God, listening to the commentary for Leverage, hearing how much the showrunners obviously cared about their actors, crew, how to tell a good story without resorting to cheap plot twist tactics and cliff hangers, can you imagine what Timeless would have been like had it been directed by people like John Rogers and Dean Devlin? FLYNN/WYATT/LUCY OT3 VIBES BUT WITH GARCY AS THE ‘OFFICIAL’ COUPLE BECAUSE GARCY RULES ALL. MORE FOUND FAMILY/PLATONIC INTERACTION AND NOT JUST THE SHIP DRAMA.
