Well I've not really done work on that essay that's due tonight BUT I did more thinkering on Ringo. So its ok
#did more ruminating on his character n realised im gonna have a fuck of a time getting him into the courtroom#like. hes the assistant hes the maya but like#its a decently infamous celebrity in the legal world who ran away and changed its identity to escape its abuser#hes caught between this crossroads of 'this is the first time ive ever been free im gonna be loud and bright and happy'#and 'if people find out who i am then its all gonna be over'#and the cases ames takes are decently high publicity so anyone involved is gonna have names and faces known#plus add in that assisting her would entail stepping back into the courtroom entertainment dance#and im gonna have to find a REALLY compelling reason for it to specifically join her at the bench#but on the bright side doing all this thinking made me realise that he n ames really would get along#bcos they both Refuse to play the game of the entertainment world#which is initially surprising to both bcos ames is a lawyer in a world where its basically a high-profile sport#and ringo is just generally loud and unable to be ignored lol#but they eventually go 'hey yeah we're not giving them an Inch to work with'#do need to work on ames more tho. esp the ghost stuff. feels like shes underdeveloped:(
