The Struggle For Biafra Is Not All About Oil — Ifeanyi
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Some persons thinks we are doing this only because of the natural resources in our land, but they misunderstood it. We are not agitating for Biafra because of oil,” said Ifeanyi Okoro Nna from Abia state in an interview with DAILY TIME TV.
IF YOU SAY THE STRUGGLE IS NOT ALLABOUT OIL, WHAT THEN IS THEREASON FOR IT?
“The struggle for Biafra is all about justice, justice for everyone. We in the old eastern region have so much been treated unfairly. Our people are maimed and killed by the military, Nigerian government treats us just like slaves, do you expect us to sit calm and watch? That’s not possible. We are struggling for Justice, and that justice is a sovereign state of Biafra”.
DO YOU THINK NNAMDI KANU, THELEADER OF IPOB IS GETTING IT RIGHTTOWARDS THE RESTORATION OFBIAFRA?
“Of course, he’s getting it right. The record so far proves he’s getting it right. Many persons came out but failed because they are self-centered. Typical example of self-centered persons is Ralph Uwazuruike. Today Uwazuruike have failed and is drowning because he is not focused, he is after his own personal interests. Nnamdi Kanu have been following it diplomatically, many bilateral agreements and meeting. There are many there that are indicating that he is getting it right.”
DO YOU THINK BIAFRA WILL BEACHIEVED WITH ANOTHER CIVILWAR?
“It all depends on how the Nigerian government want it. IPOB want it done peacefully that’s why we are demanding for a referendum which the federal government of Nigeria have refused to conduct. There is every indication that the government do not want it peaceful. But what ever be the case, we will embrace it because we must restore Biafra no matter the cost. War or no war, something must kill a man”.
ENLIGHTEN US ON THIS — “WITHOUTOIL, WE WILL TAKE CARE OFOURSELVES”
“Are we surviving today with oil? The answer is no. Many of us are surviving and living large without oil. Here in BiafraLand, we have many industrious talents wasting because the government refuses to promote those talents. China is doing great today because the government over there promotes and utilize the talents. We will survive without oil because we aren’t lazy and the environment under the government of Biafra will be fair for our business and talents.

Not a Durian Cake Fan? Think Again
How to Choose a Durian Cake? There are many durian cakes available that are designed to look pretty but may not taste good. The trick is to not go for cakes that are designed to please your eyes and taste buds. Instead, go for the ones that include the durian meat. We personally feel durian meat gives the cake that premium and strong raw taste. Hence, adding durian meat will give your cake that premium taste that is definitely worth the money you pay. The best durian cake will be perfect in taste and texture that can only beachieved by adding durian meat and mixing it with ingredients that enhance its taste. We describe a perfect durian cake as the one that retains its flavors when combined with cream and custard when added to a vanilla cake. Cream and custard will give the cake that soft ice cream-like texture. Durian is known for its odor that causes evacuations in buildings, shopping malls, and other spaces. It is banned in subways, buses, and hotels across Southeast Asia. The smell is often described as disgusting by many. Not great for starters is it?Known as the king of fruits, durian is not a treat for everyone mainly because of its spicy smell. This fruit is known for its texture and weird taste. It tastes weird because this fruit mixture is rich and has a mixture of sweetness and bitterness in it.

If you have not come across durian yet, let us start by stating the facts. Durian is a seasonal fruit that is often referred to as the king of fruits by many. It has a very distinctive smell that you either love or are disgusted by it-two extreme reactions. This king of fruits is one of the most prized Southeast Asian crops and is rich in folate. Many people would describe the scent of Durian as strong and sulfury. Regardless of strong odor, Durian is famous and loved by many because of its creamy sweet taste and texture that instantly changes the entire feel of the food it is added into.
Durian may not look as appealing at first. But once you chop through the rough spikes, the durian is a soft, creamy delight that isn't unpleasant at all. That is if you get a good one, which most people don't. They end up buying one that is under-ripe and tastes like the eggs gone wrong. Then they go home thinking that durian is as bad as most people say. Below, we suggest a few tips that can ensure you buy a durian that is as amazing as most suggest.
How to pick a good durian?
The stem should be green and not brown or dry
You can check the durian by shaking it with both hands. If you can feel the pips moving inside it means that they have detached.
Smelling the fruit can also be another way to assure whether the one you picked is right or not.
Dropping the durian on the floor before opening I can have a great impact on improving its taste.
A durian that is taken from young trees (below 30 years) will be sweet and have a singular taste. Durian from an old tree will have wrinkled skin on the pipes and will give more complex and fuller tastes.
Durian Cakes-most popular in Singapore
A popular saying states ‘to eat durian is a new sensation worth a voyage to the East to experience. Durian cakes are very popular in Singapore. Another Dream
"The rain is coming down hard and hitting my face like small, cold bullets, but there was little I could do about it. I wore my oversized black sweater with my skin tight jeans with holes. I could also feel the rain hitting my hands and knees, but inside my jacket was warm and comfy in contrast to the cold and hard outside.
Why am I riding my bike in the rain with jeans on?
I don't know, but I do know the feeling of impending doom that lurks behind me with incredible persistence. I don't know what it is and I don't plan of finding out.
A long road lined with a thick forest of trees is the path I have been set on. The sky as far as the trees stretch is pitch black, not a single rain cloud in sight. It stretches infinitely, or maybe it loops? I can tell the the repeating patterns: a trafic cone on it's side, a missing part in the sidewalk, a pothole of considerable size. Over and over again, I see these decor and want to stop and fiddle with them. Like turning the cone upright to see if it will be the same when I loop back to it again. This labyrinth will haunt me and so will the questions that linger within it. Nevertheless, escaping will never beachievable, turning back will be my best bet. Turning back would also bring me toe to toe with the doom on the hunt for me. But remaining a prisoner of this forward maze would be a worse fate than dying.
Skidding the bike to a stop, I dart my head around to find the monster. There was nothing for as far as the eye could see. And despite not having my glasses, I could see quite far away, the only obstical was the fog that limited my view."
