me having thoughts on mcd? of course i do so glad you asked it is my area of expertise

aside from the like people need a warning gang, theres two other sides. the ruins the story bc you dont get as attached bc someone will die BUT there is also the tragedy of it. like reading a loving a story despite knowing they will die. the inevitability of it because someone has to die and yet you fall in love with the characters and watch the characters fall in love anyway and you let yourself get hurt by it

but also who needs tags i do not read them

see, if i want a good haunted by the narrative moment where i know i'm gonna love the characters AND that they're all gonna die i just read canon compliant LMAOOO like,, that's why that's there for me

but i also get the pain of wanting to step in an intervene and stop what you know is inevitably going to happen

but i like AUs bc,,, anything could happen. everyone could be happy, or they could all die, or they could all grow wings and start flying idk. but i like the spontaneity of it ,, the thrill of possibility. dangle their life in front of my eyes and let them live. kill them with reckless abandon. let me be scared of it all bc,, idk i haven't seen this film before,, idk the ending.

(this is also why i've never read they both die at the end because i literally cannot make myself care abt the two characters knowing that they die. at the end. like COME ON akjhkdrjkjh)
