hour 5 on this bus but i just had the most enlightened interesting talii character breakthrough.
#everrrrr#does it work with the timeline: NO !!!!! talii must break the timeline ALWAYS#but rather than hee being like. early high school and really eating to make it off the station and get into starfleet . and deciding not to#it’s infinitely more interesting if she DID make it out and got a prestigious acceptance at the academy and made it out#and then didn’t even last like. one semester. like she just couldn’t handle it. and then had to come backkkkk#because now she’s like a walking embarassment she’s ashamed because she DID GET OUTa and everyone was counting on her.but she couldn’t do it#also she’s so snappy and aggressive anyway and having that stem from that embarassment makes sooo much sense#like on one hand character backstories shouldn’t be important. BUT WHOOO CARES ITS MY WORLD. FUCK OFF.
