My OCD is so fucking shit rn
#its so difficult to get support from people around you for it for me because my ocd is the kind that makes people very uncomfortable#because they think im overly paranoid and delusional and that i intend to bother them with my compulsions#yeah i shouldnt seek reassurance but i feel like i will be super anxious forever if i dont get it sometimes#im safe and all btw dont worry. moving stresses me out and stress makes my ocd go bonkers#and i also need to be on a higher dosage of meds again. on that dosage im Normal#people around me* wtf fixing first tag
