Posted @withregram • @purple_thumb_renovations We easily put on 10lbs while working on our latest project! Our clients were super fun to work with and we left on full stomach every day! We’re so #blessed as we felt like part of the family! This #basement #inlawsuite was in serious need of an overhaul. The code violations, (by no fault of our client) were abundant; but with a plan and a little elbow grease this is now a safe, functional and beautiful living space! We utilized every allowable nook a cranny to maximize storage, starting with the relocation of the laundry to a hideaway closet. This move gave us the opportunity to double the counter space with ample cabinetry and create a pass through window allowing plenty of natural sunlight to flow into the living room from the kitchen window.
