The stoner au no one asked for

Morrigan likes bubblers. She has a huge beautifully blown green one that she calls Merlin. People always try to get her to get cheap weed through Flemeth, and she threatens to kill them if they ask her again.

Zevran has so much weed paraphernalia that it would be embarrassing if he had any pride left. If you want it, he probably has it. You like box vapes? Check. You like pen vapes? Also check. Bongs? Bubblers? Joints? Check check and check. Also proud owner of joint rolling machines bc he can’t roll his own for shit, despite being hardcore a stoner .

Alistair has maybe smoked three times in his life, usually when Zevran “pressured” him into it. “Zevran made me do it!” “Alistair, all I did was hold the joint in your direction.”

when Leliana smokes, which isn’t that often, it’s usually out of a pipe. She’s not a fan of the paper taste that joints have, and she doesn’t want to be too much of a stoner so she’s not into bubblers or bongs really. Vapes wig her out because it doesn’t feel like she’s inhaling anything

Oghren doesn’t really smoke weed. He’s pretty content with booze that no one else can stomach.

Wynne is a nice old lady that no one expects knows way more about pot than they do. She has a few pieces that are extremely beautiful and she takes amazing care of. They look brand new even though she’s had them for years

Sten disapproves of all of this. He prefers to remain sharp. Which isn’t to say he’s never tried it. How would he know he hated how fuzzy it makes everything if he’d never tried it?

Nathaniel keeps his smoking on the DL because he knows his siblings would never let him hear the end of it. He likes mostly everything except bongs and vapes.

Velanna doesn’t like to smoke too much, but she does own a tiny bong for when the mood strikes.

Sigrun used to smoke all the time, but has quit all mind-altering substances recently. It’s a personal choice and she doesn’t judge others who still smoke and drink, but she feels better not partaking.

Anders passionately loves bongs. He has more than ten different bongs, and one of them is six feet long and shaped like a cat.

Fenris usually only smokes socially, and he’ll take a hit off of whatever is handed to him. Has a slight preference for bubblers.

Isabela, as Zevran’s best friend, owns no pieces herself and bums Zevran’s. She rarely returns them to him, and they’ve migrated into many of her other friends’ apartments over the years. She makes up for it by getting him good deals through the many dealers she knows.

Aveline doesn’t really smoke, unless she had a really shitty day at work and Isabela waves a freshly rolled joint in her face.

Varric smokes sometimes, but only pipes and joints. He says he’s too old for bong rips.

Merrill is the girl that no one would expect to be a stoner, but she grows for herself and her friends. She has a favorite bong and a few pipes. She’s not big into collecting pieces, especially when Isabela leaves Zevran’s borrowed pieces at her place all the time.

Carver wants to smoke but Hawke does and Leandra is Very Disappointed™ about that, so he refuses because that makes him “better” than hawke

Bethany first tried pot when she became friends with Isabela and Merrill, and she will smoke socially. She doesn’t own any pieces because she never smokes on her own, and doesn’t keep weed in her home.

Sebastian used to party hard, but he had a come-to-Jesus and is now a straightedge who will judge you for enjoying any kind of drug. He has held onto one pipe that has sentimental value, but he’s kept that a secret

Cassandra has a few guilty pleasures. Among them are the Sword and Shield series and weed. She keeps both very, very secret. She has exactly one pipe that she cleans after each use, and she keeps her weed triple bagged and very well-hidden.

Vivienne is far too busy usually to smoke pot, but she rolls beautiful skinny joints that she will occasionally smoke in the evening.

Cullen is into harder stuff than weed. He’s trying to kick the habit.

Josephine loves partying, but she’s more into drinking than smoking. She does enjoy smoking, though, and somehow knows every dealer in town and where to find the best prices.

Dorian is super into vaping, both nicotine and pot. He loves doing smoke tricks, but he doesn’t like people to know that. He’s a little ashamed, since he associates the hobby with fuckboys.

Iron Bull is old school and always rolls joints. He has a pipe that he hardly uses - it usually only sees the light of day when he has company over that don’t like joints.

Blackwall used to smoke a lot of pot, but back in his day the weed wasn’t so potent! Nowadays he takes one puff and he’s blazed.

Solas doesn’t smoke often, but when he does he doesn’t like to use anything fancy. He is incredibly against vaping. He thinks it’s stupid and too modern. He’s also Flemeth’s silent business partner.

Sera goes hard. She’s got bubblers, bongs, vaporizers, hookah, everything. Everyone is fairly certain that all of her money goes into funding her addiction to new pieces. She’s also not terribly careful with them – they break somewhat often, and people are scared to let her near their pieces.

Cole is a weird super stoner kid that always seems to show up at the parties and no one is really sure how he found out the party was happening – not that most people mind, they just can’t figure out how he always knows. He usually just sits in the corner quietly and imparts oddly specific wisdom to anyone that tries to talk to him.

Flemeth runs a weed empire and if you try to do anything on her territory she will fucking /kill you/.
