Jon Snow with the 20/20 vision pro max eyesight to be able to see clear across the field and figure out which one was Ramsay, let alone that it was his brother standing next to him because you bet your ass I would’ve been squinting across the field and still wouldn’t have been able to see a damn thing

One thing about Jon's last speech is I don't think Jon had to concede that it was oathbreaking. Night's Watch neutrality doesn't mean they have to give in to every demand and can't defend themselves. Yoren isn't an oathbreaker because of the Fight at the Holdfast and actually a lot of the criticism the (future) mutineers raise are about conceding too much to demands rather than protecting the Watch's independence. Jon had also used guest right to justify his actions before, most notably arresting Cregan Karstark. So he could have said that Ramsay is directly threatening the safety of the Night's Watch, is demanding that they end their neutrality by arresting claimants to the Iron Throne, and they have a host's obligation to protect their guests. And then maybe a small jump to justifying pre-emptive action.

Can we talk about how Ramsey almost won the Battle of the Bastards and actually had good strategy and tactics, and probably would have succeeded if not for the arrival of the Knights of the Vale to turn the tide

So me and my roommate have been watching game of thrones for the first time and we just watched the battle of the bastards episode. People have said it's one of the best TV battles but like I couldn't even watch some of it cause my claustrophobia was like, yeah no look away. Jon getting stuck was not it for me but I enjoyed Ramsey getting his face bitten off after the battle was over. Sooo satisfying 😊

Not to discuss once again the battle of the bastards, but even if Rickon did zig-zagged, Ramsay would have killed him. He was playing with him (and Jon) and missed on propulse the first times.
The only real hope Rickon had was if Jon didn’t start to ride toward him cause at some point he would have been too far from Ramsay to have a clear shot, but for how things went down all Ramsay had to do was to aim to the point where Jon was headed as Rickon was running in his direction.

No, we don't let the rape slip away and disembowel our common parasite "Claude" in front of the rapist, making him shit his pants every night like a fucking pensioner with hemorrhoids. I know it sounds crazy, but an eye for an eye 🤷
Ok this is heavy, i don't think we have to do harm to the poor baby, like is not their fault of being a product of a dreadful act as r*ape (it can't even defend itself, it's only a new born. We don't want to put the blame of the acts of the father on him).
Instead if we want to do something bad to someone, is the perpetrator (Ramsay). I think the y/n can take the opportunity on taking revenge during the battle of the bastards. When the battle is win pledge loyalty to house stark, and to make a statement of now her being the head of house Bolton; kill Ramsay in a public act (A woman in those times had to make a statement of power if you don't want a rebellion or something of the sort, also knowing how conservative are things in the north). Then put her son as future heir and use the excuse of "I'm governing until my son comes to age".
Well, that's what I think👍 (i don't meant it in any way as an attack or something of the sort).

There really is something insidious to be said about how fixated certain ‘fans’ are on the concept of bastardry and how desperately they cling to the concept to villainize Rhaenyra and justify their hatred toward three children for… being born?
Truly weird and gross behaviour.
I think they are mostly conformists, people who directly benefit from the status quo, or people who want to make the status quo work for their desires. Or some that feel like through the status quo, they will be validated or happier than they actually are or have lived. Kinda like Viserys I.
There is also a term I've seen on Tumblr and the people I follow called "tradcath" which is supposed to mean "traditionally Catholic" or "traditional Catholicism". "Traditional" as in sociopolitically conservative. There are those folks, too.
The insidiousness is especially remarkable when they think of themselves as "woke" or advocates of human rights, think that because some Western modern societies have a retrospective understanding that human tech and knowledge has advanced in some places that we are in a position to label other current societies and premodern societies as inherently evil, making us "good" and the absolute moral authority. That a marriage between a 23 year old and a 14 year old automatically means that the older person is a pedophile or a groomer ...meanwhile it is the parents, ruler, or those with authority that usually arranges the betrothals and marriages customarily. And in the cases where the older is seeking a betrothal or marriage, we'd have to inspect whether they are there because they feel the 14 year old is attractive because they are a child in their eyes, the economic and or political advantages that will come with the 14 year old, or whether it's both. Cerys Hightower, 23, was married to Maegor Targaryen who was 13 at the time. This was obviously a marriage of business and power and Maegor would later use his royal and physical power against her and her family, after abandoning her for two other women in hopes for an heir that he never got.
Things be different. They need engagement before we put a name to a thing in an ient and medieval events. But bastardry and itself will always introduce a danger to a child, even one like Ramsay Bolton (cunning, ruthlessness, and circumstances elevated him and gave him the means to survive). And things like homophobic, ableism, transphobia, xenophobia, classism, misogyny, racism, etc similarly create make the body evidence of the person's validity as a human being in of itself.
