “I am through with listening…I am sick and tired of your and fathers games…you wanted me to be the devil? So be it. I will be your worst nightmare. The only reason you are still alive right now is that you are my brother - for better or worse. But I swear by all that is unholy - if you do not leave me alone. If you ever again dare to be in my sight. You will regret it. Mazikeen did teach me quite a bit. And trust me. Skinning you alive? Disecting you, putting you together again just to tear you apart once more while you are wide awake, feeling everything? I will happily do that. Consider this your one warning. Now - OUT OF MY SIGHT!” he threw his brother across the room and through the window.

It took Lucifer a moment to catch his breath. Only now he noticed tears runnig down his face. He quickly wiped them away. He then walked over to the piano, poured himself another glass of whiskey, his hands trembling as he took a sip to calm his nerves. Damn. He would have to take care of that mess tomorrow. But for now, a distraction was needed. So he went to the mirror, straightened his clothes, put on his signature smile, took his glass and left the loft again, going down to his club. After all there was easy fun waiting for him that took away that hole he felt inside of him for at least a few hours.
