yes i’m excited and i have no shame in being grandiose as fuck. wHATEVER!

There once were goddesses of the moon and the sun. The Sun, who took the name Yang, marched continuously across the world with a bright smile and straight back.  And the Moon, who took the name Blake, trailed a half-step behind with inky shadows.

Many of our previous contributors are returning for this publication but we are also looking for 𝕹𝖊𝖜 𝕭𝖑𝖔𝖔𝖉 to join us in the hunt:

I would like to point out that some people in your bbzine team used to be really toxic towards other people, let alone pretended to be a bs shipper for the purpose of getting into their discord server to spy on them. Or one linking every bs post to mock it with fellow shippers. I won’t say any names for the hopes that any of them would step in to admit it. I’m so sorry to do this to you, but I can’t support your zine when a few of your team have been very toxic before.

I honestly didn’t know about it.First of all, I can assure you (as I already did on another post), that we, the admins, will take action regards anything/anyone who won’t respect our rules. If this happens while we’re working on the zine, feel free to report it to me or one of the other admins. We have already warned them.But I know that both you and a few others may be concerned about something else: the ones who were toxic themselves.And I’ll stop you right there and make you reflect.Choosing not to support the zine because there is someone you don’t like in the team, both as a member of the staff or as a contributer, it’s only up to you. We won’t force ANYONE to do it. Your choice.But if you’re refraining yourself just for a person, whoever they are, you will only reinforce their toxicity. I don’t know if you get my point.

Supporting the zine means supporting the project itself. Not us. Not these people, not us admins, not even me, even if we’re putting our hearts and soul in the process. It’s about supporting our cause, a project we’re trying to make in order to stop all the toxicity for once, and finally focus all together on something we all enjoy. We’re taking this seriously because we want to create it for the fandom, for everyone who loves the bees and wishes to have a piece of them. A small collection, a fragment of the time admins, artists, writers and cosplayer used to give birth to something people like.But as I already said, it’s only up to you. You have time to think, none of us is going to force you to buy it or partecipate. If you have any more questions, please send me a direct message. Trust me. I have this headcanon that Yang dies or almost dead in someway and Blake gives her half of her own aura/soul to Yang for her to live. Came up with it cause I watched Granblue yesterday and Pietro mentioned that he gave a part of his own aura to Penny. Am I the only one who wants this to happen???? If there is an au pls tell me I need it to live

I don’t want this to happen like in show, but AU’s and FF are always way to go with these things.But I wouldn’t survive seeing B/Y die/nearly die on screen in show.

i provided y’all with a “bare bones” sneak peek of my @bumbleby-zine fic a little while ago, but i’ve been seeing other artists share their previews for the zine and i got excited all over again about the project so... here’s a proper sneak peek of my fic for the zine!! please check it out if you’re interested! preorders will be dropping soon <3 it was a blast working alongside other talented artists, writers and cosplayers :)

“Do you remember when you died?” Blake asked, running her hands through Yang’s golden hair, glowing faint trails underneath her fingers. She paused with her hands cupping Yang’s jaw as she rested her head in Blake’s lap.

Yang blinked up at her slowly, like a cat shifting in a patch of sunlight. She was silent for a few moments, processing and watching the way Blake’s eyes searched hers. “You already know the answer to that,” she murmured, not angry, not disappointed. Just a soft statement with the barest hint of remorse.

“I want-” Blake started, emotions catching. She wished these thoughts weren’t hounding her tonight - things had been so good lately. But she couldn’t help thinking, knowing that things were changing. “I need to hear you say it.”

“Of course I remember that night,” Yang replied without hesitation, lifting a hand that was too warm to dry the stains on Blake’s cheeks that had sprung from the question. “I’ll always remember it.” 

Blake hated the truth behind that word. Always.
