ADHD challenge: you have 1 hour and 15 minutes before you have to leave for an appointment. Find 1-2 tasks to complete that will fit in that time period.

step 1: get excited about having the perfect opportunity to do the IMPORTANT THING you've been putting off

step 2: get distracted by 3-5 small unimportant tasks on your way to doing the IMPORTANT THING

step 3: realize that you now don't have enough time finish the IMPORTANT THING in the time allotted

step 4: languish for the remaining 45 minutes in the agony of failing yet again to do the THING and feel guilty about not doing anything else productive instead
