Something I noticed going through the MSQ with JP audio is the similarities between the JP terms for "beast tribes" and "primals".

The beast tribes are called "蛮族" (banzoku) meaning "savage tribes", while the primals are called "蛮神" (banshin) or "savage gods."

Just found that interesting how the two terms have a common root in Japanese, making their in-universe association clear, while the English denotes how the two are perceived, especially in 1.0 lore when the primals were more like fundamental laws of nature given form.

It's so weird to me that the Arkasodara are considered a beast tribe. Like, they're not any more bestial than hrothgar, but hroths are just a normal, non-tribal race. I'd get it if it was the Matanga, but the Arkasodara are just... perfectly normal citizens of Radz-at-Han? They're not vilified or feared like the Eorzean beast tribes, there aren't legions of tempered causing problems, and sure they have their own deity and beliefs but so do the Xaela and like all of the Far East? Like I know that we're ostensibly moving away from the "beast tribe" designation in general, but Estinien very confidently and casually calls them beast men ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Like oc is like a southern water tribe girl that zuko took prisoner ? Maybe Sokka’s twin?

Zuko is the beast bc of his short temper

Perhaps a scene with commander zhao when zuko stands up for her or literally defends her could be the wolf scene.

he lets her go during the fight at the northern tribe and she reunites with her siblings could be when the beast releases her and Belle reunites with her father.

I did the Allied Beast Tribe questline for A Realm Reborn and met this Nhaza'a guy. He's.......... I can only describe him as proto-zenos??? I could not believe what I was reading, I guess they've been trying to make Zenos right from the very beginning of the game.

This is a deep cut because I don't know how many people have even done that questline, but the direct line between these two amused me greatly.

Thank you Brio. Thanks to you I no longer have to kidnap multiple people, schedule a time that works for everyone, and then hold them hostage in gpose while I try multiple times to perfect a camera pan or zoom for the umpteenth time

Edit: no longer will people wander by and see me naked as a lvl5 SMN in gpose with my carbuncle out and assume I'm taking lewd shots
