A/N: I enjoyed writing this one!
SEASIDE SERENADE - KENAN YILDIZ
It’s always fun to tease Kenan, especially when it results in a kiss
Kenan Yildiz x turkish! Reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿
The warm sun of Bodrum had begun to set, casting a golden glow through the window of our hotel room. The room was filled with the soft sounds of music playing from my phone and the occasional laughter from the beach below.
Kenan and I were getting ready for a night out, planning to explore the vibrant nightlife of Bodrum.
"Yakışıklı," I said, turning to face him. "You look so handsome tonight."
He stepped closer, wrapping his arms around my waist. "And you look absolutely stunning, aşkım," he replied, leaning down to kiss me gently.
I giggled against his lips and pulled back slightly. "Are you ready for our dinner date? Don’t forget, you promised to order in turkish tonight."
Kenan chuckled, his hands still resting on my hips. "Of course, I remember. But you better not make fun of my pronunciation this time."
"No promises," I teased, pecking his lips again before turning back to the mirror to finish my makeup. "Besides, it's cute when you try."
He shook his head with a smile, his fingers lightly tracing circles on my hips. "You always find a way to tease me, don’t you?"
"Always," I replied, turning to face him once more. I ran my hands up his chest and looped them around his neck. "But you love it."
Kenan leaned in, capturing my lips in a deeper kiss this time. "I do," he murmured against my lips. "I love everything about you, güzelim."
His hands tightened around my waist, pulling me closer until our bodies were pressed together. I could feel the warmth of his skin through the fabric of his shirt, and my heart raced as his lips moved against mine with a newfound urgency.
I tangled my fingers in his hair, deepening the kiss as I melted into him. Kenan’s hands roamed up my back, one settling at the nape of my neck while the other stayed firmly on my waist, holding me close.
The kiss grew more passionate, our breaths mingling as we lost ourselves in the moment.
When we finally pulled away, both of us were breathless. Kenan rested his forehead against mine, his eyes dark with desire. "I love you," he murmured, his voice husky.
"I love you too," I whispered back, pressing a soft kiss to his lips once more.
After a few more moments of kissing and playful touches, we finally finished getting ready and left the hotel. The streets of Bodrum were lively, filled with locals and tourists enjoying the evening.
As we strolled hand in hand, people began to recognize Kenan almost immediately.
Fans approached him for photos, and he graciously obliged, taking pictures and signing autographs.
I watched with pride, loving how kind and approachable he was with everyone. "You’re quite the celebrity, aren’t you?" I teased as we continued walking.
He shrugged, a playful glint in his eyes. "Just a guy who kicks a ball around."
Finally, we reached a cozy seaside restaurant and were seated at a table overlooking the water. The sound of waves crashing against the shore provided a soothing backdrop as we perused the menu.
When the waiter arrived, Kenan confidently placed our order in Turkish. "Merhaba, iki kişilik mezeler ve ana yemek olarak adana kebap ve mantı istiyoruz, lütfen."
The waiter nodded, noting down the order and smiling politely before leaving us alone.
I leaned in closer, a playful grin spreading across my face. "Adana kebap ve mantı, huh? You sounded so serious."
Kenan rolled his eyes but couldn’t hide his smile. "What? Was it that bad?"
"No, not bad," I said, giggling. "Just… adorable. You still have that cute little German accent."
He groaned playfully, leaning back in his chair. "Oh, come on. I’m trying my best here."
I reached across the table, taking his hand in mine. "And you're doing great, canim. It’s just fun to tease you a little."
He squeezed my hand, his eyes softening. "I know. And I love how you keep me on my toes."
While we waited for our food, I took out my phone and pointed it at him. "Smile for me, aşkım."
Kenan laughed and posed playfully, making goofy faces. I snapped a few photos, giggling. "You’re such a dork."
"Only for you," he said, leaning across the table to steal a kiss.
When our food arrived, we enjoyed a delicious meal while continuing to chat and laugh, the teasing and affectionate banter making the evening even more enjoyable.
The sun had fully set by the time we finished eating, and we decided to take a leisurely stroll along the beach.
Hand in hand, we walked along the shoreline, the cool breeze and the sound of the waves creating a perfect end to our night.
"This place is beautiful," I said, looking out at the moonlit water.
Kenan nodded, his gaze fixed on me. "Not as beautiful as you, güzelim."
I blushed, nudging him playfully. "You’re such a charmer."
He chuckled, pulling me closer. "Only for you."
We continued walking, our conversation flowing easily. "So, what’s your favorite memory from this trip so far?" I asked.
Kenan thought for a moment. "Honestly, just being here with you. Seeing you smile, hearing you laugh… it’s all I need."
My heart melted at his words. "You always know how to say the right thing."
He stopped walking, turning to face me. "That’s because I mean every word." He cupped my face in his hands, kissing me deeply.
When we finally pulled away, I rested my head on his chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart. "I love you so much, Kenan."
"I love you too, more than anything," he replied, holding me close.
We stayed like that for a while, wrapped in each other’s arms, the world around us fading away.

How was your holiday?
Thank you for asking! Forgive me, but I'm going to answer in great detail. :'D
First I spent 10 days on the coast of Aegean Sea in Turkey and it was great! Turkey is beautiful and there's a lot to explore. I visited the site of the Halicarnassus Mausoleum (which is considered one of the Seven Wonders), the Bodrum Castle, the Museum of Underwater Archeology. Spent quite some time on the beach (lots of fresh orange juice consumed, two books finished) and swam until my lips turned blue. Went on foot to nearby bays/towns just because it's fun to walk. Dined by the sea.
We only had wifi in the hotel lobby (which was 4 flights of stairs down from our cottage), and it was ultimately a good thing to stay off the phone.
And then I spent about a week in Moscow where I saw family and friends, many of whom were visiting the city and it was great luck to coincide like that. I went to the Book Museum in the Russian State Library, Architecture Museum (awesome exhibition on Falсonnier!) and the Apothecary Garden and their greenhouses and rose exhibition. We also explored VDNKh (so many roses!), ate draniki in the Belarus Pavillion and had a dessert of walnut pastries and apricot juice in the Armenia Pavillion. I wanted to go to the 100 Years of Soviet Animation exhibition but unfortunately it was closed that day. I also saw Don't Be Afraid, I'm With You with a group of friends, it's a big musical based on songs of Secret, a Russian band I love very much, and it was absolutely magnificent.
