A-Z Challenge GAME 2

It was close, but looks like Afterparty won the vote for the A game, so I'll be returning to hell for the first time since 2020. 😈 That may take a few sessions this week, but while I'm working on that: let's figure out B time! I'll actually have a week long poll this time instead of rushing it into 24 hours.

This round features a few games I haven't tried yet, one I'm about halfway through that will take several hours to go, and one I beat on gog but haven't gone achievement hunting on steam. Descriptions of the options (ft trailers and tags) below the cut. (you may notice I love aesthetically interesting games lmao) (I also love detective games, and it's amazing I only put one that's kinda-like-that in this poll; there's three so far in the C picks)

1. BAD END THEATER (2021)

I started with an animatic to pitch the idea, and this board ended up saving my ass when I was then too sick to make the trip in to the studio to do mocap. Thankfully, Tim was able to swoop in and save the day.

B Games

In case anyone was curious about the games featured in my B poll for the a-z challenge, here's what I could find if you haven't bought the games. They aren't quite as easy to find as the A's, no demos currently available, but if you have netflix there's at least one freebie!

Beckett is only 1.99 on steam, if you're interested. Before Your Eyes is a Netflix game, so free on mobile if you have a Netflix account. And I played the demo for Bear & Breakfast before I ever bought it, so if you follow it on steam, you may catch an announcement next time they make the demo public (usually during steam events like nextfest or ludonarracon).
