As I understand it, yes! The sequel to Xblaze (Lost Memories) confirms this, if I'm remembering correctly. Bloodedge Experience also confirms this, as the protagonist Naoto and his sister share history with Mei Amanohokosaka (not the exact same Mei Amanohokosaka, of course, in the same way that Naoto shares history with Relius and Valkenhayn but not those of the C-series)

i wonder... i know xblaze is a separate possibility from the main blazblue universe but i know canonically an adjacent bloodedge experience-like thing happened in the main universe. did something like xblaze also happen? it would be interesting to track how magic, sorcery, science etc. evolved across time.
