I just wish DoaS was on the same day as Orgy, because boyfriend actually already knows and likes them.

Still, not missing the extremly rare Beborn Beton gig, nor a chance to say Hi to Frenchy and The Punk again!

I felt inspired, so here is my take on

Dr. Pamela Isley aka Poison Ivy

Pamela Isly was a sensitive child. She loved bugs, animals, and flowers. She once got in a fight after a boy at school stomped on some flowers she brought to school.

This love of plants never wilted. In high school she took an AP world sciences class and took college classes to become a scientist focusing on working to fight climate change.

This fight was not without struggle. Politicians, corperate overlords, the brainwashed masses, and having a poor public image (due to bluntly not taking shit) made her work more difficult and lack funding. While many of her collegues were disscouraged, Pamela was not.

While at work one night, a coworker came into her lab to hit on her. He didnt take the rejection well an d in the insuing fight Pamela fell out of a window with some viles and flasks of unknown chemicals. She fell into the grass and died. By time her coworker called 911, there was no body.

Pamela was absorbed and beborn by the green. This made it so she could communicate with and understand plants. Logging now looked like taking a chainsaw to a retirement home, poluting lake, is like a gas leak in a school, and stomping on a flower is like stepping on a baby. Pamela was changed that day. Shenow was going to continue her fight with righteous fury, and nobody can stop her.

Other ideas:

• Ivy not only chloropathy (what Im calling the ability to communicate with plants) and chlorokenesis, but the ability to use traits of various plants (kinda like Vixen)

• Her appearance changes depending on the time of year and environment

• She respects the rogues woth doctorates

• Harley is the only person that Ivy loves

• She has almost killed the Joker

• Crane and Nygma are about as close to friends as you can get with her (mostly because those two have never oggled her)

I am sadly recalling stupid 90s political crap like the Anita Hill vs Clarence Thomas trials and its consequences being still felt right the fuck now, which many of The Kids don't know anything about yet try to argue about moral purity in fucking fanfiction.

No, I am still not alright. And I still have a migraine. And its raining. And I hate American Puritan Christianity for *waves hand vaguely*
