I hate to play this card but

If Hetalia had less crude humor, wasn’t set in WWII, and had a (mostly) female cast (so the Nyotalia designs) it wouldnt be considered as cringey Here’s my proof:

Don’t act like you guys wouldnt waifu the fuck out of them. Also of course there are non-gender bent Hetalia girls, who could all be waifus in their rights

I’m mainly saying this because Waifu-fication is popular, and you all went head over heels for Earth Chan. So, y’know, maybe in another timeline you guys would be gushing over these gals. Just sayin 🤔
