Context: from a conversation we were talking about the sisters and it was mentionned "what if the Châtelaine were in charge of the Battle Subway instead of the Battle Maison" and thus, inspired to make those designs.

So, fun bit of trivia. The Battle Chatelaines actually have modeled hair underneath their hats. While it's about what you would expect for the younger sisters, for Morgan's, it's this:

Randomly decided to draw a sygna suit pair of Arbordrasil (fakemon) with N (cause of Christmas tree resemblances primarily lol) and Morgan (green green green) for fun...

There’s a Pokémon character who puts on a facade of being cool and mature, but she not-so-secretly has a very bad temper. She’s also the older sister in her family and, perhaps due to fact that there’s no mother or father in the picture, she’s been unofficially promoted to being a maternal figure.

She is protective and genuinely means well towards her younger sibling(s) but she’s terrible at expressing it, usually coming off more as domineering or controlling, which in particular is bad for that one younger sibling she has who’s very timid and self-conscious.

Battle Chatelaine Morgan icons — requested by no one

Back with the Train Chatelaines and Battle Maison twins.

Imagining a scenario where the twins visit Unova to try out the Battle Subway and somewhere in the middle of everything all six of them just end up chilling and talking about trains and such.

The time comes for a train to depart, and the four Chatelaines all give their own version of "All aboard!" as they like to do when they're together -- Morgan has a steady and strong voice, Dana has excellent volume but sounds aggravated, Evelyn is the quietest and has an unsteady voice, Nita's voice is loud but high because she hasn't quite mastered projecting from her chest yet -- before turning to the twins and saying, "now you try."

The twins glance at each other.

Ingo takes a deep breath.

Emmet plugs his ears, and the sisters are confused for all of two seconds as to why.

Okay, I've figured out Evelyn's team here. This is before they evolve, mind you.

Gloom: Abandoned by a bratty girl in Phenac who thought Gloom was ugly compared to the Oddish it used to be.

Electrike: Liberated from an abusive trainer in the wilds of Orre.

Girafarig: Liberated from an abusive trainer near Mt. Battle.

Magikarp: Bought for 500 Pokédollars at Gateon Port.

Scyther: Given as a reward for conquering Pyrite Colosseum. It is purified as soon as they reach Agate.

Plusle: Duking's Plusle, who insisted on following her following the assault on Cipher's Pyrite base.

(I like to think that there's a version of Orre in Emmet and Evelyn'd main universe that followed canon wholly. The one Morgan was dumped into is not quite like that: it's close, but not quite the same as in canon. Like, Michael took longer taking down Cipher, or the ore Restoration project wasn't as successful, or something small like that that piled up and led to a drastic change down the line.)

(Sorry for not answering earlier it completely slipped my mind.) Yes, I agree! Heck, depending on when and where Morgan appeared, the difference could be directly linked to her. Perhaps she helped Wes during te he first game? Perhaps she was one of those who was given a Shadow Pokémon in Pyrite Town, only for Wes to be unable to snag it from her?

Y'know what, that's what I'm going with. She liberated some Pokémon from abusive trainers (it's Orre, I think folks would look the other way), she and her team took on the Pyrite Colosseum and was given a shadow Scyther by Cipher (Scizor is one of the Shadow Pokémon that was obtainable from the E-reader in Japan, but that was a bit too strong). When she learns just why Scyther acts so oddly, she joins Wes and Rui in raiding Cipher's base.
