Not that most people are policing my food and eating habits thank god but there is one person who has and I swear the next time she says something I'm going to say as loudly as possible to embarass her and probably myself but also to prove w point, WELL I WAS IN DANGER OF RELAPSING ON MY ED (but I'll say the actual words) AND MY THERAPIST SAID THAT ALLOWING MYSELF TO EAT SOME POULTRY MAY HELP.
