The art of Sleep is precious

So stated the headline of the Sunday newspaper in France this week. Almost a complete page was dedicated to the subject of sleep, The Sleep Revolution and Pauly Beds.

“Our sleep is not wasted time”. The premise ‘time is money’ seems to be the motto for most companies and has influenced society, as if sleep takes time away from other more interesting or necessary tasks and activities.

In France there’s a lack of awareness about the importance of having a good natural bed, while in Sweden, people tend to save money to make sure they get the best they can afford. In France people remain with their old inherited beds even though there is now research showing that a new comfortable natural bed improves the quality of sleep significantly.
