Reflective Journal: Fifth day of the week

Encountering stress as a part of Adolescence

As I begin to accept the challenge as my nemesis stress began to spread in my body creating a weak sensation but I endure it and almost immune to it but I can never get stress due to my procrastination that brings my passion if I love what will I do to my project and thus begins the positive stress so yeah I'm wrong and it is still stress. That's a pain in the arse but I still enjoy what I'll do even if I don’t sleep enough because it makes me excited and aggressive.

So as the quote said the reaction to it kills us so I find stress kinda enjoying... I know that's weird to say but hey what can I say... what can I say? You tell me, I still didn't know myself. Moving forward learning this kinda stuff makes me limit myself into not over-stressing because both positive and negative stress can damage my own body and I love this body even though I still don't know who am I.

I go by acute stress because for me I DON’T GET STRESSED not that much but yeah I know stress is stress and can damage the body blah blah blah... but it's for my mental too you know, maybe this way I can know more about myself.

Yet again I still doubt it but I'm really glad there is a subject like this that can help not just me but the others also about our Personal Development.

Life is full of things to be stress like death but for me, I enjoy being stressed because it brings my passion and motivation so I don’t get scared that easily.
