called my grandma again & when i brought up t she started crying. i told her i'm happy on it and she said "i know, thats not why im crying. when you get older things just change so fast and so much" and that kinda. took me back

#i love her very dearly but shes also the most heartbreaking woman in the world sometimes #like. shes spent her entire life being viciously abused by men. and still submits to her husband & just does whatever he tells her to.#who to vote for. what to cook. what to do with her day. who she talks to.#& she constantly tells me thats just what she needs to do as a woman. & it makes me sad!!#because shes so smart & headstrong & funny and strong tempered but she masks it all in favor of a man #& she could move to where i live so easily! she constantly talks about how much she misses me! but she wont!#shes going to live and die in that town where shes doing nothing every day but cook for her husband because shes too scared of change #i think she would live & thrive if she moved here but she never will and thats devastating to me
