Y/n Murphy only knew Daniel Ricciardo because he had friends everywhere. It was only a matter of time before the Irish actress met the famous honey badger. Soon, his friends became her friends and the whole friend group was hanging out everywhere.

One of their hang out spots was the F1 paddock. Daniel insisted for Y/n to come to his favorite race, the Austin Grand Prix. It was no secret that Daniel is secretly a Texan so he wanted his new friend to experience the Texas atmosphere.

“We need to get you some boots and maybe a longhorns jersey. You’ll look so cool, trust me.” Daniel said as him, Heidi and Y/n walked into the AlphaTauri garage.

“He’s going to convert you into a Texan.” Heidi whispered to Y/n.

“Can you imagine me going home to my father speaking with a texas accent? He’ll have a stroke!” Y/n laughed.

“I bet that by the end of the day, you’ll love texas as much as I do.” Daniel smirked. “Maybe you’ll find a country boy you can take home to your old man.”

Y/n knew who Daniel was referring to. On the day of her birthday, which was a few days ago, Daniel showed her the comments that Lando had left on his post.

So while Heidi stayed back in the garage, Daniel accompanied Y/n to the Mclaren garage so Lando could finally meet his favorite nepo baby. Y/n started to feel nervous, why? She didn’t know, she hardly knew Lando apart from his instagram posts.

So my opinions on all the Dead Boy Detective/DBDA Characters

All of these are opinions as someone who has watched the show a few times now and also the Doom Patrol episode and I’ll give my opinions on the Doom Patrol versions at the end.

Spoilers for Dead Boy Detectives Show. And Doom Patrol season 3 ep. 3 and that episode alone

Charles Rowland

- Charles is such a sweetheart I love him. He’s always looking out for his friends and literally went to hell for Edwin, and kicked the Night Nurse for him. I just love him so much.

- I felt so bad for him in episode one when he says his dad, “wasn’t the nicest guy,” and in episode three when we see him break being forced to see a father k!ll his family over. I was actually crying with him saying he doesn’t “want to be a bad guy”! It broke me so badly, the abuse he went through and the fear he’ll become like his abusers is a very real thing and to see a character go through that makes the story feel more real, and makes me more sad. He could use some therapy.

- Him being the “brawn” of the team is pretty funny to me but thats most because if you watch the cast interactions you’ll see what I mean.

- All in all, I love him. He is loving, protective, loyal and has golden retriever with attachment issues energy mixed with scary dog privilege but the dog isn’t scary unless provoked.

Edwin Paine/Payne

- Adorable, get him some therapy please! He needs it! Man was so repressed for the first part of this show I thought I’d die before he confessed. But I don’t blame him honestly, his death was traumatic and being called a “Mary Ann” whilst being sacrificed likely would put a bad taste in your mouth about the idea of you being queer in any way shape or form. I am so proud of him good job!

- Honestly he just makes me so happy, and I love how he interacts with everyone and grows!

Crystal Palace

- I love her she is so bad ass and I hope wish the best for her

- She needs better taste in men, my suggestion date women

- I want to see a little more of her Nepo baby side of her past cause clearly that was a thing

- Sweetie! I miss her! She was the only other person other than Charles to get Edwin out of his shell and it hurts me so much to see her be gone. Her death will forever haunt me.

- I love him so much, he is my favourite kind of not evil but not good guy the kind that plays a game with people by flirting! Ahhh I love him! I don’t love that he falls for Edwin(I’ll make a separate post on this issue)

- Anywho I still love him he gives off chaotic gender neutral vibes and the song Sex With a Ghost was made for him, I just love him!

- Monty I love you but don’t kiss people without consent!

- Honestly he was very important, and sweet he didn’t deserve all the pain he’s been through, may better things come his way.

- Badass. I love everything about her. Her style, the way she gives advice, yes I just love her so much. I want to see more of her.

- Honestly I love her as a villain she was so evil, and a genuine threat. She is also so hot and scary I just love her.

Charles Rowland

- He was so funny in this, I loved him. I love how the show conveyed a mutual interest from him to Edwin they are both just too dense to say anything about it. I also love that it seems the only thing he knows about America is that they like baseball.

- They did have to go off and hurt me with the fear of water scene, but he was so sweet protecting Edwin from the Night Nurse(who in this is just 10 times scarier)

Edwin Paine

- Him not getting anything about modern times and brushing off his feelings for Edwin was so well done! I love how he tells Larry he “isn’t like him” saying he isn’t queer and that if he were that would be bad, he says this all in a very rude and brash tone and then proceeds to comfort Charles in the nicest to he is capable of.

- Beautiful 10/10

CHAPTER EIGHT (2007)

                He’s heard all the rumors about how difficult night landings are at sea, how many people just hate them. How the pitching of the deck can make it an even more impossible task. He knows he’s going to have to perfect them, so he makes it the topic of conversation of his first Saturday afternoon phone call, listens as both Ice and Mav offer multiple different pieces of advice, some of it conflicting, so he disregards it. When they both suggest the same things though, that’s when he knows he’s onto a winner. Technology has changed and improved, but the tips they give him mean he can add it to his arsenal of knowledge. Of course they’ve been taught how to do it all in theory, done it in simulators, however he’s not going to be an idiot and ignore the fact he has access to resources others don’t. People who have been pilots longer than he’s been alive.

                “Nice landings tonight Bradshaw, obviously paid attention when it was taught.”

                “Yes sir, thank you sir,” Bradley agrees with an easy smile, because that’s all he can do.

                The days and nights at sea become monotonous, but the flying never does. He loves it every single time he’s up in the air and he gets why Maverick is working so hard to stay flying. He’d want to do the same.

                He hears about the attack on the Bagram Air Base, mutterings over breakfast in the mess and he’s never pulled the card that he’s about to pull. But he has to. Needs to know. He goes and finds his CO, asks if he knows the names of the casualties, forces himself to remain calm until he has all the information. He explains that Captain Pete Mitchell is his adoptive father, that he lost his birth father in a training hop while he was at Top Gun and he’d really appreciate it if he’s allowed to make a phone call. His CO is looking at him, eyebrows raised, but like some things suddenly make sense and he’s nodding, directing Bradley to his own quarters, where he leaves him alone, telling him he has fifteen minutes.

                His hands shake as he picks up the phone, knuckles white on the cord where it hangs. There’s been rumor after rumor, and he can’t substantiate any of it. He doesn’t know who his CO thinks he’s calling, maybe Bagram, but Bradley knows better. They’ll be far too busy right now to pick up the phone. However there will be people who know what’s going on, people like Ice. Bradley didn’t need to name drop him, not yet, but also if Ice doesn’t know, he’ll be finding out and letting Bradley know as soon as he can. He stands there nervously as the seconds tick by and the phone isn’t answered.

                Then.

                “Admiral Kazansky.”

                “Ice…” he doesn’t need to say anything else, can hear the wavering of his voice, is glad he’s alone and there are no witnesses.

                “Bradley.”

                “Is… do you know anything?”

                “Yes. He’s alive. He wasn’t anywhere nearby.”

                Just like that the knot in his stomach dissipates. He feels awful that other people died, but he doesn’t know them like he knows Mav.

                “Thank you sir.”

                “You don’t need to call me sir, Bradley.”

                “Uh. I’m in uniform. I kind of feel like I do.”

                Ice makes an amused huff then, and Bradley wants to ask him how he does this, deals with Mav away on active duty, he feels… sick with worry. He remembers Mav using a similar turn of phrase when he was talking about not knowing where Bradley was and oh, this is what it feels like to just… worry about someone constantly. Before, when he’d been younger, despite everything, Mav had been this constant in his life, so alive and vibrant and even with losing both his parents he’d never thought anything could happen to Mav. Now he knows better. Now he’s undergone the training and knows the statistics and just how easily things can go wrong.

                “Bradley. Listen to me.”

                “Yeah. I’m listening.”

                “Take the worry you’re feeling and turn it into ensuring you do everything you can to keep yourself safe. Always do your pre-flight checks. Always go to medical. Listen to your doctor and follow their instructions. You have a lot of people all feeling that same worry about you, so you just need to take a breath and trust yourself. Like we trust you to do everything in your power to come back to us after every deployment.”

                “Yeah. Of course.”

                “Okay. Love you kid. I’ll get a message to you if anything changes, and you know Mav will want his Saturday phone call.”

                After he’s hung-up he realizes that Ice must feel that way about him and he carries it with him for the rest of his deployment.

                He shakes hands with so many people he almost loses track, except he doesn’t, not really. He mentally categorizes them all, writes it all carefully in a notebook in his own special shorthand and files it away. He’s glad that all the hard work and planning on organizing such an exercise has finally come to fruition. The fact that Bradley is up there taking part gives him a separate feeling of pride, seeing him fly and also knowing that Maverick is safely back in Corpus Christi for some upskilling on helicopters and not here. He doesn’t have to worry about him accidentally causing an international incident is something of a relief.

                He gets promoted, he doesn’t look at Dawkinson with smugness at the ceremony, he’s too professional for that, but it doesn’t stop him feeling it. Sarah and the girls are there, Melissa coming as Maverick’s date. That’s amusing for other reasons, because most people can’t understand why she’s come with Maverick, like he’s not an attractive man in his forties. She plays the part of his date to perfection, a career woman who keeps Maverick around for the great sex but doesn’t miss him when he’s deployed. All true for him as well, except he misses Mav every day he’s not there.

                With the promotion comes his own secretary, or assistant, or whatever it is they’re calling them now. A no-nonsense woman called Aubrey who seems to know more about Naval regulations and the ins-and-outs of some of the processes than he does. He asks if she can keep tabs on Bradley Bradshaw and alert him to anything potentially problematic or worrying and she raises an eyebrow at him.

                “Your son, sir?”

                “No. Like a son though. I have two daughters and they both call Bradley their big brother. Growing up he lived with my wife and I when his adoptive father was deployed.”

                “Family is what you make it, sir.”

                “I agree with you there. And you can drop the sir.”

                The look she gives him tells him in no uncertain terms that she will not, in fact, be dropping the honorific.

                He nods in acceptance.

                He knows when to accept defeat.

                When he gets off the carrier in North Island he can see Tamsin and Petra running at him, hear their high pitched screams and he drops his duffle, sweeps them both into his arms and hugs them tight. It’s their summer holidays now, and he’s got weeks of leave to spend with them, cannot wait. Ice has insisted he take some time for himself though, but he’s looking at Tamsin and Petra and he can’t believe they’re eleven and nine now. Theoretically he gets birthdays, he gets time passing, but understanding that time passes and they continue to grow while he’s not looking is a scary.

                It does force him into action about some things though. Thinking about his own mortality is a little morbid, but unlike other guys his age he actually has property and money left to him by his parents and he ends up sitting down with Ice and Mav and creating a will. Mav is his emergency contact, he’s legally Bradley’s father after the adoption, and he learns Mav walks around with a copy of the certificate, mumbles about if he ever needs to prove he’s family and Bradley gets it. He’s also surprised to find out that since he turned twenty-one he is listed as Mav’s emergency contact after Ice. It fills him with relief, knowing that he’ll be contacted as soon as possible if something ever happens. While he’s there he makes Ice his power of attorney, gives Melissa his medical power of attorney and names the girls in his will. None of them look great when they leave the lawyers and when they go home and Ice pours out three separate measures of whisky, he accepts it quietly.

                “You remember what I said and I hope that we never have to use any of the documentation,” Ice says, studying him over the rim of the glass.

                “What did you say to him?” Mav asks, looking between them and just like that the sad tension is broken and he shares a smile with Ice, suddenly feeling so much older.

                The sky is hazy with the smoke from the wildfires, and he watches the news with a grim face. He helps prepare grab-bags and emergency supplies, not that they’re in any direct danger but fire is unpredictable and as he points out it’s not just a fire that can cause an emergency. There’s earthquakes and tsunamis and storms. Preparing them, all three houses, for a natural disaster makes him feel less anxious about what might happen when he’s away. He walks Melissa and Sarah through different emergency plans, knows they’re likely humoring him. The tight hug he gets, and then the kiss to his forehead he gets, which he has to bend down to allow Sarah to place, makes him think that maybe he wasn’t just being humored.

                He takes the girls to visit Ice in his office and meets Aubrey Smythe, Ice’s personal assistant, a sharp-eyed woman who immediately softens when she realizes exactly who they all are and who they’re there to see. He’d had to take them all through security of course, but had asked to try and make it as much of a surprise as possible, having gotten Ice to share his schedule so he could do this at some point.

                “Go right on in, he needs to take a break and he’s not on the phone right now.”

                Bradley grins, bright and easy, knocks on door and doesn’t wait before pushing it open to let Tamsin and Petra run in.

                “Can I get you something to drink Lieutenant?”

                “No! You don’t need to get me anything, I can get it myself…”

                “I’m going to get the Admiral his afternoon cup of coffee. I am happy to get you one as well. Especially if you ensure he actually stops and eats his lunch.”

                “Oh, yeah, okay. I can do that. Thank you very much.”

                “My pleasure.”

                He steps in to find Tamsin and Petra both trying to climb into Ice’s lap at the same time, while Ice looks quietly pleased. He hasn’t been in Ice’s new office since he got promoted. He knows his next promotion is likely going to mean moving, that they’ve been really lucky to be stationed in one place for so long and he wonders if it’s Ice’s influence, or whether there’s something bigger at play. He knows it’s not the fact that Ice has young kids, Bradley moved around plenty growing up. He looks at the photos on Ice’s desk, there is a photo with Tamsin and Petra front and center, but he’s surprised that there’s also him on his graduation from USNA, both Ica and Mav standing either side of him. With a pang he realizes it’s the closest Ice can get to having a photo of Maverick on his desk and he wishes things were different.

                “Lieutenant Bradshaw, coffee for you sir.”

                “You can just call me Bradley,” Bradley states, and he hears Ice snort softly behind him.

                “Of course sir.”

                ��She refuses,” Ice says dryly and Bradley can’t help the grin.

                Pete’s talking to Hollywood, hearing all about the new Boeing 787 and he cares about his friend, but he really does not care about commercial jets. The only thing he understands is the desire to still want to fly. They just don’t go fast enough for him, although even he admits he gets a rush from lots of other things in his life now. While he still loves flying and his motorbike, he gets a similar feeling when any of his kids manage something they’ve been working hard at and immediately seek him out to tell him. Tamsin and Petra mastering dives at their swimming lessons, coming up to the surface already wearing big wide grins knowing they’ve done well. Petra managing a kickflip on her skateboard for the first time. Bradley and his night landings on a carrier.

                He never thought parenting would be something that he took such joy in, and he knows he’s got it easy, with Ice, Sarah and Melissa having to do a lot of the heavy-lifting. He gets to come in when he’s not deployed and be the fun uncle. Although the fact that both the girls call him Papa makes his throat tight every time. It’s a different sort of rush, that he’s helping shape and support these young people in his life to become the people they want to be. They’re doing all the work of course, but he’s on the sidelines cheering them on and ready to catch them if they need it.

                “Admiral.”

                Fuck. It’s never good news this early in the morning, but he knows that both Bradley and Maverick are safe on land, if anything was wrong with the girls they’re better off with Sarah and Melissa anyway, with Melissa being a doctor and two adults consistently in the house.

                “There’s been an incident with variable yield nuclear warheads.”

                “What?” He’s not nearly awake enough to be able to process this, but he’s waking fast, pulling on his glasses and heading to the kitchen for coffee. “Bent spear. You’re telling be there was a bent spear incident?”

                “Yes. Not the Navy, however they want to bring you in as an impartial third party. Your military, but you’re not Air Force.”

                He lets out a long silent breath, his heart rate calming immediately. God. He’d thought that heads were about to roll. They’ll still roll of course, but he won’t be the one directly calling the shots.

                “Of course. Just tell me when and where.”

                He’s deployed again, and he keeps a close eye on the news, the wildfires in Southern California holding his attention. He’s glad that he knows that everyone at home is as prepared as they can be, that they’ll let him know if something changes. During one meal all hell breaks loose, he thinks there’s going to be a riot and when he finally gets someone to tell him what the hell is happening he learns that the Navy has finally won a football game against Notre Dame. He just has to nod and smile, because he’s never been that much into football, far more interested in baseball.

CHAPTER NINE (2008)

aaravos & claudia analysis ™

The new S6 promotional art has to mean something for Aaravos’s connection to Claudia Season 6. There’s the connection with the short story Ripples of course and Aaravos’s manipulation of mages, but now I am wondering if Claudia will be preyed on by Aaravos after he gets out - using her loss, anger at herself and the world for her loss and being unable to save her dad - and he’ll channel it into making her a weapon against Xadia, maybe even the tragic main villain.

Taking it a step further, maybe he expected and respected Viren’s decision to die in the first place because he knew it would make Claudia spiral further and he offered to bring him back in the first place so that Claudia would 1. set in motion the steps toward his freedom and 2. trust Aaravos (and his rhetoric…) and 3. have a taste of his power to change things, which will undeniably be tempting.

I feel like Claudia and Aaravos’s outlooks have aligned in the past (ie: Claudia saying “Impassible is just another form of passible” and Aaravos saying “Yesss”) and Aaravos has had his eye on her for a long time, back to Aaravos saying “Well done. She will be a valuable asset”, having Viren lie to his kids so she wouldn’t leave Viren, and all the way back to Claudia saying it felt like the mirror put her on notice too.

Aaravos using her as a weapon against Xadia would parallel how he used Viren’s grief after Harrow’s death and anger at the Pentarchy to set Viren on a path to conquer Xadia. Viren, with reason but also spite, took Callum’s voice taunting him for being a nepo-baby, killed Avizandum, and coined Runaan. Aaravos encouraged Viren to kill the leaders of the four other countries and to kill the guards hunting him in the castle of Katolis. In comparison, Claudia has, unprovoked, almost killed a dragon just for hell of it and taunted Rayla with her parents just to not give them back (even knowing what it’s like to have a parental figure taken away.) Terry was the only thing stopping her. Terry was talking her down both times. Terry is no longer in the picture. (for Claudia, currently at least.) Who knows what she’ll do with that lack of checking and Aaravos egging her on.

She repeats rhetoric that humans deserve revenge for being treated by trash and that dragons and elves should be afraid of her, a fire that Aaravos’s guidance will only fan further. Her rhetoric has been undoubtedly shaped by both Viren’s and Aaravos’s actions, spite, and other reasoning.

carrying the same prejudices and likes as her father, “Look dad, I’m following in your footsteps!” + “Aaravos can change things!” to Soren. + the fever dream metaphor that Claudia goes dangerously further than Viren, stops listening to him, (foreshadowing for future conversations where Viren and Soren plead with Claudia to stop) and gets swallowed up in something she could never predict, something much larger than herself.

Endgame? Well. Claudia has a lot of parallels to Ziard, and we see how that ended… also, that’s a scene in S3. So if S6 does parallel S3… well. It doesn’t end well for her.

Claudia currently feels like she’s lost everything. Her mom, her brother, her strength… she prided herself on that but she wasn’t strong enough to beat the Dragang and so she wasn’t strong enough to save her dad. She believes she’ll keep losing and so she cuts herself off from Terry to avoid losing that too.

Key: She is in her darkest place thus far, similar to Viren when he had lost everything and was desperate enough to make a blood pact with a strange elf in the mirror. And what if, once again, that strange elf was there to help the most desperate? If Claudia is made to believe she’s strong enough again, with the aid of a little magic, if she’s given that validation and care again, she can do anything. It would parallel the Reflections story ‘Lost Child’:

If she’s strong enough, and her faith is restored, no one will ever leave her again. They’ll come to understand.

Again it was how she was taught. “I’ll do anything for our family, Dad. Whatever it takes, however dangerous, however vile.” and it’s going to lead to her shaping into a more vindictive villain and to her doom.

LETS START WITH JR

Man does not sleep, because sleep is for the weak and he is always on that grind 💪 Because of this his ability to make choices is hindered (which is the only possible reason he chose not to let Sorpresa join the team I say jokingly) and it also gives him a shorter fuse, as if it wasn’t short enough.

He’s already got some anger issues from his father, but most of his fight outside of the ring are just gas so he’ll rarely start a physical fight.

Still trying his best to outgrow his father’s shadow, but his team is worried it’ll all go to his head instead. He is one to brag whenever things really go his way so the next step in his hero’s journey has better be humility

In his first match with Rayo he got his elbow broken and that was how Rayo got thrown out of his first club and why I draw Jr with a brace.

Nepo baby, like big time. He’s a rich kid and they all know it, but he tries not to flaunt his wealth. His father’s influence however…

Grew up around the ring and knew “Tío Blanco y Verde” before his father left that team. Hadn’t seen them in a long time, which is why he didn’t recognize either of their voices.

Used to love his fathers old movies until he realized just how big a legend he had to live up to, now it just makes him feel sick when he sees them knowing his dad was only a few years older than he was then when they were made and he had only just secured a main event. Not so fun feeling like you’ve fallen behind.

Refuses to touch alcohol or drugs of any kind so he doesn’t fuck up his body. His father started losing his shape when he started drinking more and smoking cigars, so he’s seen the road gone down before.

He is not as physically strong as the others because he put more of his stats into agility and precision. Pressure points and the ability to use his opponents weight against them is key, but he’s still stronger than your average cat. Guy can throw a fully grown man over his head, what do you expect?

His character is a sullen goth who’s like this serious guy and kinda scary, but out of character he’s a little shit emo kid who’s starting to dwindle into scene.

Has an older brother, also cannon now I think, and isn’t really on the best terms with him. Still he got on great with his mother and his father used to take him to work and he’d hide in the coffins to try and scare his dad.

Isn’t intentionally rude, but does come off that way pretty easily so he just kinda ran with that when making a character. Because of this he dances on the edge between técnico and rudo, but still leans more towards face because he likes coming across as a hero.

When he was banned from every promotion and couldn’t find a job he ended up doing a few death matches. You’ll find a lot of scars under all that gear and he’ll no longer use thumb tacks if he can avoid it.

Tsetse Fly!

Met Sorpresa’s aunt first when he was teamed with her for a comedy act which neither of them wanted to be a part of. They ended up whipping their opponents so hard they were belt holders for a month before Sorpresa’s aunt was scouted by a woman’s wrestling promotion. She was going to stay with Fly, but he told her to take her chance when she had one so she moved on. To Fly’s surprise she kept in touch and she ended up steering her towards her sister so they could wrestle together instead.

He actually got really close with the Sorpresa family, so much so that he’s Sorpresa’s god father.

This man is a big pipe smoker. He used to sit outside, smoke and just stare at the clouds. When Sorpresa was younger she’s sit on the floor next to him and bug him till he taught her some of his moves.

He’s a ladies man, again cannon but you know, and is dating one of his ring girls. (I have Hcs for them too, but no names 😔) but it’s an open relationship because you can’t clip this fly’s wings XD

Because of his dwarfism he does have some health complications with his bone structure and his breathing, so he takes the great precautions of not giving a shit and it’s working apparently because he’s doing fine enough.

Afro Latina! Her mother is from Mexico and her father was from South Africa (Mzansi <3) but her father died when she was little so there’s not much to be said on him from her pov. She also doesn’t connect to her South African roots as much sense no one was there to help her learn them. (She’s Xhosa just in case you wanted to know)

There’s gonna be a great big lull between her helping to save a village of monsters and finding someone to sign her so, with some help from Rayo, she joins death matches. She was pretty good at both letting her nerves get the better of her, but it definitely took some getting used to. Speaking of cousins! She’s cousins with Ricochet! Mama Maniaca is one of her relatives that grew too far apart to wear her family mask.

Sorpresa has no idea what she’s doing but she’s doing it really well. She might not always be prepared for a situation, but she is great at coming up with solutions. You could even say this is the greatest plaaan-er. She’s quick on her feat and can roll with the punches easy.

Speaking of being quick, she is the fastest on the team, which was decided when she finally managed to take Rayo down lol.

Speaking or Rayo, tag team partners for life right there, hell she’s moving in with him with him! That’s her favourite person who isn’t family or dating. In other words, her best friend!

She and Jr had an on again off again relationship for a while until she finally sat him down and told him that unless it was going somewhere she wasn’t interested in all that drama. He stepped the fuck up after that.

She’s gonna usurp the role of leadership from Jr eventually. I can feel it in my knees. Either that or co- leaders. Rayo is only a little salty about it.

She is actually friends with the other valets. They would sneak her drinks because she was too young to buy them in the states (oh but back home it’s FINE! America’s drinking age is so dumb WHAT THW FUCK)

Despite knowing Pro for a few years they weren’t all that close, but now that they’ve started working together she’s enjoying his company a lot more than she thought.

The big part of her character is to be surprising, so whenever she’s in the ring she’ll do a lot of back stabbing. Her and her family are all rudos originally, but she’ll play técnico when she’s teaming. Being bad is just more fun.

If she was ever teamed with Fly she would have played big time into the comedy aspect to take the attention off Fly. We all know how he reacts when someone makes fun of him.

Here when she was younger she really wanted to be a dancer and she almost went down that route, until she met Fly and he showed her how wrestling was just like a more dangerous form of dance and she was hooked. Still enjoys dancing, going to a dance studio is still one of her favourite date spots.

Most of her strength comes from her core, so she’s good at staying stable in a fight, but she started strength training after the events of the movie to help her keep up with her team.

In one of her first matches she fought a woman who glued broken glass to the bottom of her boots and was very lucky not to lose an eye when she got kicked in the side of the head. Shes got some pretty wicked scars on the right side of her face now, but they’re hidden well enough under her mask. You can just see the one near her eye if it’s shits enough. (I haven’t draw it yet, so you won’t see it in my art 😔)

Despite being a really good wrestler she is the one with the most left to learn, but she’s getting there.

oh this was something I was thinking about too. like I don’t even see this as being anything major either. like it’s wasn’t Toto issuing ultimatums or fuck smashing any headphones. he was just skeptical. However, life with Niji doesn’t have to be all bad. He loves a compliant darling – not that he’d ever call you that to your face. He’s been visiting quite often for the past couple of months now, you originally thought it was because he was close with his father.

But now you see right through him. 

Nishimura Riki was infatuated with you. He came practically every day into his father’s office just to throw you a flirtatious wink, trying to score a date with you, his father’s secretary.

And you always rolled your eyes, a playful smile adorning your lips.

“There’s this great restaurant my friend owns, let me take you there some time,” His voice is deep, suave, you’d love to hear it tickle your ear up close.

“Really?” You look up at him from your desk, eyes already teasing him. “Is your friend single?” 

Riki huffs, biting the inside of his gums as you giggle to yourself, you love to get him all bothered.

He’s handsome, you’ll give him that; slicked back hair, piercing eyes, strong bone structure, his jaw was chiseled like a statue. You never thought a man like him would be all over you.

“Let me take you out on a date, just this once?” You can hear the slight tone shift in his voice, he’s desperate. You like that. 

You sigh, lean back into your chair as he looms over you, leaning against your desk. His eyes are so dark and alluring, his gaze is so intense you wonder what he could possibly be thinking about. You feel excited by this.

Finally you stand, leading him to the door.
